Groups push back against Biden’s plan to grant IRS access to your bank account (and PayPal) transaction data

Banking industry officials and other financial services firms are bracing for a long fight over a bill that will require banks to share consumer account information with the Internal Revenue Service to boost federal tax revenue.

This notion originally gained traction this spring within the American Families Plan by the Biden administration. But bankers and even some consumer groups have slammed it as a compliance concern and a privacy issue. Financial institutions already provide the IRS with large quantities of data.

As part of the 3.5 trillion dollar budget reconciliation package proposed by the Biden administration, legislators are considering this invasive proposal as an income source to fund the massive budget.

The Biden administration argued that bank surveillance would prevent tax evasion, but many are obviously concerned that it’s a breach of the Fourth Amendment (which protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures by the government) and would also favor those who are embracing the move towards decentralized finance and cryptocurrencies, as well as those that use off-shore accounts.

The proposals would force banks to report every deposit and withdrawal related to a bank account and would also include centralized companies such as PayPal, Venmo, (owned by PayPal), CashApp, and cryptocurrency exchanges.

Where are All the Americans Returning Home from Afghanistan?

President Joe Biden and his team of military, intelligence, and diplomatic advisors oversaw America’s most epic surrender, on the world stage, under the lights and cameras of international media recording it for posterity, spinning the news to mitigate American failure.

One of many failures was the abrupt departure of American military and security forces, necessary to evacuate thousands of Americans and Afghan allies who placed themselves and their families at great risk by helping the Great Satan against the Taliban, the latter being the new boss, replacing the old boss.

How many Americans were left behind? Official government numbers are all over the map. The military, tasked with evacuating stranded Americans, was vague on the exact number.

US defense officials in charge of evacuating Americans from Kabul claimed on Tuesday morning they would fly 5,000 a day out despite only managing to rescue 1,400 in the three days since the city fell, while as many as 40,000 may remain stranded – some in remote parts of the country.

Pentagon spokesman John Kirby said on Tuesday morning that between 5,000 and 10,000 are in Kabul, but earlier admitted he had no idea how many there were or where they were. George W. Bush’s former Assistant Secretary of State, Robert Charles, says there are between 15,000 and 40,000 ‘scattered’ across all of Afghanistan.

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said on Tuesday that there were at least 11,000, including American journalists, translators, contractors, aid workers, NGO and government workers.

In other words, the U.S. government has no idea how many Americans remain in Afghanistan. The same government had no trouble rounding up hundreds of “insurrectionists” strolling the grounds of the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, but in a country occupied by American forces for the past two decades, they have no idea how many Americans are in that country, most being paid in some form by the U.S. government, who they are and where they are.

Human Rights Champion Reggie Littlejohn Slams Joe Biden over Vaccine Mandates

Reggie Littlejohn, Founder and President of Women’s Rights Without Frontiers, has censured President Joe Biden for attempting to coerce Americans into receiving a coronavirus vaccine against their will.

Littlejohn, China expert and human rights activist, issued a public response Friday to Biden’s use of “vaccine shaming” and military language to pressure Americans into getting the jab.

“I found Biden’s six-point Covid 19 address to be highly concerning,” Littlejohn writes in a clearly articulated six-point rebuttal.

In the first place, Biden “completely ignores the science” showing that the natural immunity gained by recovery from the coronavirus is far superior to that provided by the vaccines. “How many of the 80 million unvaccinated Americans have already recovered from Covid?” she asks.

Littlejohn also points out the logical fallacies in Biden’s argument. Noting that Biden contends we need to “protect the vaccinated from the unvaccinated,” she asks: “If the vaccine works, if it provides protection, then why do the vaccinated need to be protected from the unvaccinated?”

Biden’s disdain for those who do not wish to be vaccinated is also unworthy of his office, Littlejohn asserts, as is his employment of “vaccine shaming.”

Biden’s rhetoric — “I am frustrated with the 80 million Americans who refuse to be vaccinated . . . those blocking public health . . . We’ve been patient, but our patience is wearing thin . . .” is deeply disturbing, she declares, noting that many people “have valid reasons not to be vaccinated and do not deserve to be demonized in this way.”

Littlejohn also finds Biden’s use of military language, such as the deployment of “Surge Response Teams” made up of defense “experts” while doubling the number of “Military Health Teams” highly problematic.

“I thought ‘surge’ strategies were supposed to be deployed by our military against our enemies, not against Americans who have chosen not to be vaccinated,” she declares. “Why does the Defense Department and the military have to be deployed on U.S. soil to ‘help’ people with a virus?”

These expressions “remind me of the Chinese Communist Party’s ‘Strike Hard’ campaigns and ‘Family Planning Police,’” writes Littlejohn, a relentless critic of Beijing’s totalitarian control over its citizens.

Mainstream Media Cares More About You Taking Ivermectin Than Biden Eviscerating Medical Freedom

On Thursday, the United States made a giant leap forward into a despotic and fascist future in which the government owns our bodies and can force us to do whatever they please. Thanks to the massive propaganda campaign waged by the mainstream media, half of Americans likely agree with it.

“We’ve been patient but our patience is wearing thin and your refusal has cost all of us,” Mein Führer President Joe Biden said on Thursday as he bypassed Congress and unilaterally ordered 100 million Americans to undergo a medical procedure against their will — or become unemployable.

“My job as president is to protect all Americans,” Mr. Biden said Thursday. “So tonight, I’m announcing that the Department of Labor is developing an emergency rule to require all employers with 100 or more employees that together employ over 80 million workers to ensure their workforces are fully vaccinated or show a negative test at least once a week.”

“The bottom line — we’re going to protect vaccinated workers from unvaccinated coworkers,” he said, completely disregarding the fact that natural immunity to the virus is exponentially more effective than the vaccine.

He also completely ignored the Constitution, the Congress, and essentially every single check and balance the government has ostensibly set up to prevent tyrants like him from making such broad and overreaching dictates.

It’s no wonder that #IwillNOTComply and #MassNonCompliance began trending immediately after the dictator on high delivered this chilling speech. In fact, they continued to trend into Friday morning highlighting the mass resistance to such tyrannical madness and the terrifying precedent that it sets.

Simply put, individuals own their bodies and have rights over them — including what they choose to eat, inject, or otherwise consume — that other individuals, groups, and governments may not violate. Biden’s mandate violates this most sacred of rights and it must be resisted en masse.

Biden Admin Preparing to Announce New COVID Restrictions For the Unvaccinated

The Biden administration could be preparing to announce new COVID restrictions that will only apply to the unvaccinated, according to reports.

Joe Biden will make a new announcement today regarding the measures, but they were previewed yesterday by White House press secretary Jen Psaki.

Psaki was asked if and how the new measures would impact Americans’ lives, to which she responded, “It depends on if you’re vaccinated or not.”

She went on to give more details.

“There are six steps the president’s announcing, there will be new components,” Psaki told reporters.

“Some of that will be related to access to testing, some will be related to mandates, some will be related to how we ensure kids will be protected in schools.”

Back in April, the Biden administration said they were not planning to try to introduce federal vaccine passports of the type that are creating two tier societies in other western countries.

At the time, Psaki told reporters, there would be no “federal vaccinations database” or a “federal mandate requiring everyone to obtain a single vaccination credential.”

Twitter, Facebook, President Biden, and Surgeon General sued for alleged censorship collusion

US data analyst Justin Hart is one of the recent victims of COVID-related censorship on social networks, but he’s also one of those joining to fight back in the legal arena.

The Liberty Justice Center, a non-profit focused on constitutional rights, is suing on his behalf, with Facebook, Twitter, US President Joe Biden and the Surgeon General Vivek Murthy all named as defendants.

We obtained a copy of the complaint for you here.

Hart is alleging that his First Amendment free speech rights had been violated when his social media accounts got suspended for posting what is said to be a scientifically-based graphic under the title, “Masking Children is Impractical and Not Backed by Research or Real World Data.”

News outlets like the New York Post – who recall that their own factually correct, and occasionally bombshell stories (like the “Hunter Biden files“) got suppressed by Big Tech – suggest this claim should by now not be particularly contentious, let alone a reason for censorship.

“Study after study repeatedly shows that children are safer than vaccinated adults and that the masks people actually wear don’t do much good,” writes the Post.

But when Hart posted the infographic, Facebook reacted by locking his personal account, created in 2007, for three days. The filing indicates that the same happened to this data analyst and digital strategist on Twitter as well – but what’s particularly interesting is why top government officials, including the president himself, have been named in the lawsuit.

Namely, Hart alleges collusion between these privately owned giants and the US government, with the purpose of monitoring, flagging, suspending and deleting content that it chooses to label as misinformation.

Under current rules in the US dictated by its Constitution, the government would not be able to do this directly; but recent statements coming from Biden and some of his top collaborators have added fuel to the fire of suspicion that a form of collusion to suppress free expression on the internet might actually be taking place.

Biden recently went as far – to then be forced to walk back – as to publicly accuse Facebook of “killing people” by not getting rid of COVID content unwanted by the current administration fast enough.

This happened just after White House press secretary Jen Psaki said, “We are regularly making sure social media platforms are aware of the latest narratives dangerous to public health that we and many other Americans are seeing across all of social and traditional media,” adding, “You shouldn’t be banned from one platform and not others.”
