Lawyers say Muskegon, Michigan Election Fraud Scandal Could Allow DOJ to Unpack 2020 Voter Fraud

The left and the mainstream media have for years said that there is no such thing as voter fraud in American elections and that there is no credible evidence of voter fraud.

On election night 2020, Trump was winning throughout the night. It was a tough re-election campaign, the media lies and interference into the election to help support Joe Biden was in full force, but Republicans felt as though they were going to be poised to replicate the stunning victory in 2016 by appealing to this new Trump voting bloc who loved the 45th President.

Around midnight, returns started coming in that defied explanation. Reports started emerging of suspicious events happening in all the key battleground states.

Some of the lessons election integrity investigators learned from 2020 is that there is voter fraud throughout America’s election systems, in a variety of complex ways. There is small ‘retail’ fraud where people are voting for their deceased relatives, there are people who live abroad who are still voting in America even though they are arguably no longer citizens. There are Canadians who have abused America’s lax election laws so that they can vote in U.S. elections.

When the voter rolls are inflated with bogus and fake names, it’s easy for people to use registrations from decades ago to vote, which is what is happening when empty fields are being used as the registration address for people voting from abroad. There are people who register from a non-existent address claiming they are homeless people voting.

USAID Helped Dems Steal 2020 Election by Funding Wuhan Lab That Created COVID, the Ultimate Excuse for Illegal Election Tampering

As the U.S. Agency for International Development comes under scrutiny for what it’s been spending your money on — something it hasn’t been very forthcoming about before President Donald Trump’s administration made it one of the first targets of its Department of Government Efficiency downsizing initiative — the agency has come under fire for a whole lot of largesse that supported progressive, Democrat causes.

From the small but inexplicable ($32,000 for a transgender comic book in Peru) to the larger and more problematic (funding a supposedly independent journalistic non-profit referenced by a CIA analyst whistleblower responsible for catalyzing the first Trump impeachment as a reason to suspect the president of wrongdoing), USAID has had its fingers in plenty of pies it shouldn’t have.

However, what if I told you that USAID played a part in the catastrophic pandemic that helped the Democrats dramatically (and illegally) overhaul election laws — and thus, it could be said, helped steal the 2020 election for Joe Biden?

I know, I know: I sound a bit like a slightly unbalanced Morpheus handing Neo the red pill. Breadcrumb it all back, however, and it begins to make a lot more sense than you’d think.

On Jan. 25, the Central Intelligence Agency announced that it believed the COVID-19 virus escaped from the Wuhan Institute of Virology. While they asserted this with “low confidence,” according to The Wall Street Journal, it was a major shift for an agency that had long refused to take a position in the matter, particularly when most U.S. intelligence agencies favored a natural origin.

The CIA now believes, however, “that a research-related origin of the COVID-19 pandemic is more likely than a natural origin based on the available body of reporting.”

This comes as a surprise to virtually no one with a functioning brain. The virus most closely related to SARS-CoV-2 was not found naturally near Wuhan, nor was any original host animal found, nor were any bats — the source of that family of coronaviruses — ever found being sold at the wet market supposedly responsible for the outbreak.

There was, meanwhile, an institute of virology hundreds of meters from where the outbreak began. There were numerous safety issues documented there and public evidence of a mishap there in October of 2019, around the time when scientists believe the virus would have begun to spread.

While this can’t be said to be dispositive for a lab leak, the balance of the evidence is pretty clear — and despite their best efforts, even the Chinese Communist Party can’t come up with a plausible theory regarding animal-to-human transfer five years in.

To make matters worse, the research being done at the Wuhan Institute of Virology was — despite Anthony Fauci’s verbal prestidigitations in denying it — so-called “gain of function” research, which is to say it took viruses (in this case, bat coronaviruses), and looked at ways they could become more transmissible or deadly.

This was done at a research facility where, again, security concerns existed going as far back as 2009. (No, I’m not missing a one somewhere in that number.)

“Closer To Disinformation”: Ex-Politico Reporters Reveal How “Cowardly Editors” Helped Biden Win 2020 Election

Two former Politico reporters revealed how “cowardly editors” at their former publication carried water for Joe Biden in the 2020 election by actively working to suppress stories that were unflattering to Biden.

“Politico did that terrible, ill-fated headline: 51 intelligence agents, or former intelligence agents, say that the Hunter Biden laptop was disinformation, or bore the hallmarks of disinformation,” said Marc Caputo, now the senior politics editor at Axios. “Turns out that story was closer to disinformation because the Hunter Biden laptop appeared to be true.”

The other ex-Politico reporter, Tara Palmeri – who interviewed Caputo on her “Somebody’s Gotta Win” podcast, recalled how social media giants colluded to censor the Hunter Biden laptop story, while Caputo noted that (pre-Musk) Twitter “punished” the New York Post for its accurate reporting – locking the outlet out of its account following a pressure campaign from the Biden DOJ.

“I was covering Biden at the time,” Caputo told Palmeri, adding: “And I was told this came from on high at Politico: Don’t write about the laptop, don’t talk about the laptop, don’t tweet about the laptop.”

Caputo added that he was working on a story about Hunter Biden’s shady dealings with Ukrainian natural gas company Burisma, which Politico editors “killed” during the 2020 Democrat primaries.

Russian President Vladimir Putin: “2020 Election Victory Stolen” From President Trump – Acknowledges Ukraine War Never Would Have Happened Under Trump

Russian President Vladimir Putin has broken his silence on the 2020 Presidential Election between President Trump and Joe Biden.  In a recent interview, Putin stated the President Trump had his victory “stolen” from him and that “perhaps the crisis in Ukraine that arose in 2022 wouldn’t have happened” if he had been re-elected.

The Russian leader also called out the previous “United States administration,” presumably Joe Biden, for refusing to “communicate” with Russia, stating that he had “business-like and pragmatic” relationship with the Trump administration before.

In a clip from an interview, Putin stated:

“I’d like to say that Russia never refused to come into contact with the United States administration and it is through no fault of ours that the previous administration refused to communicate.  I always had business-like relations with the previous US President, that were very business-like and pragmatic.  But there was trust as well.

If he had been the President, if the victory wasn’t stolen from him in 2020, maybe the Ukrainian crisis that arose in 2022 would have [appeared]”

J6 was about holding establishment politicians accountable to the people

By the time you read this, you will have already endured the overblown commentary from countless corporate news outlets about January 6, 2021, a day that should remain relatively insignificant in the grand scope of American history. Yet at the same time, you will almost certainly find yourself completely unenlightened as to what the objective, unadulterated truth is about the events that took place at our nation’s capital a few years ago.

Here is that truth, as I see it: J6 wasn’t an insurrection or a failed coup. The people who engaged in that behavior weren’t even close to being capable of carrying out the hyperbolic scenarios portrayed in the media. What is often overlooked, however, is how they still managed to instill fear in the hearts of those ensconced in the ivory tower of Capitol Hill—reminding them, if only briefly, that they work for the people.

To be clear: the protestors‘ method was misguided. But the underlying attitude they carried—the sense that it is not only their right but their duty to hold public officials accountable—is something Americans from all political affiliations could take a page from. It’s worth noting that politicians and major media voices quickly seized on January 6 to make an example of those involved, deploying harsh rhetoric and legal measures that sent a strong message: oppose us in any way beyond casting a ballot, and you risk punishment. This response serves as a chilling deterrent against anyone who might, in the future, choose to exercise the kind of direct, forceful accountability that rattles those in power far more than the occasional protest sign or a single vote.

Why, then, do politicians and mainstream news pundits still use the words “insurrection” or “failed coup” when describing those events—even now—despite evidence to the contrary? The FBI’s investigation into the Capitol incident concluded that the violence was not coordinated by any grand coalition of white supremacists, far-right groups, or supporters of former President Donald Trump. Nor was there a plot to overturn the 2020 Presidential Election or take political hostages. The media has relentlessly bombarded us with rhetoric that the incident was a terrorist insurrection—even though there were only two fatalities that day, both of whom were protestors: Rosanne Boyland, who died of an amphetamine overdose, and Ashli Babbitt, a former Air Force veteran who was fatally shot by an officer when attempting to climb through a shattered window. Her death was ruled justifiable homicide, despite her being unarmed. In an era defined by protests against racism and police brutality—especially as it relates to unarmed black citizens—this instance of a black officer shooting a white woman has been met with considerably less public introspection or empathy, a silence which some find ironic.

The real talking point that should dominate discussions of January 6 is the misuse of the term “insurrection.” There was no plan to overthrow the government, no organized preparation to seize power, and American freedom was never genuinely in jeopardy. For major networks to keep calling that day an “insurrection” is irresponsible and a blatant form of gaslighting.

Do We Still Have to Pretend the 2020 Election Was ‘Free and Fair’?

The 2020 Presidential election shared a problem with the 1998 MLB home run race: the winning candidate did too well. In 1998, steroid juicer Mark McGwire broke Roger Maris’s home run record by nine home runs or roughly 15 percent.

In 2020, Joe Biden’s 81 million votes broke Barack Obama’s 2008 record 69 million votes by 12 million votes or roughly 17 percent. Obama’s 2008 numbers were anomalous. Hillary Clinton’s 2016 numbers were closer to the norm, and Biden got nearly 25 percent more votes than she did, a cool 16 million additional votes when finally counted.

Campaigning from his basement, this cognitively-challenged, charisma-free codger did much too well in 2020, and now even the Left is noticing. With virtually all the 2024 presidential election votes counted, Kamala Harris’s vote total remains roughly seven million votes shy of Biden’s ballot box-busting performance in 2020.

In trying to explain the differential, Michael Bender of the New York Times hinted at the truth. Wrote Bender, “[S]ome backsliding could be expected after the record turnout in 2020, which was aided by pandemic rule changes that increased mail voting.” You think?

As should be expected, Bender chose not to pursue this line of thinking to its natural end. If he had, he might have asked why only the Democrats seemed to have been aided in 2020 “by pandemic rule changes.” President-elect Donald Trump did not “backslide” in 2024. He upped his 2020 vote total by about two million.

In 2024, with life back to something like normal, Harris was denied the performance-enhancing juice that propelled Biden in 2020. That juice was formidable. The convenient arrival of COVID gave the Democrats a rationale for dismantling the safeguards against voter fraud in state after state.

Some 39 states changed their election laws prior to the 2020 election. That was unprecedented. What was unconstitutional was that many of them did so without legislative approval. In several states, the courts, electoral officials, and health honchos exploited the media-driven COVID panic to assume this right for themselves. The Republicans responded with lawsuits, but the courts could not or would not respond in a timely fashion.

More Proof that the Democrats Stole the 2020 election

The despicable whores called “fact checkers,” who prostitute themselves by telling lies for money said I am a “conspiracy theorist” for reporting the findings of experts that the Democrats stole the 2020 presidential election.  Notice, just reporting the findings of experts makes you a “conspiracy theorist.”

Look at the graph showing the reported Biden vote count in 2020.  Is there a single person anywhere on Earth stupid enough to believe it?  THERE WAS ZERO ENTHUSIASM FOR BIDEN.  As Trump said, Biden campaigned from his basement.  NO ONE ATTENDED HIS RALLIES, AND HE DISCONTINUED THEM.

Remember, Biden did not campaign.  After his first few attempts, his public rallies ceased, because no one attended and the cameras could not hide the absence of people.  In contrast, every one of the numerous Trump rallies was heavily attended.  So how did Biden get 10 million more votes in 2020 than Trump just received in his high turnout landslide victory?  How did Biden get 15 million more votes than Obama? 15 million more votes than Hillary Clinton?  HE DID NOT !

Remember, numerous experts provided hard evidence of the many methods used to produce the fraudulent Biden vote:  electronic voting machines, street corner drop boxes, interruption of vote counting until truck loads of forged ballots could be delivered, and so forth.

Remember, the presstitute media immediately before the evidence of fraud was presented spoke with one voice over and over: “there was no vote fraud.”  How did the presstitutes know?  The presstitutes made no investigation of the evidence.  The presstitutes just shouted down the evidence. They lied through their teeth.

The only function of the American media is to prevent the American people from knowing the truth. How can a democracy exist when the media is completely devoid of integrity?

How can such a totally corrupt media be tolerated?

Dem Operative Appears to Admit 2020 Steal on Hidden Camera.

Undercover footage of a Democrat operative in Georgia appears to confirm that a burst water pipe at Atlanta’s State Farm Arena during the 2020 election was used to send Republican election observers home while Democrats remained and supervised counting—which resumed promptly after their counterparts had left. Additionally, the operative states that Democrats engaged in legally dubious ballot harvesting tactics, specifically targeting elderly care facilities in the lead-up to the election.

Stephen Crowder and his team posted footage of Joel Caldwell, the Operations Director for the Georgia Coalition for the People’s Agenda, on X (formerly Twitter) on October 28. In the footage, Caldwell states that it was easier to steal an election by inflating vote totals for Democrats in areas that were already heavily Democratic to avoid raising suspicions.

Caldwell alludes to potentially illegal ballot harvesting activities, claiming a “man pulled up and put a hundred ballots in [a] box. You can’t do that sh*t.” He stated, “Groups [were] paying people to do just that. Drop off ballots. Go around collecting ballots [and] forge them.”

He also discusses the circumstances surrounding an alleged burst water pipe in Atlanta during the 2020 presidential election that caused counters to stop counting ballots at the State Farm arena after they were evacuated.

Caldwell notes that the Democrat observers returned to the venue and had workers resume counting while Republicans had left. He states in the video that only 100 votes were recorded for President Donald J. Trump in one specific locality, claiming the number was statistically impossible.

“Statistically, you’re downtown. There’s going to be more than a hundred votes for Trump,” he said.

Three years after FBI got evidence of voter registration fraud, another new scheme emerges in PA

In the aftermath of the messy 2020 election, Michigan police sent to the FBI a strong body of evidence documenting a multi-state scheme to submit fraudulent voter applications. Three years later, nobody can explain what the bureau did with the case as a similar scheme has now surfaced in the battleground state of Pennsylvania with less than two weeks to go before Election Day.

Prosecutors in Lancaster County said Friday they had uncovered a large-scale scheme to submit fraudulent voter applications that were collected at shopping malls and other locations. Lancaster County District Attorney Heather Adams told a news conference that detectives have found about 60% of some 2,500 voter registrations submitted in recent days to the county’s election office were fraudulent.

“At this point, it is believed that the fraudulent voter registrations are connected to a large-scale canvassing operation for voter registrations that date back to June,” Adams said. The prosecutor said that while detectives continue to review applications, they have confirmed fake names, identifications, and signatures were used to submit applications and create potentially fake voters. In some cases, real voters’ names were used but the voter said they neither approved nor signed the registrations.

“The District Attorney stated that the majority of applications were from residents in the City of Lancaster,” according to a joint statement from the county District Attorney and the Board of Elections. “Applications were also received from residents in Columbia, Elizabethtown, Mount Joy, Akron, Ephrata, Stevens, Strasburg as well as other locations across Lancaster County. These canvasses took place at various shopping centers, parking lots of grocery stores, other businesses, sidewalks, and parks.”

“At this point we have confirmed violations of our crime code,” Adams said.

Democrats Violated Election Laws in 2020 And Got Away With It

A defendant is on trial for murdering his parents. He asks for leniency from the court because, hey, he is an orphan! This Yiddish joke has served as the definition of “chutzpah” for a few hundred years. But thanks to the lawfare tricksters, we have a new explanation for the word.

On July 31, 2023, Andrew Weissman and Ryan Goodman, writing at Just Security, published an article predicting that the Special Counsel would charge Donald Trump with violating 18 U.S.C. §241 (“Conspiracy against rights”) and 18 U.S. Code §1512 (“Tampering with a witness, victim, or an informant”) based on events on January 6, 2021—specifically, the electoral college vote count in the Senate.

Indeed, then-President Trump did speak and tweet that the vote count should be stopped. However, he was responding to, not committing, a crime—the crime being possible election fraud and a subsequent cover-up. Prosecuting Trump was a chutzpahdik continuation of the same wrongdoing.

On election night 2020, the networks reported various stoppages of the vote count in various swing states. There were reports of stoppages in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Dekalb County, Georgia; and North Carolina. There were also questions about “frozen” return numbers in Wisconsin and Michigan. Most infamously, the lead election officials in the Fulton County Stadium in Atlanta seemed to have stopped their count when they sent other officials home on the specious justification of a non-existent water leak.

It was the stoppages that were the catalyst for all the election controversies that plague us to this day. Without those stoppages, Trump would never have held a press conference where, at 2:21 am, he stated that “all of a sudden it [the counting] is off” and then, at 2:29 am, that “we want all voting to stop; we don’t want them to find any ballots in the morning and add them.”

In fact, those stoppages were illegal, and, therefore, the votes counted afterward were arguably voidable or even void. South CarolinaPennsylvaniaGeorgia, and Nevada, inter alia, had explicit language in their election statutes forbidding stopping the count—assumedly, for the obvious reason that stoppages provide great opportunity for cheating.

For example, Pennsylvania’s §1222 states, “…The election officers shall forthwith proceed to canvass and compute the votes cast, and shall not adjourn or postpone the canvass or computation until it shall have been fully completed.” (Emphasis added.)
