Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker Signs ‘Clean Slate’ Act to Seal Criminal Records of Non-Violent Offenders

What is it with Democrats and their absolute obsession with making life easier for criminals?

In Illinois, Governor J.B. Pritzker has just signed what they are calling the ‘Clean Slate’ act, which seals the records of non-violent offenders. What this does is make it more difficult for potential employers, landlords, and just regular people to know if a person they are dealing with has a criminal past.

This is the same governor who has vowed to arrest and prosecute ICE agents.

Illinois is giving residents an opportunity to clear their criminal records.

The Governor JB Pritzker signed the Clean Slate Act on Friday.

It will help an estimated 2.2 million Illinois residents get their records automatically sealed. Illinois becomes the 13th state to create an automatic records relief process for individuals with non-violent criminal convictions.

“The Clean Slate Act passed with bipartisan support and with my signature will offer the opportunity for Illinois to create an automatic process to seal the criminal records of those convicted of nonviolent crimes,” Pritzker said.

The governor said this act is “opening up opportunities for those reentering society to live productive, healthy, and stable lives.”

Uncovered: Secret room beneath Chinese embassy that poses threat to City

China is to build a hidden chamber alongside Britain’s most sensitive communication cables as part of a network of 208 secret rooms beneath its new London “super-embassy”, The Telegraph can reveal.

This newspaper has uncovered detailed plans for an underground complex below the vast diplomatic site in central London, which Beijing has sought to keep from public scrutiny.

Despite the apparent security risk, Sir Keir Starmer is expected to approve the embassy before a visit to China later this month, when he is due to meet Xi Jinping, the Chinese president.

The plans, which are redacted in all publicly available versions, can only be revealed because The Telegraph has uncovered the unredacted documents.

The drawings show that a single concealed chamber will sit directly alongside fibre-optic cables transmitting financial data to the City of London, as well as email and messaging traffic for millions of internet users.

The same hidden room is fitted with hot-air extraction systems, possibly suggesting the installation of heat-generating equipment such as advanced computers used for espionage. The plans also show that China intends to demolish and rebuild the outer basement wall of the chamber, directly beside the fibre-optic cables.

Assistant AG Harmeet Dhillon Exposes States Concealing Voter SSN Data,Vows to Sue for Election Integrity

In a move to safeguard American elections, Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon of the Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division has revealed that multiple states are withholding critical Social Security number data tied to voter registrations.

On Saturday, Dhillon announced plans to sue non-compliant states to force transparency and purge potential fraud from voter rolls.

“The government provides SSNs for voter registration verification. Any SOS hiding behind ‘protect your privacy’ claims is faking and doesn’t care about election integrity,” Dhillon wrote in a post on X, along with a video with further explanation.

Dhillon added that the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division will “obtain those voter rolls—voluntarily or through lawsuit!”

“Some of the arguments we’ve heard include, ‘why are you asking for the Social Security number? That’s top secret information,’” Dhillon stated in the video. “The federal government ISSUES the Social Security numbers. It is not top secret information from us! And we are going to either get these voluntarily or SUE!”

The announcement comes amid the DOJ’s ongoing nationwide effort to obtain full voter registration lists from states, which include partial Social Security numbers (SSNs), driver’s license numbers, birth dates, names, and addresses.

This data is essential for verifying voter eligibility and ensuring only citizens participate in elections, according to DOJ officials.

So far, the Justice Department has filed lawsuits against 24 states and the District of Columbia for failing to provide the requested voter data.

Secret ICE Programs Revealed

Operations Benchwarmer, Tidal Wave, Abracadabra, Dust Off, Fleur De Lis — these are just a few of the secret programs recently undertaken by Immigration and Customs Enforcement. ICE has become a self appointed bouncer for America under Donald Trump, enlisting tens of thousands of federal, state, and local police and intelligence departments and agencies to not just root out “illegals,” but also exploit them for intelligence, leaked documents show.

A Border Patrol official outraged by ICE’s conduct has leaked to me this and other documents providing an unprecedented glimpse into ICE’s undeclared activities across the country. Many of these operations and their codenames have not been previously reported.

A 15-page long document, marked “LAW ENFORCEMENT SENSITIVE,” details 21 different “major” ICE operations resulting, so it says, in 6,852 apprehensions since June. From Operation A, a covert effort to develop informants among immigrants in detention, to Operation Benchwarmer, which alone spans the deployment of 2,000 “intelligence assets” across the country, the document gives a sense of how aggressively ICE is scouring neighborhoods and developing sources to spy on immigrants and Americans alike.

They Trained Us How to Hide Kids’ Gender Changes from Mom and Dad: Teacher Whistleblower

A former public school teacher in Olympia, Washington, says educators were instructed to conceal sensitive student information from parents, including changes to gender identity and pronouns, during his time working in the Olympia School District.

Ryan Defant, who now teaches at Evergreen Christian School in Olympia, made the claims while describing his experience as a teacher at Centennial Elementary.

Defant said that during multiple staff meetings, teachers were trained on how to use internal systems to keep certain student information hidden from parents.

“My name is Ryan Defant right now. I’m currently teaching at Evergreen Christian school, and I live in Olympia, Washington. I used to work at Centennial Elementary in the Olympia School District, and I can recall several staff meetings where we were trained and showed how we can hide information from parents using our skyward program,” Defant said.

Skyward is a widely used student information system that allows families to access grades, attendance records, and other school-related information.

According to Defant, teachers were instructed on how to enter data into the system in a way that blocked parental access.

“Skyward program was where we did our grades and attendance and information for families to access, but we had a teacher, and a couple teachers actually train us on how we can input information into skyward that was behind a wall that parents couldn’t access,” he said.

‘Who is hiding behind these masks?’: Investigators want to know whether ICE is employing former Jan. 6 defendants, demand docs about ‘violent rioters’ hired by DHS

As controversies involving federal immigration agents pile up in multiple cities, congressional investigators are demanding to know whether the Trump administration has hired anyone who was previously pardoned for taking part in the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol.

In a four-page letter on Monday, House Judiciary Democrats put the question directly – and in plain terms – to Attorney General Pam Bondi and Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem.

“How many pardoned January 6th insurrectionists have been hired by your respective departments?” the letter begins.

In the letter, Maryland Rep. and ranking member Jamie Raskin details how some in the orbit of Jan. 6 have since come to work for the DOJ itself in high-profile positions. Among such employees are pardoned ex-FBI supervisor Jared Wise, who now serves as senior adviser in the office of the Deputy Attorney General. Raskin also makes reference to “J6 enthusiast and defense counsel” Ed Martin, who currently serves as Associate Deputy Attorney General and the head of the DOJ’s “Weaponization Working Group.”

Still, those references – to Wise and Martin – merely preface Raskin’s overarching concern.

“We know that some participants in the January 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol have been rewarded with high-ranking positions in the Department of Justice,” the congressman said in a press release. “However, it remains unclear how many more have been invited to join the ranks of this Administration, including among the masked Department of Homeland Security agents and officers that have dragged, tackled, beaten, tased, shot, and killed citizens and non-citizens alike in communities around the country.”

CIA can neither ‘confirm nor deny’ existence of 3I/ATLAS file — hinting at possible threat: Harvard scientist

Is this the new Area 51?

3I/ATLAS may have left Earth’s neighborhood, but it’s still very much on our radar. In a new Medium post, Harvard Scientist Avi Loeb pointed out that the CIA hinted at the existence of classified documents related to the interstellar comet, suggesting that it could potentially be a threat to humanity.

“It’s very interesting that they did not dismiss the existence of documents within the CIA on this matter,” the astrophysicist told the Post.

Loeb was referencing the CIA’s response to a query by UFO researcher/conspiracy theorist John Greenewald Jr.

In the letter, which Greenewald Jr. shared to X, the agency wrote that it can neither “confirm nor deny the existence or nonexistence of records” related to 3I/ATLAS.

Hey, everyone. Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton here with some massive news. Judicial Watch just uncovered that the CIA was involved in the response to the January 6th disturbances on Capitol Hill. In fact, CIA bomb technicians were sent over to the RNC and DNC where those pipe bombs supposedly were found. On top of that, there were CIA dog teams on standby in response to January 6th.

Now, there are a lot of questions that are raised by our disclosures. First of all, why did it take Judicial Watch heavy lifting in federal court to get access to these documents after all these years? Why didn’t the Pelosi January sixth Committee, even as corrupt as it was, not disclose the CIA involvement? What was the CIA involved for? Were they investigating foreign intelligence operations? Were they investigating American citizens? What else have they done related to January sixth? All these questions you can be sure your Judicial Watch will pursue. In federal court if necessary.

So we had asked for records from the Department of Justice. What did we ask for? Last year. We asked for records and communications regarding shots being fired inside the US Capitol as well as request for Bureau of Alcohol, Department of Farms, Explosive Special Response Team Assistance on January 6. Remember, they had these pipe bombs that were supposedly found at the RNC and DNC. And so we were interested in the responses there. So we got a bunch of text messages. Of course, they ignored our request, and we had to sue in federal court. Again, this is June 2023. We filed the lawsuit. We probably had asked. Yeah, we asked in… No, we filed the lawsuit in August. We asked for the records in June. So we’ve been waiting almost a year for these records, and it took a federal lawsuit to get them out to us. And so we got these ATF text messages that detail the CIA’s involvement. And there are two sets of text messages, and they’re very interesting to read because they do talk about, as I say, we were asking about the reports of shots fired.

Unsealed documents reveal UK agents were ordered to secure UFO technology over threat fears

Unsealed government files have revealed that the British military once seriously explored the idea of securing UFO technology, amid fears that unexplained craft could pose both a threat – and an opportunity – to national defence.

The documents, now available at the National Archives in London, show that during the 1990s, the UK’s Defence Intelligence staff was instructed to investigate a surge in ‘unidentified aerial phenomena’ (UAPs), following thousands of sightings reported over Belgium between November 1989 and April 1990.

At the time, intelligence officers were concerned that the strange sightings might not only be real, but technologically significant.

One internal memo from March 1997 read: “Logic would indicate that if significant numbers are reporting seeing strange objects in the sky then there may be a basis in fact. It could be argued that UAPs pose a potential threat to the defence of the realm since we have no idea what they are!”

Earlier reports focused on accounts of ‘large, silent, low-flying black triangles’ that appeared to outperform any known aircraft. Their apparent ability to hover, accelerate rapidly and evade military jets led officials to consider whether the technology itself could be exploited.

What’s He Got to Hide? — Eric Swalwell Blurs Out his ‘Mortgage Fraud’ Home in Washington D.C. on Google Maps

Does Eric Swalwell really think that blurring out his house on Google Maps can wipe out the facts?

Ironically, Swalwell had previously enjoyed showing off his home at 209 S Street NE in Washington, D.C. to the world. Variety Magazine featured Swalwell’s home when he purchased it in 2020.

On his Instagram account, Swalwell has repeatedly posted photos inside and outside of his home, his dog sleeping on the living room floor, looking out at his backyard, and even a birthday video with his children.

Now, Eric Swalwell has blurred out his home on Google Maps so it cannot be viewed online.

Google Maps allows homeowners to blur their homes as part of Google’s broader privacy and safety policy. To request blurring, a homeowner uses the “Report a Problem” feature directly within Google Maps Street View.

The user just navigates to their address, clicks the reporting link, then selects the option to blur their home. Once a home is blurred, the blur is permanent for that location in Street View, even if ownership changes.
