Lawless Jocelyn Benson Pushes New Rules to Make It Easier to Cheat in Michigan Elections – Then Skips Her Own Hearing on the Changes

Corrupt Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson is pushing new election rules that were not approved by the state legislature, but rather by her, to make it easier for Democrats to cheat in the upcoming elections.

This is Benson’s latest obvious effort to make elections less secure in her state. Benson is running for governor in Michigan in 2026, and she is very unpopular in the state.

Secretary of State Benson has lost AT LEAST NINE lawsuits in the state, pushing illegal tactics to make it easier for Democrats to cheat in the state.

In her latest attempts to make elections less secure in this battleground state, Benson is making it nearly impossible for the election integrity group Check My Vote to operate in the state and to continue to clean up the voter rolls in Michigan.

Jocelyn Benson currently waged a war against the election integrity group Check My Vote and its founder, Phani Mantravadi.

Phani described the current assault on his organization:

1) MI SOS Jocelyn Benson doesn’t want Michiganders to know the real reason behind how 125,428 excess votes got cast in the Nov 2024 election, per the Oct 28, 2024, daily absentee report, and what precisely the glitch was. The latest explanation offered by her office doesn’t hold water.

(2) SOS Benson doesn’t want Michiganders to know that vote counts from statewide QVF don’t reconcile with vote counts from county QVF, from what little we’ve been able to see, until the SOS prohibited release of voter data from local counties. Why is she preventing the release of voter lists from counties and voter data from e-pollbooks?

(3) Ms. Benson wants Michiganders to think that voter roll maintenance is top-notch under her administration, with an occasional “glitch”. She wants Michiganders to believe that the problems being exposed are due to misadministration by local clerks.

However, the mountain of problems in the voter rolls discovered so far, compounded with the pattern of “glitches,” suggests that there might be something more sinister and intentional.

After all, if she truly wants to address the problems being brought to light and the issues that arose due to “misinformation,” as she claims, one would think she would welcome solutions such as CheckMyVote.org and all the free work that citizen volunteers are doing.

On Friday there was a hearing in Lansing open to the public to discuss Benson’s latest attempt to cheat in elections. Why else would she want corrupted voter rolls if she wasn’t planning on cheating?

According to The Midwesterner, Jocelyn Benson skipped her own hearing. She’s not just crooked, she’s also a coward!

ZERO attendees spoke in favor of Benson’s new rules that make it easier to cheat in state elections.

Chicago Mayor Johnson Calls for Insurrection

Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson is rallying the people to begin an insurrection, but of course, it is (D)ifferent. “Are you prepared to defend this land that was built by slaves and indigenous people?” the mayor asked, urging the people to “resist” the US National Guard, while of course, adding in divisive racial political rhetoric.

Rather than urging the people to band together toward peace, Brandon Johnson would like the people to fight American troops in favor of dangerous criminals. The federal government does not have the authority to deploy troops to prevent overall crime, however, the federal government can and will deploy troops to expel illegal migrants.

The United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested 4,775 people in the Chicago Area of Responsibility in the first four months of the year, which expands beyond Illinois to five neighboring states. As reported by ABC, 47% of those arrested has prior criminal convictions, and 35% were wanted for criminal charges. Only 18% of those arrested in that four-month period had no prior ties to criminal activity. The majority of the people deported from the Chicago area are Venezuelan or Mexican nationals who commonly have ties to criminal organizations. Chicago and Illinois in general has become a refuge for criminals as blue policies permit crime and favor the criminal over the common man.

Illinois Governor JB Pritzker and Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson continually praise the recent 30% drop in crime. Sorry, but the inner city is nearly an active war zone. Chicago had the most homicides in absolute numbers for 13 consecutive years. Yet, arrest rates remain extremely low at 16.2% despite 147,899 reported crimes since January 1, 2025. President Trump noted that Chicago’s murder rate was double that of Islamabad and nearly 15 times that of Delhi. There were 573 homicides in 2024, but blue lawmakers praise the 8% decrease from the 620 homicides in 2023.

Rep. Jasmine Crockett: ‘No Good Point’ in Prosecuting Crimes Committed ‘to Survive’

Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) suggested this week that poverty can drive people to commit certain crimes, arguing during a podcast interview that prosecutions are not always justified when offenses involve basic survival needs.

Speaking Wednesday on the Grounded podcast, Crockett, a former public defender, explained there is “a direct link between poverty and susceptibility to having to engage in certain things.” She insisted that not all people in poverty turn to crime, but maintained that circumstances often push individuals toward unlawful acts.

“There are crimes that are committed, not because people are criminals, but because they literally are trying to survive,” Crockett stated. She went on to cite Dallas County District Attorney John Creuzot, who in past remarks suggested that his office would not prosecute low-level theft cases involving food, diapers, or other necessities. Crockett noted Creuzot “probably shouldn’t have said it out loud,” but nonetheless agreed with the approach, adding that “there is no good point in doing it because a decent defense attorney would have a defense.”

Crockett has become known for making radical statements on crime, politics, and the Trump administration. On the same day the podcast interview was released, she claimed during an MSNBC appearance that President Donald Trump was “unlawfully going into various minority controlled cities” with the National Guard.

Senator Tammy Duckworth: Trump Vaporizing That Drug Cartel Vessel Means He’ll Use the Military to Interfere in Elections or Something

This week, Illinois Governor JB Pritzker said that the real reason Trump wants to bring National Guard troops into Chicago is so that he can ‘set the stage’ to use the U.S. Military to interfere in future elections like the 2026 midterms.

As insane as that sounds, it has apparently now become a talking point among Democrats.

While appearing on MSNBC, Illinois Senator Tammy Duckworth added another crazy dimension to this, suggesting that when Trump took out that cartel vessel this week, that was proof that he is going to use the U.S. Military to interfere in future elections.

If any of this makes sense to you, you might be a Democrat.

While discussing speaking with federal officials about possible immigration crackdowns in Illinois, Duckworth said, “Overall, the city of North Chicago and the surrounding communities have made it clear to their law enforcement officers that they will not cooperate with DHS and ICE unless there is a federal warrant, not one of these fake ICE warrants, but a federal warrant.

And that they’re not going to participate [in] and support ICE actions in basically harassing and intimidating everyday people on the streets of our cities.”

She added that “this President is setting the conditions so that he can actually unilaterally occupy the streets of our cities and interfere in the next election, do what he wants.”

Wisconsin Democrats Fight to End Campus Carry for Self-Defense

Wisconsin Democrats, led by state Sen. Kelda Roys (D), are pushing a ban that would end licensed concealed carriers’ ability to be armed for self-defense on college campuses.

On September 4, 2025, the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Daily Cardinal reported on Roys’ proposed ban, noting that it would “make it illegal for anyone — including those who have concealed carry licenses — to possess a firearm anywhere on university or college property.”

Roys commented on the ban, saying, “When people have unfettered access to firearms, we can’t live free from the fear of gun violence.”

She did not point to any gun crime committed on campus by a licensed concealed carrier.

It is worth noting that the ban would exempt police officers, although police have historically been convicted of gun crimes at a higher rate than concealed carry permit holders.

On May 27, 2017, Breitbart News pointed to data John Lott drew from concealed carry permit revocations and quoted him: “Permits have been revoked for firearms-related violations at rates of thousandths of one percentage point. Civilian permit holders are less likely than police officers to be convicted of a firearms violation.”

Biden aide Andrew Bates arrived on Capitol Hill on Friday morning to testify before the House Oversight Committee.

House Oversight Chairman James Comer subpoenaed several top Biden aides to testify on Biden’s mental health decline.

Andrew Bates refused to answer whether Joe Biden actually ran the White House when he arrived at his deposition.

According to The Hill, Andrew Bates lashed out at Trump during his opening statement to the Oversight Committee.

The Hill reported:

Andrew Bates, a former senior deputy press secretary for President Biden, slammed the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee investigating his former boss on Friday in an opening statement he made to the panel.

Bates is on Capitol Hill as one of multiple former Biden aides who have gone in person before the panel for the committee’s investigation into Biden’s mental acuity and use of an autopen. He appeared voluntarily.

The former White House official lambasted President Trump in his statement to the GOP-led panel. He said lawmakers are wasting taxpayer money to investigate Biden but turn a blind eye to a multitude of what he deemed offenses being committed by the Oval Office’s current occupant.

“As illegal tariffs raise the costs that Trump promised to lower, the sitting president is profiting off of the American people. He has sold special access to whomever bought the most of his
cryptocurrency. He is illegally trying to take over the Federal Reserve, which Republican economists warn will increase inflation,” Bates said, according to his statement obtained by The Hill.

Chairman Comer previously demanded testimony from: Biden White House physician Dr. Kevin O’Connor, Director of Domestic Policy Council Neera Tanden, Former Assistant to the President and Senior Advisor to First Lady Jill Biden Anthony Bernal, Former Assistant to the President and Deputy Chief of Staff Annie Tomasini, Former Special Assistant to the President and Deputy Director of Oval Office Operations Ashley Williams.

Abigail Spanberger’s Running Mate in Virginia Has a Record of Smearing State’s Voters as Racists

Abigail Spanberger, the Democrat running for governor of Virginia this fall, has chosen as her running mate, a state senator named Ghazala Hashmi, a Muslim with a history of bashing Virginia voters as racists.

If you live in Virginia, prepare to hear a lot more about race if these two Democrats win. It will seem like old times.

It’s also worth noting that Hashmi helped kill legislation that would allow parents to know if their child identified as transgender while at school.

The Washington Free Beacon has the story:

Ghazala Hashmi, an Indian immigrant who became the first Muslim elected to Virginia’s state senate in 2019, has a long history of smearing the very voters she’ll need to win over as racist, misogynistic, and fascist, a Washington Free Beacon review of her record in public life found.

During an interview with University of Delaware professor Muqtedar Khan after the 2021 gubernatorial election titled,”What Went wrong for the Democrats in Virginia?” Hashmi appeared to agree with Khan’s assessment that a majority of Virginia voters are bigots.

Khan said Governor Glenn Youngkin’s (R.) victory in that year’s contest meant “the majority of voters in Virginia are racist, or at least susceptible to racist dog whistles.”

The election results, according to Khan, showed “the Republicans are winning because the electorate responds to racist dog whistles.”

Hashmi agreed, saying the racism of the Virginia electorate is “very disturbing.”

“What’s really disturbing to [minority groups in Virginia] is this idea that racism is so latent and so much a part of the society that people could respond to these kinds of flagrant dog whistles that we heard throughout the Youngkin campaign,” she said.

Rep. Yassamin Ansari Had to Google ‘Constituent,’ Defends Using Tax Dollars for Illegals

Rep. Yassamin Ansari (D-AZ) defended her use of the word “constituent” to describe illegal aliens during a press conference on Capitol Hill Thursday, saying she googled the word after criticism and found it to include “somebody who is part of a community.”

Ansari was asked by a reporter whether she views “those with absolutely no form of legal status at all” as her constituents.

She responded:

So I didn’t realize this was such a controversy until the right wing media started attacking me for using the word so I googled the word constituent. The definition of constituent is somebody who is part of a community. Doesn’t matter what their legal status is. If somebody is an asylum seeker, if somebody has a green card, if somebody is a U.S. citizen, if somebody lives in the community, I represent them. Constituent does not mean voter. I don’t care if none of these individuals can vote for me, I don’t give a sh*t.

She continued, “I care about making sure that the United States government, with our taxpayer dollars, is treating human beings with dignity and respect.”

The comments followed backlash Ansari faced earlier this week when she referred to illegal aliens in ICE detention as her “constituents” during a visit to a facility in Eloy, Arizona. On Saturday, she told reporters she had been contacted by detainees and characterized the conditions inside as “dehumanizing, racist, unacceptable,” adding that she met a woman with leukemia who had lost 55 pounds without access to a specialist.

“Constituents include citizens, green card holders, DACA recipients, asylum seekers, refugees — and yes, people in ICE detention in Arizona,” Ansari wrote in a follow-up post after the visit. “Members of Congress shouldn’t pick and choose who matters or who deserves help.”

The Arizona Democrat’s position on immigration has attracted attention throughout her freshman term. In April, Ansari traveled to El Salvador with Reps. Maxwell Frost (D-FL), Robert Garcia (D-CA), and Maxine Dexter (D-OR) to press for the return of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a Salvadoran national identified by the Department of Homeland Security as an alleged MS-13 gang member and accused domestic abuser. The group joined Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD), who had already traveled to El Salvador on a taxpayer-funded trip to advocate for Abrego Garcia.

Howard Dean: Vaccines Likely the ‘Wedge Issue that Begins to Literally Divide the United States’

Former Democratic National Committee chairman Howard Dean claimed on Thursday’s “The Beat” on MSNBC that Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s stance on vaccines could be “the wedge issue that begins to literally divide the United States.”

Host Ari Melber said, “Is RFK Jr. fit for this job?”

Dean said, “No, but he never was fit for the job. He’s a crackpot. But here’s the interesting thing about this, I’ve been thinking about this during the day. This is possibly the wedge issue that begins to literally divide the United States as a result of his nuttiness, and as a result of the victims of his nuttiness, which are going to be children, lots of children. The states in the West Coast, Washington, Oregon and California have essentially put together their own CDC. I think New England is going to join them. Massachusetts has talked about it already. I wouldn’t be surprised if New York and some other places like Pennsylvania joined them. So you’re going to have essentially two authorities, the CDC, run by a crackpot, and then you’re going to have a lot of states ignoring the federal government and making their own rules about all this stuff. That is a big divide and is a big change in the way that government has been operating in the United States for the last hundred years.”

He added, “Here’s the other interesting thing about this. So yesterday, the surgeon general, backed up by the governor in Florida, said that they were going to get rid of all vaccine mandates. Now, would you take your children to Disney World if you thought they might be exposed to whooping cough? Even people who have been vaccinated can be be become troubled and can spread the disease if they’re in a huge tank of people who have no vaccination.”

Reps. Bryan Steil, Jim Jordan, James Comer Issue Subpoenas to ActBlue Lawyers as Foreign Donation Probe Picks Up

Representatives  Bryan Steil, Jim Jordan, and James Comer have issued subpoenas to a current ActBlue attorney, as well as two former attorneys for the Democrat fundraising powerhouse, according to the New York Post.

Former ActBlue  general counsel Darrin Hurwitz, ex-director and associate general counsel Aaron Ting, and an unnamed counsel for ActBlue will be required to sit before House investigators for formal depositions.

According to the New York Post:

Records uncovered by the committees showed that Hurwitz, Ting and the unidentified counsel worked with the platform’s fraud prevention team as it implemented “more lenient” standards during the 2024 campaign.

ActBlue let debit or credit transactions occur without requiring a card verification value (CVV) until January 2024 — around halfway through the election cycle — and newer standards published last year still instructed employees to “look for reasons to accept contributions.”

In April 2024 and again in September of that year, ActBlue further relaxed guidelines, permitting between 14 and 28 more fraudulent contributions per month — meaning up to 6.4% of total donations that should have been rejected for fraud were accepted.

In June, the congressional trio issued subpoenas to former Vice President of  Customer Service Alyssa Twomey and a Senior WorkFlow Specialist “regarding allegations that online fundraising platforms, including ActBlue, have accepted fraudulent donations from domestic and foreign sources.”

Initially, the duo had agreed to give their depositions to Congress, however, President Trump’s executive order on straw donor donations targeting ActBlue led their counsel to withdraw their offers, forcing the congressmen to issue subpoenas.
