Comer Accuses National Archives of Stonewalling Probe Into Biden Classified Documents

The new chair of the House Oversight Committee has accused the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) of stonewalling the GOP-led probe into President Joe Biden’s handling of classified documents.

In what is fast becoming a crisis of credibility for Biden, the White House said Saturday that another five pages of classified documents were found on Thursday at Biden’s Delaware home, which is in addition to sensitive materials found in December in the president’s garage and in November at his former offices at the Penn Biden Center in Washington.

Biden said he was “surprised” by the discovery of the documents and both he and his allies have insisted they’ve cooperated with NARA and the Justice Department over the materials, while Republicans have launched a probe into the matter.

Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.), chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability, said in a post on Twitter late Sunday that the National Archives has yet to provide a “simple briefing” to the committee on its handling of classified documents after Comer sent a letter to the agency nearly a week ago requesting information and documents.

“The Archives isn’t being transparent with the American people,” Comer wrote in the post.

“So many questions remain unanswered,” he continued. “I will use the power of the gavel to get answers.”

The Truth on JFK’s Death Lies in the Weeds

As someone who has investigated and written for many years about the activities — some not very commendable — of the intelligence community, I feel it is important to acknowledge that not everything in this shadowy world is as nefarious as one might conclude.

It’s easier — and, truth be told, more satisfying and fun — to tar such institutions with a broad brush, but the reality is more complicated and more nuanced. In fact, that’s one of the guiding principles behind the journalism we practice at WhoWhatWhy

And so it is with the JFK assassination records that have been released in fits and starts over the last quarter-century, with the latest, and purportedly final, batch out last December 15.

Michigan Middle School Threatens to Sue After Official Releases Photos of Grade School Children Pole Dancing at Club During School Outing

Michigan grade schoolers enjoy the local adult club’s pole dancing facility in recent class outing.

Michigan School District Superintendent Robert Shaner threatened to sue a local official for releasing a photo of grade schoolers pole dancing at a local night club during a recent school outing.

The school says the kids were having lunch at the club when the dancing took place.

FOX News reported:

A trip from a Michigan school district brought students to a restaurant with an attached lounge that included stripper poles, according to a trustee on the school board, who called the incident an example of “poor judgment.”

A Top HHS Official Blocked Release of Long-Delayed Fluoride Toxicity Review, Internal Emails Reveal

Newly released emails reveal that leadership within the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and National Institutes of Health (NIH) acted to prevent the release of long-delayed review of fluoride’s toxicity by the National Toxicology Program (NTP).

The emails specifically claim that Assistant Secretary for Health Rachel Levine intervened to stop the release of the NTP review, also known internally as a monograph.

An email dated June 3, 2022, shows Nicole Johnson, associate director for policy, partnerships and strategic communication in CDC’s Oral Health Division contacting Jennifer Greaser, a senior public health policy analyst in CDC’s Washington office.

Johnson states:

“The latest we heard (yesterday) is that ASH Levine has put the report on hold until further notice.”

ASH Levine refers to the U.S. Assistant Secretary of Health, Rachel Levine.

The emails were released as part of the ongoing legal dispute between the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and plaintiffs Food & Water Watch, the Fluoride Action Network and others who are seeking an end to water fluoridation.

Throughout the historic lawsuit, the plaintiffs have argued that the practice violates the EPA’s Toxic Substances Abuse Act.

Biden Protects CIA By Withholding 5,000 Critical Documents on JFK Assassination

On December 15, President Joe Biden released nearly 1,500 documents on the JFK assassination, but withheld 5,000 critical documents.

The move was not surprising given Biden’s long track record going back to his days on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee of rubber-stamping CIA operations and helping the CIA to cover up its crimes.

Under the 1992 President John F. Kennedy Records Collection Act, the U.S. government was supposed to release all documents about the assassination in 2017.

President Donald Trump delayed the full release twice and President Biden has now done the same—releasing only some documents while keeping records secret that are expected to be the most interesting to researchers.

The Biden administration’s excuse is that the JFK Records Act permits postponement of disclosure of information if this is considered “necessary to protect against an identifiable harm to the military defense, intelligence operations, law enforcement or the conduct of foreign relations that is of such gravity that it outweighs the public interest in disclosure.”

But what harm could possibly derive from exposure of the truth behind the assassination of one of America’s most beloved leaders nearly 60 years ago?

We Now Know Why NPR Called Hunter Biden’s Laptop a ‘Non-Story’

In October 2020 when news of Hunter Biden’s infamous laptop broke, which contained salacious details about his close business partnership with his father Joe Biden, National Public Radio quickly worked to bury the story. In fact, the outlet issued a lengthy explanation about why the laptop was a “non-story” and “waste of time,” despite receiving millions of dollars in taxpayer funding each year through as series of federal grants.

Now, thanks to Elon Musk, we know exactly why NPR refused to cover the story. They knew it was coming and planned damage control with the FBI.

Making matters worse, the FBI was using taxpayer dollars to pay media outlets to censor the story. After the story was wiped from Twitter and the vast majority of media outlets, with bans issued on accounts that shared the original New York Post reporting, executives sent the FBI a note of thanks for their work. The gratitude was spearheaded by former FBI attorney James Baker, who was working as Twitter counsel until last month. During his time at the FBI, Baker was behind the infamous Steele Dossier and the false Russia collusion narrative used against President Donald Trump.

Why Was FBI Counter Intelligence Involved With The Seth Rich Case?

The stunning revelations from the Twitter files thanks to the work of Matt Taibbi, Michael Shellenberger and Bari Weiss is providing irrefutable proof that the FBI was working to prevent the election of Donald Trump. When it comes to “Election Interference,” it was the FBI, not Russia.

The results released so far detail FBI giving direction to Twitter regarding the 2020 Presidential Campaign. I believe future releases will provide evidence that the FBI, along with the CIA, was working to destroy Donald Trump and prevent him from being elected.

One thing we know with certainty is that the FBI’s Washington Field Office was communicating via email and phone with the FBI Counter Intelligence division at FBI Headquarters about Seth Rich. The only reason the FBI Counter Intelligence division would be involved in any way with an alleged case of a routine murder following an attempted robbery of Seth Rich is because there was foreign involvement. The FBI is trying to bury that fact.

Why is the FBI stonewalling so furiously to keep its communications about Seth Rich and the alleged hack of the DNC by Russia secret? Because Russia did not hack the DNC. This is not my opinion. It is a conclusion of several cyber security professionals that flows from one very specific, easily tested claim made by the discredited Special Counsel, Robert Mueller –- i.e., that Guccifer 2.0 was a fictional identity created by Russian Military Intelligence, aka the GRU. If the GRU had concocted Guccifer 2.0, then the forensic evidence should show that this entity was operating from Russia or under the direct control of entities linked to the GRU.

Lori Lightfoot ripped by Chicago media for ignoring concerns about police scanner suppression

Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot, D., is facing criticism for ignoring local media members who are critical of her administration transitioning away from the traditional police scanner toward the use of an encrypted radio frequency.

A coalition of news organizations claims the new system will be inaccessible to the public and will hamper journalists’ ability to listen in real-time to warn the public about ongoing threats to safety.

Traditional police scanner transmissions have always been accessible to the public, as well as media personnel, but the new encryption method is only accessible to the police and those offered a decryption key.

“Mayor Lori Lightfoot’s administration has refused to meet with members of the Chicago media who have voiced concern this will impact journalists’ ability to cover events as they unfold and warn the public about ongoing threats to safety,” Chicago outlet WGN9 reported.

Killer Cop Executes Innocent Man for Standing in the Woods With with a Hatchet

On the day he was executed with a bullet to the head, Kevin Mahan had committed no crime. He was merely standing in the woods holding a hatchet — an act that millions of folks partake in every weekend while camping. Unfortunately for Mahan, a Jacksonville Sheriff’s Deputy was called to his location that day, and instead of being left alone, that JSO deputy executed him.

Mahan’s execution took place back on April 21, however, body camera was kept from the public until this week.

The deputy who executed Mahan has not been named as it is the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office policy to no longer identify officers involved in a shooting. A court ruling granted officers confidentiality under Marsy’s Law.

Marsy’s Law was started to protect the identity of victims of crimes by recognizing their right to privacy. Recently, however, unscrupulous police departments have been using it as a shield to protect the identity of killer cops. Cops, like the murderer in the video below, use Marsy’s Law to claim victim status in use-of-force cases where they claim the suspect was the aggressor.

While many suspects are the aggressor, Mahan was aggressing against no one and the only aggressive actions taken in his death were by the JSO deputy who put a bullet between his eyes.

According to police, their deputy confronted Mahan that morning after receiving a call about a “mentally ill man.” There was no report of a crime and though the sheriff’s office released Mahan’s previous record to smear him, on the day he was killed, Mahan had committed no crime at all.

FBI Reveals It Has More Information on Deceased DNC Staffer Seth Rich

The Federal Bureau of Investigation is fighting tooth and nail to withhold data from laptops of slain DNC staff member Seth Rich.

Rich may have been the conduit for Hillary Clinton emails published by WikiLeaks in 2016, according to journalist Sy Hersh. The journalist said an FBI source informed him in 2017 Rich’s laptop contained evidence he leaked the emails.

The truth of that claim is germane because the Biden administration is desperately trying to extradite WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange from Britain. Assange angered U.S. government officials with many leaks of classified documents that portrayed officials in a bad light. Among the leaks were, of course, the damning emails of then-presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, whom Donald Trump defeated in 2016.

U.S. government officials have long maintained Russian hackers were the source of the leaked Clinton emails published by WikiLeaks. That argument would be erased like a sandcastle at the beach in a rising tide if Hersh’s report is corroborated by evidence in FBI possession.
