Interpol Fingers Snake-Tattooed Ukrainian Woman In Monaco Oligarch Bombing

In a Red Notice posted on its website, the police organization released two photos of the suspect on Friday – noting that she has a tattoo – which appears to be of a snake, on her right arm which extends from shoulder to elbow. The notice also says she has dark hair and speaks German.

The suspect was seen running away from Monaco on Monday while wearing a bucket hat, after 58-year-old oligarch Vadim Ermolaev, his mistress, Anna Nasobina, 46, and their young son were injured in the blast.

Monaco’s Prosecutor General, Stéphane Thibault, confirmed the suspect is living in Germany, while a senior investigating source told the Daily Mail that the woman had “attempted to look like a man” during the attack, but a witness was able to identify her.

Billionaire Tech Mogul Peter Thiel Warns Woke AI Company Anthropic Could Rig 2028 Election for Democrats

Billionaire technology Peter Thiel warned that AI company Anthropic could use its technological advantage to influence the 2028 presidential election in favor of Democrats.

Speaking at the Aspen Ideas Festival, Thiel suggested that Anthropic, which he described as a “woke liberal company,” was “winning the AI race” and could use its advanced AI models to “rig the elections in 2028.”

Thiel, who co-founded both PayPal and Palantir, argued he company would be able to “completely outwit” any efforts by Elon Musk to counter it through X because of the power of its technology.

Anthropic has declined to comment, referring reporters to a previous blog post on election integrity and political bias.

The company has clashed with the Trump administration, which has even designated it a “supply chain risk” because of the restrictions it wants to place on military programs.

CEO Dario Amodei is known for his left-wing views and has likened President Trump to a “feudal warlord.”

Canada Was A Liberal Paradise… Until The Liberals Took Over

There was a version of this country that worked.

This was a country that used to punch above its weight across all key metrics and in a large part, did so espousing classical liberal values.

Multiculturalism here was both uncontroversial and functional. People came from everywhere, integrated, and got on with building lives, businesses and contributing to that overall ethos Canadian culture.

Minority rights and gender equality stopped being fights and became defaults.

Ontario, the most populous province, ran one of the cleanest grids on the continent for half a century on the back of CANDU, a reactor we designed ourselves. Peaceful, homegrown, zero-carbon, clean energy, and nobody lost any sleep over it. In fact, most people probably weren’t even aware of that.

By every classical liberal measure that actually mattered, Canada was a success story that inspired the rest of the world.

I want to be precise about the word “liberal”. The small-l, “classic” version meant open markets, open minds, equal treatment, and a state clueful enough to stay out of the way. That Canada earned its stature honestly.

Then, in 2015, the big-L Liberals took over the small-l idea. They have spent a decade undertaking what looks like something between a “controlled demolition” and act of subversion.

Start with energy, our single largest missed opportunity

We can’t build pipelines. A country sitting on one of the largest energy endowments on earth cannot get its own product to its own coast or even to its own citizens. In 2017 the Trudeau government changed the rules and moved the goalposts on the Energy East pipeline which resulted in its cancellation.

Canada is sitting on the fourth largest oil reserves on earth, after other political temperate zones: Venezuela, Saudi Arabia and Iran, and we import between 500K – 600K barrels per day, nearly all of it, from the United States (“Elbows Up!”)

When Germany came knocking in 2022, Chancellor Scholz flew here and asked, practically begged, for us to sell them natural gas. Russia has just invaded Ukraine, and that put the Germans (which had wisely demolished their own nuclear power grid) into an awkward spot of having to buy energy from Putin.

Our answer?  There has “never been a strong business case.” Maybe we could interest the Germans in some solar panels and windmills. They went and signed a fifteen-year deal with Qatar instead. Qatar. Not exactly a human-rights exemplar, especially during Pride Month.

We did eventually sign an LNG deal with Germany, off the West Coast, in May of this year. Four years late, for volumes that would have looked modest in 2022. Better than nothing. Slower than everything.

None of this was an accident of incompetence. It was ideology. A decade of WEF-flavoured talking points, degrowth dressed up as climate virtue, and a governing instinct that treated Canadian resource wealth as something to apologize for.

Ottawa’s own reports spelled out the anti-capitalist drift in black and white (Bombthrower covered one here). When the environment file is handed to a former Greenpeace activist pinned to the far left of the spectrum, the pipeline math and the LNG math and the nuclear math all start to make a grim kind of sense.

Speaking of nuclear. The recent strategy was supposed to prove we still build things. “10 New Nuclear Reactors!” Oh boy.

Read past the headline. The plan is:

  • two reactors under construction …by 2035, and
  • five more “planned” (or “under development”) by… (checks notes)… 2040.

Planned. Under development. Unserious.

Meanwhile…. over in China,  they’re projecting roughly 200 gigawatts of total capacity, which means about 100 new reactors, finished and powered-on by 2040. They finish a reactor in about five years, and they a couple dozen under construction simultaneously. We are going to have started two.

We invented the CANDU. We are now a rounding error in the industry we helped create.

MAMDANI’S NYC: Con Edison Shuts Off Power to 10,000 Customers in Queens as Temps Soar Over 100 Degrees

Mamdani’s New York City.

Con Edison shut off power to 10,000 customers in Queens, New York, on Friday as temperatures soared over 100 degrees.

This is after Communist NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani urged New Yorkers to raise their thermostats to 78 degrees to alleviate strain on the energy grid.

“ConEd pulls the plug on nearly 10,000 customers in Howard Beach, Ozone Park, Richmond Hill and South Ozone Park as power demand soars with temps pushing 100 degree,” 4 New York reported.

It gets even worse.

500,000 customers are being urged to reduce their electricity use while the ConEd crews make repairs.

Per 4 New York: ConEd cuts voltage by 8% across parts of the Bronx, Westchester, Queens and Brooklyn under soaring demand. Nearly 500,000 customers are being urged to slash electricity use while crews make repairs. Neighborhoods include: Yonkers, Mount Vernon, New Rochelle, Mamaroneck, Pelham, Bronxville, Eastchester, Northeast Bronx, City Island, Glendale, Forest Hills, Ridgewood, Maspeth, Middle Village, Long Island City, Hunters Point, Sunnyside, Woodside, Bay Ridge, Park Slope, Sunset Park, Borough Park, Dyker Heights, Flatbush, Kensington, Bensonhurst and Windsor Terrace

What England Can Teach Us About ‘Democratic Socialism’

If you want to see modern-day socialism in action, look no further than to the other side of the pond at not-so-jolly old England. The story of Britain’s decline is a warning signal to those here in the States who are thrilled by the warm embrace of socialism.

Right now, the Brits are having the same debate about the merits of socialism as we are in our major cities and blue states. In England, the Prime Minister Keir Starmer of the Labour Party is out. But instead of turning to the right, it appears the UK will swerve further to the collective ownership of the left. Andy Burnham—the former socialist mayor of Manchester—is next in line. God save the queen.

As Greg Ip of The Wall Street Journal reports, “Burnham’s socialism is the real deal. He wants the state to control more of the means of production. … (H)e advocates public ownership of water, housing, energy and transportation.”

Burnham calls it “business-friendly socialism.”

Sure.

That will make the trains run on time.

What short memories.

After World War II, the Brits experimented with creeping socialism for more than three decades. The Labour Party handed over to public bureaucrats and unions the means of production: the Bank of England, the coal mines, the airlines, iron, steel, and phone service, to name a few. Prices soared, nothing worked, unemployment lines lengthened, and the Brits got a lot poorer.

Britain’s share of world output fell by half, from more than 10 percent to less than 5 percent. About the only thing Britain had going for it was four lads from Liverpool called the Beatles, who singlehandedly brought deep pride back and caused a mini-stimulus. But in the 1970s, the downturn worsened.

We interrupt this story with the election of Margaret Thatcher in 1979. She saved the kingdom by slashing taxes and privatizing everything she could get her hands on. It was the precursor to Reaganomics.

That didn’t last long. Now it’s Thatcherism in reverse—just as the left in America wants to reverse the Reagan and Trump legacies of deregulation, lower taxes, and sound money.

What seems to be driving this leap toward “democratic socialism” on both sides of the Atlantic is a middle-class fury over inflation. The idea of free food, housing, child care, and health care is alluring.

But prices have risen not because of a failure of capitalism. It was mostly caused by massive money printing, widespread shutdowns of private industry, retail businesses and schools, and stay-at-home orders during COVID-19. Government became the provider, and the leap forward in state expenditures was never entirely extinguished.

In both the United States and in England, the “affordability crisis” is mostly in government-owned, government-operated, or heavily regulated businesses. In the U.S., that’s health care, education, and college tuition. In Britain, it’s those industries plus energy, housing, and child care.

Florida Votes to Ban Illegal Immigrants from Public Colleges and Universities

The Florida State Board of Education voted 6–1 on Tuesday to prohibit illegal immigrants from enrolling in the state’s 28 public colleges and adult education programs.

Under the new policy, institutions within the Florida College System will only admit U.S. citizens or individuals lawfully present in the country. Applicants must attest to their legal status and provide supporting documentation before enrolling. The rule also applies to adult general education programs, including GED classes.

This action builds on last year’s repeal of in-state tuition benefits for illegal immigrants. Governor Ron DeSantis and state leaders have stated that Florida’s public resources, funded by the state’s hardworking taxpayers, should prioritize American citizens and legal residents, rather than individuals who entered the country illegally.

The Florida Board of Governors, which oversees the state’s 12 public universities, advanced a similar measure last week. Beginning with the 2027–2028 academic year, individuals unlawfully present in the United States will be ineligible for initial enrollment at selective public universities. A final vote is still pending, but the proposal is expected to move forward.

These policies send a strong message to other states and the federal government: Florida will not subsidize or reward illegal immigration through taxpayer-funded higher education.

As expected, left-wing activist groups, the Southern Poverty Law Center, and Democratic lawmakers criticized the reform, describing it as «cruel.» Critics argue that the policy could reduce institutional revenue and negatively affect students who grew up in Florida despite lacking legal immigration status.

However, supporters argue that illegal immigrants should not compete with legal residents for limited spaces and resources at public institutions. They also contend that Florida taxpayers already bear significant costs associated with illegal immigration, making the policy a logical step toward enforcing federal immigration law at the state level and restoring policy priorities.

According to supporters, taxpayer-funded higher education for illegal immigrants is a policy that Florida voters have repeatedly rejected, a position they say aligns with Governor DeSantis’s record on border security and the rule of law.

Florida now joins a small group of states taking firm action on illegal immigration in higher education. The broader question is whether states can—and should—protect their sovereignty, their citizens, and their fiscal stability through similar measures.

Mysterious pay-for-play antisemitism attacks now targeting Canada. Who benefits?

A wave of strange property attacks targeting Jewish sites in Canada is attributed to apolitical youth paid in crypto. The violence follows the same playbook seen in Australia and the UK. While Iran and Palestine solidarity campaigners are blamed, Israel exploits the tension.

Canada is the latest in a string of nations to attribute a wave of high-profile but mostly low-consequence attacks to a mysterious online “gun-for-hire” plot. If Canada follows the pattern set in Australia, Europe and the UK, the “foreign entity” its government is already blaming for orchestrating the petty violence will be identified as Iran.

According to the Toronto Star, “Police believe that several young people have been hired to carry out shootings throughout the city and the wider GTA, including the U.S. consulate shooting, shootings at synagogues and Jewish schools, as well as shootings targeting the waste management company GFL Environmental.”

But there’s another nation with a history of hiring locals to perpetrate crimes, employing low-level violence to poison third-party bilateral relationshipsfanning anti-semitism to justify its own carnage, and using local Jewish populations as pawns

It is Israel, which happens to be the only nation to have extracted any political benefit for the growing wave of pay-for-play attacks on Jewish targets in the West.

Canadian police say consulate, synagogue shootings are linked to shooter-for-hire network

Canadian police recently announced that they believe many of the recent attacks on synagogues and other apparently unrelated targets are actually the work of paid criminal elements.

On June 16, police in Toronto said at least 27 shootings in the Greater Toronto Area appeared to be the work of a gun-for-hire network, in which mostly young men were recruited over encrypted messaging apps like Whatsapp to commit disparate acts of violence for which they’d be paid $1,000 in cryptocurrency. The gunmen film themselves committing the crimes as proof for their paymasters, they say.

Toronto Police Chief Myron Demkiw declared, “What we know is that bad actors are using criminal elements in our city to carry out these dangerous incidents” and that “it is clear that some of the people hiring these criminals want to create a sense of fear in our communities, including in the Jewish community.”

According to Demkiw, the identity of the person or group behind the attack was still a matter under investigation. However, Canadian Secretary of State for Combating Crime Ruby Sahota seems to have narrowed it down somewhat. She said on June 17 that “the shooters were paid and hired by a foreign entity.”

This is not the first time a foreign entity has been accused of orchestrating small scale attacks in a Commonwealth nation.

Tip from Israel leads Australian authorities to blame Iran for 2024 fire bombings

Last year, Australia came to the conclusion that a foreign entity was behind two fire bombings that occurred in late 2024, one at a kosher restaurant in Sydney and one at Adas Israel Synagogue in Melbourne – one of the few non-Zionist congregations in the country. The attacks generated outrage and were immediately attributed to antisemitism

However, Australian authorities soon determined that “overseas actors” were instigating the attacks, and that the perpetrators were not antisemites, but paid dupes.

Two men were arrested last summer in connection with the attacks, and a third on June 19

In August 2025, the Australian government declared that Iran had been behind the attacks, with the head of the Australian Security Intelligence Organization investigation saying a “painstaking investigation” had “uncovered and unpicked the links between the alleged crimes and the commanders in Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps, the IRGC.”

This was difficult, as ASIO Director General Mike Burgess said Iran had used a “complex web of proxies to hide its involvement” in both antisemitic attacks.

Only later did it emerge that Israel had provided a tip that pointed Australian investigators in Tehran’s direction. The Australian intelligence service insists they arrived at their conclusions independently, but have so far been unwilling to present any hard evidence to back that assertion up.

The young men allegedly hired to commit the crime probably won’t be much help with the international side of the investigation, as Australian police say the actual perpetrators of the crime might not be aware of who had ordered it. So far, though the men are being charged by the Victorian Joint Counter Terrorism Team, none have been charged with terrorism. At least one was released on bail, which prosecutors argued against because of what they called an extensive criminal history, including armed robberies and violent assaults.

A third man was charged with arson on Friday in connection with the synagogue attack. He was already in jail for other offences the police so far won’t comment on.

If these men are anything like the pair arrested in connection with a caravan packed with explosives and a list of synagogues, they’ll turn out to be criminal ne’er-do-wells with debts and perhaps disabilities, who “wouldn’t have the brains” to plan an attack on their own – hardly a dangerous, organic surge of anti-semitism.

That hasn’t stopped the Australian government from using the bombings as justification for expelling Iran’s ambassador and declaring the IRGC a terrorist organization, paving the way for the US-Israeli assault on Iran this February 28.

Conservative Catches CNN Host Abby Phillip in a Glaring Hypocrisy as She Defends Communist NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s Absurd Demand on Air Conditioning

Notorious CNN host Abby Phillip’s efforts to defend communist New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s demand for air conditioning went sideways when one of her guests caught her in a huge hypocrisy.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Mamdani on Wednesday requested that New Yorkers set their thermostats to 78 degrees. He claimed this was to alleviate stress on the energy grid.

Temperatures are soaring into the triple digits in the Midwest and East Coast this week and into the July 4th holiday weekend.

“The best protection against extreme heat is air conditioning, he added. If you don’t have it at home, know now where you’ll go to stay cool. Check in on your neighbors, especially seniors, and if you see someone outside who appears to be in distress, call 311 so we can get help to them.

“This administration is using every tool we have to keep New Yorkers safe, but the strongest city is one where neighbors look out for one another. And to every business owner, please set your thermostats to 78 degrees to alleviate the stress on our grid.”

Of course, we all know the Gracie Mansion (where Mamdani lives) will be fully air-conditioned. According to Marxists like him, the rules should apply only to the masses.

Phillip, though, saw Mamdani’s demands as reasonable. During her show last night, she repeatedly cited then-South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley’s similar requests from a 2015 heat wave in the Palmetto State as a reason to let New Yorkers suffer.

Conservative guest Ben Ferguson then challenged Phillip by asking whether she raised the temperature in her home in solidarity with Mamdani. This caused the panel to go off the rails.

After the shouting died down, Ferguson dropped a bombshell: the CNN studio they were debating in was nowhere near 78 degrees.

REPORT: Illegal Alien Truck Driver from Haiti Allegedly Killed PA State Trooper in Crash

A commercial truck driver with a Massachusetts license reportedly struck and killed a Pennsylvania State Police trooper this week in a fiery crash on Interstate 81 in Schuylkill County. The driver is reported to be a Haitian national illegally present in the United States.

Pennsylvania State Trooper Michael Pahira, Jr., died on Thursday after being struck by a tractor-trailer during an inspection of another 18-wheeler. The crash resulted in the death of Trooper Pahira.

WGAL NBC8 reports that Trooper Pahira was conducting a safety inspection on a tractor-trailer rig when a truck driven by Michael Bon, a 33-year-old male from Brockton, Massachusetts, allegedly veered off the roadway onto the shoulder. The tractor’s mirror struck the patrol vehicle before Bon’s truck reportedly struck the rear of the vehicle being inspected.

Trooper Pahira became trapped under the front bumper of Bon’s truck before the vehicle burst into flames. Nearby construction workers rushed to the scene and dragged the trooper from beneath the burning wreckage, the local NBC affiliate reported.

Emergency medical crews transported Pahira to a hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.

Police took Bon into custody. He now faces the following charges, according to the NBC affiliate:

  • Homicide by vehicle
  • Aggravated assault by vehicle
  • Recklessly endangering another person
  • Involuntary manslaughter
  • Reckless driving
  • Careless driving
  • Duty of driver in relation to emergency response area
  • Driving on roadways laned for traffic
  • Obedience to traffic control device

Officials with the Department of Homeland Security told Breitbart Texas that Bon entered the U.S. on July 2, 2024, at Florida’s Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport as an immigration parolee during the Biden administration. He applied for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) on October 26, 2024. That status was never granted, officials stated.

On June 13, 2025, the Trump administration notified Bon of a Notice of Termination of Parole. Bon then refused to leave the United States, DHS reported.
