Biden Admin Mulling ‘Preemptive Pardons’ For Fauci, Reps Schiff & Cheney, Fearing Imminent Trump Prosecutions

Joe Biden’s White House is reportedly considering issuing “preemptive” pardons for certain Democrat and government officials who President-elect Donald Trump suggested could be investigated when he takes office in January.

Top White House officials are “deeply concerned” certain government officials, like January 6 committee members and public health officials like former NIAID Director Anthony Fauci, “could find themselves facing inquiries and even indictments” when Trump returns to power, according to Politico.

The Biden officials are particularly worried about Trump’s nomination of Kash Patel as his FBI Director, who has publicly affirmed his commitment to investigating Deep State activities.

President Joe Biden’s senior aides are conducting a vigorous internal debate over whether to issue preemptive pardons to a range of current and former public officials who could be targeted with President-elect Donald Trump’s return to the White House, according to senior Democrats familiar with the discussions.

Biden’s aides are deeply concerned about a range of current and former officials who could find themselves facing inquiries and even indictments, a sense of alarm which has only accelerated since Trump last weekend announced the appointment of Kash Patel to lead the FBI. Patel has publicly vowed to pursue Trump’s critics.

The White House officials, however, are carefully weighing the extraordinary step of handing out blanket pardons to those who’ve committed no crimes, both because it could suggest impropriety, only fueling Trump’s criticisms, and because those offered preemptive pardons may reject them.

The outlet went on to single out Fauci, as well as January 6 Committee members Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) and former Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.).

“Tip of the Iceberg” – California Mayor Predicts Decades-Long Crime Wave Fueled by Biden Invasion

The Biden-Harris border invasion of the past four years has set in motion a crime wave that will pummel the U.S. for decades to come, warns Mayor Bill Wells of El Cajon, California.

Mayor Wells believes lawlessness currently unfolding across the nation is only the “tip of the iceberg,” and foreign criminals – many whom are here illegally or under dubious circumstances – will continue to terrorize American citizens “no matter who the president is.”

“I think the ramifications and repercussions of this border policy is going to be with us for the rest of my life,” Wells told immigration news outlet Border Hawk in a recent interview.

The mayor wondered aloud how aliens will react “when we run out of money” and stop putting them up in hotels, feeding them, clothing them, and giving them a vast array of benefits and cash – courtesy of the American taxpayer.

“They’re going to get angry. They’re going to say, ‘We deserve that. That’s owed to us. And when we don’t have it, we’re gonna go to other ways to make money.’ And a lot of that is going to be crime. This is going to set off a crime wave, probably for decades and decades,” Wells warned.

Wells slammed open borders advocates who deem any level of preventable foreign crime as acceptable.

“As the mayor of the city, my number one priority is to ensure people are safe. When people tell me the migrant crime problem is ‘not that big of a deal,’ or ‘only a handful of women are being raped and murdered,’ or ‘only a handful of apartment complexes are being taken over by Venezuelan gangs,’ or ‘more citizens commit these heinous crimes than noncitizens,’ I think that’s a stupid answer,” Wells asserted.

“Any more is worse. If I could cut down the number of women who will be raped and murdered, I will do that, no matter what the cost is.”

El Cajon sits in San Diego County, where federal authorities dumped more than 155,000 illegals on the streets – approximately 125,000 of whom were single, adult males – between September of 2023 and June of 2024.

In a blistering rebuke, a federal judge has openly questioned the constitutionality of President Joe Biden’s recent pardon of his son, Hunter Biden, calling it an overreach of executive power aimed at rewriting history and undermining the integrity of the Department of Justice (DOJ).

On December 1, 2024, Joe Biden issued a full and unconditional pardon to his embattled son, Hunter Biden, who faced charges of tax evasion and corruption. The pardon, however, quickly drew ire for its timing and the breadth of its language.

Statement from Joe Biden:

Today, I signed a pardon for my son Hunter. From the day I took office, I said I would not interfere with the Justice Department’s decision-making, and I kept my word even as I have watched my son being selectively, and unfairly, prosecuted.

Without aggravating factors like use in a crime, multiple purchases, or buying a weapon as a straw purchaser, people are almost never brought to trial on felony charges solely for how they filled out a gun form.

Those who were late paying their taxes because of serious addictions, but paid them back subsequently with interest and penalties, are typically given non-criminal resolutions. It is clear that Hunter was treated differently.

The charges in his cases came about only after several of my political opponents in Congress instigated them to attack me and oppose my election.

Then, a carefully negotiated plea deal, agreed to by the Department of Justice, unraveled in the court room – with a number of my political opponents in Congress taking credit for bringing political pressure on the process. Had the plea deal held, it would have been a fair, reasonable resolution of Hunter’s cases.

No reasonable person who looks at the facts of Hunter’s cases can reach any other conclusion than Hunter was singled out only because he is my son – and that is wrong.

There has been an effort to break Hunter – who has been five and a half years sober, even in the face of unrelenting attacks and selective prosecution. In trying to break Hunter, they’ve tried to break me – and there’s no reason to believe it will stop here. Enough is enough.

For my entire career I have followed a simple principle: just tell the American people the truth. They’ll be fair-minded.

Here’s the truth: I believe in the justice system, but as I have wrestled with this, I also believe raw politics has infected this process and it led to a miscarriage of justice – and once I made this decision this weekend, there was no sense in delaying it further. I hope Americans will understand why a father and a President would come to this decision.

Hunter Biden provided notice of the pardon through a hyperlink to a White House press release rather than a certified document. This unusual approach drew the court’s ire.

In a last-minute deal, the Biden regime has locked in telework protections for 42,000 Social Security Administration (SSA) employees until 2029.

The agreement, reached with the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE), ensures remote work privileges for these federal workers for the next five years, despite the Trump administration’s explicit plans to slash such arrangements, according to Bloomberg.

The agreement, brokered between the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) and the Social Security Administration, was authorized by outgoing SSA Commissioner Martin O’Malley and codifies existing telework policies, limiting management’s ability to impose stricter in-office requirements.

Rich Couture, president of the AFGE chapter, defended the decision, noting that it “will secure not just telework for SSA employees, but also staffing levels through prevention of higher attrition, which in turn will secure the agency’s ability to serve the public.”

The Trump transition team did not provide a direct comment on the union contracts.

“Under President Trump’s leadership, the Government Efficiency effort led by Vivek and Elon will target waste and fraud throughout our massive federal bureaucracy,” spokesperson Brian Hughes said.

“They will work together slashing excess regulations, cutting wasteful expenditures, and restructuring Federal Agencies.”

Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy, tapped by Trump to head the newly created Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), have made it clear that dismantling bloated federal work policies is a top priority.

Disgraced Ex-FBI Chief Andrew McCabe Panics: Fears of ‘Conspiracy Theories’ Over Hunter Biden’s 2014 Pardon Scandal

Andrew McCabe, the disgraced former FBI Chief, is attempting to spin President Joe Biden’s unprecedented pardon of Hunter Biden as anything other than a cover-up.

This blanket pardon, which spans an eyebrow-raising 11 years, has left many conservatives, leftists, and legal experts questioning what crimes might lurk in Hunter Biden’s shadowy past.

However, McCabe, who himself resigned in disgrace amid allegations of misconduct, is painting the pardon as an act of mercy rather than what it appears to be: a desperate bid to shield the Biden family from scrutiny.

He parroted the Biden administration’s narrative, claiming the pardon was necessary because Hunter Biden was allegedly targeted due to his father’s political role. But this argument doesn’t hold water. Hunter Biden enjoyed a five-year investigation that resulted in minimal charges — a level of leniency most Americans could never expect.

Joe Biden granted his son Hunter Biden a blanket pardon in the federal gun and tax cases against him Sunday night. The pardon covers any federal crimes by Hunter from 2014 to 2024.

The timeline is no coincidence. In 2014, Hunter Biden joined the board of Burisma, a Ukrainian energy firm mired in corruption scandals. That same year now marks the start of his blanket pardon.

The connection to Burisma is impossible to ignore. McCabe, of course, dismisses such scrutiny as mere “conspiracy theories,” conveniently ignoring that a pardon of this scope wouldn’t be necessary unless there were serious crimes committed during that period.

During a segment on CNN, Brianna Keilar highlighted the suspicious timing, noting how 2014 coincides with Hunter’s appointment to the Burisma board, a position that reportedly paid him exorbitantly despite his lack of relevant expertise. Keilar quoted Senator-elect Jim Banks (R-IN), who astutely pointed out that this broad pardon “essentially admits” there is something worth covering up from that time.

However, McCabe is more concerned that “conspiracy theories” might arise from Hunter’s pardon beginning in 2014. He suggested the pardon’s broad time frame was intended to protect Hunter from “politically motivated prosecutions.”

Biden’s Parting Shot at America

The interim between a US presidential election and the swearing in of a new Administration has for most of our history been a non-eventful period where the outgoing Administration winds down operations and the incoming Administration ramps up new personnel before the inauguration.

The 20th Amendment to our Constitution was enacted in 1933 to reduce the “lame duck” period between election and inauguration to January 20th instead of March 4th. Increasing ease in travel and communications made such a long interim unnecessary. However long the transition period, it has been understood that with the new election came a new mandate from the American people and the “lame duck” outgoing administration was meant to quietly quack out its last few days in office without incident.

Then came Biden. In the period since the American people rejected Biden’s neocon interventionists in favor of Donald Trump’s promises to end the wars, the “lame duck” has run roughshod over the will of the American people. Whoever is running Biden – and the answer is unclear – has decided to “Trump proof” foreign policy to bring us to the literal brink of WWIII with Russia. And to top it off, Biden’s people this past week have again unleashed al-Qaeda linked rebels to wreak havoc in Syria!

After solidly opposing the neocon demand that Ukraine be given permission to fire US weapons deep into Russia, President Biden in the waning days of his presidency suddenly reversed course and granted permission. From back in 2022, when Russia first went into Ukraine, Biden had argued against sending offensive weaponry and US troops to fight on Ukraine’s behalf. “Make no mistake,” he said in March of that year, “that’s called World War III.”

Something about losing the popular and electoral vote has led Biden’s people to disregard the threat of WWIII and give the green light for attacks with US missiles deep into Russian territory. Why is this so different than providing tanks or bullets? These missile systems are highly complex and classified and can only be operated by US or NATO personnel. That means that American military officers are shooting American missiles into Russia – something unimaginable even in the depths of the Cold War!

Then, just days ago, we saw the sudden re-emergence of the US former proxies in Syria – extremists whose ties go back to al-Qaeda – sweep halfway through the country in what appears to be a return of Obama’s disastrous “Assad must go” policy. For five years the conflict in Syria had been more or less “frozen,” but Biden’s people have turned it up to a boil.

Why has the Biden Administration suddenly given a green light to these terrorists and how deeply is the CIA involved in stirring up new trouble in Syria? Make no mistake: these US-backed “rebels” would never have made their move without the approval of the Biden Administration.

FLASHBACK: Joe And Hunter Biden Met With Russian Energy Execs Within Weeks Of Crimean Annexation…The Question Is…Why?

A well-placed source has informed CDMedia that Joe and Hunter Biden met with state-controlled corporate Russian energy executives in April of 2014. The meeting took place in the United States. Energy deals were discussed.

So what? you may ask. However, dig deeper, the timing is critical.

Only a few weeks earlier, the Maidan Revolution occurred in Ukraine. The Obama administration was behind the overthrow of pro-Russian president Viktor Yanykovych. Over one hundred protesters were shot and killed by snipers loyal to the Yanykovych regime.

Only a few weeks later, before the Biden meeting, Russia invaded and annexed the Crimean Peninsula, and stoked the war between pro-Russian separatists and Ukrainian forces in the Donbass region of East Ukraine. The conflict continues today. People are still dying.

The Obama administration forced Ukraine to not respond militarily to the Crimean aggression. This is well documented. Sanctions however were implemented against the Russian Federation for their actions and continue to this day as well.

What occurred in Ukraine in early 2014 and the following weeks between the Obama administration, Kyiv and the Kremlin has never been sufficiently investigated. The corrupt media just doesn’t care.

But if Russia was then, and still is, our enemy number one according to Obama and HIllary at the time, then why were Joe and Hunter meeting with Russian energy executives only weeks later?

Could it be Joe and Hunter had something to sell? Could that something have been keeping Ukraine from responding militarily to the Russian military action? What would Joe and Hunter want in return? And why was Hunter in the meeting at all? He had no official government function.

There is a pattern here. Joe took Hunter to China on business, and Hunter returned with a $1.5 billion check for an investment firm he controlled. What did Joe sell then? Enquiring minds want to know.

And, we all know about the Burisma scandal, where Hunter Biden [and Joe] received millions of dollars from Ukrainian organized crime in a quid pro quo for Joe’s influence to stop investigations into Burisma organized crime.

We also know the Obama administration and the Hillary Clinton campaign secretly later paid Russian intelligence to develop the infamous ‘Steele Dossier’ which was later used to try and removed duly-elected President Donald Trump from office.

All Roads Lead to Kiev

So Joe Biden pardoned Hunter. Big surprise.

Of course, the President and his mouthpiece, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, have been denying this would happen for months, ever since it became clear that Hunter was going down for what must surely be the very least of his crimes.

But it didn’t take the gift of foresight or a spare palantir to see this was obviously going to happen.

Hunter was never really going down, was he?

Some, including friends of mine, have been saying that Biden’s clemency humanises him. That it makes him relatable—like an actual human being with the thoughts and feelings, and the weaknesses, we’d expect from an actual human being, from a father—by contrast with the other bipedal creatures that now infest the upper ranks of the Democrat Party.

And to be honest with you, given the state of the Democrats in 2024 and their ideas about fatherhood and masculinity, I think these people are right. Just look back at the DNC. Look what was done to Tim Walz’s little boy: they put a bowl on his head, gave him a haircut straight out of Dumb and Dumber and made him go full retard for the whole world to see. You never go full retard! Those are Democrat family values in 2024. (Recent TikTok videos show that young Walz Jr. is perfectly fine now, thank heavens.)

Pardoning your philandering crackhead son for being a philandering crackhead looks positively normal by comparison, even if it’s far from the plot of a Hallmark Christmas movie.

Would you pardon your crackhead son if you were president? Probably. I think I would.

So don’t be so quick to judge.

Or maybe do. Do judge. Because the pardon’s not just about Hunter—obviously. It’s about Joe too.

As somebody said on Twitter today: “Joe Biden just pardoned himself.”

Biden is right, as he stated in the pardon, that the prosecution of his son was nakedly political. It was aimed at him, the President. Joe, not Hunter, was the target. Hunter’s convictions came at a time when the nation’s hair-sniffer-in-chief had ceased to be useful. After his diabolical debate perfomance, his cognitive decline could no longer be concealed—perhaps his medication was swapped, even—and now it was time for a new candidate to be put forward.

Biden’s Pardon Of Son’s Drug-Related Crimes Draws Calls From Advocates To Free Marijuana Prisoners

President Joe Biden’s pardon of his son, Hunter, for drug-related and other crimes is drawing cries from criminal justice and marijuana policy reformers, who call the action hypocritical and say the president should do more to grant clemency to cannabis prisoners before his term expires next month.

“In pardoning Hunter Biden, the president noted that despite believing in our justice system, sometimes the outcome of that process is not fair or just,” said Sarah Gersten, executive director and general counsel for Last Prisoner Project (LPP), a nonprofit that focuses on drug policy reform. “That is certainly the case for the nearly 3,000 cannabis prisoners who remain incarcerated federally for activity that has been widely legalized.”

Biden over the weekend pardoned his son, who had been convicted on felony gun and tax charges earlier this year. Three of those convictions were related to lying on a federal form about drug use when buying a gun in 2018, a time when he was using crack cocaine.

In a statement, the president said his pardon reflected the belief that his son was “being selectively, and unfairly, prosecuted,” noting that “people are almost never brought to trial on felony charges solely for how they filled out a gun form.”

That’s a claim that even some Republicans have echoed. Following the convictions, Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) said Hunter Biden “might deserve to be in jail for something, but purchasing a gun is not it.”

“There are millions of marijuana users who own guns in this country, and none of them should be in jail for purchasing or possessing a firearm against current laws,” the congressman said.

Then-Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL), a supporter of cannabis reform, said at the time that the “Hunter Biden gun conviction is kinda dumb.”

Nevertheless, advocates point out that thousands of people are still behind bars for cannabis-related offenses.

However, Sleepy Joe suspiciously cleared Hunter of ANY CRIMES he committed “or may have committed or taken part in between January 1, 2014, and December 1, 2024.”

As popular 𝕏 account @WarClandestine noted, the pardon covers the time period when the CIA and U.S. State Department began their 2014 coup in Ukraine, the same year the Hunter Biden-funded biolab company Metabiota started working with the Department of Defense to do coronavirus research in Ukraine.

Clandestine also suggested the pardon is meant to cover up more than just Hunter’s involvement in the bizarre biolab network, as the operation is tied to the American and Chinese governments and the release of the COVID-19 bioweapon.
