8 Bombshell Findings In Florida’s Grand Jury Report On Big Pharma’s Covid Shots

On Tuesday, a Florida grand jury released its final report on potential “criminal or wrongful activity” regarding the creation and promotion of the Covid jabs.

Requested by Gov. Ron DeSantis, R-Fla., and authorized by the Florida Supreme Court in December 2022, the grand jury was tasked with looking into whether individuals and entities, “including, but not limited to, pharmaceutical manufacturers (and their executive officers) and other medical associations or organizations” possibly violated state law related to the development, clinical testing, and marketing of the mRNA shots. The jury previously released interim reports in February and May 2024, respectively, which undercut much of the pseudo-science pushed by government “experts” on subjects such as masking, lockdowns, and natural immunity.

Following its investigation, the grand jury ultimately declined to charge any individual or entity in the case after the jurors “did not find any statute that [they] believed would be an appropriate vehicle for a criminal indictment based on the facts” in its final report. The grand jury did, however, note that such a conclusion does not absolve entities of engaging in unethical behavior.

“We want to be abundantly clear that this does not mean we believe the actions of these sponsors were always appropriate, or that the statements they made turned out to be factually correct,” the report reads. “It just means that those actions and statements are not sufficient bases to support criminal prosecutions.”

Despite the lack of criminal charges, the jury did unearth numerous major findings in its report that shine a light on deceptive behavior and actions surrounding the development and promotion of the Covid shots. Here are some of the biggest takeaways from the analysis.

A Young Child Died During Moderna Covid Vaccine Clinical Trial — Did FDA Know?

A preschool-aged child died of cardio-respiratory arrest after getting a COVID-19 booster in a Moderna clinical trial. However, Moderna didn’t reveal the death to the public and only recently reported it on a European regulatory agency database, Alex Berenson reported.

The death occurred in late 2022 or early 2023, Berenson said, when children under 5 who had already received Moderna’s original mRNA-1273 COVID-19 vaccine in the trial’s main phase were offered the “1273.214” booster against an early Omicron variant.

Berenson, a former New York Times reporter who now reports on his Unreported Truths Substack, today said the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has declined to tell him whether the U.S. agency knew that a child died during Moderna’s clinical trial.

The failure of the FDA to provide a straightforward answer about whether it knew that a young child in a Moderna clinical trial died from cardiac-respiratory arrest is “vitally important,” Berenson told The Defender.

“Of all the mistakes public health authorities made around COVID, their insistence on pressing mRNA vaccines on children was probably the worst,” Berenson said.

By the time the COVID-19 vaccines were available for kids, it was clear that children were at almost no risk of serious illness or death from COVID-19, he said. “The shots had significant side effects, so the only rationale for giving them shots — even theoretically — was to reduce transmission.”

Surprise! House Releases Bombshell Report on January 6 Pipe Bomber Revealing FBI Engaged in Massive Coverup and Refuses to Cooperate with Investigators

A new report released by the Committee on House Administration Subcommittee on Oversight into the January 6 pipe bomber shows the FBI stopped looking for the suspect in 2021 and covered up evidence.

The FBI is now refusing to cooperate with Congressional investigators.

In September, former Secret Service agent Dan Bongino said according to a whistleblower, after the pipe bombs were found at the RNC and DNC headquarters, “assets on the ground, including a whistleblower, was briefed about the pipe bombs the next day and show a picture of a guy in a hoodie.”

However, according to the whistleblower, the law enforcement agents were told to stand down two days later.

“But two days later after the pipe bombs, he notes, emphasis his — without explanation, they were told to stand down! No need to look for the guy anymore” Bongino said.

This directly contradicts previous statements by FBI Director Christopher Wray.

The Lie of the Year Was Joe Biden’s Decline

About last year: PolitiFact, the independent fact-checking website run by the Poynter Institute, bestowed another odious distinction on President-elect Donald Trump. The organization dubbed a statement uttered by Trump and his running mate J.D. Vance the “Lie of the Year.”

PolitiFact has christened a Lie of the Year every year since 2009, and in only two of those years did statements made by Democrats earn the top prize. In 2011, PolitiFact slammed Democrats for claiming that Republicans would vote to end Medicare, and in 2013, the organization concluded that President Barack Obama’s solemn promise—”If you like your health care plan, you can keep your health care plan”—was plainly untrue. But in every other year, PolitiFact has singled out right-leaning purveyors of mistruths.

This year is no different. In 2024, PolitiFact’s Lie of the Year is the claim by Trump that Haitian migrants in an Ohio town were “eating people’s pets.”

“With a brazen disregard for facts, Donald Trump and his running mate repeatedly peddled a created story that in Springfield, Ohio, Haitian immigrants were eating pet dogs and cats,” observes the organization.

The Republican ticket’s disregard for the facts in this case was indeed brazen. It was completely untrue that Haitian migrants in Springfield, Ohio, were eating people’s pet dogs and cats. What happened was that various concerns about migrants supposedly hunting birds in public parks in Springfield, Ohio, got lumped together with an unrelated story of someone killing a pet cat in a completely different town. It’s a textbook example of why you shouldn’t automatically believe everything you see on social media. Trump and Vance did real harm here, and it’s absolutely fair to call them out for smearing the immigrant population of Springfield, Ohio.

But was this really the Lie of the Year?

Is Biden hiding how and why martial law was declared on South Korea?

On December 3rd, Toronto’s The Globe and Mail headlined “South Korea’s President declares martial law, accuses opposition of anti-state activities”, and later that day headlined “South Korean parliament votes to defy president by lifting his declaration of martial law”; but, since then, the crisis has only gotten worse, and will certainly need South Korea’s U.S.-controlled Constitution to be changed. As Hanjoo Lee pointed out on page 262 in the “CONCLUSION” to his Spring 2007 Ph.D thesis, The Major Influences of the U.S. Constitutional Law Doctrines on the Interpretation and Application of the Constitution of the Republic of Korea: Critical Analysis on the Current Constitutional Court’s Decisions and Thoughts of the Necessity of Amendment of the Current Constitution of the Republic of Korea, “The Korean experience aptly shows that political changes precede legal changes. [This profound principle means that before there is even a Constitution, there is politics and political power — the decisions that were made by the individuals who held political power. A constitution doesn’t come from nowhere and no one, but from the possessors of political power, who actually shaped it.] … Cold war ideology based on a zero-sum mentality is outdated. These trends demand new ways of thinking.” Though veiled (for example, his “zero-sum” was a powerful condemnation of America’s demands for South Korea to be even more intensely anti-North-Korea and anti-China and anti-Russia than it is), his implication was clear, that South Korea must break out of the empire of which is a part (a colony), the U.S. empire, before it can TRULY become a democracy. Now, nearly 18 years later, Lee’s analysis is being proven to have been prophetic.

“It’s A Cover-Up And It’s Terrifying”: CIA Whistleblower Says Foreign Adversary ‘Likely’ Responsible For Havana Syndrome

A former Intelligence officer is accusing the CIA of gaslighting the victims of a debilitating health phenomenon known as Havana syndrome.

Investigative journalist Catherine Herridge sat down with the CIA whistleblower to hear about her “career-ending injuries” in an exclusive interview posted on X.

The House Intelligence Committee recently determined in an interim report that “the Intelligence Community has attempted to thwart congressional efforts to uncover the truth at every turn.”

It’s a cover-up and it’s terrifying,” said the former intel officer, who spoke to Herridge using the alias “Alice.  “It should be terrifying for all Americans.”

Dubbed “Anomalous Health Incidents (AHIs),” the syndrome was first experienced by U.S. government personnel stationed in Havana, Cuba, in 2016.  Those affected reported hearing piercing noises and then suffering head pressure followed by various symptoms, including headache, nausea, fatigue, dizziness, vertigo, ear pain, and cognitive dysfunction.

Hundreds of cases of the Havana syndrome have since been reported, chiefly among US spies, diplomats and soldiers posted abroad, leading many to believe they were targeted by a hostile country with a high powered microwave system weapon.

However, the Intelligence Community has consistently resolved that the mysterious illnesses were unlikely the work of a foreign actor, and more likely “attributable to naturally occurring medical conditions, environmental exposures, or psycho-social factors.”

The Democrat-controlled U.S. Senate came to the same conclusion in a new report released on Friday.

The House Intelligence Committee however determined in its Dec. 5 report that it is “increasingly likely a foreign adversary is responsible for some portion of reported AHIs.”

Both committees concluded that the CIA’s handling of the Havana Syndrome cases has been seriously flawed and inconsistent.

“The conclusions published by the DNI in the unclassified Intelligence Community Assessment on AHI are dubious at best, misleading at worst,” said House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence CIA Subcommittee Chairman Rick Crawford (R-Ark.)

Former State Department Official David Asher: Americans “Will Soon Learn” COVID Origins Truth

Revelations that senior US intelligence officials in the early days of the virus pandemic suppressed research indicating a Chinese lab leak as the origin of Covid-19 surfaced in a new Wall Street Journal report titled Behind Closed Doors: The Spy-World Scientists Who Argued Covid Was a Lab Leak” late this week.

The investigation by WSJ’s Michael Gordon and Warren Strobel shows the disagreements within the intelligence community over Covid origins…

But an investigation by The Wall Street Journal shows that the disagreements among intelligence experts over what should be included in the report ran deeper than is publicly known. Nor were the FBI scientists the only ones who believed that the intelligence directorate’s review didn’t tell the whole story.

Three scientists at the National Center for Medical Intelligence, part of the Pentagon’s Defense Intelligence Agency, conducted a scientific study that concluded that Covid-19 was manipulated in a laboratory in a risky research effort. But that analysis was at odds with the assessment of their parent agency, the Defense Intelligence Agency, and wasn’t incorporated in the report presented to Biden. -WSJ

Specifically, who decided to exclude input from the Defense Department and the FBI—the only agency to conclude with “moderate confidence” that a lab leak was the likely origin—from the August 2021 briefing to President Biden and the subsequent official federal conclusion that Covid most likely originated naturally?

David Asher, a senior fellow at the Hudson Institute and former head of State Department investigations into Covid origins, joined Vince Coglianese, host of WMAL’s “The Vince Coglianese Show,” on Friday evening to discuss the cover-up of Covid’s origins during the Biden administration.

FBI Scientist Claims Biden Regime Silenced Lab Leak Evidence Linking COVID-19 to Wuhan Facility

In a shocking revelation, former FBI senior scientist Dr. Jason Bannan has claimed that the Biden administration deliberately sidelined critical evidence linking the origins of COVID-19 to a lab leak at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

Despite years of denial and censorship from government agencies, Big Tech, and mainstream media, the lab-leak theory—once dismissed as a conspiracy—has gained substantial traction, now supported by findings from the FBI and other experts.

Since the onset of the global COVID-19 pandemic, government officials and medical institutions have fervently dismissed the lab-leak hypothesis, labeling it a “conspiracy theory.”

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and Dr. Anthony Fauci have repeatedly downplayed the possibility of a lab leak, insisting instead that the virus was transmitted from animals to humans.

Meanwhile, Big Tech and mainstream media giants have censored discussions on the topic, banning and discrediting voices that dared to question the official narrative.

Earlier this month, the Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic concluded its two-year investigation into the COVID-19 crisis, unveiling its final report titled “After Action Review of the COVID-19 Pandemic: Lessons Learned and a Path Forward.”

U.S. Media Ignored How CIA’s Operation Timber Sycamore Paved the Way For the Syrian “Revolution”

On December 8, 2024, Syria’s long-standing ruler Bashar al-Assad fled to Russia after being deposed by Sunni militia forces in what New York Times columnist Thomas L. Friedman called the “biggest…most game-changing event in the Middle East in the last 45 years.”[1]

Friedman was enthusiastic about the regime change, though Syria’s new head of state, Abu Mohammed al-Jolani, had a $10 million bounty placed on his head by the U.S. State Department in 2017 as a wanted terrorist.[2]

The “blazer-wearing revolutionary,” as CNN called him,[3] had been imprisoned from 2006 to 2011 at Abu Ghraib and other U.S. military prisons for supporting al-Qaeda in Iraq.

Colin P. Clarke, a counterterrorism analyst at a security consulting firm in New York was quoted in The New York Times as stating that, under Jolani’s rule, northwest Syria was “a harsh place where critics are silenced, tortured, jailed and disappeared.”[4] Hookahs and music were also banned, as they were under the Taliban in Afghanistan.[5]

FBI Found Evidence Covid Was Lab Leak But Was Not Allowed to Brief President

The FBI found evidence suggesting that COVID-19 was caused by a lab leak but were not allowed to brief the president, it has been claimed. The Telegraph has more.

Jason Bannan, a doctor of microbiology and former senior scientist at the FBI, has dedicated more than a year of his life to discovering the origins of Covid.

But despite being the only U.S. national intelligence agency to conclude that a lab leak was likely, the FBI and Mr. Bannan were snubbed from a National Intelligence Council briefing with Joe Biden, it has been claimed.

Mr. Biden had ordered an urgent investigation in May 2021 by U.S. intelligence agencies and national laboratories to identify whether the virus had been transferred from an animal to a human or had escaped from a Chinese laboratory.

One of the most popular theories at the time was that it had been transferred from a bat at a “wet market” in Wuhan, where the virus first emerged in 2019.

The National Intelligence Council (NIC), a body of senior intelligence officers that organised the review, had concluded with “low confidence” that COVID-19 had been transmitted from an animal to a human, along with four intelligence agencies.

This was then presented by Avril Haines, the Director of National Intelligence (DNI), and two of her senior analysts, to President Biden and his top aides in August 2021.

The FBI had not only concluded a lab leak was likely but that it had “moderate confidence” in its assessment – more than any other agency – and had expected to make this case to the White House but no officials from the agency were invited to do so.

In his first interview, Mr. Bannan told the Wall Street Journal: “Being the only agency that assessed that a laboratory origin was more likely, and the agency that expressed the highest level of confidence in its analysis of the source of the pandemic, we anticipated the FBI would be asked to attend the briefing.

“I find it surprising that the White House didn’t ask.”
