Harry Miller Accused of Hate Crime – for Tweet Celebrating Dismissal of Trans Police Officer Who Stalked Him

Harry Miller, a former police officer who now campaigns for free speech, was accused of a hate crime by police for a tweet celebrating the dismissal of a trans police officer who had stalked him. The Telegraph has the story.

Harry Miller, a former police officer who now campaigns for free speech, was questioned under caution by Lincolnshire Police for a tweet welcoming the officer’s removal.

Mr Miller had been the victim of a sustained campaign of harassment by Lynsay Watson, a transgender constable with the Leicestershire force who was the complainant behind the arrest last week of Graham Linehan, the comedy writer.

Watson was sacked for gross misconduct in October 2023 after being found guilty of sending more than 1,200 messages to Mr Miller over an 18-month period, branding him a “Nazi”, a “bigot” and “wife beater”.

Mr Miller, who set up the Fair Cop campaign group to remove politics from policing, posted a tweet welcoming the decision. However, in November 2024, more than a year later, he was accused of having committed a criminal offence over the wording of the tweet and questioned under caution.

He was accused of having impersonated the Chief Constable of Leicestershire Police in his online remarks, seemingly because the offending tweet began: “Statement re the dismissal of PC Watson from @leicspolice”. The detective sergeant who interviewed him suggested the post read as though it was a statement being issued on behalf of Leicestershire Police.

Mr Miller was also accused of misgendering Watson in an article he had written about his stalking ordeal for the Critic magazine.

He was informed he was being questioned on suspicion of a breach of the Online Safety Act, which makes it a criminal offence to send a message knowing it to be false and intending it cause non-trivial psychological or physical harm without a reasonable excuse.

The Online Safety Act gained Royal Assent on October 26th 2023, the day before Mr Miller posted the tweet, but did not become law until January 31st last year, so could not have been applied in this case.

Mr Miller was subsequently released with no further action.

Vaccine Safety Myth Crumbles at Senate Hearing

The September 9 hearing on vaccine safety led by Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) exposed what many Americans are now beginning to realize: the medical community has arguably been duped into believing that vaccines are unequivocally safe.  The hearing, titled “How the Corruption of Science has Impacted Public Perception and Policies Regarding Vaccines,” was led by Johnson’s Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations.  It followed other hearings conducted by Johnson on the subject of COVID-19 pandemic and the COVID-19 mRNA shots.

Three witnesses —  physician Dr. Jake Scott, attorney Aaron Siri, and Stanford infectious diseases researcher Dr. Toby Rogers, with Scott defending vaccine research and trials and Siri and Rogers questioning them — offered sharply divergent pictures on the reliability of vaccine research and, by extension, vaccine safety.  Both camps cited data, but Siri and Rogers proved to be the more nimble and better-informed interpreters of the evidence.  Taken together, their testimony reinforced the growing impression that vaccines have never been subjected to the kind of rigorous study the public assumes.

Importantly, the committee put into the public record two irreconcilable records about how vaccine safety should be demonstrated.  Siri submitted to the committee an unpublished study conducted inside Henry Ford Health in Detroit.  The Ford study contends that real-world comparison is the most meaningful.  It studied two cohorts over time, vaccinated vs. unvaccinated children, showing large, repeated signals of vaccine harm in the Ford health system.

The study tracked 18,468 children from birth within the Henry Ford system (1,957 unvaccinated, 16,511 who received at least one vaccine).  Using Cox proportional hazard models, the analysis found that vaccination exposure was independently associated with elevated risks across several outcomes: any chronic condition (HR 2.53, 95% CI 2.16–2.96), asthma (HR 4.25, 3.23–5.59), autoimmune disease (HR 4.79, 1.36–16.94), atopic disease (HR 3.03, 2.01–4.57), eczema (HR 1.31, 1.13–1.52), and neurodevelopmental disorder (HR 5.53, 2.91–10.51).

US Bombs Somalia for 75th Time This Year

US Africa Command said in a press release on Thursday that its forces launched airstrikes against al-Shabaab in the Shabelle Region of southern Somalia on September 9, marking at least the 75th time the US has bombed the country this year as the Trump administration has shattered the previous record for annual airstrikes in the country.

AFRICOM offered no details about the strikes other they saying they were launched in support of the US-backed Mogadishu-based Federal Government. “Specific details about units and assets will not be released to ensure continued operations security,” the command said.

AFRICOM stopped sharing details about casualties and assessments of civilian harm earlier this year, telling Antiwar.com at the time that it was withholding such information as the new Trump administration “settles in.”

AFRICOM told New America, an organization that tracks the US air war in Somalia, that although it stated it launched “airstrikes,” only one strike was actually launched during two engagements. AFRICOM told Antiwar.com on September 8 that it had launched 74 airstrikes in Somalia so far in 2025, and the September 9 strike brings the total to 75. The previous record for total US airstrikes in Somalia was 63, which President Trump set in 2019.

Garowe Online reported on Wednesday that Somali forces had killed a member of al-Shabaab who was allegedly behind an assassination attempt against President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud. The report said the operation was conducted in the Lower Shabelle region and was supported by “international partners,” suggesting it could have been the strike announced by AFRICOM, though it remains unconfirmed.

Sweeping Trump crackdown on misleading pharmaceutical ads is first in nearly 3 decades

In a landmark move, the Trump administration has launched a sweeping crackdown on misleading pharmaceutical advertisements, the first major enforcement effort since direct-to-consumer drug ads were legalized in 1997.

FDA Commissioner Dr. Marty Makary recently spoke with Full Measure about the unprecedented effort, stating that the agency is sending “thousands” of enforcement letters targeting deceptive promotions across TV, social media, and online platforms.

The U.S. is one of only two countries allowing such ads (the other is New Zealand). Makary says the commercials often downplay serious risks, present false information, or mislead viewers by showcasing happy, dancing patients. He says FDA enforcement has been notoriously lax for decades, with FDA violation letters to drug companies dropping from 130 annually in the late 1990s to zero in 2024.

The new plan targets not just TV but also social media influencers and online pharmacies.

A key focus is closing the “adequate provision loophole,” which allowed vaccine ads to skip disclosing any risks at all by listing them elsewhere, like on websites.

Makary argues this violates regulations against misleading impressions, and the FDA is moving to eliminate it.

No comparable crackdowns on misleading drug ads have ever been launched. Many observers say that’s in part due to the pharmaceutical industry’s influence with members of Congress who get big money from drug companies. They also blame inaction on the media that benefits from all the money drug ads bring in and make them more likely to defend the industry and downplay or censor prescription drug risks and concerns.

GLAAD Smears Charlie Kirk, Puts Target On Back Of Other Conservative Activists

AGLAAD spokesman smeared conservative Christian Charlie Kirk, who was assassinated on Wednesday while speaking at Utah Valley University, as someone who “spread infinite amounts of disinformation about LGBTQ people.”

The spokesman did not provide any examples, but told The Advocate, the self-proclaimed “queer paper of record,” that, “Lies and vitriol about transgender people were a frequent part of his rhetoric and events.”

It should be easy to find examples because Kirk produced so many videos, but perhaps The Advocate failed to show any of Kirk’s “vitriol” because they don’t exist. When Kirk engaged with the LGBT community, it was always with respect. He saw the humanity in people who desperately want to be seen, heard, and understood.

The speakers who came to challenge Kirk’s ideas wanted to sway his opinion, but with the rock-solid foundation of the Bible, he would not move from his Christian principles. He was kind, asked thought-provoking questions, and it was apparent that he cared about the long-term outcome for the people he spoke with.

GLAAD hates that. After all, as a $36 million nonprofit, GLAAD needs to perpetuate a need for advocacy by keeping every gender-confused victim supporting its movement.

“GLAAD stressed the extent to which Kirk and Turning Point USA promoted anti-LGBTQ+ narratives,” The Advocate reported. “The group highlighted Turning Point’s college campus campaigns featuring speakers such as Riley Gaines, Chloe Cole, and Pastor Junsun Yoo, who regularly spoke against transgender people.”

Chloe Cole is a woman who detransitioned after a regrettable attempt to become a man when she was young.

“Naming the 3 of us in this statement is putting a target on our backs and it normalizes the violence that took place in Utah,” Cole posted on X after she was namechecked in GLAAD’s statement. “They do not care if we die because they think we are nazis. This is the reality of a large amount of the democrat party in America.”

After Kirk assassination, political left social media posts list ‘next’ targets

In the wake of the assassination of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, thousands of social media posts appear to list politically conservative targets for assassination by the political left.

Those on the list include podcaster Joe Rogan, Harry Potter author JK Rowling, conservative political commentators Ben Shapiro and Matt Walsh, among others.

In response to being targeted, Rowling, said, “If you believe free speech is for you but not your political opponents, you’re illiberal. If no contrary evidence could change your beliefs, you’re a fundamentalist. If you believe the state should punish those with contrary views, you’re a totalitarian. If you believe political opponents should be punished with violence or death, you’re a terrorist.”

Shapiro said, “We will never stop debating and discussing. We will never stop standing up for what America is and what she should be. And we will never let Charlie’s voice die.”

Walsh also said people were sending him screenshots of posted death threats, saying, “A lot of concerned people are sending me these screenshots (and dozens more). I appreciate their concern. But I’m not surprised and I won’t be going into hiding. We have to be louder and bolder now than ever. Or else the demons who killed Charlie win. And they cannot win.”

A website has also been launched to “Expose Charlie’s Murderers.” It includes statements posted on social media by individuals who allegedly espouse violence as well as those celebrating Kirk’s assassination.

“We have received nearly 20,000 submissions,” the site says. “This website will soon be converted into a searchable database of all 20,000 submissions, filterable by general location and job industry. This is a permanent and continuously-updating archive of Radical activists calling for violence.”

The website has posted screenshots of the posts made, the alleged poster’s name, publicly available information about their employer, the company’s name, university or college and other publicly available information like the town and state where they live that the poster made public themselves.

Transgender Social Media Users Posting Hints of Foreknowledge and Suspicious Out-of-State Visitors at Alleged Kirk Assassin’s Home Raise Serious Terror Network Concerns

A neighbor’s eyewitness account of suspicious activity at accused Charlie Kirk assassin Tyler Robinson’s Utah residence, which he shared with a transgender boyfriend, has raised suspicions about possible involvement from out-of-state radicals.

Robinson is accused of shooting Kirk, 31, moments after the Turning Point USA founder addressed a question on transgender mass shooters.

“Do you know how many transgender Americans have been mass shooters over the last 10 years?” leftist attendee Hunter Kozak asked Kirk before the single gunshot that would take his life rang out.

Investigators are now reportedly digging into Robinson’s connections, including his relationship with 22-year-old Lance Twiggs, who is transitioning from male to female and has been cooperating with the FBI.

The pair shared a modest $1,800-a-month townhouse in St. George, Utah, which was raided by law enforcement on Friday.

A neighbor, speaking on condition of anonymity to The New York Post, reported seeing several people driving vehicles with out-of-state license plates entering and exiting the home approximately two weeks before the shooting.

“They did not give off a good vibe,” the neighbor said.

According to a report from Axios late Saturday evening, citing six sources familiar with the case, “Federal and state law enforcement officials also are examining leftist groups in Utah to see whether they had knowledge of the alleged shooter’s plans beforehand, or if they lent material support to him afterward.”

The report states that one of the groups deleted their social media account after the shooting took place.

“It’s pretty clear that Robinson’s roommate knew a lot and didn’t say anything after the killing, so they’re a person of interest officially and are cooperating,” an official told the outlet. “We want to keep it that way.”

“What we want to know is if anyone else had knowledge [of the shooting], before or after,” that source added.

This witness’s comment and Axios report have fueled speculation about whether Robinson was part of a larger network, possibly radicalized by left-wing ideologies, particularly because multiple posts on social media from at least six people involved with the transgender community appeared to boast of advance knowledge of the crime.

Pima County Sheriff’s Deputy Accused of Posting Threats, Calls for Violence

A Pima County Sheriff’s Deputy, identified as Ramon Hernández, is facing calls for immediate suspension and investigation after a series of public social media posts surfaced containing violent threats, anti-government rhetoric, and explicit calls for assassination of public officials and U.S. allies.

Screenshots of Hernández’s Facebook posts, compiled into a formal report, document repeated calls for the death of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the President of the United States, and derogatory remarks directed at federal agencies including ICE, FBI, and DHS. Several posts explicitly advocate revolution and violent insurrection.

Given Hernández’s role as a sworn deputy with arrest powers and access to law enforcement resources, these public statements raise grave concerns about public safety, potential bias in law enforcement actions, and possible insider-threat risks.

Public Safety & Legal Implications

These statements may violate federal law, including 18 U.S.C. § 871 (threats against officials) and 18 U.S.C. § 2339A/B (incitement or material support for terrorism), as well as Arizona statutes criminalizing threats against public officials. The report calls on the FBI, DHS, and Pima County Sheriff’s Department Internal Affairs to take immediate action.

Congress close to missing ‘basic’ budget deadline for 29th year, watchdog group says

Congress is on its way to missing a “basic” budget deadline for the 29th year in a row, according to the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget.

Meanwhile, the deficit so far into the current fiscal year is larger than the same period last year.

“We’re less than a month away from a possible government shutdown, and lawmakers are once again finding themselves without a plan to keep the government funded,” said Maya MacGuineas, CRFB’s president. “If all 12 appropriations aren’t signed into law by September 30, it will be the 29th year in a row that they failed to meet the most basic deadline in budgeting. That’s not a streak to be proud of.”

MacGuineas said that the current spending showdown is the latest example of how broken the budgeting process is in Washington.

“This is just another sign that the budget process is completely broken. Congress hasn’t passed a real budget resolution in 10 years. Often, they pass no budget at all. And when they do pass one, it’s either full of fantasy math, simply an excuse to facilitate the passage of partisan reconciliation bills, or both,” she said. “Going through the process of crafting a budget around the nation’s priorities now sounds like a fairytale – in fact, the President hasn’t even bothered to submit a full budget for Fiscal Year 2026.”

The federal government has borrowed $1.9 trillion so far into FY2025 from September 2024 through August 2025, according to the latest Congressional Budget Office (CBO) data. The borrowing is slightly higher than the same time period of fiscal year 2024.

However, the monthly deficit for August is lower than last year.

The deficit was $360 billion in August 2025, which is down from $380 billion in August 2024.

According to CBO data, federal tax revenue for August 2025 was $344 billion, which is a $37 billion increase compared to August 2024.

Spending in August 2025 was $17 billion higher than August 2024.

In total, the deficit so far into FY2025 is $1.9 trillion compared to $1.8 trillion during the same time period of FY2024.

The CRFB estimated that the FY2025 rolling deficit is about 6.4% of GDP, which is close to FY2024.

“Over the past 12 months, total nominal revenue was $5.2 trillion compared to $4.9 trillion over the same period prior. Nominal spending was $7.1 trillion over the past 12 months compared to $6.9 trillion the same period prior,” read a CRFB analysis.

MacGuineas suggested that lawmakers should work to avoid a shutdown and improve the fiscal situation of the country at the same time.

“In light of our massive debt, they should reduce both defense and non-defense spending levels below their current levels and extend the expiring discretionary spending caps to enforce additional deficit reduction,” she said.

Alleged Charlie Kirk Assassin Tyler Robinson Joked About FBI Photo Being His ‘Doppelganger’ in 20-Person Discord Chats While on the Run

The accused shooter of conservative icon Charlie Kirk, 22-year-old Tyler Robinson, reportedly joked with friends on Discord about an FBI-released photo of the suspect being his “doppelganger” just hours before his arrest.

Kirk, the founder of Turning Point USA and a prominent voice in conservative politics, was fatally shot in the neck on Wednesday while speaking to thousands at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah.

The Discord exchanges, in a group with 20 people, began after the FBI released grainy images of a lanky, college-aged man in dark clothing during their manhunt, offering a $100,000 reward for information leading to the killer’s capture.

On Thursday afternoon, one of Robinson’s friends tagged him in a post with the FBI photos, writing “wya” (slang for “where you at?”) alongside a skull emoji. Robinson responded almost immediately, claiming the figure in the image was his “doppelganger” trying to “get me in trouble.”

“Tyler killed Charlie!!!” another user in the chat wrote, according to a report from the New York Times.

Another user exclaimed, “Tyler killed Charlie!!!” while a chat member suggested turning him in for the reward. Robinson replied dismissively, “Only if I get a cut,” using an avatar featuring John Arbuckle from the Garfield comic strip. Friends continued the banter, with one warning, “Whatever you do, don’t go to a McDonald’s anytime soon,” referencing Manhattan CEO killer Luigi Mangione’s arrest at the fast-food chain.

Robinson joked about disposing of a “manifesto and exact copy rifle” and mocked the investigation, insisting the shooter was “CLEARLY” from California and questioning the authenticity of “trans” inscriptions reportedly found on the ammunition.

Kirk’s assassination occurred during the first stop of his “American Comeback Tour,” with Kirk seated under a pop-up tent at the time. The single bullet was fired from about 200 yards away using an imported .30-06-caliber Mauser bolt-action rifle, which investigators later found wrapped in a towel in a nearby wooded area. Shell casings at the scene were inscribed with messages, including one that read, “Hey fascist! catch!”

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, transgender social media users posting hints of foreknowledge and suspicious out-of-state visitors at Robinson’s home have raised serious concerns about a terror network.

A neighbor has reported seeing several people driving vehicles with out-of-state license plates entering and exiting the home approximately two weeks before the shooting.

“They did not give off a good vibe,” the neighbor said.
