Parents Sue District After School Forced Daughter to Share Bed with ‘Trans’ Male Student on Trip

A Colorado family’s nightmare school trip has now become a federal case, and they are not alone.

According to a news release from the legal nonprofit Alliance Defending Freedom, four families are suing Jefferson County Public Schools after learning their children were forced into overnight sleeping arrangements with students of the opposite sex without parental knowledge or consent.

For Joe and Serena Wailes, the breaking point came when their 11-year-old daughter was assigned to share a bed with a male student who identifies as female during a school-sponsored trip.

No parent should have to discover something like that after the fact. Yet that is exactly what happened on a recent outing.

The Wailes family is now joined by Bret and Susanne Roller and Rob and Jade Perlman, who say the district’s policies robbed them of their right to protect their children’s privacy and safety.

According to the ADF brief filed Wednesday with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit, officials at Jefferson County schools assign sleeping arrangements based on gender identity, not sex, while telling parents that boys and girls will be kept on separate floors.

The problem, ADF explained in a news release about the lawsuit, is that the district quietly redefines “boy” and “girl” to mean a student’s gender identity.

Parents are never informed of any of this nonsense.

The result is that families receive a false sense of security, while their children are placed in intimate overnight accommodations with students of the opposite sex.

In the Rollers’ case, they discovered after their young son’s trip that a female student had been assigned to his cabin and was monitoring his showers.

For the Perlmans, whose daughter previously experienced sexual harassment at a district middle school, the risk of her being roomed with a boy was already unacceptable.

The families are asking the court to halt the district’s policy, arguing that it violates parental rights, bodily privacy, and religious freedom.

ADF Senior Counsel Kate Anderson said the district’s refusal to offer sex-based accommodations contradicts its claim that it “freely grant[s] accommodations to all.”

Where is the sanity?

Teachers, administrators, and lawmakers are supposed to be looking out for children.

Instead, in one of Colorado’s most crowded districts, they concealed information parents needed to keep their children safe.

And it’s not just these families who have been failed.

The “trans” boy placed in a girl’s bed has also been failed by a system that treats identity confusion as an unquestionable truth, rather than a situation requiring a difficult conversation.

No little girl should ever be forced to share a bed with a strange boy — even if it hurts someone’s feelings.

National Murder Rate Is ‘Lowest in Modern History’: FBI Director

FBI Director Kash Patel said Nov. 26 that homicide rates nationwide plummeted 25 percent compared to last year.

“I’m happy to announce, finally, that one of the big targets we had for this year, obviously, was to reduce the murder rate across America,” Patel told The Epoch Times’ Jan Jekielek, during an exclusive interview set to air on EpochTV at 5 p.m. ET on Nov. 29.

“This FBI is going to be releasing murder rates in December, which is the lowest it has been in modern history, by double digits.”

The murder rate in 2024 was 5 per 100,000 people, down 15.8 percent from the year before and about 1 percent higher than in 2015, according to Department of Justice data published in August.

Approximately 17,000 people were murdered in the United States in 2024, representing a drop of about 15 percent from the prior year but an increase of nearly 7 percent from 2015, the statistics show.

More details about this year’s data are coming in next month, according to Patel.

FBI Raids $2,000-a-Month Washington Apartment of Afghan Immigrant Who Ambushed Two National Guard Soldiers Near White House

FBI agents raided the $2,000-a-month apartment in Bellingham, Washington, on Thursday, executing search warrants as part of a rapidly expanding terrorism probe tied to Afghan national Rahmanullah Lakanwal, the gunman who ambushed and shot two National Guard members just steps from the White House.

Lakanwal is facing at least three counts of assault with intent to kill while armed, along with criminal possession of a weapon.

Authorities have hinted that additional federal charges, possibly terrorism-related, could be forthcoming.

The raid, led by FBI counterterrorism agents, seized multiple electronic devices, cellphones, laptops, iPads, from a residence that stunned neighbors described as “sparse,” with no beds, just couch cushions they would sleep on, and “barely any furniture,” IBT reported.

According to locals, Lakanwal spoke little English, barely mingled with neighbors, and was ‘often seen playing Call of Duty’ inside his apartment.

The operation also included searches of properties in both Washington state and San Diego, where agents reportedly collected additional digital materials.

The FBI confirmed that this is no longer just a shooting investigation, it is now a full-scale counterterrorism operation, possibly with international angles.

Officials confirmed special interviews have been conducted with Lakanwal’s relatives, including his brother, who is also living in the United States.

Before securing his own residence, Lakanwal and his family, his wife, Khamila, and five young sons, were housed by a Washington State couple who launched a now-deleted GoFundMe campaign.

Trump’s New EO, “Genesis Mission”, Just Gave The Nation Over To Technocrats, Lock, Stock, and Barrel

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered:

Section 1.  Purpose.  From the founding of our Republic, scientific discovery and technological innovation have driven American progress and prosperity.  Today, America is in a race for global technology dominance in the development of artificial intelligence (AI), an important frontier of scientific discovery and economic growth.  To that end, my Administration has taken a number of actions to win that race, including issuing multiple Executive Orders and implementing America’s AI Action Plan, which recognizes the need to invest in AI-enabled science to accelerate scientific advancement.  In this pivotal moment, the challenges we face require a historic national effort, comparable in urgency and ambition to the Manhattan Project that was instrumental to our victory in World War II and was a critical basis for the foundation of the Department of Energy (DOE) and its national laboratories.

Editor’s note: America is in a race with itself, but declared with upmost urgency. America’s AI Action Plan was written by Michael J. Kratsios, Assistant to the President for Science and Technology and David O. Sacks, Special Advisor for AI and Crypto. The EO is undoubtedly ghost written by same two Arch-Technocrats. The phrase “accelerate scientific advancement” refers to “accelerationism”, which is part of the Dark Enlightenment. Marc Andreessen wrote in his Techno-Optimist Manifesto: “We believe in accelerationism – the conscious and deliberate propulsion of technological development – to ensure the fulfillment of the Law of Accelerating Returns. To ensure the techno-capital upward spiral continues forever.” – End Editor’s note.

This order launches the “Genesis Mission” as a dedicated, coordinated national effort to unleash a new age of AI‑accelerated innovation and discovery that can solve the most challenging problems of this century.  The Genesis Mission will build an integrated AI platform to harness Federal scientific datasets — the world’s largest collection of such datasets, developed over decades of Federal investments — to train scientific foundation models and create AI agents to test new hypotheses, automate research workflows, and accelerate scientific breakthroughs.  The Genesis Mission will bring together our Nation’s research and development resources — combining the efforts of brilliant American scientists, including those at our national laboratories, with pioneering American businesses; world-renowned universities; and existing research infrastructure, data repositories, production plants, and national security sites — to achieve dramatic acceleration in AI development and utilization.  We will harness for the benefit of our Nation the revolution underway in computing, and build on decades of innovation in semiconductors and high-performance computing.  The Genesis Mission will dramatically accelerate scientific discovery, strengthen national security, secure energy dominance, enhance workforce productivity, and multiply the return on taxpayer investment into research and development, thereby furthering America’s technological dominance and global strategic leadership.

Germany Has, for All Intents and Purposes, Committed Itself to An Economic Implosion Due to Its Failed Energiewende

Doug Sheridan analyzes the fall of Germany due to its Energiewende, European peer pressure and a nasty case of the green virtual signalling syndrome:

The FT writes, Germany, Europe’s largest economy, is stuck in its fourth year of stagnation. Six months after Friedrich Merz took office, “the crisis in German engineering is gaining momentum at force”, says Dirk Pfitzer at Porsche Consulting. It’s “very clear” the slump is not cyclical and “won’t just disappear” in the next upswing.

Industrial production sits at the 2005 level even after a partial rebound in Sept. “Many of Germany’s economic core strengths have turned into vulnerabilities,” says Marcus Berret of Roland Berger. Those include a large industrial base that’s hard to decarbonise, a high dependence on exports, and a mighty auto industry having to write off 140 years of internal combustion engine expertise.

Meanwhile, Trump tariffs have hit German exporters hard. Over the first nine months of the year, their US exports plunged by 7.4%. But the prospects in China are if anything even bleaker, creatinga “China shock” that is now biting into the bottom lines of globally successful German companies.

In addition, for about two decades up to the pandemic, Chinese demand for German engineering goods and cars was seemingly insatiable, fueling the Merkel-era growth in corporate profits, employment and economic activity. Since the pandemic, however, China is “increasingly beating Germany at its own game”, says Spyros Andreopoulos of Thin Ice Macroeconomics.

Germany is now running a trade deficit in capital goods with China over a rolling 12-month period—a first since records began in 2008. Chinese machinery exports to Europe roughly doubled to around €40bn in over six years and may reach €50bn this year.

While German premium car brands like AUDI AG, Porsche AG and Mercedes-Benz AG were the first to feel the pain, capital goods makers have started to get similarly pounded. “As a country, the Chinese have been in the last years much better, more proactive, more consistent in going after the big technologies and conquering them,” said Klaus Rosenfeld, CEO of Schaeffer.

Oliver Richtberg of VDMA is sceptical of improvement. “Do we really have other sectors that can pick up the slack?” he asks. Domestic politicians have not yet internalized just how bad things are, he adds. “There’s still a lingering public perception that we enjoy high margins and a strong competitive position. But we no longer have those margins.”

Minnesota university teaches about ‘whiteness pandemic’ and it does not sit well with taxpayers

DEI appeared alive and well in the Twin Cities, where a new report cast a light on the “absurd ideas” a university perpetuated on “whiteness” at the taxpayer’s expense.

Among the many initiatives of President Donald Trump’s administration, tackling the woke ideologies that have permeated the federal government and society has been given priority treatment. Now it appeared the University of Minnesota would be facing some extra scrutiny from the Department of Justice after the pet project of the school’s Culture and Family Life Lab director was found to be promoting the idea of a “Whiteness Pandemic.”

Featured in a report from the watchdog group Defending Education, Dr. Gail Ferguson of the university’s Institute of Child Development had led current and former graduate fellows on a project that contends, “If you were born or raised in the United States, you have grown up in the Whiteness Pandemic, and you can play a role in halting and reversing this pandemic, especially if you are White because of the power and privilege you hold in this racialized society.”

“If you were socialized into the culture of Whiteness during childhood, it is not your fault, but as an adult it is now your responsibility to self-reflect, re-educate yourself, and act,” continued the project, still prominently featured on the university’s website. “If you are a White adult, antiracist action involves an ongoing process of self-reflection in order to develop a healthy positive White identity while engaging in courageous antiracist parenting/caregiving.”

An example from the report featured by Defending Education took aim at families as it read, “Naming the Whiteness Pandemic shifts our gaze from the victims and effects of racism onto the systems that perpetrate and perpetuate racism, starting with the family system. At birth, young children growing up in White families begin to be socialized into the culture of Whiteness, making the family system one of the most powerful systems involved in systemic racism.”

“This far-left programming at a major public university is another example of how ingrained DEI is in higher education and is not going away any time soon,” Defending Education research Director Rhyen Staley told Fox News Digital.

“It is not only concerning that these programs appear to still be up and running, but that absurd ideas like ‘whiteness’ also gain legitimacy through dubious activist-academic ‘scholarship.’ Universities must end this nonsense yesterday,” added Staley.

As to how Ferguson’s project had drawn its conclusions, the research was said to have surveyed close to 400 white mothers, nearly all of whom were from Minnesota, with an average income between $125,000 and $150,000. The vast majority had a college education, and 61% identified as “somewhat or very liberal” compared to 18% as “somewhat or very conservative.”

At U.S. College, Muslim ‘Imam’ Urges Cutting Off Fingertips of the ‘Filthy Rich’

‘It sounds like Jews, free speech, separation of church and state and capitalism would be ‘gone’ in the paradise awaiting the United States as a shariah-based system.’

A self-described Muslim “imam” delivered a rage-filled rant over being seated next to a Jewish speaker at what was supposed to be a multifaith event, then demanded that Muslims in the audience walk out.

They did.

The stunning exhibition of hate was documented by constitutional expert Jonanthan Turley, who has testified to Congress on the nation’s founding document, and represented members in court on those issues.

“The City College of New York campus began the latest example of anti-Semitic and extremist speech this week after Abdullah Mady, a student and self-proclaimed Imam, refused to sit next to a Jewish speaker and called for the tips of the fingers of ‘the filthy rich’ to be cut off in accordance with Shariah,” which is Islamic social law, he explained.

“Mady sparked a walkout of Muslim attendees at an interfaith religious event after objecting to the fact that he was seated next to Ilya Bratman, an adjunct lecturer and executive director of Hillel at Baruch College, launching into an anti-Semitic diatribe,” Turley explained.

Mady’s exhibition included, “I came here to this event not knowing I would be sitting next to a Zionist and this is something I am not going to accept. My people are being killed right now in Gaza. If you’re a Muslim, out of strength and dignity, I ask you to exit this room immediately.”

About 100 students followed his Shariah-based orders.

Turley also pointed out that Mady was promoting Shariah, pushing for the “tips of the hands of a thief” be cut off to reduce crime.

And he defined those he wants mutilated.

“I’m talking about the elite, the filthy rich, the ones that continue to steal from people as we speak today. Those are the ones that deserve their tips to be cut off,” he claimed.

Turley had his own warning, “What is most notable about these hateful words is how figures like Mady are combining Islamic extremism with the extreme economic messaging in New York, where a socialist was just elected New York mayor.”

He also commented on Mady’s claims that under Shariah, pornography, alcohol, gambling, interest all is gone.

“Indeed, it sounds like Jews, free speech, separation of church and state and capitalism would be ‘gone’ in the paradise awaiting the United States as a shariah-based system,” he said.

The New York Post said the university now is investigating.

ICE Deports Dallas Muslim ‘Leader’ Over Hamas-Linked ‘Donations’

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has deported a prominent Dallas Muslim leader for funneling donations to a Hamas-linked nonprofit, marking another strike in the Trump administration’s war on terror financing amid broader immigration overhauls.

The move targets Jordanian national Marwan Marouf, a well-known community leader at the Muslim American Society (MAS) of Dallas-Fort Worth, believed to have ties to the Muslim Brotherhood, who allegedly solicited funds for terror groups.

Marouf, who entered the U.S. 30 years ago, was charged with lack of a valid entry document and providing ‘material support’ for terrorism, was ordered deported after a federal judge revoked his green card for immigration violations and ties to Hamas-linked entities.

The DHS notes that “this individual presented a threat to public safety and national security,” citing Marouf’s donations to the Holy Land Foundation, a group that was designated as a “terrorist organization” by the Bush Administration in 2001.

Italy Extradites Ukrainian Ex-Secret Service Member to Germany – Serhii K. Is Accused of Coordinating the Nord Stream Gas Pipeline Sabotage

Unlike Poland, Italy does not whitewash the Nord Stream sabotage.

We have been reporting here on TGP about one of the largest sabotage attacks after WW2 – the September 2022 bombing of the Nord Stream pipeline.

We have followed all the narratives and theories floated publicly, from the laughable allegations that Russia blew up their own pipeline, up to the very credible article by Seymour Hersh pinning the blame on the CIA.

While the world largely moved on from the event, with energy prices in Europe surging, the German authorities have been working hard at it.

In august, we reported: Ukrainian Arrested in Italy for Nord Stream Pipeline Attack Is Ex-member of Secret Service SBU, Special Forces – Serhii K. Is Fighting Against Extradition to Germany.

In October, a Polish court denied handing over another Ukrainian suspect wanted by Germany in connection with the explosions, and ordered his immediate release from detention, to the delight of liberal PM Donald Tusk.

But Italy has finally extradited the main suspect to Germany.

Reuters reported:

“A Ukrainian man suspected of coordinating the sabotage of the Nord Stream gas pipeline in 2022 arrived in Germany on Thursday after Italy’s top court approved his handover last week, German federal prosecutors said.”

Investigators spent years piecing together the mystery of who was behind this major sabotage act.

“The man, identified as Serhii K under German privacy laws that generally bar full identification of suspects, denies any role in the attacks. His lawyer Nicola Canestrini has said he is confident his client will be acquitted at a trial in Germany.”

Trump’s Afghan Entry Freeze Angers Leftists

President Trump’s immediate freeze on Afghan immigration requests, triggered by an Afghan national’s shooting of two National Guards members in D.C., has ignited anger among leftists decrying it as “collective punishment.”

The move, announced via U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), halts “processing of all immigration requests relating to Afghan nationals… pending further review of security and vetting protocols.”

It comes as a direct response to the attack by a 2021 asylum grantee, underscoring Trump’s push to “reexamine” all Biden-era imports amid zero-fatality hopes for the victims.

Mass immigration advocate Jill Filipovic blasted the move as “collective identity-based punishment and not how any fair processes should work.”
