Rhode Islanders with high-capacity gun magazines face Sunday deadline

Rhode Islander gun owners have until Sunday to turn in large capacity magazines or modify them.

In June, Gov. Dan McKee signed a law that bans magazines with more than 10 rounds. It was upheld by a judge on the 10th anniversary of the Sandy Hook school shooting.

We are pleased with the decision. We expected that to be the case. Rhode Island is trying to make sure we get ahead of any potential problems, and we see them happening and occurring around the country on a regular basis with shootings,” McKee said.

Some local gun shop owners said their clients aren’t the ones who are causing trouble.

“Restricting the number of mags is not going to help in any way curbing any kind of crime, so people are frustrated. It made people feel they did something wrong, and they didn’t,” said David DeLoia, co-owner of Heritage Gun and Coin in West Warwick.

The attorney general’s office said magazines that hold more than 10 bullets can be dropped off at any police station. They can also be sold to a gun dealer or legal owner out of state.

Biden Wants $8 Billion In Taxpayer Funds To Shut Down Coal Power In South Africa

With the UN and other interests already interfering in Africa’s energy development, Joe Biden announced at the US-Africa Business Forum a plan for American taxpayers to shell out at least $8 billion to shut down effective coal fired energy plants in South Africa so they can be replaced with far less effective and far less efficient green-energy alternatives.

In other words, the goal of climate change cultists is to use $8 billion of America’s money to diminish South African infrastructure.

New JFK assassination records uncover how CIA spied on Lee Harvey Oswald in the UK

The National Archives released more than 13,000 documents related to the assassination of President John F Kennedy on Thursday, a move prompted by President Biden, who ordered thousands of other records kept under seal until at least the middle of next year. The documents were not expected to provide any major revelations, but there are plenty of interesting insights for historians to pore over.

Some of the more revealing details relate to Lee Harvey Oswald – a US Marine veteran who allegedly killed Kennedy, a conclusion reached by the commission led by Chief Justice Earl Warren.

Mr Kennedy was shot and killed while riding in his motorcade through Dallas on November 22, 1963. He was aged 46.

JFK’s death spawned decades of conspiracy theories. One that has gained particular currency is that Jack Ruby – Oswald’s killer – was part of a larger conspiracy concerning Kennedy’s assassination.

But a newly released September 1964 memo to the presidential commission investigating the assassination said “the Central Intelligence Agency has no indication that Ruby and Lee Harvey Oswald ever knew each other, were associated or might have been connected in any manner”.

What Are They Hiding? Govt. Releases More than 13,000 Documents Related to JFK Assassination – But FBI-CIA are Still Withholding 3% of the Documents

In 2017 President Trump approved the release of approximately 2800 long-classified JFK assassination records.

News outlets from around the globe furiously combed through the files in search of more pieces to the puzzling death of President John F. Kennedy.

President Trump released a second trove of documents later that year.

One of the documents revealed that Democrat President Lyndon Johnson was a KKK member.

This was not a surprise.
The Ku Klux Klan was founded as the activist wing of the Democratic Party.

On Thursday the National Archives released thousands of the JFK documents.

But the FBI-CIA would not allow the release of all of the documents. Around 3% of the JFK documents are still being withheld from release to the public — more than 50 years after the assassination.

What are they hiding?

‘The CIA Was Involved in the Assassination of President Kennedy,’ Top Source Tells Tucker Carlson

“We can’t see classified information about maybe the pivotal event in modern American history — and now we know why.”

An extremely high-level source verified that the CIA had a hand in the assassination of former US President John F. Kennedy, Fox News Host Tucker Carlson has reported.

In an episode of “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” which aired Thursday evening, the Fox News host said a source – who is “directly and personally familiar” with internal documents that the CIA is refusing to disclose – confirmed the records do indeed show the CIA was responsible for killing the popular US president.

“Yes, I believe the CIA was involved in the assassination of President Kennedy,” the source stated, according to Carlson. “It’s a whole different country from what we thought it was. It’s all fake.”

On Thursday, the CIA released another trove of internal documents relating to its investigation into the killing. But the agency’s latest dump of its JFK assassination papers failed to disclose documents of any significance.

Experts suggested the lack of new information being revealed in the documents shows the CIA has something to hide.

Philly FED Admits Biden’s Bureau of Labor Statistics Overstated US Job Growth in 2022 by At Least 1.1 Million

There appears to be a discrepancy in the jobs numbers this year… a very large discrepancy.

According to the Philadelphia Federal Reserve, the US Bureau of Labor Statistics overstated job growth this year by at least 1.1 million!

How did this happen?

Was it because 2022 was an election year?

And is it a coincidence that the truth comes out one month after the controversial midterm election?

Phoenix Allows NFL to Determine What Residents Can Display on Their Property During Super Bowl

The Arizona-based Goldwater Institute (GI) has called out the city of Phoenix for imposing free speech restrictions on residents in a “Special Promotional and Civic Event Area” (Clean Zone) leading up to and through the 2023 Super Bowl.

“By delegating unfettered censorship power to private entities, the city of Phoenix has launched a blatant attack on its own citizens’ free speech rights under both the U.S. Constitution and the Arizona Constitution. It’s simple: Phoenicians shouldn’t need to ask the NFL for permission to communicate with the public on their own private property,” said GI Staff Attorney John Thorpe in a statement emailed to The Arizona Sun Times.

The Sun Times reached out to the city of Phoenix for additional comments but did not hear back.

Thorpe sent a letter Tuesday to the city regarding this issue. He explained that under Resolution 22073, passed by the city, all temporary signage in the Clean Zone “not authorized by the NFL or the Arizona Super Bowl Host Committee” (ASBHC) are restricted. According to Thorpe, these restrictions cover nearly all of downtown Phoenix and will be in effect until February 19th, 2023.

The city of Phoenix states that the final day to get any temporary sign applications approved is December 15th.

This ordinance has allegedly caused trouble for one Phoenician business and property owner, Bramley Paulin. The GI represents Paulin in this situation and shared that he reached out to potential partners about leasing and advertising but was rejected because of the city’s restrictions.

Aside from the aforementioned free speech violations, Thorpe argued that the city is also improperly delegating its government power. As established in Industrial Commission v C D Pipeline, the government “may not delegate its authority to private persons over whom [it] has no supervision or control.” Therefore, the city violates this by giving private entities, the NFL and ASBHC, regulation over private citizens’ free speech. Additionally, the city’s ordinance may violate the Equal Privileges and Immunities Clause and the Gift Clause.

California Democrat Congresswoman Katie Porter Claims Pedophilia is Not a Crime, It’s an ‘Identity’

Congresswoman Katie Porter, a California Democrat, is claiming that pedophilia is not a crime but rather an “identity” as the LGBT plague leads to children being sexualized and exploited by predators on a grand scale.

“The allegation of groomer and pedophile, it is alleging that a person is criminal somehow or engaged in criminal acts merely because of their identity, their sexual orientation, their gender identity,” she said.

Porter is calling for Twitter and other social media platforms to censor any comments that exposes pedophiles and groomers in order to protect the feelings of people who have this “identity.”

“Instead of taking [comments exposing groomers and pedophiles] down, Twitter elevated them, allowing them to reach an approximate 72 million users. This is not just about what happens online. What happens online translates into real harms into people’s lives,” she said.

New Peer-Reviewed Study Claims Direct Evidence People Died from mRNA-Vaccine Damaged Hearts

Medical pathologists from Heidelberg University Hospital in Heidelberg, Germany have published direct evidence showing how people found dead after mRNA vaccination died. As this team of six scientists explore in their study, these mRNA-vaccinated patients suffered from heart damage because their hearts were attacked by their own immune cells. This autoimmune attack on their own heart cells then leads to their damaged hearts beating so many times per second that, once the tachycardia unexpectedly started, they died in minutes.

The article, “Autopsy-based histopathological characterization of myocarditis after anti-SARS-CoV-2-vaccination,” was published on Nov. 27, 2022, in the journal Clinical Research in Cardiology, the official journal of the German Cardiac Society. The research team autopsied 25 victims of different ages who were found dead at home within 28 days of vaccination. They looked at their heart tissue under the microscope to find out why these people died of cardiac rhythmic disruption when they had no apparent underlying heart disease.

In the authors’ own words: “Our findings establish the histological phenotype of lethal vaccination-associated myocarditis.”

Histological phenotype means direct observation of microscopic tissue.

The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) is processing previously withheld John F. Kennedy assassination-related records to comply with President Joe Biden’s Memorandum for the Heads of Executive Departments and Agencies on the Temporary Certification Regarding Disclosure of Information in Certain Records Related to the Assassination of President John F. Kennedy, requiring disclosure of releasable records by December 15, 2022. The National Archives has posted records online to comply with these requirements.
