Western spies say Iran not making nukes – NYT

Western intelligence agencies see no indication that Iran is enriching uranium for “bomb-grade material,” the New York Times has reported, citing sources. While activity has been detected at nuclear sites, including those damaged by last year’s strikes, no high-level enrichment is underway, the report claims.

Last summer, the US and Israel carried out coordinated strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities, justifying the campaign as preventing Tehran from acquiring nuclear weapons – an ambition Iran denies. The attacks targeted the Fordow and Natanz enrichment plants and the Isfahan research center.

In its report published on Thursday, the NYT claimed uranium buried at the struck sites – material closest to weapons-grade levels – remains in place. Work at the sites appears limited to excavation aimed at creating more secure facilities. No new nuclear sites have been detected, though limited activity has been observed at two incomplete sites near Natanz and Isfahan, according to the paper.

Industry lobbies Congress to weaken protections against toxic chemicals

Months after a federal judge ordered the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to regulate fluoride over risks to children’s brains, industry-backed lawmakers are pushing legislation that would weaken the nation’s primary law governing toxic chemicals.

The proposed changes would overhaul the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), a law first passed in 1976. Legal experts say the effort would block future citizen petitions, shield the EPA from court scrutiny, and dismantle the legal tools that made the fluoride case possible.

Citizen petitions allow the public to ask the EPA to regulate chemicals it has failed to address and to sue the agency if those petitions are denied. It was a citizen petition filed in 2016 that led to a landmark federal court ruling in September 2025, when a judge found that current levels of fluoride in drinking water pose an “unreasonable risk” to children’s health.

The judge ordered the EPA to take regulatory action. The agency is appealing the ruling.

Former EPA deputy administrator Robert Sussman said the proposed TSCA changes appear designed to prevent courts from intervening as they did in the fluoride case.

LOL! Anti-Police Activists Heckle Zohran Mamdani Outside of Mayoral Residence – “We Advocated for You, Zohran! You Lied, Zohran! Shame!”

New York City’s new Mayor, Zohran Mamdani, is already letting his far-left base down, and they’re showing up at Gracie Mansion, the official mayoral residence in Carl Schurz Park on the Upper East Side, to make their disdain heard.

Thankfully for many New Yorkers, he just isn’t radical enough.

During a recent incident, centered around his unfulfilled promises relating to investigating the police, protesters surrounded the gate outside his residence at night and began shouting through a megaphone, “We was with you, Zohran! We voted for you, Zohran! We advocated for you, Zohran!” He continued, “You ain’t did nothing but get up in there and lie to us! You lied, Zohran! Shame, Zohran!”

The Gateway Pundit previously reported on Mamdani’s radical anti-police positions before he was elected Mayor in November, including his plan to replace police with social workers in response to certain crimes, which he backtracked on in November.

Now, he’s facing more heat from his liberal base for walking back on his promises to empower and give the final say on police accountability to the Civilian Complaint Review Board (CCRB), an independent agency that investigates police complaints and dishes out recommendations for punishment.

A man with a megaphone was filmed outside Zohran’s house with other protesters, shouting, “The first lie was CCRB, Zohran! CCRB should have the final say, Zohran!”

The others present could be heard shouting “Shame!” repeatedly.

Israel’s ‘worst-case scenario’ on Iran and a warning to Washington: ‘Without a strike, you’ll look weak’

As tensions with Iran reach a critical point, IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir conducted a secret visit to Washington over the weekend, following earlier visits by Military Intelligence chief Maj. Gen. Shlomi Binder and, two weeks ago, Mossad Director David Barnea.

Zamir’s meeting with Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Dan Caine was described as top-level strategic coordination, amid growing concern that Iran could retaliate against Israel in response to a potential U.S. strike.

The Israeli visits coincide with senior U.S. military travel to Israel, including CENTCOM commander Adm. Brad Cooper. Over the weekend, the guided-missile destroyer USS Delbert D. Black docked at the port of Eilat before departing to continue operations in the Red Sea. The move is part of what U.S. President Donald Trump has called a “big armada” sent to the region, including the aircraft carrier Abraham Lincoln and eight guided-missile destroyers.

Security cooperation between Israel and the United States has reached unprecedented levels across all tiers: the IDF, the CIA and the political leadership. Israel has shared its most sensitive intelligence, including detailed information on the brutal suppression of last month’s protests in Iran, the scale of killings and the systematic massacre of demonstrators.

Much of the dialogue has focused on preparations for both offense and defense. In Israel, planners are preparing for the possibility of a unilateral U.S. strike on Iran. Washington may ask Israel to join the operation, citing the experience Israel gained during last June’s Operation Rising Lion. U.S. officials are also seeking lessons learned from that conflict.

Shocking Email From Epstein Files Implicates Former US Ambassador, Clintons, Bidens, the First Commanding Officer of SEAL Team Six, and More

A series of emails uncovered in the most recent release by the Department of Justice (DOJ) reads like a spy thriller novel: American agents in a foreign country attacking local law enforcement to disrupt an investigation.  Threats made all the way up to the President of Mexico.  A judge shot by an American in order to delay a trial.  A U.S. Ambassador implicated in all of it.  And a U.S. Special Forces icon being detained in an undisclosed location.  Plot twist:  The Special Forces veteran is the bad guy!

The emails appear to involve Ken Turner, who goes by “KenT” in the emails, and possibly NYPD Detective Walter E. Harkins based on a signature field in one of the emails.  Harkins retired from the NYPD just days after the 2024 election following a 33-year career ending four generations of familial service to the department.

Each redacted email address is followed by “(NY) (OGA)”.

On July 19, 2019, Turner sent an email to the NY OGA and disclosed the individuals he was working with in Mexico.  He described one, Jorge Gonzales, as “my friend in the Mexican Federal Government” with a federal police phone number.  He also mentioned an ex South African police officer and psychologist named Maryna and introduced her as his “partner”.

Leftist Leader Hails Great ‘Replacement’ of Conservatives with Illegal Migrant Amnesty in Spain

The leaders of the far-left Spanish Podemos party celebrated on Saturday the “victory” of the mass amnesty for around half a million illegals and hailed the achievement as a step toward the “replacement” of right-wing Spaniards.

Appearing at a campaign event in Zaragoza, Podemos Secretary General Ione Belarra and the party’s leading Member of the European Parliament, Irene Montero, openly embraced the project of demographic displacement as an electoral strategy.

They explained that this week’s deal brokered with the Socialist government of Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez to grant amnesty to over 500,000 illegals was merely the first step and that the ultimate goal was to either grant them citizenship or to change the law to allow for migrants to vote in national elections, El Mundo reported.

Party leader Belarra compared the battle to allow migrants to vote to the women’s suffrage movement, saying that Spain has a “racist, property-based” voting system and that her party will “fight for migrants’ right to vote. If you live here, you have to have the right to vote here.”

While conservative and populist opponents of the amnesty have criticised the left for seeking to manipulate the polity to their own aims, Podemos MEP Irene Montero openly admitted as much, but claimed that it was righteous to replace her fellow countrymen.

“I wish for replacement theory, I wish we could sweep this country of fascists and racists with migrants, with working people,” she said.

“Of course, I want there to be replacement: replacement of fascists, replacement of racists, replacement of freeloaders, and that we can do it with working people, whatever their skin colour may be.”

Montero, who is widely expected to represent Podemos as a prime ministerial candidate in the 2027 general election, also admitted that the amnesty of the illegal migrants is ultimately intended to see them become voters.

“Of course, we want them to vote. We’ve obtained papers, regularisation now, and now we’re going for citizenship or to change the law so they can vote, of course,” the far leftist MEP said.

ICE Buys Warehouse Network To Support Ramped Up Deportation Operations

The Trump administration is moving ahead with plans to convert 23 e-commerce warehouses across the country, primarily in the eastern U.S., into a large-scale network of immigration detention centers aimed at expanding capacity to fulfill the mandate the American people gave President Trump to deport more than one million illegal aliens per year and restore national security. This comes after the Biden-Harris globalist regime collapsed borders and allowed a nation-killing invasion of ten million or more third-worlders.

Bloomberg reports that Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s rapid move to build out a network of warehouses is being fueled by $45 billion from the signature “One Big Beautiful Bill Act.” This includes the most recent purchases of a warehouse in Hagerstown, Maryland, and another in Surprise, Arizona, totaling $172 million. A third in El Paso, Texas, will be one of the largest of its kind, with 8,500 beds.

The ICE detention system is only growing larger and larger, with ever-greater numbers of illegals who invaded the nation being deported. The current level of illegals held in detention is at a record of 73,000. To reach a million deportations per year, ICE must have 100,000 detention beds.

Emma Winger, deputy legal director at the American Immigration Council, told the outlet that the Trump administration must expand its deportation infrastructure to meet its goal of 1 million per year.

“To reach these kinds of numbers, they’d need to go out into the communities and find people who’ve been living their lives and been here a long time,” Winger said. “They’d have to dramatically increase their presence in communities across the country.”

Unhinged leftist Maryland Senator Chris Van Hollen called Trump’s deportation operations “one of the most obscene, one of the most inhumane, and one of the most illegal operations being carried out by this Trump administration at the Department of Homeland Security and ICE.”

Trump family secretly signed $500m crypto deal with ‘spy sheikh’ who has been pushing for access to US intelligence

The Trump family quietly signed a $500 million cryptocurrency deal with a powerful Abu Dhabi royal just days before Donald Trump returned to the White House in January 2025.

A previously undisclosed agreement that sent nearly $200 million to Trump-linked entities and was followed months later by the US granting the same foreign power sweeping access to sensitive artificial intelligence technology.

The deal, involving Trump-backed crypto firm World Liberty Financial, was signed on January 16, 2025, by Eric Trump and executives tied to Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the UAE’s national security adviser and brother of the country’s president.

The previously undisclosed deal was confirmed by the Wall Street Journal, company documents and others familiar with the matter.

The transaction made a foreign government official the largest shareholder in a company tied to the US president. The move is unprecedented in modern American politics, raising questions about conflicts of interest and the influence of foreign powers.

The buyer was Aryam Investment 1, a company controlled by Sheikh Tahnoon, one of the most powerful figures in the Middle East.

The agreement granted Aryam a 49 percent  ownership stake in World Liberty for $500 million – with $250 million paid immediately, and $187 million of that first installment directed to Trump family entities, according to documents reviewed by the Journal.

Tahnoon, who serves as the UAE’s national security adviser and oversees a sprawling business empire worth more than $1.3 trillion, has long been viewed with suspicion inside Washington’s intelligence and national security circles.

San Francisco Ends $5M-A-Year Program That Supplied Alcohol To Homeless Addicts

Sigh. It’s not parody. It’s San Francisco. The city is shutting down a controversial program that used millions in taxpayer funds to provide alcohol to homeless residents struggling with addiction, according to the NY Post.

Mayor Daniel Lurie said the city will end the Managed Alcohol Program, which cost about $5 million each year and began during the COVID-19 pandemic.

“For years, San Francisco was spending $5 million a year to provide alcohol to people who were struggling with homelessness and addiction — it doesn’t make sense, and we’re ending it,” Lurie told The California Post.

The program was launched in April 2020, when the city placed unhoused residents in hotels during lockdowns. Medical staff supplied controlled amounts of beer and liquor to prevent dangerous withdrawal symptoms while stores and bars were closed. Although intended as a temporary measure, it continued for nearly six years.

During its operation, the program served only 55 people, translating to an average cost of roughly $454,000 per client.

Now, Lurie says the city has fully pulled its support.

“We have ended every city contract for that program,” he said.

Community Forward, the nonprofit that managed the initiative in recent years, confirmed that the city has terminated its funding. Financial records show the group received millions in public money, much of it spent on staff salaries.

San Francisco’s program was the first of its kind in the United States, modeled loosely on similar efforts in Canada. Unlike other harm-reduction policies, such as needle exchanges, MAP directly supplied alcohol to people already dependent on it.

Since taking office last year, Lurie has moved away from long-standing harm-reduction policies. He has also ended the distribution of drug-use equipment and pushed for stricter enforcement of street drug activity.

“Under my administration, we made San Francisco a recovery-first city and ended the practice of handing out fentanyl smoking supplies so people couldn’t kill themselves on our streets,” Lurie said.

“We have work to do, but we have transformed the city’s response, and we are breaking the cycles of addiction, homelessness and government failure that have let down San Franciscans for too long.”

Last year, he warned open-air drug markets that enforcement would increase.

“If you do drugs on our streets, you will be arrested,” Lurie said. “And instead of sending you back out in crisis, we will give you a chance to stabilize and enter recovery.”

The Post writes that recovery advocates welcomed the decision to end MAP. Tom Wolf, a former homeless addict who now works in outreach, said the program wasted public funds.

ICE WARS: Minneapolis Insurgents Set Up Barricades; Block Cars, Run License Plates, Check IDs

Insurgents in Minneapolis barricaded several streets this weekend with “ICE filter” checkpoints, stopping cars to check license plates and IDs to prevent federal immigration enforcement operations.

Minneapolis Crime Watch posted photos from Sunday’s neighborhood ICE Block party with details on the location and a plea for the local government to do something, “Submitted from south Minneapolis – Agitators have set up roadblocks and are checking people’s ID who try to pass through the area from 32nd to 34th and Cedar Ave. This is absurd. Contact @MayorFrey and @MplsPDChief and tell them to shut this down.”

An account called Minneapolis Spring posted video from the insurgent checkpoint, “WATCH: Community defenders stop an out of state vehicle at the filter blockade, run the plate through a database, and confirm whether the vehicle is affiliated with abductors before letting it through.”
