Clintons Dodge Epstein Depositions As Trump Demands Total File Release

Bill and Hillary Clinton have officially refused to comply with House Oversight Committee subpoenas ordering them to sit for depositions about their ties to financier to the elite and convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) broke the news on Monday, stating “Bill and Hillary Clinton are refusing to appear before House Oversight for their depositions regarding Jeffrey Epstein. Notice how House Democrats suddenly have nothing to say about it.”

The subpoenas, issued in August by Chairman James Comer (R-KY), set Hillary’s deposition for October 9 and Bill’s for October 14. After their attorneys requested delays, the Clintons have now stonewalled entirely.

Comer has long flagged Bill Clinton as a “prime suspect,” citing more than 20 flights on the Lolita Express, multiple trips to Epstein’s island, and at least 17 visits by Epstein to the Clinton White House.

Rep. James Comer Exposes House Democrat Leader Hakeem Jeffries’ Connection to Deceased P*dophile Jeffrey Epstein

The Democrat Party’s efforts to lie and humiliate President Trump over the Epstein files continue to blow up in their faces as their own connection to the deceased pedophile is exposed.

In recent days, House minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries has accused Republicans of running a p*dophile protection program. But now, he has become ensnared as well.

Rep. James Comer (R-KY) took to the House floor on Tuesday and turned the tables on Jeffries by exposing that the Democrat leader has a notable connection to the p*dophile.

Comer explained that he had obtained an email showing that Democrat fundraisers had organized an event where Epstein could meet privately with Jeffries to assist in their efforts to seize the House in 2013.

This means that Jeffries was actively begging for money from Epstein.

It’s also important to note that this all occurred AFTER Epstein had already been convicted years earlier in 2008.

“Another email shows that Democrat fundraisers invited Epstein to an event or to meet privately with Hakeem Jeffries as part of their 2013 effort to win a majority,” Comer explained.

“So, Hakeem Jeffries’ campaign solicited money from Jeffrey Epstein! That’s what we found in the last document batch,” he continued.

SHOCK: Democrat Former New Jersey Mayor and Police Sergeant Arrested For Sexual Assault of a Minor He Met on Social Media

A former New Jersey mayor was arrested and charged for sexual assault of a minor he met on social media.

Andrew LaBruno, the former Democrat mayor of Dumont and current Jersey City police sergeant started chatting with a juvenile online and made plans to meet up.

According to prosecutors, LaBruno sprayed and unknown substance into his hand and covered the minor victim’s mouth and nose, causing them to become dizzy.

LaBruno was arrested on Monday and charged with first-degree aggravated sexual assault, second-degree sexual assault and third-degree endangering the welfare of a child, NorthJersey.com reported.

NorthJersey.com reported:

A former Dumont mayor and current Jersey City police sergeant was arrested on Nov. 17 and charged with sexual assault of a juvenile, officials said.

Andrew LaBruno, 44, of Dumont was a stranger to the alleged victim, reported the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, which said he engaged in conversation with the juvenile on social media and made arrangements to meet.

The Prosecutor’s Office said LaBruno then “sexually assaulted and endangered the juvenile” at the victim’s residence in Englewood while they were there alone.

Before the assault, LaBruno allegedly sprayed an “unknown substance” into his hand and put it over the juvenile’s mouth and nose, causing dizziness, said an affidavit of probable cause.

He was charged with first-degree aggravated sexual assault, second-degree sexual assault and third-degree endangering the welfare of a child, the Prosecutor’s Office said. LaBruno was remanded to the Bergen County jail pending a detention hearing.

House Votes Against Censuring Democrat Stacey Plaskett Over Epstein Collusion – Here are the Republicans Who Joined the Dems

The House of Representatives on Tuesday evening voted against censuring Democrat Stacey Plaskett over her collusion with Jeffrey Epstein during a 2019 congressional hearing.

Earlier Tuesday, the House voted to advance the measure to censure Plaskett and remove her from the House Intelligence Committee.

Later that evening, the House voted 214 -209 against censuring Plaskett.

Every Democrat voted against the censure.

Three Republicans voted present, and three other GOP lawmakers joined the Democrats.

Here are the three GOP lawmakers who joined the Democrats via Fox News’ Bill Melugin:

Don Bacon (NE)
Lance Gooden (TX)
Dave Joyce (OH)

GOP Present Votes:

Andrew Garbarino (NY)
Jay Obernolte (CA)
Dan Meuser (PA)

Stacey Plaskett was texting Jeffrey Epstein and taking advice from him during a 2019 Congressional hearing with former Trump lawyer Michael Cohen.

Rep Ralph Norman (R-SC) on Tuesday introduced a resolution to censure Democrat Stacey Plaskett and strip her from the House Intelligence Committee.

“I’ve introduced a resolution to censure Stacey Plaskett and remove her from the House Intelligence Committee,” Norman said.

“Her coordination with Jeffrey Epstein during official congressional business is disgraceful, unethical, and an affront to this institution,” he said.

“That’s corruption of judgment at the highest level,” he added.

The effort to censure Plaskett passed the first hurdle but failed later Tuesday evening after six Republicans joined the Democrats.

Leading fundraising group for Democrats solicited Epstein years after he pleaded guilty in Florida

Desperate to tie President Donald Trump to disgraced financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, Democrats are ignoring their own ties shown in newly published documents to the deceased registered sex offender.

One email in the more than 20,000 documents obtained from the Epstein estate and released publicly by the House Oversight Committee shows that a consulting firm working for now-House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, shortly after he was first elected to Congress in 2012, solicited Epstein for a donation. This came long after Trump barred Epstein from his Florida estate in 2007, when he said he cut ties with the financier.

“Dear Jeffrey – We are thrilled to announce that we are working with Congressman Hakeem Jeffries, one of the rising stars in the New York Congressional delegation,” a team at Dynamic SRG, a political fundraising and public affairs firm, wrote to Epstein in a May 2013 email.

“Sometimes referred to as ‘Brooklyn’s Barack’, he is a staunch supporter of President Obama and a progressive voice for the people of New York City,” the firm said, touting Jeffries in the email. Jeffries’ name is listed on Dynamic SRG in a database of “selected current and former clients.”

The email came roughly five years after Epstein became a registered sex offender in Florida and pleaded guilty to state prostitution crimes related to his alleged involvement with underage girls. He avoided federal charges through striking the controversial deal and served only 13 months in state prison.

A year earlier, several underage girls had accused him of soliciting massages and sex acts for payment at his Palm Beach mansion. A Palm Beach grand jury officially charged Epstein in July 2006.

Yet, just four years after Epstein was released from prison, Jeffries’ fundraising firm invited the registered offender to join the new congressman at a Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee fundraising dinner with President Barack Obama himself.

“Hakeem is committed to electing a Democratic majority in 2014 and is encouraging his friends to participate in the DCCC/DSCC fundraising dinner with President Obama this coming Monday night,” the Dynamic SRG team wrote. That fundraiser took place in Chicago

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer said the new Epstein estate documents released by his committee show how the case has boomeranged on the Democrats, who have tried to pin the disgraced financier and sex offender on Trump.

“So the evidence, the new evidence that came out from the estate, was that Democrats were working with Epstein, that many journalists were working with Epstein, all for one purpose, to try to embarrass Donald Trump,” Comer told the Just the News, No Noise TV show on Tuesday.

DA Alvin Bragg Releases Migrant Taxi Driver Charged for Repeatedly Assaulting Female Passengers

An Algerian national allegedly assaulted two women in the back of his New York taxi in separate incidents but is still snagging fares after getting a sweetheart deal from Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, the New York Post reported Saturday.

Records show that Mohammed Bellebia, 34, was allowed to plead guilty to lesser charges in at least one of the incidents, according to the newspaper.

According to the tabloid’s detailed reporting, the cabbie’s first alleged victim was 23-year-old Maile Bartow who entered Bellebia’s yellow cab minivan around 2 a.m. in November of last year after a night on the town with friends.

What should have been an uneventful ten-minute ride to her place on the Lower East turned into a nightmare trip through the darkened streets of the Big Apple.

Bellebia, who reportedly spoke little English, allegedly began touching her leg, according to the Post’s account.

The cabbie not only ignored her pleas to stop, he then groped her genitals, according a lawsuit filed by the woman against the driver and the taxi company — ironically named “Tranquil Taxi.”

During the alleged assault, Bartow snapped a photo of the cabbie’s actions, but he snatched it from her hand and deleted her photos, according to her account. She then began recording her requests for him to stop in a voicemail.

“I started to beg him, ‘Let me out!’” Bartow recalled. “I didn’t want to make him any more mad than he was. I was so scared he was gonna kidnap or kill me.”

The cabbie finally pulled over, she said. She had to call for a ride service to get to her home. The California native had been working in New York as a social media marketing specialist.

She filed a complaint with New York police the next morning.

A month later in December, Bellebia allegedly picked up another 2 a.m. fare and touched that woman’s leg throughout the ride and tried to remove the 33-year-old victim’s underwear, a law enforcement source told the Post.

There was reportedly no partition or camera system in his vehicle.

The cabbie was arrested on Dec. 19, 2024 and charged in both cases, according to the Post. Bellebia faced misdemeanor charges of forcible touching and sexual abuse in Bartow’s case. Conviction could have resulted in a sentence ranging from probation to a year in jail.

Instead, Bellebia pled guilty in March to disorderly conduct and received a “conditional discharge,” the Post reported, avoiding jail time as long as he stayed out of legal trouble.

The second charge is under seal, the Post reported, with no further information available.

Bartow, who has since moved from the city, told the Post she had no idea there had been a second assault allegation and had been largely kept in the dark by the district attorney’s office.

“Oh my God,” she told the Post when she learned of the second woman.

Only when she pestered the DA’s office with phone calls did she learn of the cabbie’s plea deal. Bellebia, meanwhile, had his license suspended after the incident, but it was reportedly reinstated in March.

“He’s back on the road driving the exact same taxi cab,” Bartow told the Post. “I wasn’t looped in at all. They didn’t ask me what I was OK with.”

The newspaper contacted the cabbie, who said he was unaware of the lawsuit filed against him and the taxi company, which the paper reported couldn’t be reached for comment.

Police: Chairman of Pentagon Software Contractor Arrested in Pedophile Sting

A 57-year-old Pittsburgh tech entrepreneur who is the founder and chairman of a software company with federal contracts including with the Pentagon is facing felony charges for allegedly soliciting sexual contact with a young girl in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania.

WTAE in Pittsburgh reports that Eric T. Gillespie, founder and chairman of software company Govini, was arrested on Tuesday after allegedly trying to arrange a meeting with a preteen girl for sexual purposes. The arrest was part of a sting operation conducted by the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Child Predator Section.

According to Attorney General Dave Sunday, an agent posed as an adult in an online chat platform often used by offenders attempting to arrange meetings with children. The agent uncovered Gillespie, who was using an online pseudonym, lurking on the platform to access children.

Gillespie, a 57-year-old resident of Pittsburgh’s South Side neighborhood, founded Govini to transform how the U.S. government uses AI and data to make decisions. The company recently surpassed $100 million in annual revenue and has been awarded millions of dollars in contracts with federal agencies including the Pentagon and Department of Homeland Security.

In response to Gillespie’s arrest, Govini placed him on administrative leave and stated the company will fully cooperate with law enforcement’s investigation. The company acknowledged the severity of the charges and vowed to hold all employees to the highest ethical standards.

Gillespie is facing four felony counts related to the incident. A judge denied bail, citing flight risk and public safety concerns. The Attorney General’s office said Gillespie denied the allegations against him.

Email Released by House Oversight Committee Shows Jeffrey Epstein Saying Lord Peter Mandelson Was Right To Tell Him ‘To Stay Away From (Former Prince) Andrew’

For disgraced ‘former Prince’ Andrew to learn his ‘friends’ despised him is yet another bitter pill to swallow.

Democrats in the House Oversight Committee, participating in the review of the Jeffrey Epstein investigation and prosecution, continue to try to ‘will into existence’ damaging information against Donald J. Trump that’s just not there.

They attempt that by selective and deceptive partial leaks, but the Oversight Chairman, Republican James Comer, released another batch of no less than 23,000 documents received from the Jeffrey Epstein Estate.

Around the world, journalists and analysts are starting to dig into the treasure trove and come up with new chapters in the never-ending soap opera of the Epstein sex-trafficking ring.

Link to the whole ‘Batch 7’.

One of the first stories out of the doc dump is another big humiliation to former Prince Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, as an email reveals that Epstein told Lord Peter Mandelson: ‘You were right about staying away from Andrew’.

The Telegraph reported:

“According to documents first seen by the BBC, Epstein emailed Lord Mandelson two weeks after his birthday in 2016, writing: ‘63 years old. You made it’.

‘Just. I have decided to extend my life by spending more of it in the US’, Lord Mandelson responded.

Epstein then replied “in the Donald White House”, then added: ‘You were right about staying away from Andrew’.”

Public School Teachers Have A Serious Child Sex Abuse Problem

Every month, around 300 to 500 public school teachers are arrested or charged for incidents involving a minor, including sexual assault on minors.  The majority of these cases do not receive much attention in the media and often school districts will “pass the trash”; quietly removing an offending teacher and using confidentiality agreements to cover up incidents, allowing that employee to simply move on to another school district and repeat the pattern all over again.

These cases tend to start with lewd conduct – Teachers acting inappropriately or making sexualized comments with multiple students.  They are punished by school officials, but the action is kept under wraps.  The teacher then moves to another county and does something even worse.

For example, a teacher in NJ became the subject of a media firestorm last year when he was caught in multiple instances over the course of several years engaging in sexual discussions and behavior with students.  These incidents including dropping items in front of female students, telling them to pick up the objects so that he could look at them from behind as they bent over.  There were also several reports of the teacher discussing his personal sex life with children and making bizarre comments about how the girls in his class looked “cute”.

Despite New Jersey making laws against “pass the trash” practices, schools flouted the restrictions and hid groomer teachers anyway.  Lewd conduct often ends up leading to physical abuse if teachers are not outed right away.

In the past two weeks alone the news feeds have been replete with child abuse cases involving teachers, from Aurora, Colorado to Maricopa County, Arizona to Swainsboro, Georgia to Mount Pleasant, Texas and Detroit, Michigan

These cases are so frequent they rarely stay in the focus of journalists for more than a few days before the next arrest takes the limelight.

Think your children are safer if the teacher is female?  Think again.  Among educators arrested for abuse, women make up 30% of cases.  This might seem low until we take into account the fact that among all sexual abuse cases nationally, women perpetrate 10% of them.  In other words, female school teachers are far above the national average for child abuse.

Texas man accused of child sex crimes avoids jail in plea deal with Soros-backed prosecutor: report

Texas man accused of repeatedly sexually assaulting a child will avoid prosecution on nine felony counts after striking a plea deal with a George Soros-backed Travis County prosecutor, according to a report.

Austin’s ABC affiliate KVUE reported that Richard Leigh Bell, 37, was indicted on nine felony charges — including one count of continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14, six counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child, and two counts of indecency with a child. Those charges were dropped as part of a plea deal that allowed Bell to plead guilty to one count of injury to a child, a third-degree felony.

Under the deal, Bell was sentenced to five years of deferred probation. He must register as a sex offender and is barred from contacting the victim, her family or any minors, KVUE reported. The plea included no jail time.

Outside the courtroom on Monday, the victim’s father told KVUE he was blindsided by the decision and said prosecutors Efrain De La Fuente and Lorraine Garcia failed to include him in discussions about the plea.
