Two Americas: One For U.S. Citizens Is Heavily Regulated And Monitored, The Other For Illegals Is Free Of Mandates, Regulations And Bureaucratic Harassment

If you’re a U.S. citizen and don’t believe we live in a two-tiered society, try getting on an airplane at any U.S. airport without showing ID. Then watch an illegal board, no questions asked.

Joe Biden’s Transportation Security Administration, or TSA, is working with Customs and Border Protection to allow illegal aliens to fly without proper identification.

This is in contrast to the treatment of U.S. citizens, who are required to show identification at airports before they are allowed to board a flight.

The New York Post reported that while U.S. citizens are required to show a passport or a valid form of identification to travel by plane both domestically and internationally, signs at various airports claim that the TSA and CBP are collaborating to enable illegal immigrants to travel without any ID.

As Americans find out about this double standard, they’re understandably not happy about it. But until this article in the NY Post, there’s been very little information about this secret program to allow illegals to fly unidentified.

I’ve always said that the creation of TSA and Homeland Security under George W. Bush had nothing to do with safety or security and everything to do with controlling people. This two-tiered system proves it. And it’s not the first time. Remember during the Covid scare, migrants were allowed to cross into the U.S. without being tested or vaxxed but U.S. citizens were subjected to weekly and even daily Covid tests and later vaccine mandates. Submit or lose your job.

Podcaster Dave Rubin shared a picture of one of the TSA airport signs last week in a post to X. The TSA sign states, rather clearly, that illegals will be treated differently than citizens. It says, “TSA is partnering with CBP to test the use of CBP One at certain TSA checkpoints to validate adult non-US citizen travel documentation when the traveler does not otherwise have an acceptable form of Identification.”

The TSA sign explains that it is “optional” for illegal immigrants to have their face scanned by a TSA officer and that the TSA will not store the immigrant’s information but will only use the information to verify information provided to CBP through the CBP One app.

Biden Capitalizes On Uvalde Massacre Report With Ludicrous Gun-Control Plan

Almost two years after a shooter murdered 21 people at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, the Department of Justice released a 575-page report on Thursday. The document confirmed what we already knew from Texas’ report last July. The police made serious mistakes and shouldn’t have waited outside the classroom. There is one big difference between the two reports. The Justice Department report starts its executive summary by emphasizing that the attack used “an AR-15 style assault rifle.”

But what can we do when the police don’t save the day?

Mass Murderers Pick Soft Targets

With guns being banned at the Uvalde school, there was little prospect of teachers or staff fighting back. Had the school allowed guns, the shooter might not have attacked at all. After reading the Nashville Covenant School murderer’s manifesto last year, Nashville Police Chief John Drake revealed: “There was another location that was mentioned, but because of a threat assessment by the suspect of too much security, they decided not to.”

The killer considered two public schools but passed on them because “the security was too great to do what she wanted to do,” according to Nashville City Council member Robert Swope.

Twenty states already allow teachers to carry concealed handguns. In Utah and New Hampshire, any teacher with a concealed handgun permit can carry. In other states, it is up to school boards or superintendents to decide. And there have been no shootings in schools with armed teachers.

The reports focus on the failure of police. It is understandable that police are fearful of running toward an attacker. Teachers in the classroom, however, have no choice but to defend their lives and the lives of their students.

Biden’s ‘Sustained Campaign’ in Yemen Is Illegal and Pointless

The U.S. and Britain continue to wage war on Yemen while pretending that they aren’t at war:

The U.S. and U.K. launched strikes against eight Houthi targets Monday, the two countries said, in a continuing bid to stop the Yemeni rebel group’s attacks on ships transiting the Red Sea.

The strikes marked the second major assault by a joint force of the two countries and the eighth time overall that the U.S. has targeted the group, which is armed, funded and supported by Iran.

The latest round of attacks is part of the Biden administration’s plan for a “sustained campaign” that Congress has never debated or authorized. The U.S. has dubbed the campaign Operation Poseidon Archer, and the administration has no idea when it will be concluded. According to the Post, U.S. officials say that they “don’t expect that the operation will stretch on for years like previous U.S. wars in Iraq, Afghanistan or Syria,” but that is not much of a consolation when the administration can’t even admit that it is fighting a war.

Knowing how our government tends to prolong and alter its military missions once they start, it isn’t hard to imagine the current campaign morphing into something else over time. The troops that are now in Syria were sent there to fight ISIS, but now they stay there to oppose Iranian influence and serve as targets for local militias. U.S. forces have been fighting in Somalia for more than a decade and a half, and there is no sign that they are leaving anytime soon. Once U.S. forces are involved in hostilities in a country, there is considerable resistance to extricating them. Even if the new war in Yemen turns out to be the limited one that the administration claims that it is, that won’t change the fact that it is illegal and unauthorized. If support for the Saudi coalition war on Yemen merited a war powers challenge (and it absolutely did), direct military action in Yemen definitely requires that Congress step up and put a stop to the president’s illegal war.

Biden is set to RAISE taxes to help fund social security benefits as the president desperately tries to make up ground in polling against Trump ahead of the general election

President Joe Biden‘s camp is examining strategies to make up for lost ground in the upcoming presidential election, and raising taxes on the wealthy to bolster Social Security is on the table.

According to a recent party nominee satisfaction poll by ABC News and IPSOS, Donald Trump leads at 72 percent among leaned Republicans, with Biden trailing 57 percent among leaned Democrats.

According to the latest Harvard-Harris poll, Trump holds a 53 to 47 lead over Biden in general election polling.  

With Trump emerging as the most likely GOP frontrunner, the current President’s aides have floated the idea of imposing new taxes on the wealthy to help further fund Social Security benefits, sources tell the Washington Post.

As the former President has vowed once again to protect Social Security if elected, some Biden advisors believe this move could help define the contrast between economic policy on either side of the aisle.

It would require Biden to expand his proposed tax increases, although they would not affect people earning under $400,000 per year, people familiar with the matter told the publication.

Correcting The Record On Marijuana Prisoners Left Behind By Biden’s Pardons

On October 6, 2022, President Joe Biden issued a historic general pardon for all previous crimes of simple marijuana possession in violation of federal law and the D.C. Code, both of which are misdemeanors. A few weeks ago, the president extended the general pardon to cover offenses for marijuana use and attempted simple possession, which are also misdemeanors.

In all likelihood, the most important part of the president’s October 2022 action wasn’t the general pardon, but instead his ordering an administrative review of marijuana’s treatment under the federal government’s master drug scheme, the Controlled Substances Act. As just confirmed last week, the U.S. Health and Human Services Department’s scientific evaluation supports rescheduling marijuana—from a federal regime of absolute prohibition (Schedule I) to one of medical prescription pursuant to federal regulations (Schedule III)—which is now under final review by the Drug Enforcement Administration.

Over the course of more than a year, President Biden has touted his general pardon as an example of “keeping my promise” on campaign pledges to decriminalize marijuana, to free incarcerated marijuana offenders and to expunge marijuana convictions. “My Administration has taken action,” a 2023 executive order claimed, to “correct our country’s failed approach to marijuana.”

Certainly, President Biden has made a bolder statement on marijuana reform than any voiced by his predecessors—save perhaps President Jimmy Carter, whose 1979 call for marijuana decriminalization went unheeded. The Biden administration deserves a lot of credit for the general pardon, the prospect of administrative rescheduling and other steps in support of reform. Indeed, just describing prohibition as “America’s failed approach to marijuana” is historically meaningful.

But let’s be clear: None of the administration’s actions has released a single marijuana offender from prison.

Biden Administration Continues To Escalate Tensions In The Balkans Selling Javelin Missiles To Kosovo

The Biden Administration has approved the sale of hundreds of Javelin anti-tank missiles to Kosovo for an estimated cost of $75 million, in a move designed to increase tensions with Serbia and assert American military might in the region.

This latest move comes on the heels of its covert support for a coup attempt in Serbia, followed by threats to launch an all-out war against Serbs in Bosnia who are seeking self-determination.

The government in Kosovo “requested” to purchase 246 Javelin missiles and 24 lightweight command launch units, among other items, according to a statement released by the U.S. Defense Security Cooperation Agency.

Joe Biden Fails to Congratulate Taiwan’s President-Elect: ‘We Don’t Support Independence’

President Joe Biden offered no words of congratulations or support to Taiwanese President-elect Lai Ching-te following his election victory on Saturday, telling reporters simply that America does “not support independence.”

Lai, of the anti-communist Democratic Progressive Party (DPP), defeated two leftist rivals on Saturday to hand his party an unprecedented third term in power. Lai is currently the vice president of the country and will succeed current DPP President Tsai Ing-wen.

Taiwan is a sovereign nation with its own government and civil institutions wholly independent of the Chinese Communist Party. Despite this reality, Beijing insists that Taiwan is a province of China and its government is a rogue “separatist” organization. The Chinese government forces countries to choose between recognition of Taiwan’s sovereignty or diplomatic ties with China, so most of the world’s nations do not maintain formal ties with Taiwan. At press time, only 12 countries in the world recognize Taiwanese sovereignty, following Nauru’s abandonment of Taipei this weekend in the aftermath of Lai’s election. America is not one of the 12; former President Jimmy Carter abandoned Taiwan to forge ties with the Communist Party in 1979.

Biden Angry With Republicans Trying To Stop Kids Seeing Gay Porn

During a radio interview, Joe Biden expressed disbelief that Republicans have a problem with gay porn books being made available to children as young as six years old in schools across the country.

Biden claimed that Republicans are trying to ban books, a tactic that has been repeatedly used to downplay the fact that sexually explicit material and books promoting transgenderism are being placed in school libraries.

“The idea that you can be told that you can’t read certain books. This is the United States of America, for God’s sake!” Biden stated.

He added “These guys are afraid of the truth!”

As we have repeatedly highlighted, the specific books being referred to, titles such as Gender Queer and All Boys Are Blue, contain overtly sexual themes and pornographic imagery.

Even the author of Gender Queer admitted that the book is not suitable for children.

Biden and the Democrats keep pushing the lie that Conservatives are on a quest to ban books.

When asked about the subject, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz claimed that “they’re trying to ban Charlotte’s Web,” which is not true.

State AGs Blast Biden, Wall Street Plan To Sell Rights To America’s Public Lands

The current plan by the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) to create Natural Asset Companies (NACs), which would buy up land rights throughout America, faced heavy criticism from 25 state attorneys general, who in a Jan. 9 letter urged the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to reject the concept.

“What is happening here is clear,” the AGs wrote. “The Commission and the NYSE are seeking to implement a radical environmental agenda through the rulemaking process (and outside the legislative process).”

“This type of decision, particularly given its vast economic consequences, must be left to Congress and not the Commission or the NYSE,” they stated.

The idea for NACs was developed by an activist eco-organization called the Intrinsic Exchange Group (IEG), funded in part by the Rockefeller Foundation, in partnership with the NYSE. NACs would pool investors’ money from around the world to buy the rights to public and private land in the United States and limit its use to “sustainable” endeavors.

Currently, much of the land under federal control is intended for public use, which includes farming, ranching, hunting, fishing, drilling, mining, hiking, and camping, according to its designation by Congress. In many western states, including Idaho, Alaska, and Utah, more than 60 percent of the land is government owned. About 85 percent of the land in Nevada is government owned.

“On the spectrum of serious ESG threats, this is one of the most concerning, and least understood,” Utah Attorney General Sean Reyes, who co-authored the letter, told The Epoch Times. “I don’t think most people in America even know about it; it was done very quietly.

Blue State AGs Tell Biden To Block Sale Of Lake City’s 5.56 Ammo To Civilians

New York Attorney General Letitia James led a multi-state coalition of 20 attorneys general calling on the Biden administration to halt the sale of 5.56 caliber ammunition to civilians by the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant, a Missouri-based supplier for the U.S. military.

“Billions of rounds of military-grade ammunition manufactured at the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant have been sold on the commercial market, leading to their use in many of the most tragic mass shootings in recent history,” the AGs stated in a Jan. 9 letter to the White House Office of Gun Violence Prevention. “We ask your Office to conduct an investigation into the contracting processes that led to this situation, and to take action to ensure that military-grade and military-subsidized ammunition stays out of civilian hands.”

The letter was signed by AGs from Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington. While many of these states have been enacting restrictions on firearms, others, including Arizona and Vermont, maintain a tradition of relatively permissive gun laws.

However, all signatories expressed their desire to restrict civilian access to ammunition commonly used in semi-automatic AR-15-style rifles, citing in their letter mass shootings in which the 5.56 caliber was used.

“Ammunition from Lake City is manufactured for military use and does not belong in our communities,” the AGs stated, “We ask the White House to ensure that future production contracts prohibit the sale of military weapons and ammunition to civilians.”
