Report: Brazilian National in CA Was Arrested for Domestic Violence, Became a Cop, Now Accused of Rape

California Democrat Gov. Gavin Newsom signed a law in 2022 removing a requirement for police, highway patrol, and corrections officers in the state to be U.S. citizens or permanent residents.

Now, a foreign national Felipe Gomes, who was hired by the Belmont Police Department after the law went into effect in 2023, was arrested last week on suspicion of rape, The Blaze reported. The Brazilian national was reportedly hired despite a previous arrest in 2017 for domestic violence.

Redwood City Police arrested Gomes at the Belmont Police Department headquarters on April 22, RCPD Sgt. Victor Figueroa said. Gomes is accused of violating penal code 261 (a)(1), which is “knowingly having sexual intercourse with an individual incapable of giving consent because of a mental disorder or developmental or physical disability,” according to the report.

Gomes was subsequently booked into the San Mateo County Office Main Jail and released on $100,000 bond. Belmont Police Lt. Pete Lotti said Gomes was terminated the day after his arrest, the report states.

Gomes was sworn in on Dec. 10 at a Belmont City Council ceremony. At the ceremony, Belmont Police Chief Ken Stenquist said Gomes was in the Brazilian Air Force and worked as air force police.

“He was a full-time police soldier and left that position when he moved to the United States. He enjoys practicing jiu jitsu and attending church when he’s not working,” Stenquist added.

The San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office and the East Palo Alto Police Department allegedly warned Chief Stenquist about Gomes before he was hired. Both law enforcement agencies said they had rejected his application due to a 2017 domestic violence arrest, KGO-TV reported

“The charging affidavit reviewed by KGO alleged that one year into his marriage, Gomes — who is not an American citizen but apparently has a U.S. work permit — brutally beat his wife, striking her repeatedly in the face and stomach. Gomes had allegedly done so after seeing text messages on his wife’s phone from her ex-boyfriend,” according to the report.

An officer at the time said he saw a “large bruise that covered most of (his wife’s) left cheek and scratches to her right cheek.”

“The state attorney reportedly factored in Gomes’ claims that his wife hit and scratched him first, charged both husband and wife with battery/domestic violence, and ultimately dropped the charges,” the report details.

California Bill Highlights Epidemic Of Male Rapists Transferring To Women’s Prisons

On April 29, 2025, California lawmakers will decide whether to advance a bill introduced by Sen. Shannon Grove that would prohibit any trans-identifying male prisoners with histories of sex offenses from being housed in women’s prisons. This bill would take a significant bite out of Sen. Scott Wiener’s 2021 law SB132 (also known as the Transgender Respect, Agency, and Dignity Act), which currently allows the entrance of trans-identifying male prisoners into women’s prisons. The bill comes amid ongoing concerns about inmate safety.

Amie, then a prisoner at Central California Women’s Facility, still remembers the day Richard Masbruch was transferred to CCWF. Masbruch, who changed his name to Sherri Lashure, was a sadistic sexual predator who held an elderly mother and daughter at gunpoint and tortured the daughter with electric shocks before brutally raping and sodomizing her.

Amie’s hands trembled as word spread throughout the prison. “Sherri” also had infamously self-castrated himself while in a Texas prison. Despite the loss of his male genitals, he is alleged to have raped female prisoners with objects. His presence made the female population extremely fearful and anxious, as many of the prisoners were survivors of sexual violence.

Under the current California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation policy, there are no bright-line rules; the policy simply requires that every inmate request for a transfer must be considered. Any male inmate who self-identifies as female can request a transfer to women’s prison, regardless of his criminal history, his anatomy, or whether he has undergone any so-called “transition” procedures. According to the CDCR, as of April 2025, there are 45 trans-identifying males housed in the women’s prisons, 208 pending transfers, and 898 requesting to be transferred.

Clearly, CDCR anticipated that wanted or unwanted sexual encounters among the “transgender” males and the females would occur when it distributed condoms to women’s prisons. As early as 2023, the California Office of the Inspector General recognized that female prisoners were fearful of the male prisoners. The other forms of abuse perpetrated by the male transferees included “physical violence and demeaning behavior” toward female prisoners.

Nearly two-thirds of women interviewed reported fearing for their safety around some or all of the male transferees, with over one-quarter reporting negative experiences, including sexual assault. The OIG confirmed that some male transferees allegedly forcibly touched female prisoners or forced the females to touch them, which is undeniably sexual assault. Allegations of rape have also materialized.

In a high-profile case, Tremaine Carroll, a 6-foot-tall male who purports to be a transgender woman, was transferred in 2021 to CCWF, where he impregnated one female prisoner. In 2024 Carroll was accused of raping a female inmate and charged with trying to dissuade a witness to testify. In the rape trial — in an unmitigated affront to the victim — Judge Katherine Rigby has ordered the prosecutor and the alleged victim to refer to Carroll using female pronouns. Carroll’s trial is ongoing.

Carroll has been returned to the male prison and is serving 25 years to life under California’s Three Strikes Law. Ironically prior to the rape charges, the American Civil Liberties Union held Carroll up as the model “safe” transgender prisoner and used him to intervene in a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of SB132.

That lawsuit, which was filed by Women’s Liberation Front along with Harmeet Dhillon (who is now the assistant attorney general for civil rights), contends that housing male inmates with female inmates constitutes cruel and unusual punishment and discrimination. The six female prisoner-plaintiffs have experienced childhood violence and sexual abuse and now have violent males housed with them. Plaintiff Krystal Gonzalez was allegedly sexually assaulted by a male prisoner who was transferred to the women’s prison based upon his professed belief in his own femininity. When she reported the assault, it was she who was punished. One plaintiff was a victim of sex trafficking at age 13.

HORROR: Mexican Illegal Alien Released by Joe Biden Arrested For Raping Little Boy as He Was Playing Outside

An illegal alien from Mexico released into the interior of the United States by Joe Biden was arrested for raping a 13-year-old boy.

The Charlotte County, Florida, Sheriff on Thursday announced 20-year-old Samuel Cobos-Carmona was arrested and charged with committing sexual battery on a child.

Sheriff Bill Prummell said Cobos-Carmona illegally entered the US for the first time in 2021 on Joe Biden’s open borders invitation. He was deported but made his way back over the US border in 2022. Cobos-Carmona fled from Texas authorities and ended up in Florida. He was caught by law enforcement in Sarasota in the summer of 2024 but released thanks to Joe Biden’s dangerous ‘catch and release’ policy.

Last week, authorities were called to a family’s home to report the sexual battery. The child victim’s mother told deputies that her son told her that Cobos-Carmona sexually assaulted him while he was playing outside with his younger brother, according to Gulf Coast News.

The child was playing hide-and-seek in the woods when Cobos-Carmona grabbed him and held him down. The illegal alien anally and orally raped the child as he tried to fight back and scream.

Cobos-Carmona initially lied to authorities and said he never sexually assaulted the boy, but he later admitted to the crimes.

The 20-year-old was charged with “lewd or lascivious battery by engaging in sexual activity with a person 12 years of age or older but less than 16 years of age,” ABC 6 reported.

New York jury awards US$1.68 billion to women who accused writer and director Toback of sexual abuse

A New York jury on Wednesday awarded US$1.68 billion in damages to 40 women who accused writer and director James Toback of sexual abuse and other crimes over a span of 35 years, according to lawyers representing the plaintiffs.

The decision stems from a lawsuit filed in Manhattan in 2022 after New York state instituted a one-year window for people to file lawsuits over sexual assault claims even if they took place decades ago.

It marks one of the largest jury awards since the advent of the #MeToo movement, as well as in New York state history, said attorney Brad Beckworth, of the law firm Nix Patterson LLP, in an interview. The plaintiffs, he said, believe such a large verdict will send a message to powerful individuals “who don’t treat women appropriately.”

The court had not yet released documentation of the verdict as of Wednesday night. Beckworth said the verdict included $280 million in compensatory damages and $1.4 billion for punitive damages to the plaintiffs.

“This verdict is about justice,” Beckworth said in a statement. “But more importantly, It’s about taking power back from the abusers — and their and enablers — and returning it to those he tried to control and silence.”

Beckworth said the abuse took place between 1979 and 2014.

Toback was nominated for an Oscar for writing 1991’s “Bugsy,” and his career in Hollywood has spanned more than 40 years. Accusations that he engaged in years of sexual abuse surfaced in late 2017 as the #MeToo movement gained attention. They were first reported by the Los Angeles Times.

In 2018, Los Angeles prosecutors said the statutes of limitations had expired in five cases they reviewed, and declined to bring criminal charges against Toback.

The plaintiffs then filed a lawsuit in New York a few days after the state’s Adult Survivors Act went into effect. The lawyers said they discovered a pattern of Toback attempting to lure young women on the streets of New York into meeting him by falsely promising roles in his films and then subjecting them to sexual acts, threats and psychological coercion.

Mary Monahan, a lead plaintiff in the case, called the jury award “validation” for her and the other women.

“For decades, I carried this trauma in silence, and today, a jury believed me. Believed us. That changes everything,” she said in a statement. “This verdict is more than a number — it’s a declaration. We are not disposable. We are not liars. We are not collateral damage in someone else’s power trip. The world knows now what we’ve always known: what he did was real.”

UN Exposes Systematic Israeli Rape of Palestinians

On March 13th, the UN Human Rights High Commission published a horrifying report exposing in oft-emetic detail how the Zionist entity has employed “sexual, reproductive and other forms of gender-based violence against Palestinians” on an industrial scale since the Gaza genocide erupted in October 2023. The UN concludes these hideous acts are a central component of Israel’s “broader effort to undermine [Palestinians’] right to self-determination,” their systematic nature pointing unambiguously to endorsement by Tel Aviv’s military and political leaders.

The report records, “sexual and gender-based violence is by no means a new element of the Israeli occupation.” However, in the wake of October 7th, there has been a “sharp increase in sexual violence against Palestinian women and men”, both by Zionist Occupation Forces and settlers. The UN encountered no obstacles collecting voluminous highly incriminating evidence of this vile abuse. In addition to a welter of victim and witness testimony, perpetrators often voyeuristically captured themselves and their confederates openly committing these crimes on camera.

Frequently, these abhorrent images were pridefully posted on the culprits’ personal social media accounts. Such actions amply attest to the culture of total impunity in which ZOF soldiers literally rape and pillage. “Despite the abundance of witness and digital evidence of Israeli soldiers committing crimes in Gaza,” the UN found “there have been no meaningful efforts by Israel to hold the perpetrators accountable.” Requests submitted to Tel Aviv for clarity on investigations into sexual violence committed by Occupation Forces have been ignored:

“The Commission has not seen any evidence that Israeli authorities have taken any effective measures to prevent or stop acts of sexual violence or to identify and punish perpetrators.”

By contrast, the UN documented multiple statements by Zionist entity officials actively supporting ZOF militants accused of sex crimes, and “legitimizing rape and other forms of sexual violence” against Palestinians, particularly detainees. That Israel’s rulers advocate sexually-charged attacks on Palestinians is further reinforced by a deliberate ZOF strike on a women’s rights centre in Gaza, in mid-November 2023. The UN noted the broadside’s “clear gendered dimension,” with soldiers daubing deeply offensive, sexist insults directed at Palestinian women on the building’s inner walls in Hebrew.

Dallas Rabbi Who Spread False Hamas Rape Claims Arrested for Child Molestation

A Dallas zionist rabbi who publicly spread false claims about Hamas raping Israeli women on October 7 has been arrested for sexually abusing a teenage boy.

Rabbi Yizhak Meir Sabo, 43, was charged with indecency with a child, according to Dallas County jail records. Authorities arrested him on April 1 and set his bail at $100,000. The reports surfaced on March 27, prompting the Akiba Yavneh Academy to place him on administrative leave.

According to an affidavit, Sabo repeatedly pulled down a male student’s pants and touched his genitals. The abuse allegedly occurred while the student was in grades 9-12. Sabo also watched the student shower and gave him inappropriate “massages,” the report states.

School officials called the reports “shocking and serious” and banned Sabo from campus and all school-related activities. More families have since come forward with additional concerns. However, investigators have stated that the current case does not involve younger students.

Third Former Rotherham Police Officer Arrested Over Child Sex Abuse Investigation

A former police officer accused of raping a teenager in child-sex scandal town Rotherham has been arrested, the third such arrest in the investigation so far.

The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) announced a former police constable of the South Yorkshire Police was arrested on Monday. The former officer, a man in his 50s, is suspected of raping a teenage girl in the town of Rotherham in 2004.

IOPC spokesman Emily Barry said the investigation into the South Yorkshire Police is being conducted by the South Yorkshire Police under the Office’s direction, and that they have received complaints against police officers from six women. This new arrest pertains to the sixth and latest woman to come forward, she said.

Barry said: “These complaints are being handled sensitively and thoroughly investigated and a third former officer has now been arrested. At the end of the investigation we will decide whether a file of evidence will be referred to the Crown Prosecution Service to consider criminal charges.”

As previously reported, two former police officers were arrested on suspicion of child sex abuse last year. One of those former officers, a man in his 60s has been arrested twice over the course of the investigation in relation to separate allegations, including alleged child sex abuse against a victim between 1997 and 2002, and indecent assault against two other girls between 1995 and 1999.

A second former officer, a man in his 50s, was arrested on suspicion of “sexual assault and misconduct in public office and one count of indecent assault in connection to incidents that reportedly occurred around 1995-1996.”

4 of the Worst Suspected Child Rapists Whom Dems Protected from ICE – Others Even Got Off With $0 Bail

Border Czar Tom Homan told the Conservative Political Action Committee in February that he was, “bringing hell to Boston.”

Homan claimed several child rapists wanted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement were released in Massachusetts before ICE could arrest them.

After some investigating, CBS News confirmed that grim reality on Monday.

Fox News National Correspondent Bill Melugin summed up the findings of CBS in a post via social media platform X.

NEW: CBS looked into ICE Boston claims that illegal aliens charged w/ child rape in MA are repeatedly being released from jail w/ ridiculously low bail. They found that yes, they are, including the following in recent months:

– Guatemalan charged w/ 3 counts of aggravated child…

— Bill Melugin (@BillMelugin_) March 23, 2025

Two child rapists were released on $7,500 bail, while another instance involved two more child rapists both released on just $500 bail.

One Honduran released without bail was charged with assault, armed robbery, and rape.

According to CBS, Massachusetts laws prevents police from holding someone if they post bail, even if they are wanted by ICE.

Massachusetts Supreme Court ruled in Lunn v. Commonwealth, “Massachusetts law provides no authority for Massachusetts court officers to arrest and hold an individual solely on the basis of a Federal civil immigration detainer, beyond the time that the individual would otherwise be entitled to be released from State custody.”

The outrageously low bail for these people is another issue.

CBS asked criminal defense and immigration attorney Stephen Roth about the matter. According to Roth, bail is set to make sure someone appears in court, not to keep them in custody.

Massachusetts has a uniquely bad set of circumstances on its hands.

ICE is looking to capture child rapists, but all the local police can do is let them go if they post bail and in some cases that could cost nothing.

How would a victim feel knowing one of these men was back on the street with little to no effort?

Independent British MP Rupert Lowe Launches a National Inquiry on the ‘Rape Gangs’ Scandal – Crowdfunding Starts Hot, UK Public Raise $170K in an Afternoon

UK independent politician Rupert Lowe is equally loved and hated in the right-wing circles.

Since the Norfolk MP for Great Yarmouth left Reform UK party under a storm of allegations, Lowe found himself entwined in a bitter feud with Reform’s leader Nigel Farage over policy.

The former chairman of Southampton Football Club was elected as one of Reform UK’s five MPs in 2024. An outspoken man, he holds firm common-sense views in key areas such as immigration, economic policy, and social issues – and has a focus on UK’s ‘grooming gangs’ scandal.

RUPERT LOWE SAYS PLANS FOR GROOMING GANG INQUIRY ARE UNDERWAY

“I will source the funding. Reform and Farage failed to do so, I will not. When I make a promise, I keep it”

They have been betrayed by the Government, the authorities, the media and now Reform.

Justice we hope pic.twitter.com/xKVMsNEONB

— Basil the Great (@Basil_TGMD) March 12, 2025

Now, he is launching an investigation into the scandal, in a story that is mixing personal conflict with a broader political crusade, all rooted in one of Britain’s most controversial issues.

An announcement.

Today, I am launching a national inquiry into the rape gang scandal.

It will focus on three questions – what happened, how did it happen and why was it allowed to happen? A crowdfunder has been set up, please see the link below. I will of course personally… pic.twitter.com/v9JY3HC9B6

— Rupert Lowe MP (@RupertLowe10) March 28, 2025

Reform UK suspended Lowe on March 7 after allegations arose of workplace bullying and verbal threats against party chairman Zia Yusuf.

Lowe denied all accusations, calling them a ‘political assassination’ and a ‘witch hunt’, alleging that Reform tried to ‘silence’ him on the ‘Muslim grooming gangs’ issue.

He says the party pressured him to remove references to “mass deportations” from a February 2025 speech, a charge Farage denies.

Bill Clinton Rape Accuser Juanita Broaddrick Swatted In ANOTHER Leftist Domestic Terror Attack

Jaunita Broaddrick, who accused ex-President Bill Clinton of molesting her in 1978, was swatted late Monday night amid the ongoing swatting attacks targeting pro-Trump commentators and activists.

“Well, I just got swatted. About 10 police and swat team showed up. They said the caller said there were 2 masked men and people inside had been shot. This shit needs to stop,” Broaddrick wrote on 𝕏 along with a video of cops at her door.

The dangerous hoax 911 call comes after over a dozen MAGA media members and social media influencers were swatted in the past week, beginning with Infowars host Chase Geiser.

Southern California’s Claremont McKenna College and Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital were also swatted last week.

FBI Director Kash Patel addressed the dangerous swatting attacks on pro-Trump media personalities in a Friday social media post, writing, “The FBI is aware of this dangerous trend, and my team and I are already taking action to investigate and hold those responsible accountable.”

During a 1999 Dateline NBC network television interview, Broaddrick explained she refused advances from Clinton, who proceeded to bite her lip as he forced himself upon her during his 1970s Arkansas gubernatorial campaign.

“When everything was over with he got up and straightened himself, and I was crying a moment and he walks to the door and calmly puts on his sunglasses and before he goes out the door he says, ‘You better get some ice on that,’ and he turns and went out the door,” Broaddrick recounted.

Broaddrick chimed in during an Infowars interview with activist Brandon Gray after he confronted Hillary Clinton during a book signing and brought up Broaddrick by name.
