California Teacher Has Unhinged Classroom Meltdown Over Trump Win: Warns Students of ‘Concentration Camps,’ Blames Kamala’s Loss on ‘Racism and Sexism,’ and Labels Kids ‘Privileged’

In a shocking incident caught on tape, Maximiliano Perez, an Advanced Placement history teacher at Moreno Valley View High School in California, unleashed a profanity-filled tirade against Donald Trump in front of his students following the latest presidential election.

His heated speech covered everything from Trump’s supposed “Hitlerian” tendencies to accusations that Kamala Harris lost due to “white women” and “Latino men who wish they were white.”

Perez’s tirade included an array of extreme warnings and personal grievances, calling out students for their “privilege” and even likening America under Trump to potential “concentration camps.”

Corey DeAngelis, a senior fellow at the American Federation for Children, was among the first to bring attention to the recorded meltdown, in which Perez openly attacked the results of the election.

Perez reportedly told his students:

“This sh-t is not a f—ing game. Does that make sense, everybody? Can’t emphasize this enough. Can you end up in a concentration camp in your lifetime? Yes. Can you end up with no human rights? Yes. Will it happen to you? Most likely not, which is a good thing. But has Donald Trump quoted Hitler? Yes. Yes. Does he embody some of Hitler’s ideas? Yes. Donald Trump won because we have low voter turnout. People didn’t want to vote.”

In an attempt to explain Harris’s electoral loss, Perez pointed fingers at racial and gender biases, accusing white women, Black men, and Latino men of failing to support Harris, framing her defeat as a consequence of systemic racism and sexism.

Publicly Funded LGBT Group Asks Teachers Not To Inform Parents About ‘Transitioning’ Children

A government funded LGBT lobbyist ‘charity’ is encouraging teachers in Scottish schools not to communicate with parents if their children express a desire to ‘transition’ to a different gender.

The Telegraph reports that one school issued such guidance to teachers based on the ‘inclusion scheme’ advice of LGBT Youth Scotland, a radical activist group that receives almost £1 million per year in taxpayer funding.

In a second school, concerns were raised that there could be “problems” with parents discovering their child had changed their name when reports were sent home.

The report notes that more than half the secondary schools in the country are signed up to the LGBT Youth Scotland scheme, costing £850 and offering “charter status” if schools abide by their ‘inclusivity’ guidelines.

A further 40 primary schools in the country are signed up. Primary schools are for children aged 4-11.

Progressive Mantra: Choice For Me But Not For Thee

When it Comes to Options that are Actually Good for Children, Progressives Pick Mandates over Choice EVERY Time

It’s a puzzle, an irony, a conundrum. Progressives, the party of “you do you” and “my body, my choice,” have once again proven that they hate choice when it comes to programs and actions that are actually GOOD for children.

Want to abort your child seven days after it’s born? Your choice. Want to allow your minor child to have body parts removed and be put on hormone blockers/therapy? Your choice. Want to take your child to a drag queen show in an adult bar and expose them to overly sexualized and inappropriate entertainment? Your choice.

Want to get your child out of a failing school and take him/her to a good school where he/she can succeed? Whoa, wait a minute. Progressives can’t have that. They think that is dangerous.

It makes me wonder why.

When I was teaching, the argument was always the same. “If we take kids out of some public schools and allow them to go to better public or private schools, it will leave the public schools decimated.“

And the people who said this always followed it up with, ” School choice is racist and elitist.”

Here’s a sample of that opposition from the Baltimore Sun Op-Ed section: Md. BOOST program helps private schools at the expense of public ones – Baltimore Sun

The “best” argument of all was “public schools can’t succeed if we take the best kids out.” Wow. And they called those who believe in school choice racist and elitist? It’s kind of like when Joe Biden said, “Poor kids are just as bright and just as talented as White kids.” Biden says ‘poor kids are just as bright and just as talented as white kids’ (nbcnews.com)

But he’s not racist. No. Never. But you people who support school choice, shame on you.

Mississippi Bill Would Mandate Surveillance Cameras in Schools and Colleges

bill introduced last week in the Mississippi Legislature would require public schools and postsecondary institutions to install video surveillance cameras all over their campuses. The bill would require that the cameras also record audio and that they be installed in classrooms, auditoriums, cafeterias, gyms, hallways, recreational areas, and along each facility’s perimeter. Further, it would permit students’ parents to view live feeds of classroom instruction, according to the bill’s sponsor, state Rep. Stacey Hobgood-Wilkes (R–Picayune).

“We have so much critical race theory being taught in our schools and different issues,” Wilkes said before introducing the bill. “It holds teachers accountable. It also helps them with discipline. Parents can’t come in there and say, ‘my child didn’t do that.'” The bill lists “monitoring classroom instruction” as an authorized use of surveillance footage.

Wilkes did not respond to a request from Reason for further comment.

The bill would also authorize parents to request access to footage of an “incident” in which their child was involved. Schools must notify parents before classes begin each semester that cameras will be in use at their child’s school. Campus signage will notify students, teachers, and visitors of where cameras are in use.

Although the bill provides that cameras “shall only be installed in areas where there is no reasonable expectation of privacy,” the areas in which cameras would be statutorily required—specifically, the school cafeteria, recreational areas, and “interior corridors”—are precisely the types of places where students often carry on conversations they perceive to be relatively private.

Schools would be required to back up footage to a cloud-based system and scrub it after 90 days of storage, unless it becomes relevant to a qualifying school or legal investigation. However, school data troves are notoriously leaky and susceptible to hacking attacks. According to the K12 Security Information Exchange’s 2022 annual report, there have been “a total of 1,331 publicly disclosed school cyber incidents affecting U.S. school districts (and other public educational organizations)” since 2016.

The bill does not raise any obvious constitutional questions, assuming, of course, that cameras in college classrooms are not used to abridge the academic freedom of professors or students. But its cultural implications are massive. Primary school is mandatory. Many schools are already staffed by “resource officers.” Add numerous cameras or metal detectors, and schools might start to feel more like holding centers than places of learning.

‘She wanted to choke us’: 5th grade teacher arrested after admitting to having ‘kill list’ of students and staff, police say

A fifth grade teacher has been arrested after informing one of her students that she had a “kill list” of children and colleagues, according to police.

On Wednesday, fifth grade teacher Angelica Carrasquillo-Torres reportedly told a student about a kill list she made that included students and staff at a school in East Chicago, Indiana.

“At approximately 12:45 p.m. a 5th grade student told his/her counselor that their 5th grade teacher made comments to him/her about killing herself, students, and staff at St. Stanislaus School,” East Chicago Police Department said in a statement. “The teacher further told the student that she has a list and that he/she was on the bottom of that list.”

The student involved – Portia Jones – told WLS-TV, “I’m really, like, scared and worried. She said she wanted to choke us and she wanted to kill herself.”

Jones told WBBM-TV, “She said that she wanted to kill her middle school friends, her high school friends, and half of her family.”

Maryland Teacher’s Aide Gets ‘Administrative Leave’ After Masturbating While Kids Watched On Zoom Call

Maryland teacher’s aide Marc Schack, who works with disabled children and has a side business in which he dresses up as a pirate named “Captain Sillybones” and hosts children’s parties, was caught masturbating on a Zoom call as his special ed class watched.

After being caught masturbating on camera as children watched, Schack simply said “my bad” and was placed on administrative leave. The school’s administration claims the administrative leave is unrelated to his shocking performance in front of the children, however, and is simply because they misplaced his background check file.

Schack claims that he believed he was done participating in the class, and turned off the camera. Moments after believing he was disconnected from the students, he turned around and began masturbating vigorously. The video was recorded and eventually posted to social media.

“I thought I was logged out when class was over,” Schack told Bethesda magazine. “I had no clue that Zoom was still on. Why would I do that? That’s my job. I had no clue that Zoom was on. I mean, that’s just crazy behavior.”

“It was just a mistake on my part,” Schack said, adding that he thought he had turned off his connection to the virtual call. “I’m only human. It was my bad.”

He claims, “I’m not a pervert or anything like that, you know,” and noted he was told by administration that he was placed on administrative leave after masturbating before the conference call full of minors because they “misplaced his background check file.”

“You gotta believe me on that,” Schack insisted. “I thought I was in the privacy of my own home. I had no clue.”

According to the New York Post, Schack has worked for Maryland’s Montgomery County Public Schools for over 21 years, and “also runs Pirate Magic, a business that throws ‘pirate parties’ for youngsters while he portrays a character named “Captain Silly Bones”.
