Swiss Think-Tank: US Intel Investigating Anthony Blinken For Potential Involvement in Romania’s Globalist Coup

A Swiss think tank has reported that U.S. intelligence agencies, allegedly acting under the directives of the Trump administration, are investigating former Secretary of State Anthony Blinken and his assistant James O’Brien for purportedly pressuring Romanian authorities to annul the country’s presidential election results.

According to the report, Blinken—an arch-neocon and influential figure in America’s globalist, interventionist foreign policy establishment—collaborated with former Romanian Foreign Minister Luminița Odobescu to pressure officials in Bucharest into annulling Călin Georgescu’s first-round presidential victory, thereby ensuring Romania remained aligned with pro-NATO and globalist interests.

The Diplomatic Affairs, a Geneva-based think tank focused on assessing global geopolitical developments, told The Gateway Pundit that its report is based on information they received from a source within the U.S. intelligence community.

The allegations raise serious concerns about the extent of foreign interference, particularly from the Biden administration, in Romania’s domestic politics. The Swiss think tank’s report suggests that Blinken and his associates actively lobbied key Romanian figures, including former President Klaus Iohannis and Acting Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu, to invalidate the election under the pretext of Russian interference.

The report, if true, lends support to statements made last month by Richard Grenell, former Special Envoy under Trump, who asserted that it was Biden, not Russia, that interfered in Romania’s recent election.

The Autopen, The Presidency And The Constitution: What To Know

The “autopen” is in vogue. On March 17, President Donald Trump announced in a late-night social media post that he would ignore several pardons issued by his predecessor, President Joe Biden, because they were allegedly signed by autopen.

An autopen is a machine that reproduces handwriting. In the case of elected officials, who are expected to sign thousands of official documents on a regular basis, autopens are often used to reproduce their signatures in lieu of them signing each paper by their own hand.

The use of autopens has raised constitutional questions for some after Trump’s accusations of autopen use by Biden. They say that autopen use casts doubt on whether Biden knew the documents were being signed at all, thus implicating their validity.

“I worked in [the White House] for several presidents,” wrote K.T. MacFarland, a former deputy national security adviser during Trump’s first administration, on social platform X. “If Biden himself granted these pardons, there will be paper trail. If not, the guy running autopen machine usurped presidential authority.

In a Jan. 20 statement that announced the pardons that were later challenged by his successor, Biden stated: “I am exercising my authority under the Constitution to pardon General Mark A. Milley, Dr. Anthony S. Fauci, the Members of Congress and staff who served on the Select Committee, and the U.S. Capitol and D.C. Metropolitan police officers who testified before the Select Committee.”

The Epoch Times is unable to independently verify whether the pardons were signed by autopen or not.

The Biden Presidential Library at the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) denied The Epoch Times’ Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for Biden administration records about autopen use, citing a statute that prevents their release for five years after a president leaves office.

The former president, who has not yet established a post-presidential office, is not reachable.

Courts have opined that presidential pardons need not be written, and may be granted orally.

On whether writing is required as part of the president’s exercise of the clemency power, “The answer is undoubtedly no,” ruled the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit in 2024. “The plain language of the Constitution imposes no such limit.”

Trump to Strip Legal Status from 532,000 Migrants Flown in on Biden Parole Program

President Trump is set to strip the status of 532,000 migrants living in the United States who were flown in on Joe Biden’s parole program.

Recall that Joe Biden brought in more than a half a million migrants Haiti, Cuba, Nicaragua and Venezuela on his CHNV program.

CBP data found that over 1 million illegal aliens have been allowed into the US through what the Biden Regime defined as “legal” means.” The Biden-Kamala admin used the CBP One App and the CHNV program to allow illegals entry into the US.

These numbers are not included in the millions of illegals that have entered the US under Joe Biden’s watch.

It was previously reported that 81% of the Haitian migrants from Biden’s parole program – 362,000 out of 448,000 – were flown into red states.

Last month it was reported that one of the Haitians who entered the US on Biden’s parole program was charged with triple murder, including two children.

President Trump is revoking the migrants’ legal status and telling them if they don’t self deport they will be arrested.

House Judiciary Committee Investigates Biden-Harris AI Censorship Allegations with New Subpoenas

Political trends and circumstances change, as do US administrations – but the House Judiciary Committee chaired by Jim Jordan continues to “soldier on” in its multi-year, comprehensive bid to get to the bottom of the activities by the Biden-Harris White House aimed at pressuring tech companies to its political advantage.

In the past, these investigations produced some spectacular results – such as Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg publicly admitting to his company relenting to that pressure, stating he regretted that – and that the tech giant would reverse the policies that facilitated compliance with the former government.

The latest set of the Committee’s subpoenas concern companies developing AI tech. The subpoenas have been sent to Adobe, Alphabet, Amazon, Anthropic PBC, Apple, Cohere, International Business Machines Corp., Inflection AI, Meta, Microsoft, Nvidia, Open AI, Palantir Technologies, Salesforce, Scale AI, and Stability AI.

We obtained a copy of one of the letters for you here.

The Committee wants all documents and communications that the previous administration had with these companies concerning content “moderation and suppression” – i.e., collusion with the aim of censoring lawful speech – to be preserved and presented. The timeframe is January 2020 to January 2025.

HERE WE GO: Trump Declares Biden’s ‘Autopen’ Pardons “VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT”

The political reckoning has begun.

President Donald Trump has delivered a devastating blow to the radical left’s anti-Trump crusade, declaring the shady “pardons” issued by Sleepy Joe Biden to be “VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT.”

In a late-night announcement on Truth Social, Trump announced:

“The “Pardons” that Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs, and many others, are hereby declared VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT, because of the fact that they were done by Autopen.

In other words, Joe Biden did not sign them but, more importantly, he did not know anything about them! The necessary Pardoning Documents were not explained to, or approved by, Biden.

He knew nothing about them, and the people that did may have committed a crime. Therefore, those on the Unselect Committee, who destroyed and deleted ALL evidence obtained during their two year Witch Hunt of me, and many other innocent people, should fully understand that they are subject to investigation at the highest level.

The fact is, they were probably responsible for the Documents that were signed on their behalf without the knowledge or consent of the Worst President in the History of our Country, Crooked Joe Biden!”

Pentagon Enforces Transgender Ban as Biden Judge Warns DOJ of Legal Fallout, Possible Court Ruling This Week

The U.S. military is undergoing major policy changes regarding transgender service members following a Presidential Trump directive to ban transgenders from service in the U.S. military.

The ongoing federal litigation challenging this policy. A ruling is expected on Tuesday or Wednesday. U.S. District Judge Ana Reyes, a Biden-appointed judge, has expressed skepticism and indicated her likely hostility towards Trump’s transgender ban.

The judge was quoted by the Associated Press as saying of transgender troops: “They have to essentially be in hiding while in service.”

The judge was quoted in this ABC story as saying she believed transgenders only had a higher risk of suicide because of discrimination. The judge said the DOJ ‘cherry picked’ evidence and examples to support its claims that transgenders were unfit for military service.

The ongoing litigation contends that Trump’s order violates transgender people’s rights to equal protection under the Fifth Amendment.

On February 26, 2025, the DoD implemented President Trump’s Executive Order 14183, titled “Prioritizing Military Excellence and Readiness.”

The policy prohibits transgender individuals from serving openly in the U.S. military and bars those diagnosed with gender dysphoria or related conditions from enlistment, appointment, or retention.

Gender dysphoria is the mental illness where one’s biological sex does not match the gender the individual believes they ought to have.

This move effectively reinstates the Trump-first-term-era policy that was ended by President Biden in 2021.

The DoD argues that the new policy banning transgenders is necessary to maintain combat effectiveness, unit cohesion, and medical readiness.

Transgender therapies, not including surgery, typically costs employers between $25,000-$75,000 per year.

Now We Know Biden’s Role in the FBI’s Witch Hunt Against Trump

The FBI’s relentless witch hunt against Donald Trump has taken yet another bizarre turn. New revelations show the bureau secretly obtained Trump and Pence’s government phones from Biden’s White House in May 2022, as part of their “investigation.”

“The Biden White House turned over government cellphones belonging to President Donald Trump and former Vice President Mike Pence to the FBI in May 2022 as part of a bureau probe into the aftermath of the 2020 election, tying Trump to that investigation without sufficient predication,” Fox News Digital reports

According to the report, the FBI did not need a warrant to obtain the government phones, but sources told the outlet that “after acquiring the devices, agents began drafting a search warrant to extract the phones’ data.”

“The Biden White House played right along with the FBI’s ‘gotcha’ scheme against Trump,” a source told Fox News Digital. “Biden’s Office of White House Counsel, under the leadership of Dana Remus and Jonathan Su, gave its blessing and accommodation for the FBI to physically obtain Trump and Pence’s phones in early May 2022. Weeks later, the FBI began drafting a search warrant to extract the phones’ data.”

The phones were obtained and entered as evidence as part of the FBI’s original anti-Trump 2020 election investigation, which eventually was taken over by special counsel Jack Smith. That case was known inside the bureau as “Arctic Frost” and was opened April 13, 2022, by anti-Trump former FBI agent Timothy Thibault.

Thibault, according to whistleblowers, broke protocol and played a critical role in opening and advancing the bureau’s original investigation related to the 2020 election, tying Trump to the probe without sufficient predication. Thibault broke protocol by taking action to open the investigation and involve Trump despite being unauthorized to open criminal investigations in his role. Only special agents have the authority to open criminal investigations.

Thibault vowed to make the investigation “prioritized over all others in the Branch” and, at the time, commented that “it frankly took too long for us to open this (investigation),” according to documents reviewed by Fox News Digital.

You can’t make this stuff up. We now know that Biden’s team was all too happy to help the FBI in its latest partisan crusade.

Whistleblower disclosures reviewed by Fox News Digital reveal an aggressive DOJ and FBI investigation targeting Trump and his allies. The disclosures were provided to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley and Senate Subcommittee on Investigations Chairman Ron Johnson, who sent them to Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel on Thursday.

Second Biden Autopen Discovered: New Analysis of Second Frequently Used Autopen for Biden’s Pardons

The Biden Autopen scandal is growing by the day.

A second Biden Autopen has been discovered by the Oversight Project.

The Oversight Project discovered there was a second frequently used autopen signature for Joe Biden’s pardons and commutations.

Autopen A and Autopen B have slight differences in the signatures.

Analysis by the Oversight Project reveals out of 51 clemency warrants issued by Biden: 16 were signed with Autopen A, 16 were signed with Autopen B and 19 appear to be wet signatures.

It’s Not Just Joe Biden – Barack Obama Used Autopen and Form Letters When He Sent Condolences to Families of Fallen Soldiers

As reported earlier, the intrepid investigators at the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight project, led by longtime investigator Mike Howell, has compared the Biden signatures on nearly every document from his administration.

They discovered that it’s obvious that Biden never actually signed anything himself.

And they suggest that it’s possible Biden didn’t even know what was being signed on his behalf.

The rate of identical signatures indicates that the entire Presidency operated with the use of a staffer applying either the automatic pen to a document, or by using a saved image on a computer affixing Biden’s consent to something he may have been unable or unwilling to consent to.

Biden’s Chief of Staff was Ron Klain, and then Jeff Zients. Klain now works for AirBNB. Zients was a former board member of Facebook. Both had ties to Obama and the disastrous governmental response to COVID.

But it wasn’t just Joe Biden.

Barack Obama used an autopen to sign condolence letters to families of fallen soldiers and he used the same form letter for each family.

The Gateway Pundit discovered this back in 2012 when we were talking to the families of the SEAL Team 6 members who were shot down by the Taliban after the death of Osama bin Laden.

Explosive Update to Biden Autopen Scandal Reveals Unelected Staffer’s Role

As PJ Media previously reported, a bombshell investigation by the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project revealed that nearly every document during Biden’s presidency was signed by autopen, with only one authentic signature confirmed — his letter announcing withdrawal from the 2024 presidential race.

The presidential autopen has been in use since the 1950s, which has sparked ongoing debate over its legality. In 2013, Barack Obama became the first president to use it to sign a bill into law while vacationing in Hawaii. His office justified the move with a 30-page memo from George W. Bush’s legal team, which argued that a president’s physical presence wasn’t necessary as long as the signature was authorized.

But Joe Biden’s cognitive decline raised legitimate questions as to whether he was aware of official documents being signed on his behalf, or if they were even authorized. Speaker Mike Johnson previously revealed that Biden couldn’t even recall signing an LNG exports executive order, raising serious questions about whether someone was signing documents with the autopen without Biden’s authorization.

According to an explosive report from the New York Post, a senior Biden aide may have been wielding presidential power through liberal use of the autopen and essentially acting as a shadow president. One White House source painted a chilling picture:

One Biden White House source told The Post they suspect that a key aide to the then-president may have made unilateral determinations on what to auto-sign. The Post is not publishing that staffer’s name due to the lack of concrete evidence and refutations by other colleagues.

The Biden aide, who did not respond to requests for comment, would frequently make mention of what “the boss” wanted, the source said, but compatriots would have “no idea” if it was true because the internal culture was to not ask questions.

Even more disturbing, another source revealed the extent of this aide’s power:

“Everyone” was suspicious of this individual exceeding their authority when claiming to speak for the president, the source said. “But no one would actually say it.”

“I think [the aide] was using the autopen as standard and past protocol,” The Post’s informant said. “There is no clarity on who actually approved what — POTUS or [the aide].”

A second Biden White House source agreed that the person was suspected of assuming the then-president’s positions and handing down orders without it being clear if they actually had communicated with the commander-in-chief.

“If they’re carrying out the president’s will, it doesn’t seem like an issue,” Attorney Mike Davis, an outside advisor to Trump, told The Post. “If they’re not carrying out the president’s will, it’s a huge issue—it’s criminal.”
