Massive Child Sex Ring Busted at State Youth Facility—Hundreds of Kids Tortured and Raped

According to a recent investigation by the state of New Hampshire’s attorney general’s office, a state-run youth detention center has been ground zero for an utterly horrifying child torture and sex abuse ring spanning the course of decades. According to officials and a recent lawsuit, hundreds of victims have come forward alleging the abuse by over 100 government employees, and multiple arrests have been made.

The abuse took place at the Sununu Youth Services Center, formerly known as the Youth Development Center. In 2019, the taxpayer funded center became the subject of an investigation after two staffers were arrested. The two former staffers were charged with 82 counts of child rape.

According to investigators, however, those charges were all temporarily dropped in order to expand the investigation. Now, two years later, the original two staffers have been re-arrested as well as six others for their roles in the child rape and torture ring which spanned decades

Though, according to the AP, the attorney general’s office didn’t comment on the possibility of further arrests, they did announce that this was “merely a step forward” and that the investigation will continue — implying that there are many more abusers to go after.

“Today’s arrests make clear that this administration is committed to holding these perpetrators accountable for their detestable actions,” said Gov. Chris Sununu — the facility’s namesake. “This is not over, and we will continue to investigate these horrific allegations.”

Canada To Censor “Hurtful” Comments About Politicians, Implement Internet Kill-Switch

…but, constituents to remain fair game for abuse from party apparatchiks.

A colleague forwarded me the text of an article from Blackrocks Reporter, which covers Canadian politics from Ottawa, our capitol.

It’s a report on Federal Heritage Minister Steven Guibeault’s ongoing vendetta against non-conforming political speech on the internet, in which he’s calling for censorship of “hurtful” comments against politicians and implementation of an internet killswitch to facilitate it.

Blackrocks is behind a paywall, permit me to quote it here:

Federal internet censors should target hurtful words against politicians, says Heritage Minister Steven Guilbeault. The Minister added pending regulations may include an internet kill switch to block websites deemed hurtful, but called it a “nuclear” option.

“We have seen too many examples of public officials retreating from public service due to the hateful online content targeted towards themselves or even their families,” said Guilbeault.  “I have seen firsthand alongside other Canadians the damaging effects harmful content has on our families, our values and our institutions. As a dad and a stepdad to six kids, I know more can and should be done to create a safer online environment.”

Guilbeault made his remarks in a podcast sponsored by Canada 2020, an Ottawa think tank affiliated with the Liberal Party. Legislation to censor internet content will be introduced shortly, he said.

“I am confident we can get this adopted,” said Guilbeault. “Once the legislation is adopted, clearly creating a new body, a new regulator like that in Canada, would take some time.”’

The same story is covered here by the Post Millienial (the rest of Canada’s “approved media”, as in the ones who received hundreds of millions in tax breaks and subsidies from the Federal Government in the run up to the last election, are not giving it a lot of airtime for some reason).

Trudeau government funds program teaching teens how to know they are trans

The Canadian government is funding a program that informs teens how they know if they are actually living life as the wrong gender. The program, called Teen Talk, provides teens with the resources they need to figure out if their brains match their bodies, if they are male or female, or if they are something else entirely.

The program teaches that “There are more than two genders,” and that what we know as biological sex, as in the existence of male and female reproductive systems, is simply “gender assignment” that is “based on an assumption that someone’s genitals match their gender.”

“However,” Teen Talk goes on to say, “gender isn’t about someone’s anatomy, it’s about who they know themselves to be.” It elucidates the many, constructed “gender identities,” including “male, female, transgender, gender neutral, non-binary, agender, pangender, genderqueer, two-spirit, third gender, and all, none or a combination of these.”

It Begins: Only COVID Vaccinated People Can Be Evacuated from Volcano Stricken Caribbean Island of St. Vincent

The La Soufrière volcano erupted Friday morning on the island of St. Vincent in the eastern Caribbean, prompting evacuations–but only for those who can prove they have been vaccinated against the COVID-19 China virus, CBS News and other outlets reported.

“Nearly 20,000 people have been forced out of their homes on the Caribbean island of St. Vincent after a volcano erupted there for the first time in more than 40 years. Cruise ships are now evacuating people from the island — but only those vaccinated against COVID-19.”

Russian Politician Reveals Role in Staging Siberian Yeti Sightings to Attract Tourists

A Russian politician who once presided over parts of Siberia has revealed that he had a hand in hoaxing Yeti sightings in the hopes of drawing tourists to the area. Aman Tuleyev, former governor of the Kemerovo Region of the country recounted the remarkable tale this past Thursday on his Instagram account. Responding to the question of whether or not a Yeti still roamed the remote area he once governed, the politician first noted that legends of the creature have long circulated among hunters in the Shoria Mountains and that he had once made a journey of his own to the location in search of the cryptid. That said, Tuleyev then made a rather surprising confession: “it was I who fueled interest in the Yeti.”

Specifically, the former governor said that attempts to turn the region, which is ideal for skiing, into a tourist destination had proven fairly successful with over a million people visiting each year. However, Tuleyev argued to one of his subordinates that “this is not enough” and proposed that they declare a resort town in the Shoria Mountains to be “the homeland of Yeti.” The idea was apparently well received as the community quickly set about putting it into action. They not only announced an official ‘Bigfoot Day’ which just so happened to coincide with the start of ski season, but also offered a one million ruble reward (approximately $13,000) for anyone who could catch the creature.

Reducing US Military Spending Always Meets With Resistance; Increasing It Never Does

Last year Senator Bernie Sanders led a public push to reduce the insanely bloated US military budget by a paltry ten percent. His push splatted headfirst against a bipartisan solid steel wall which shut him down definitively.

Sanders’ bill was killed in the Senate by a vote of 23 to 77, with half of Senate Democrats stepping up to help Republicans stomp it dead. It’s companion bill in the House of Representatives was killed by a margin of 93 to 324, with a majority of House Democrats (92 to 139) voting nay.

Contrast those numbers with those who voted to approve Trump’s $741 billion military budget this past December. The House voted to approve the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) budget by a margin of 335 to 78, 195 of those yes votes coming from the Democratic side of the aisle. The Senate passed that same budget by 84 to 13. This was a substantial increase from the previous year’s budget, a trend which has remained unbroken for years.
