SEND IN THE US MARSHALS: Arizona Officials Caught Changing the Ballot Totals as Counting for US Senate Seat Continues

Just like we witnessed in the 2022 Arizona election, election officials are openly changing the ballot totals remaining to be counted without explanation.

In 2022, Democrats swept the state-wide elections despite Republicans having the strongest set of candidates in recent history.

Kari Lake was so impressive and polished that she made a name for herself nationally prior to the race.  But on election day, Maricopa County officials sent the wrong-sized paper to the precincts, essentially shutting down voting across the metro areas but especially in deep-red districts.  Democrats were somehow able to pick up over 50% of the votes that day despite having only a 17% turnout on Election Day.

Then, following Election Day, 25,000 mysterious and still unexplained ballots were inserted into Maricopa County’s totals.  This was never investigated or explained.

Kari Lake filed a historic lawsuit on Friday to nullify the Stolen 2022 Midterm Election for Governor.

The Gateway Pundit reported that Kari Lake filed her lawsuit against Katie Hobbs and the corrupt Maricopa County elections officials to nullify the election for Governor and approve a full audit of signatures and machine failures.

It was revealed by a Runbeck whistleblower in Lake’s filing that HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of ballots did not have any chain of custody documentation.

Arizona Rejects Restrictions on Governor’s Emergency Powers

Arizonans voted against Proposition 135, a ballot measure that would have enshrined an “Emergency Declarations Amendment” to the constitution limiting the ability of their governor to extend emergency declarations among others. 56.8 percent of Arizona voters went against the proposition, with 68 percent of the vote counted as of press time.

Two years ago, Governor Doug Ducey signed a similar bill limiting the duration of a state of emergency to 30-day increments, which are eligible for extensions up to 120 days without the legislature’s approval. Proposition 135 would have set a hard cap of 30 days for states of emergency and prohibited the governor from extending them without approval from state lawmakers. Absent a decision from the state legislature, the declared state of emergency would automatically end after the allotted 30 days.

Under the ballot measure, certain types of emergencies—like a state of war, fire, and floods—would not be subject to the 30-day limit. Additionally, the legislature would have had the authority to alter or limit the governor’s powers when lawmakers extend an emergency declaration.

Apart from the amendment’s effects on emergency declarations, it also required the governor to call a special session upon the petition of “at least one-third of each house of the legislature,” according to the ballot’s language. Under current law, two-thirds of lawmakers in both chambers must vote in favor of a special session to force the governor to call one.

Republican lawmakers holding majorities in both chambers voted in 2023 for the amendment to be included on the 2024 ballot; no Democrats voted to include the ballot measure. The bill’s sponsor, state representative Joseph Chaplik (R–Scottsdale), cited the 700-day plus COVID-19 emergency order as a key reason for his support of the measure, according to The Arizona Republic. Rep. Chaplik told The Arizona Republic that the proposition would have allowed special sessions to occur immediately following a governor’s “abuses [of] their emergency power.”

Opponents of Proposition 135 cited concerns over the state’s ability to respond to emergencies. Requiring legislative approval might have slowed down the resources that states of emergency are meant to help allocate. The allocation of state resources, temporary suspension of regulations, enhanced information gathering, and speedy authorization of stricter public safety measures are all reasons states of emergency are declared.

Democrat Professors Outnumber Republican Professors by 28 to 1 at U. Arizona

As first reported at The College Fix, Democrat professors at University of Arizona outnumber Republicans by 28-1 in 12 academic departments.

Even worse this, report found that there were zero Republican professors in at least five academic departments.

“The Fix conducted its research using voter registration data and identified 237 party-affiliated professors out of 369 in 12 departments. Of those 237, 222 were Democrats, 7 were Republican, and 8 were registered with third parties. Another 76 were unaffiliated while 56 were unidentified.

This means 3.4 percent of identified professors who are registered to vote are Republicans, while 96.6 percent are Democrats when broken down by the two major parties.

The Fix obtained voter registration lists from Pima County through a public records request and only looked at professors, not lecturers, adjuncts, or emeriti faculty.

Out of the 12 departments, communications, classics, sociology, religious studies, and gender and women’s studies did not appear to have any Republican professors. Of these, the gender and women’s studies department had the greatest disparity, with 37 Democrats and zero Republicans.”

This seems to reflect a general trend in US academia, the dominance of the left.

The school responded with a statement to The College Fix, claiming, “The University of Arizona does not inquire about an applicant’s political affiliation, and it adheres to equal employment opportunity laws and non-discrimination policies.”

The school “values diverse perspectives as they help students strengthen their critical thinking skills and respect for views with which they may disagree.”

Democrat Arizona AG Investigating Trump’s Liz Cheney ‘War Hawk’ Comment As ‘Death Threat’

The unhinged political establishment is taking its latest piece of fake news to unprecedented levels with the Democrat Attorney General of Arizona launching an investigation into a remark made by former President Donald Trump in Glendale, Arizona, Thursday.

Trump had called RINO ex-Congresswoman Liz Cheney a “war hawk” and suggested she should pick up a gun and take part in the wars she supports.

However, mainstream media, Democrat politicians and leftists online are falsely claiming the GOP nominee called for Cheney to be executed by a firing squad.

Arizona AG Kris Mayes told 12NEWS Phoenix on Friday, “I have already asked my criminal division chief to start looking at that statement, analyzing it for whether it qualifies as a death threat under Arizona’s laws. I’m not prepared now to say whether it was or it wasn’t, but it is not helpful as we prepare for our election and as we try to make sure that we keep the peace at our polling places and in our state.”

Mayes’ spokesperson Richie Taylor confirmed to NBC News that an investigation has been launched.

MSNBC covered the investigation, telling viewers Trump could be charged with a misdemeanor or even a felony.

HUGE WIN: Judge Orders Arizona’s Democrat Secretary of State to Release List of 218,000 Registered Voters Who Did Not Provide Proof of Citizenship

America First Legal won big today in a lawsuit against Arizona’s Democrat Secretary of State Adrian Fontes.

The Superior Court of Arizona ordered Secretary Fontes to release the list of up to 218,000 registered voters who did not provide proof of citizenship as required by law.

Secretary Fontes must release the list by Monday.

Fontes previously claimed a computer glitch allowed more than 200,000 people in Arizona to register without proof of citizenship so America First Legal sued him on behalf of Strong Communities Foundation of Arizona, known as “EZAZ.org.”

“At trial, Secretary Fontes testified that his office only possesses a partial list of 98,000 of the 218,000 affected individuals because the Arizona Motor Vehicles Division has not yet provided him with a complete list. However, the court found that Secretary Fontes “provided inconsistent testimony on this point” and that “[h]is testimony suggested that he lacked detailed familiarity with the AZSOS’s efforts with regard to the issue and with regard to the records in the possession of the AZSOS related to the 218,000 individuals.” The court’s order requires Secretary Fontes to produce the list of 98,000 individuals that he has along with any other personally identifying information that he has about the 218,000 individuals,” America First Legal reported.

Arizona officials claim Maricopa County needs 10-13 days to tabulate results of the election

Officials in Maricopa County, Arizona, are warning that it may take 10 to 13 days to finish tabulating the results of the election in the county. This comes from Maricopa County Deputy Elections Director Jennifer Liewer, who called for “the community’s patience” when it comes to tabulating election results.

“We want to make sure that this is a secure process, but we also want to make sure that it is an accurate process,” Liewer said.

Maricopa County Supervisor Bill Gates said the tabulation may take so long because the ballot is two pages, there are dozens of contests per ballot, and there is heightened interest in the presidential election. He said more than 2.1 million Maricopa voters are expected to cast their ballot for the Nov. 5 contest, noting that 400,000 people so far have voted.

The “top message for voters” on Oct. 22 is “if you want to save time and avoid lines, vote early,” the county wrote on social media platform X.

Assistant Maricopa County Manager Zach Schira warned voters about the potential for longer lines.

“If I have one message for voters here today, it is this: That the longer ballots and higher interest in this 2024 general election will create longer lines on Election Day, and that’s okay,” he said. “But if you want to save time and you want to avoid those lines, vote early, either in person or by mail. That’ll save you time, and it’ll help us report more results on election night.”

To help streamline operations, election officials are increasing staffing, adding high-speed tabulators, and encouraging in-person voting on Election Day instead of dropping off early ballots.

Homeless man admits to torching mailbox, destroying ballots in Phoenix

A homeles Phoenix man was arrested on Thursday after he allegedly set fire to a US Postal Service collection box that contained numerous election ballots. 35-year-old Dieter Klofkorn was charged with one count of arson and booked into Maricopa County jail. He later confessed to the crime.

The Phoenix Fire Department contacted police shortly after 1 am on Thursday after they responded to a fire at a USPS collection box on Seventh Avenue, a press release stated.

While working on leads in the case, investigators were led to possible suspect Klofkorn. He was arrested on an outstanding and unrelated warrant. While in custody, he admitted to the arson. “Klofkorn stated that he committed the arson because he wanted to be arrested and that his actions were not politically motivated and not related to anything involving the upcoming election,” the press release stated.

Klofkorn was said to have lit a piece of paper on fire and tossed it into the collection box, in which there were around 20 election ballots and other pieces of mail, which were destroyed, according to AZ Central. Social media users claimed that the fire was set by a Republican, with an official Democratic Party account on X spreading the claims. “But yeah, Democrats are the ones doing voter fraud,” wrote the Harris County, Texas Democratic Party X account in response to a post that claimed Klofkorn was a Republican.

‘Objectively outrageous’: Judge tosses criminal case against mom arrested for criticizing city official at public meeting

A state judge in Arizona this week tossed a criminal case against a woman who was arrested at a city council meeting for criticizing the pay raise and professional competence of a city attorney.

Justice of the Peace Gerald Williams on Wednesday had dismissed the trespassing charge filed against Rebekah Massie two months ago as unconstitutional, saying it was “objectively outrageous” for the government to attempt to control the content of her political speech.

“For more than two months I’ve been living with the threat of punishment and jail time — being taken away from my kids, even — for doing nothing more than criticizing the government,” Massie said in a statement following the ruling. “Free speech still matters in America, and I can’t tell you what a relief it is to have people on my side standing up for our rights with me.”

Against the request of prosecutors, the charge was dismissed “with prejudice,” meaning the case against Massie cannot be refiled at a later date.

Maricopa County officials claim election results will take 10-13 days to process in Arizona

Maricopa County has been the epicenter of election integrity issues since 2020, and now county officials are claiming that the results of the 2024 election will take 10-13 days to be counted.

12 News reported that local officials are blaming “tight races,” high voter turnout and this year’s “two-page ballot,” for the expected delay.

The report noted that 79 races are on the area’s ballot. The estimated voter turnout is expected to reach one million residents, with 400,000 voters having already cast early ballots.

Maricopa County’s 2020 election results were highly contested. RSBN reported that only last year it was revealed that thousands of ballots were counted without proof of citizenship.

In addition, area officials certified questionable election results for the area’s 2022 midterm elections despite nearly 300,000 ballots allegedly lacking a legally required chain of custody, per RSBN.

Election integrity has been a main concern for conservatives after multiple unprecedented circumstances occurred in the 2020 election, and all eyes are on previous players.
