Moar Power: White House Considers Invoking “Unprecedented” Climate Emergency

How best to grab power when there’s no convenient emergency to use as excuse? Invent one!

That’s right: if you had ‘climate emergency’ on your ‘list of disasters to prompt mail-in balloting’ bingo card, you may soon be able to cross that square off. That’s because the Biden administration is reportedly renewing discussions “about potentially declaring a national climate emergency,” according to Bloomberg. 

Such an “unprecedented” declaration could “unlock federal powers to stifle oil development”, among other things, the report says. 

Bloomberg reports, according to sources who requested anonymity as a final decision has not been reached, top advisers to President Joe Biden are reconsidering the possibility of declaring the emergency.

This action could lead to restrictions on crude exports, a suspension of offshore drilling, and a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions, sources say.

Within the White House, opinions are split on this issue. Some advisers believe that declaring a climate emergency wouldn’t grant Biden sufficient new powers to enact significant changes. Others, however, contend that it could energize voters who prioritize climate issues.

Gibbering Biden Invents Fake Story About Uncle Being Eaten By Cannibals To Attack Trump

Joe Biden twice told a completely made up story Wednesday about his uncle/grandfather (we don’t really know which he means) being eaten by cannibals in New Guinea, as a way of attacking Donald Trump.

Biden told the story on the tarmac while headed to Pittsburgh, saying that Ambrose Finnegan, or ‘uncle Bosey’ was in the Army Air Corps and got “shot down in an area where there were a lot of cannibals” while on reconnaissance.

“They never recovered his body, but the government went back when I went down there, and they checked and found some parts of the plane,” Biden claimed.

He then immediately attacked Trump by repeating the ‘Trump said fallen US service members are suckers and losers’ hoax, again.

Biden Opposes Bill That Would Keep Cops and Feds From Buying Your Data

A bipartisan group of lawmakers is once again trying to keep the government from performing an end run around the Fourth Amendment by buying people’s personal data. This week, President Joe Biden indicated that he opposed the bill.

H.R. 4639, known as the Fourth Amendment Is Not For Sale Act, “expands prohibited disclosures of stored electronic communications” to include purchases of data by law enforcement and intelligence agencies.

First introduced in 2021 by Sens. Ron Wyden (D–Ore.), Rand Paul (R–Ky.), Patrick Leahy (D–Vt.), and Mike Lee (R–Utah), the bill has been reintroduced in subsequent sessions. The current version was introduced in the House by Rep. Warren Davidson (R–Ohio) and in the Senate by Wyden and Paul.

On Wednesday, Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D–N.Y.), ranking member of the House Judiciary Committee and one of the House bill’s cosponsors, affirmed his support on the House floor. “That anyone should have Americans’ private information is highly troubling to me,” Nadler said. “But that our federal government can obtain it without a warrant should be troubling to all of us.”

On Tuesday, the White House announced that the Biden administration “strongly opposes” the bill. According to a Statement of Administration Policy, the bill “generally would prohibit the Intelligence Community and law enforcement from obtaining certain commercially available information—subject only to narrow, unworkable exceptions.”

The Stored Communications Act forbids technology companies from disclosing certain subscriber information, including to the government. But certain types of data—including search histories, credit reports, employment records, and cellphone geolocation data—is “commercially available” and can be sold by third parties called data brokers. Often this data is purchased by private companies in order to better tailor their ad spending.

Governments typically need a warrant to access any of that type of information—as recently as 2018, the Supreme Court affirmed in Carpenter v. United States that the government cannot access a person’s cellphone location data without a warrant. “Although such records are generated for commercial purposes,” wrote Chief Justice John Roberts, that alone did not “negate” the plaintiff’s expectation of privacy. “We decline to grant the state unrestricted access to a wireless carrier’s database of physical location information.”

Put simply: Come back with a warrant.

But instead of honoring that decision, law enforcement and intelligence agencies just started buying the information from data brokers instead: The National Security Agency (NSA) buys people’s internet metadata, and agencies within the Department of Homeland Security—including Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Customs and Border Protection (CBP)—purchase cellphone location data.

Flyers Distributed by a Mexican NGO Instruct Illegal Aliens to Vote for Biden in Upcoming U.S. Election: “We Need Another Four Years of His Term to Stay Open”

Flyers instructing illegal immigrants to vote for Joe Biden in the forthcoming U.S. election have been reportedly distributed at a non-governmental organization (NGO) in Mexico, according to an investigation by The Oversight Project, a watchdog initiative linked to the Heritage Foundation.

The controversial flyers were discovered scattered around the Resource Center Matamoras (RCM), an establishment known for aiding migrants. Some of these were even found on the walls inside port-a-potties at the location.

The Muckraker.com, an investigative account on X, first brought this issue to light, showcasing images of the flyers that read: “Reminder to vote for President Biden when you are in the United States. We need another four years of his term to stay open.”

“CRITICAL – We exposed an NGO in Mexico that is instructing illegals to vote for Biden when they cross into the United States. Claims of illegals being instructed to vote in elections has been labeled a “conspiracy theory”, until now…” Muckraker wrote.

Biden Cheat Card Instructs Him When To “PAUSE”

Joe Biden cannot do anything without instruction cards provided to him by his handlers.

This was once again on display Monday as he met with the leader of Iraq at the White House.

Biden was pictured holding a card that instructed him on exactly what to say and even when to pause, written in all CAPS.

Note how the word ‘Iraq’ is underlined over and over again on the card.

Biden repeatedly turned to the script as he sat beside Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia’a Al-Sudani.

He struggled to read from it.

Biden Spending $300 Million On Sanctuary Cities

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is distributing $300 million to sanctuary cities that provide services like shelter and food to illegal immigrants amid a massive increase in incursions across the southern border.

The $300 million in grants will be provided through the Shelter and Services Program (SSP), according to an April 12 press release. SSP offers funding to non-federal entities like NGOs and local governments that provide support to illegal immigrants released into the United States by the DHS. Out of the $300 million, $275 million will be distributed in the first allocation, with the remaining $25 million to be allocated later this year to meet operational requirements.

“The initial funding will be available to 55 grant recipients for temporary shelter and other eligible costs associated with migrants awaiting the outcome of their immigration proceedings.”

Costs covered under the program include expenses related to providing shelter, food, transportation, medical care, and personal hygiene for illegal immigrants. Other costs like modification of existing facilities, clothing, translation services, outreach information, and management and administration expenses are also covered.

In addition to the $300 million funding, the DHS also announced $340.9 million for the SSP competitive grant program.

Last year, over $780 million was distributed through SSP and another program that went to organizations and sanctuary cities across the country that provided services to illegal immigrants. Well-known sanctuary cities include Los Angeles, Chicago, New Orleans, New York City, and San Francisco.

The Biden administration’s latest funding splurge comes as the influx of illegal immigrants into the United States has ballooned in recent years.

According to data from the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), border patrol agents encountered 1.73 million illegals at the southwest land border in fiscal year 2021. This number rose to 2.37 million in fiscal year 2022 and then to 2.47 million in 2023. For the first five months of this fiscal year, 1.34 million encounters have already been registered.

Between October 2021 and March 2024, the total number of encounters stands at over 7.9 million illegal immigrants.

During an April 10 press conference, House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) said he estimates that nearly 16 million illegal immigrants entered the United States under the Biden administration.

Biden OK’d Iran Strike, Tells Israel To ‘Take The Win’: Reports

Reports are circulating that the Biden Administration green lighted Iran’s attack on Israel, stipulating that it had to be “within certain limits,” and is now telling Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to ‘take the win,’ rather than retaliate.

Reuters reports that Iran informed Turkey in advance of its planned operation against Israel, according to a Turkish diplomatic source, who explained that Washington had conveyed to Tehran via Ankara that any action it took must not cross any red lines.

The source further told Reuters that Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan had spoken to both his U.S. and Iranian counterparts in the past week regarding the planned Iranian attack, and that all parties were aware it was going to happen.

“Iran informed us in advance of what would happen. Possible developments also came up during the meeting with [U.S. Secretary of State Antony] Blinken, and they (the U.S.) conveyed to Iran through us that this reaction must be within certain limits,” the source said.

“In response, Iran said the reaction would be a response to Israel’s attack on its embassy in Damascus and that it would not go beyond this,” the source added.

Here Is The $1 Trillion “Stealth Stimulus” Behind Bidenomics

In recent weeks, with inflation still at all time highs but now rising at a slower pace and with the Dept of Labor generously seasonally adjusting job numbers to make it seem that the labor force is growing relentless no matter how hard the Fed tries to whack it, Joe Biden – who had sternly refused to discuss the US economy for much of the past three years – had a change of heart and, on advice of his handlers, decided to take credit for what he sees as positive changes in the US economy by penning the term “Bidenomics”, and flooding twitter with this propaganda, which Twitter’s community notes has had a field day exposing.

But while there are those who have the energy and patience to read between the lines and uncover the lies below the surface, for many people what they see on CNN and MSNBC or read in the liberal press is what they believe: for them Bidenomics is actually working.

Of course, it would be great if Biden was right – one’s political ideology notwithstanding – and the economy was truly flourishing, but unfortunately there is another issue, one which the president will never discuss, namely the cost of Bidenomics.

ISRAEL CONFLICT SPREADS TO 16 NATIONS AS BIDEN ADMIN SAYS THERE’S NO WAR

THE REGIONAL WAR in the Middle East now involves at least 16 different countries and includes the first strikes from Iranian territory on Israel, but the United States continues to insist that there is no broader war, hiding the extent of American military involvement. And yet in response to Iran’s drone and missile attacks Saturday, the U.S. flew aircraft and launched air defense missiles from at least eight countries, while Iran and its proxies fired weapons from Iraq, Syria, and Yemen.

The news media has been complicit in its portrayal of the regional war as nonexistent. “Biden Seeks to Head Off Escalation After Israel’s Successful Defense,” the New York Times blared this morning, ignoring that the conflict had already spread. “Iran attacks Israel, risking a full-blown regional war,” says The Economist. “Some top U.S. officials are worried that Israel may respond hastily to Iran’s unprecedented drone and missile attacks and provoke a wider regional conflict that the U.S. could get dragged into,” says NBC, parroting the White House’s deception.

The Washington-based reporting follows repeated Biden administration statements that none of this amounts to a regional war. “So far, there is not … a wider regional conflict,” Pentagon press secretary Brig. Gen. Pat Ryder said on Thursday, in response to a question about Israel’s strike on the Iranian Embassy. Ryder’s statement followed repeated assertions by Iranian leadership that retaliation would follow — and even a private message from the Iranians to the U.S. that if it helped defend Israel, the U.S. would also be a viable target — after which the White House reiterated its “ironclad” support for Israel.

Biden’s America-CBP Statistics: Over 400,000 Illegals Flown Directly into US Under Biden Regime’s CHNV Parole Program

CBP data released shows that under crooked Joe Biden, 404,000 illegals have been flown into the US under the regime’s CHNV parole program.

This program allows people from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela to apply for “humanitarian parole” in the United States and allows them to pursue employment. The cost of the flight is paid either by the individual or a sponsor and allows for up to a two-year stay.

Since these illegals are flown into the US, the numbers are not included in the border statistics.

Looking at the approximate breakdown for each country, 84,000 are from Cuba. 154,000 are from Haiti, 69,000 are from Nicaragua, and 95,000 are from Venezuela.

This will add to the already out-of-control border crisis. ICE currently does not have the resources to pursue individuals who stay past their allowed stay. Currently, the DHS does not see them as a priority for removal.

To make matters even worse, the government of Venezuela does not cooperate in deportations and will make it very difficult for any of its citizens to return home.
