Circular logic…

Do American citizens still believe that NPR is truly an “unbiased” news organization? A new report by the taxpayer-funded public radio recently raised alarm bells for Americans across the country after it announced that there have been “over 240 mass shootings” in the United States since the beginning of 2022.
According to the article, the United States endured “at least 246 [mass shootings] in just over 22 weeks,” for an average of “just over 11 a week.”
Such a number was reached without looking at the FBI’s traditional definition of a mass shooting, which necessitates that 4 or more people other than the gunman are killed during the incident. NPR instead elected to utilize the Gun Violence Archive of four or more people being shot, regardless of survival.

Democrats hired James Goldston, who served as president of ABC News when it allegedly quashed reporting of accusations against Jeffrey Epstein, to “produce” the Jan. 6 Committee hearings.
Goldston is expected to be involved in all of the hearings held this month but will particularly be working on the televised primetime hearing Thursday, Fox News congressional reporter Chad Pergram reported. He reportedly joined the committee as an adviser, according to Axios.
The former ABC News president reportedly wants the hearing to catch the attention of Americans who have not followed the timeline and events of the committee’s investigation, Axios reported. The hearings will consist of live witnesses, pre-recorded footage, official White House photographs and some surveillance footage from inside the Capitol.
Goldston was serving as president of ABC News when the network allegedly killed coverage of Epstein accuser Virginia Roberts Giuffre in 2015. Four years later, Project Veritas released footage of anchor Amy Robach claiming that the network quashed her interview with Giuffre after Buckingham Palace reportedly threatened the network for including Prince Andrew in the story.
If you want to find some of the dumbest political hot takes of the past five years, you only need to have a strong stomach and the patience to sit through the numerous uneducated discussions of the clucking flock on The View.
Whoopi Goldberg continues this winning tradition (The View’s audience numbers tanked this year and it remains 10th among women 18-49 in daytime television) with her recent comments on gun control, arguing in favor of criminal arrest for Americans that own AR15s that refuse to give them up. When pressed on the fact that gun crimes could just as easily be committed with pistols during a largely one sided debate against her co-host, Goldberg argued that handguns “don’t turn people to dust.”
Neither do AR15s, but lets not bring reality into a debate that was broadcast on The View. Injury and death is just as likely from a handgun as it is from an AR15. You are also more likely to find expanding hollow point ammo used in a pistol. The primary difference is that a pistol’s range is limited, usually to 50 yards or less. This makes little difference though, as most shooting events and crimes occur within 50 yards anyway, and this includes shootings where rifles are involved.
Whether or not this was hyperbole, the insane misconceptions put out into the mainstream by anti-2nd Amendment activists falls in line with a long series of lies and gaffes uttered by Joe Biden and other Democrats. If you don’t know anything about the weapons you are trying to ban, then maybe you shouldn’t be trying to ban them?
The fact is, the vast majority of gun crimes and gun related homicides are committed with handguns according to FBI stats; only 2%-3% of crimes and homicides are committed using rifles or “assault rifles” on average. The claim that the 1994 Assault Weapons Ban had any bearing on the overall decline in gun crime in the 1990s is false – The largest decline was in handgun homicides, and handguns were not subject to the 1994 ban.
Goldberg’s assertion that gun rights advocates should compromise and allow the banning of this “one gun” is naive; gun grabbers will never be satisfied with limited gun control, only total gun confiscation (at least among the poor and the people that oppose them politically). Say what you want about Beto O’Rourke, but his big mouth is valuable in that he often lets slip what the real agenda on gun control is.
Goldberg then goes on to suggest that people can “report” AR15 owners and have them arrested, saying the solution is “simple” and compared this to reporting and arresting women who abort their babies in states where abortion is banned. Interesting how the political left is rabidly in favor of killing people in the womb despite numerous other birth control options, but wants to strip all law abiding citizens of their rights whenever people die from gun related homicides.
A new internal report debunked the left-wing media’s promotion of false accusations that Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis manipulated COVID-19 data throughout the height of the pandemic.
The Florida Department of Health’s former dashboard manager, Rebekah Jones, claimed she was fired in May 2020 for her refusal to forge COVID numbers at the governor’s behest. Florida’s COVID data had no significant flaws. After her firing, Jones created her own dashboard that contained heavily inflated statistics, National Review senior writer Charles C.W. Cooke reported in the New York Post.
Jones frequently appeared on MSNBC’s “TheReidOut” and CNN to promote her accusations against the governor. She joined at least 5 interviews with former CNN anchor Chris Cuomo, the brother of former Democratic New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, who covered up nursing home deaths during the pandemic.
Digital media outlets also promoted Jones’ narrative in published headlines. NPR published a May 19, 2020, piece titled, “Florida Dismisses A Scientist For Her Refusal To Manipulate State’s Coronavirus Data.” “Rebekah Jones Tried To Warn Us About COVID-19. How Her Freedom Is On The Line,” wrote Cosmopolitan.”Florida Scientist Vows To Speak COVID-19 ‘Truth To Power’ Despite Police Raid,” wrote the Huffington Post.
As the United States undergoes a national mourning process over a spate of mass shootings, American white nationalists with documented histories of violence are attaining combat experience with advanced US-made weapons in a foreign proxy war.
That’s according to the Department of Homeland Security, which has been gathering intelligence on Americans who have joined the ranks of the more than 20,000 foreign volunteers in Ukraine.
The FBI has indicted several American white nationalists associated with the Rise Above Movement after they trained with the neo-Nazi Azov Battaliion and its civilian wing, the National Corps, in Kiev. But that was almost four years ago. Today, federal law enforcement has no idea how many US neo-Nazis are participating in the war in Ukraine, or what they are doing there.
But one thing is for certain: the Biden administration is allowing the Ukrainian government to recruit Americans – including violent extremists – at its embassy in Washington DC and at consulates across the country. As this report will show, at least one notorious extremist fighting in Ukraine has received extensive promotion from mainstream media, while another who is currently wanted for violent crimes committed in the US was mysteriously able to evade FBI investigators looking into war crimes he previously committed in Eastern Ukraine.
According to a Customs and Border Patrol document released thanks to a May 2022 Freedom of Information Act request by a nonprofit called Property of the People, federal authorities are concerned about RMVE-WS’s, or “racially-motivated violent extremists – white supremacy” returning to the US armed with new tactics learned on the Ukrainian battlefield.
“Ukrainian nationalist groups including the Azov Movement are actively recruiting racially or ethnically motivated violent extremist white supremacists to join various neo-Nazi volunteer battalions in the war against Russia,” the document states. “RMVE-WS individuals in the United States and Europe announced intentions to join the conflict and are organizing entry to Ukraine via the Polish border.”
The document, which was drafted by Customs and Border Protections, the Office of Intelligence, and other Homeland Security sub-agencies, contains write-ups of interviews conducted by law enforcement with Americans en route to Ukraine to fight Russia.
Just as sure as the sun comes up in the morning, MSNBC will broadcast another feature about everything being white supremacy.
That’s exactly what happened Thursday as unhinged race baiter Elie Mystal was brought on to discuss the Second Amendment. And guess what… yep, that’s right, it’s white supremacy.
The host Mehdi Hasan turned two Mystal and said “In your book Elie, you argue that an individual right to self-defense with a gun was not provided by the Second Amendment but by the conservative Supreme Court’s interpretation of the Second Amendment in its Heller decision.”
Hasan then read a quote from the book that claimed “There was an original purpose to the Second Amendment, but it wasn’t to keep people safe. It was to preserve white supremacy and slavery.”
Mystal then proclaimed “this is what those white guys said when they were debating the Second Amendment. They said that they needed a Second Amendment because they needed the armed disciplined, that was their word, militia to put down slave revolts.”
He continued, “They were worried that under the original constitution the federal government had all of the power to raise the militia right?”
“The southerners needed the militias to put down slave revolts because you know Mehdi it’s a little bit difficult to hold people in bondage against their will,” Mystal added.
The Times of London reports that the BBC changed the wording of a rape victim’s testimony because woke employees didn’t want to ‘misgender’ the biological man who allegedly carried out the abuse.
The report notes that the BBC modified the woman’s statement following “a debate over the pronouns of her transgender attacker.”
“The woman referred to her alleged rapist as ‘him’ but insiders said that her words were changed to avoid ‘misgendering’ the abuser in an article on the corporation’s website,” the report adds.
The report clarifies that wherever the words “he” or “him” were used by the woman, the BBC changed the language to “they” or “them”.
“A source said the quote was the subject of heated debate prior to publication. Some journalists argued that the quote should remain intact, while others said it should reflect the trans woman’s preferred she/her pronouns,” the report further notes.
The woman, who is a lesbian, reportedly described the incident to the BBC, saying “He threatened to out me as a terf and risk my job if I refused to sleep with him. I was too young to argue and had been brainwashed by queer theory so he was a ‘woman’ even if every fibre of my being was screaming throughout, so I agreed to go home with him. He used physical force when I changed my mind upon seeing his penis and raped me.’”
After the BBC had finished editing the above statement it read “[They] threatened to out me as a terf and risk my job if I refused to sleep with [them]. I was too young to argue and had been brainwashed by queer theory so [they were] a ‘woman’ even if every fiber of my being was screaming throughout so I agreed to go home with [them]. [They] used physical force when I changed my mind upon seeing [their] penis and raped me.”
The piece is still up on the BBC website at time of writing.
