Elite Judge Sets Tiny Fine for Elite Judge Who Helped Illegal Immigrant Escape ICE

The Democrat-nominated judge who helped an illegal migrant escape from her Wisconsin courtroom has been given a wet-kiss penalty by a judge who used to be a top Democratic politician in the state.

District Judge Lynn Adelman fined Judge Hannah Dugan just $5,000 as he excused her April 2025 crime: “An otherwise good person, upset by immigration enforcement in this country — a view widely shared — made a bad decision in the moment.”

The slap-on-the-wrist penalty comes amid a wave of murder by illegal migrants, and amid the massive economic dislocation to American families caused by migrants’ willingness to work for very low wages.

The “punishment should fit the offender and not merely the crime,” Adelman, the former Democratic Speaker in the state legislature, told the courtroom.

The judge’s statement also rejects the electoral mandate for immigration enforcement earned by populist President Donald Trump from the citizens of the United States in the 2024 general election.

Dugan — a former advocate for more migration — was unapologetic about the crime, saying: “I have been cast as both a scofflaw and as a hero… I am a public servant who was just trying to do my job,” according to the UrbanMilwaukee.com report. The report added:

Dugan told the court that she intends to return to serving the public and her community. She explained her motivation to serve by quoting President Abraham Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address, calling for citizens to take action to preserve and further democracy: “It is for us the living, rather, to be dedicated here to the unfinished work.”

“For someone who has dedicated her life to the law, this [trial] amounts to significant punishment regardless of what I do today,” Adelman told Dugan and the court.

Illegal Alien from Mexico Fatally Shot After Trying to Run Over ICE Agent in Houston – DHS Responds

An illegal alien from Mexico was fatally shot after trying to run over an ICE agent in Houston, Texas, on Tuesday.

According to reports, ICE officers conducted a traffic stop around 6:50 am when the illegal alien, identified as Lorenzo Salgado Araujo, tried to evade law enforcement.

Lorenzo Salgado Araujo rammed an ICE vehicle, refused to follow multiple verbal commands and attempted to run over an ICE agent before he was fatally shot.

The illegal was transported to a local hospital where he died from his injuries.

This is the second time this month that an illegal alien has tried ramming a vehicle into law enforcement officials this month.

An undocumented immigrant was shot and killed Tuesday morning in east Houston by an ICE agent during an attempted arrest, according to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

The man has been identified as Lorenzo Salgado Araujo, a Mexican national who was in the U.S. illegally, according to ICE.

According to the agency, at about 6:50 a.m., ICE agents attempted a traffic stop in the 6800 block of Canal Street as part of a “targeted enforcement operation to arrest an illegal alien.”

Officials said Araujo attempted to flee the scene.

ICE said Araujo rammed an ICE law enforcement vehicle, refused multiple verbal commands and used his vehicle in an attempt to run over an ICE agent. The agent then fired his weapon in self-defense, according to ICE.

The Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) system upgrades, which allow patriot states to instantly screen voter rolls and purge illegal aliens, is back online.

Last March, President Trump signed an executive order aimed at preserving and protecting the integrity of US elections.

“Free, fair, and honest elections unmarred by fraud, errors, or suspicion are fundamental to maintaining our constitutional Republic. The right of American citizens to have their votes properly counted and tabulated, without illegal dilution, is vital to determining the rightful winner of an election,” Trump’s executive order said.

“Under the Constitution, State governments must safeguard American elections in compliance with Federal laws that protect Americans’ voting rights and guard against dilution by illegal voting, discrimination, fraud, and other forms of malfeasance and error. Yet the United States has not adequately enforced Federal election requirements that, for example, prohibit States from counting ballots received after Election Day or prohibit non-citizens from registering to vote,” Trump said.

Three-Time Deported Illegal Alien Kills 6-Year-Old American Girl After Running a Stop Sign At High Speed — Mother and 4-Year-Old Brother Seriously Injured

A 33-year-old illegal alien who has already been deported from the United States three times is behind bars after he ran a stop sign at high speed and killed 6-year-old Calli Toller in a violent crash.

According to North Carolina State Highway Patrol troopers and court documents, Jaime Santiago Corona of Ayden was driving a 2023 Dodge Ram pickup truck south on Warren Jones Road on Friday, July 3, when he blew through the stop sign at the intersection with County Home Road.

His truck slammed into a westbound SUV driven by 35-year-old Kelli Toller, who had her two young children inside, WNCT reported.

Little Calli Toller was killed at the scene. Her mother and 4-year-old brother were both seriously injured and rushed to ECU Health Medical Center.

Santiago, who lives in Ayden, was arrested later that Friday afternoon by Highway Patrol troopers. He faces charges including misdemeanor death by vehicle, failure to stop at a stop sign, careless and reckless driving, and driving while license revoked. Court records note he has no valid operator’s license.

Here’s the part that should make every American furious: Santiago is a known flight risk who has already been deported three separate times. Documents state it could not even be determined if he is a U.S. citizen. A magistrate ordered him held in the Pitt County Detention Center on a $100,000+ secured bond precisely because of his immigration history and flight risk.

This is the deadly result of years of catch-and-release, failed removals, and a system that treated deportation orders like suggestions.

ISIS Terrorist Reaches Britain Via Small Boat After TikTok Assured Him UK ‘Accepts Everyone’

A convicted ISIS terrorist who attended beheadings and public floggings in Iraq has been jailed for two years after arriving in Britain on a small boat. He told officials he came because he heard on TikTok that the UK “accepts everyone” and respects human rights.

Mohammed Yaseen, 35, had lived a desolate existence in Iraq before aligning with ISIS. He watched ceremonies including stonings and was found with a Kalashnikov rifle. He later travelled to Germany in 2014, made multiple asylum claims, and was convicted in Dusseldorf for participating in a terrorist organisation and membership of ISIS. He received a four-year-and-three-month sentence and a 20-year expulsion order.

Instead of being returned to Iraq, Yaseen made his way to France and then crossed the Channel. On 13 December 2025 a Border Force vessel intercepted the small boat carrying around 80 people. Yaseen gave a false name, claimed to be from Kuwait, and lied about his age and background. He was placed in a hotel in Basingstoke with clean clothes and asylum support.

Of course he was.

Biometrics exposed the deception. He was arrested on Christmas Eve and later admitted attempting to enter the UK without valid clearance. Winchester Crown Court heard the full extent of his past.

Prosecutor Steven Molloy told the court: “He said he travelled from Kuwait to France from Belgium and was seeking asylum. He said he did not like it in France but heard on TikTok that the UK accepts everyone and respects human rights.”

Molloy added: “There is a deeper and lengthy involvement in terrorism and Islamic extremist ideology. Our assessment is that he is high risk in all categories. There is a danger that this individual poses to the whole of the UK.”

Defence barrister Katie Porter-Windley acknowledged the German convictions but insisted they had no bearing on his UK intentions and that he had committed no further offences here.

Yes, they really argued that the convicted ISIS terrorist should be allowed to claim asylum.

Judge Christopher Parker KC noted evidence that Yaseen could speak English despite claiming otherwise and stated: “You made absolutely no mention of what had happened in Germany in 2020 when you were convicted of a serious offence. My judgment is that your culpability is exceedingly high. There is a strong likelihood that you will be deported from this country either at the start of or before your sentence is concluded.”

Yaseen is now serving his sentence and faces removal.

The question is, how many more cases like this have slipped through the net?

Florida Votes to Ban Illegal Immigrants from Public Colleges and Universities

The Florida State Board of Education voted 6–1 on Tuesday to prohibit illegal immigrants from enrolling in the state’s 28 public colleges and adult education programs.

Under the new policy, institutions within the Florida College System will only admit U.S. citizens or individuals lawfully present in the country. Applicants must attest to their legal status and provide supporting documentation before enrolling. The rule also applies to adult general education programs, including GED classes.

This action builds on last year’s repeal of in-state tuition benefits for illegal immigrants. Governor Ron DeSantis and state leaders have stated that Florida’s public resources, funded by the state’s hardworking taxpayers, should prioritize American citizens and legal residents, rather than individuals who entered the country illegally.

The Florida Board of Governors, which oversees the state’s 12 public universities, advanced a similar measure last week. Beginning with the 2027–2028 academic year, individuals unlawfully present in the United States will be ineligible for initial enrollment at selective public universities. A final vote is still pending, but the proposal is expected to move forward.

These policies send a strong message to other states and the federal government: Florida will not subsidize or reward illegal immigration through taxpayer-funded higher education.

As expected, left-wing activist groups, the Southern Poverty Law Center, and Democratic lawmakers criticized the reform, describing it as «cruel.» Critics argue that the policy could reduce institutional revenue and negatively affect students who grew up in Florida despite lacking legal immigration status.

However, supporters argue that illegal immigrants should not compete with legal residents for limited spaces and resources at public institutions. They also contend that Florida taxpayers already bear significant costs associated with illegal immigration, making the policy a logical step toward enforcing federal immigration law at the state level and restoring policy priorities.

According to supporters, taxpayer-funded higher education for illegal immigrants is a policy that Florida voters have repeatedly rejected, a position they say aligns with Governor DeSantis’s record on border security and the rule of law.

Florida now joins a small group of states taking firm action on illegal immigration in higher education. The broader question is whether states can—and should—protect their sovereignty, their citizens, and their fiscal stability through similar measures.

REPORT: Illegal Alien Truck Driver from Haiti Allegedly Killed PA State Trooper in Crash

A commercial truck driver with a Massachusetts license reportedly struck and killed a Pennsylvania State Police trooper this week in a fiery crash on Interstate 81 in Schuylkill County. The driver is reported to be a Haitian national illegally present in the United States.

Pennsylvania State Trooper Michael Pahira, Jr., died on Thursday after being struck by a tractor-trailer during an inspection of another 18-wheeler. The crash resulted in the death of Trooper Pahira.

WGAL NBC8 reports that Trooper Pahira was conducting a safety inspection on a tractor-trailer rig when a truck driven by Michael Bon, a 33-year-old male from Brockton, Massachusetts, allegedly veered off the roadway onto the shoulder. The tractor’s mirror struck the patrol vehicle before Bon’s truck reportedly struck the rear of the vehicle being inspected.

Trooper Pahira became trapped under the front bumper of Bon’s truck before the vehicle burst into flames. Nearby construction workers rushed to the scene and dragged the trooper from beneath the burning wreckage, the local NBC affiliate reported.

Emergency medical crews transported Pahira to a hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.

Police took Bon into custody. He now faces the following charges, according to the NBC affiliate:

  • Homicide by vehicle
  • Aggravated assault by vehicle
  • Recklessly endangering another person
  • Involuntary manslaughter
  • Reckless driving
  • Careless driving
  • Duty of driver in relation to emergency response area
  • Driving on roadways laned for traffic
  • Obedience to traffic control device

Officials with the Department of Homeland Security told Breitbart Texas that Bon entered the U.S. on July 2, 2024, at Florida’s Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport as an immigration parolee during the Biden administration. He applied for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) on October 26, 2024. That status was never granted, officials stated.

On June 13, 2025, the Trump administration notified Bon of a Notice of Termination of Parole. Bon then refused to leave the United States, DHS reported.

Insidious truth behind LA City Council’s push for noncitizen voting

Well, that was quick.

The LA City Council yanked its own ballot initiative proposal that, if passed in November, would have allowed noncitizens to vote in local elections.

There was nothing in the city’s proposal that would have prevented illegal immigrants from voting.

People with no right to be in the country would be making major decisions about the management and the future of one of America’s great cities.

What would prevent some future, federal administration from throwing the country’s borders open to tip the balance of power in LA toward one party or another — or, perhaps, toward socialism?

Nothing.

No one stopped to ask whether giving noncitizens the right to vote locally would even be constitutional. It is, at least, a complicated question.

Also, no one seemed to have given any thought to how the city would run such an election, and how noncitizens could appear on voter rolls for local elections while also being sequestered from state and federal elections.

It is telling that the initial vote to put noncitizen voting on the ballot was 10-5. It was framed as a way to give hard-working immigrants a voice. The subsequent vote to pull the ballot measure was 14-0.

Unfair! University of California, Riverside Grant Funding Favors Illegal Aliens Over Americans

According to a report from Campus Reform, the University of California, Riverside’s Undocumented Student Programs offers up to $9,000 annually through its Butterfly Project Fellowship to “DREAMers, students from mixed-status families, and undocu allies,” while a comparable graduate research grant for U.S. citizen graduate students provides up to $4,000 per year.”

This program rewards lawbreakers while punishing American citizens, something which is entirely unfair.

“According to fellowship materials reviewed by Campus Reform, the Butterfly Project Fellowship provides up to $9,000 annually to illegal alien graduate students, with awards disbursed through the Financial Aid Office.”

There shouldn’t be incentives at American academic institutions for foreign nationals who break our laws, and the fact that there are is an outrage that rewards lawlessness.

Recipients of this insane “fellowship” are also given the opportunity to attend college and “Undocumented Student Programs events while continuing to advance their graduate research.”

“A comparable funding opportunity for American citizens available through UCR is the Dissertation Research Grant, administered by the university’s Graduate Division. The grant provides up to $2,000 per application during both the fall and spring quarters, allowing recipients to receive up to $4,000 annually.”

That’s a considerably lower amount than what illegal aliens get and shows a disparity.

Open Borders Contributed to Real Estate Inflation

Politicians continue insisting that mass migration carries no economic consequences. Anyone who questions the policy is immediately accused of being anti-immigrant. That has always been the tactic. Rather than debate the economics, they attack the person asking the question. Yet reality eventually catches up with political slogans, and now even economists are beginning to quantify what common sense should have told us years ago.

A new working paper from economists at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas examined the unprecedented surge in unauthorized immigration between 2021 and 2024. The researchers estimate that unauthorized immigrant workers accounted for roughly 30% of employment growth in the average metropolitan area during that period. More importantly, they found that in markets where housing supply could not expand quickly enough, a 1% increase in unauthorized worker inflows was associated with approximately a 2.2% increase in home prices and about a 1.4% increase in rents.

When population rises rapidly while housing construction fails to keep pace, prices climb. More people competing for a limited number of homes means higher prices. Demand rises faster than supply. The laws of supply and demand do not disappear because politicians prefer open borders. The Federal Reserve researchers also noted that housing construction did not expand sufficiently to absorb the additional demand, leaving existing residents competing for the same inventory. This is basic economics that governments have chosen to ignore.

The numbers illustrate just how severe the housing shortage has become. Freddie Mac estimates the United States remains short roughly 3.7 million housing units. The National Association of Realtors has repeatedly reported that existing home inventory remains well below historical norms, while the median existing-home price reached another record high during 2025. Meanwhile, mortgage rates have remained around 6% to 7% for much of the past two years, dramatically increasing monthly payments and pushing homeownership further out of reach for younger Americans. The result has been exactly what our computer projected years ago, employed adults increasingly remaining with their parents because housing has become unaffordable.
