Judge: Yardley Officials Illegally Deleted Criticism on Facebook

A federal judge has determined that leaders of Yardley Borough, Buck’s County, Pennsylvania, unlawfully silenced a resident when they deleted his comment from the local government’s Facebook page.

The controversy centers on Earl Markey, a corporate trainer and active member of the local Republican committee.

In October 2022, Markey posted a comment on the Yardley Boro Facebook page urging voters to back a referendum that would have trimmed the borough council from seven members to five.

His comment was sharply critical of a sitting councilman.

Markey wrote, “Appointed Councilman Matt Curtin wants to raise property taxes by two mills. Stop unelected, out of touch investment bankers, like Matt Curtin, from volunteering our hard-earned money for higher taxes. Vote YES on the referendum to reduce the size of the Yardley Borough Council.”

Not long after, the comment disappeared.

The borough’s manager, Paula Johnson, labeled the post a personal attack. Council President Caroline Thompson approved its removal.

Markey saw this as a clear act of censorship and took legal action, filing a lawsuit against Thompson, Johnson, and the borough. He also named two other officials who were eventually removed from the case.

“For me that crossed a line,” Markey said. He described the deletion as “censorship by public officials.”

Although borough leaders tried to defuse the matter by letting Markey repost his comment, reimbursing his legal filing fee, and drafting a revised social media policy, Markey pressed forward with the lawsuit.

EPA Director Lee Zeldin Places 144 Leftwing Nuts on Leave After They Signed Anti-Trump Declaration

On June 30, 2025, nearly 300 current and recently terminated EPA officials signed a “declaration of dissent” outlining how President Trump’s ‘politicization of science’ and job cuts were undermining the notoriously far-left agency.  In their closed minds, it is Trump who is ‘politicizing the science’ and not these radicals who have been pushing pseudo-science like global warming for years now.

Back in March, Director Zeldin canceled $22 billion in EPA contracts including $2 billion awarded to a Georgia’s Stacy Abrams in one of the shadiest government deals of all time. The Stacy Abrams’ group received only $100 in 2023 and then the Biden regime gave that same group $2 billion in 2024 on the way out the door in one of the shadiest and crooked government payouts of all time!

These righteous EPA officials apparently saw nothing wrong with $2 billion going to far-left hack Stacy Abrams, a woman who knows nothing about “environmental science”

The National Pulse reported on what happened next.

Nearly 300 current and recently terminated employees of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) are rebelling against President Donald J. Trump, issuing a letter of dissent that declares concerns over the agency’s direction and alleges risks to public health and safety. The declaration, sent to Administrator Lee Zeldin, outlined five key issues, including the dismantling of the research office and the abandonment of far-left progressive environmental justice initiatives.

The letter, signed by 278 employees—174 of whom used their full names—criticized the administration’s approach to deregulation, alleging that it is harmful and dismissive of supposed scientific expertise. “Today, we stand together in dissent against the current administration’s focus on harmful deregulation, mischaracterization of previous EPA actions, and disregard for scientific expertise,” the group stated.

The agency’s reorganization includes consolidating several offices, dissolving the research division, and canceling billions of dollars in grants. Notably, the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) uncovered a $14 billion scheme that saw taxpayer dollars funneled by the Biden-era EPA to an external account with Citibank, which disbursed the funds to three Democrat-aligned environmental nonprofits. The National Pulse previously reported that one of the nonprofit groups, which received $2 billion in grants, is affiliated with Georgia election denier Stacy Abrams.

The political stunt did not sit well with Director Zeldin.

Lee Zeldin placed the remaining leftwing nuts on leave later days later.

Police Arrest ‘Palestine Action’ Protesters Following Ban as Terrorist Group by British Government

Dozens of protesters supporting Palestine Action were arrested in London on Sunday as they demonstrated in defiance of the British government’s move to classify the group as a proscribed terrorist organisation.

Following failures to legally challenge the terrorist classification, which prohibits people in the UK from supporting the group in any regard, supporters of Palestine Action gathered in London’s Parliament Square outside the House of Commons.

Protesters were seen waving placards with the message: “I oppose genocide, I support Palestine Action”.

The demonstration prompted at least 20 arrests from the Metropolitan Police, which said in a statement per Sky News: “The group is now proscribed and expressing support for them is a criminal offence… Arrests are being made.”

Earlier this week, Members of Parliament backed the government’s call for a ban on the group by a margin of 385 votes in favour to just 26 against.

Thus, Palestine Action is now on the same legal level as other banned Islamist terror groups like al Qaeda, ISIS, and Hezbollah. Those found to be members or supporters of the group now face up to 14 years in prison. Even wearing t-shirts or other symbols of the group can be punishable with up to six months behind bars.

While the group attempted to launch legal challenges at the High Court and the Court of Appeals, they were ultimately shot down, paving the way for the ban to come into effect at midnight on Saturday.

MTG to Introduce Bill Banning ‘Dangerous and Deadly Practice’ of Government Weather Modification

Conservative firebrand Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) says she’s introducing legislation seeking to ban the government spraying of aerosolized particulate matter into the atmosphere – covert operations conducted under the guise of geo-engineering, or weather modification research.

“I am introducing a bill that prohibits the injection, release, or dispersion of chemicals or substances into the atmosphere for the express purpose of altering weather, temperature, climate, or sunlight intensity. It will be a felony offense,” wrote Rep. Greene on X Saturday, adding she’d researched the bill with the legislative counsel for months and that it would be modeled off Florida’s Senate Bill 56, which punishes such activities and aircraft operators with fines and imprisonment.

“We must end the dangerous and deadly practice of weather modification and geo-engineering,” Rep. Greene added.

Rep. Greene’s bill comes as Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. has suggested a federal probe into the government’s clandestine “chemtrail” program may be forthcoming.

In April, RFK told a Dr. Phil guest he believed the geo-engineering program may be headed up by DARPA, the Pentagon’s advanced research laboratory.

A woman named Emily asked, “…The stratospheric aerosol injections that are continuously peppered on us every day, bromium, aluminum, strontium, it’s sprayed in our skies all day long… How do we stop it?”

Oil tycoon falls to his death from elite Moscow apartment block in latest mystery death to hit Russia

A top Russian oil tycoon has died after mysteriously plunging 180ft from a window at his luxury Moscow home.

The body of Andrey Badalov, 62, was discovered this morning at the bottom of an exclusive high-rise apartment building in Moscow’s affluent Rublevskoye neighbourhood.

Badalov was the vice-president of state-owned oil pipeline monopoly Transneft. 

He reportedly lived on the building’s 10th floor but fell from the 17th storey, according to local media. 

A source said the ‘preliminary cause’ of death is ‘suicide’, as investigators reportedly discovered a note Badalov had left to his wife. 

Badalov had been appointed vice-president for the oil giant in 2021 during a ‘complex and tense period’ and had been credited with helping the company ‘overcome the challenges’ posed by Western sanctions. 

He previously worked at the state-owned Voskhod Scientific Research Institute.

He had also studied at the General Staff Academy of the Armed Forces, which trains high-level officers and state managers.

The tycoon leaves behind a wife and two daughters.

His sudden death is the latest in a spate of unexplained deaths of leading Russian figures under mysterious circumstances. 

In these cases, individuals have died falling from windows, apparent suicides and in accidents. Some have been known to be critics of Vladimir Putin.  

Top Russian oligarch Mikhail Rogachev, 64, was found dead back in October after mysteriously falling from a 110ft window in Moscow.

Rogachev was the vice-president of Russian oil giant Yukos, which was forced out of business for turning against Putin. 

TV channels reported that he lived on the tenth floor and that it was a suicide, claiming he had cancer and left a note.

But these reports were vehemently denied by his close friends and relatives.

His family insisted there were no signs that he was suicidal and he was in a ‘good mood’ shortly before his death.

Israel vs Germany: Who Killed More?

People who defend Israel like to play a numbers game. They like to talk about how insulting and absurd it is for people to make comparisons with the Nazi genocide of us Jews. They bring up the six million number and talk about how nothing compares with it. They talk about how what’s happening in Gaza is a drop in the bucket when taken in context. You can hear this argument made all the time by all sorts of defenders of the Israeli-American siege of Gaza. Here’s a quote from something someone wrote on Substack that got some traction:

“…people have no concept of the scale of the Holocaust. The Holocaust was a killing machine. Over 10,000 Jews were murdered in a single day, on many days. In one 100 day period 1.5 million Jews were murdered. Jews were lined up and shot into pits or crammed into rooms and gassed. The lucky ones got a shelf to sleep on, a piece of bread and a few months of labor until their bodies gave out. Don’t compare anything to the Holocaust.”

My initial reaction to reading something like this is to think, well…Israel is killing hundreds of people a day, every day, and also horribly disfiguring and crippling as many or more. Lots of people are also dying from disease, infections, malnutrition, and ultimately succumbing to horrible injuries from the constant carpet bombing that Israel is carrying out. Is that nothing? Is this a morality contest for racking up bodies? Does this person think that unless Israel surpasses 10,000 a day or whatever arbitrary figure they come up with, Israel (and they themselves) are in the clear? That unless it is 10,000 a day, they’re not like the Nazis — that they’re moral and right?

But today a secondary thought appeared in my mind. If you are doing comparative accounting of mass slaughter and using the Holocaust as the gold standard for evil, six million doesn’t mean much when talking about the number of people Israel has killed in Gaza. That’s because the sizes of the two political entities being compared — Israel vs Germany — are vastly different. During its genocide, Germany had at least ten times the population that Israel has today. For this numbers morality game to have any meaning, you need to readjust your figures — instead of absolute sums, you need to work with something that gets closer to a per-capita genocide rate.

In our hyper-information age, people are obsessed with numbers. Numbers are everything. Without numbers, things don’t have meaning for many of us. It’s a bit of an unhealthy obsession I think. But since it’s so vital to people, I want work with the numbers a bit to see if we can put things into perspective.

CIA Psych Warfare Operative Contacted Lee Harvey Oswald Months Before JFK Assassination, Bombshell Docs Reveal

JFK shooter Lee Harvey Oswald was contacted by a high-level CIA psychological warfare operative months before he assassinated the president, according to new bombshell documents declassified by the Central Intelligence Agency this week.

In a 1963 memo, released Thursday as part of President Trump’s JFK disclosure efforts, “George Joannides,” a deputy chief of the CIA’s Miami branch, is identified as a “special agent” being assigned a covert identity, complete with a fake address, driver’s license, and the alias “Howard Mark Gebler.”

Axios explains: “Until Thursday, the agency had denied that Joannides was known as ‘Howard,’ the case officer name for the CIA contact who worked with activists from an anti-communist group opposed to Cuban dictator Fidel Castro called the Cuban Student Directorate [DRE],” a group covertly funded and directed by Joannides’ CIA branch.

Members of the DRE confronted Oswald on August 9, 1963, as he handed out pro-Castro pamphlets in New Orleans, just months before the Nov. 22 assassination.

Oswald also debated DRE activists later that month, reinforcing his image as a Communist sympathizer – a year and a half after the Pentagon’s proposed false flag plan, Operation Northwoods, which aimed to blame acts of terror on the Castro regime in order to justify a military overthrow of Cuba. That plan, which President John F. Kennedy ultimately rejected, followed the CIA’s botched Bay of Pigs invasion just one year prior.

Later, Joannides and others inside the CIA helped conceal his role, slow-walking document requests, misdirecting congressional investigators and running “covert ops” intended to undermine investigations.

The bombshell document comes as previous releases have already shown the CIA lied under oath when questioned about the DRE during previous congressional testimony, Axios reports:

“All the records disclosed so far show how the CIA lied about financing or being involved with DRE. That includes the agency’s interactions with the Warren Commission (1964), the Church Committee (1975), the House Select Committee on Assassinations (1977-78) and the Assassination Review Board (until 1998).”

Axios notes while the memo blows Joannides’ cover, “The new documents don’t shed any additional light on Kennedy’s shooting or settle the controversy over whether Oswald acted alone. Nor is there any evidence showing why the CIA covered up Joannides’ ties to DRE.”

The document release, shedding light on the CIA’s long-suspected hidden hand in the assassination, was celebrated as a victory in transparency for the Trump administration, including by Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-Fla.) who chairs the House Oversight Committee’s Task Force on Declassification of Federal Secrets.

German government expands arms cooperation with Ukraine

While the US government is scaling back its military aid to Ukraine, and even halting previously promised arms shipments, the German government is intensifying its military cooperation with Kiev.

This was the central aim of Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul’s (Christian Democrat, CDU) inaugural visit to Kiev this past Monday. Wadephul was accompanied by “high-ranking representatives of German arms companies,” who reportedly even participated at times in a meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

The names of the participating corporate executives are being carefully withheld, and details of the arms deals remain undisclosed. Given growing public opposition to militarization, the weapons cooperation is evidently intended to proceed as quietly as possible, behind the backs of the public. It is already well known, however, that the arms manufacturer Rheinmetall operates a tank factory in western Ukraine. Its CEO, Armin Papperger, has made repeated public appearances in Kiev.

Which other arms and industrial companies were represented, and by whom? Could it be that Sigmar Gabriel was also part of the delegation—the former Social Democratic Party (SPD) minister who now sits on the supervisory board of Rheinmetall and serves as chairman of the Atlantik-Brücke (Atlantic Bridge)?

VW recently announced plans to “enter the arms business” and has initiated a collaboration with Rheinmetall to convert its Osnabrück plant for military vehicle production. Furthermore, the Bombardier plant in Görlitz—traditionally involved in railway carriage construction and taken over by Alstom in 2021—has been sold to arms manufacturer KNDS. The IG Metall union has actively supported all these deals.

The CIA Compiled a 194-Page Dossier on Lee Harvey Oswald Before JFK Was Killed

Last November JFK Facts reported a previously unknown fact: the CIA compiled a 181-page dossier on accused assassin Lee Harvey Oswald before President Kennedy was assassinated on November 22, 1963.

This figure that that has now been fact-checked—and revised upward.

My interest in the pre-assassination Oswald file was piqued in April 2023. That’s when the last redaction in file was lifted. All of the 42 document in the file had been completely redacted as of 2017. All that remained classified was one name

In April 2023 it was revealed CIA operations officer, Reuben Efron had monitored Oswald’s private correspondence for the first 18 months of JFK’s presidency. At the time Efron reported to counterintelligence chief James Angleton, one of the most powerful men in the CIA.

Even the New York Times took note of this JFK development in July 2023.

Ukrainian Nationalists Will Not Let Zelenskiy Make Peace, Even If He Wanted To

CDM has long had reporting teams on the ground inside Ukraine. It is why we were deplatformed so heavily in 2021 by the ‘Trusted News Initiative’ — due to our reporting on the Biden crime family and accomplices’ dirty work in-country. Our lawsuit initiated with RFK, Jr. and CHD against this suppression and censorship is making its way through the courts. DOJ will enter a ‘statement of interest’ in the case by mid-month.

Recently, we had long discussions with sources in the Kyiv area. We can report that Ukrainian nationalists are open to a ceasefire and permanent peace but only at the 2022 borders, which means, the lines of battle prior to the Russian invasion. Parts of Donetsk, Lugansk and Crimea would stay in Russian control.

While this may have been possible years ago, it does not seem possible now.

The situation politically in the U.S., and on the ground in Ukraine, in other words — reality, has shifted in favor of the Russian Federation.

Our sources tell us that even if Ukrainian President Zelenskiy wanted to negotiate for peace at this time, he cannot because he would be removed from power by nationalist forces that are now in control of Ukraine, and possibly killed.

One important point is that these Nazi elements inside Ukraine were funded and developed by Western intelligence agencies. In other words, it is likely these elements still are in control of these brownshirts.

President Trump is not just fighting Russian President Putin and Ukrainian President Zelenskiy for a negotiated settlement for peace in the Ukraine war, he is fighting elements of the U.S. intelligence community.
