Transgender “Youth Advocate” Charged With Rape of Infant Girl In Washington

A Washington man who identifies as transgender has been arrested and charged with the rape of an infant girl. William Kelso Flournoy IV, who uses the name “Isabelle” or “Izzy,” was charged last week with first-degree rape of a child and sexual exploitation of a minor.

Tacoma police began investigating the rape after receiving a “priority 1” level CyberTip from Google through a database used for internet crimes against children.

According to the Tacoma Police Department Incident Report obtained by Reduxx, the tip had flagged a photo uploaded through Google described as depicting an “adult man, on his knees with a small infant in front of him.” The man, whose face was not visible in the photo, was penetrating the infant girl vaginally using his penis.

Detectives identified Flournoy as the male in the photo using both an IP address associated with the CyberTip, and by comparing identifying physical features noted from the child sexual abuse image. A detective confirmed that Flournoy had “two distinct moles” on his hands which had been clearly visible in the photo.

CIA accused of ‘poisoning the sky’ with toxins as files expose secret weather control agenda

Once top-secret CIA files have detailed America’s plans to control the world by manipulating the weather. 

The documents, declassified in 2003, discussed the controversial topic of weather modification, the tactic of launching rockets or using planes to dump chemicals into the atmosphere that alter the climate and local storm systems. 

Although the resurfaced documents from 1965 did not mention the specific chemicals used in the experiments, they did discuss the need for more funding of the weather modification projects that would soon be used as a weapon of war.

In fact, the memos noted that federal funding for the secret program was set to be four times higher in 1967 – the same year the US began spraying toxins over Vietnam to cause floods and landslides.

One post on X claimed: ‘The CIA has been poisoning the sky and controlling the weather since 1965!’

The 18-page report was recently shared by conspiracy theorists, years after it was quietly placed into the CIA’s public archives, including a letter praising the classified operation from US President Lyndon B Johnson.

Johnson’s endorsement of the CIA’s weather modification project came just three years after he gave an ominous speech on the future of America and the work to create ‘weather satellites’ with the power to strengthen storms.

While giving the commencement address at Southwest Texas State University in May 1962, then-Vice President Johnson said: ‘He who controls the weather will control the world.’

Just 18 months after giving this speech advocating for the US to control the weather, LBJ became the 36th president and would oversee two infamous projects designed to manipulate the weather – Project Stormfury and Project Popeye. 

Following the speech, the records showed real government programs were already underway by 1965, such as Project Stormfury, which flew into hurricanes and seeded them with a freezing agent called silver iodide to try to weaken the storms by disrupting their inner structures. 

Johnson’s letter, which is among the 18-page CIA report, from September of that year specifically mentioned the project’s work in manipulating a recent hurricane near Florida, believed to be Hurricane Betsy, which made landfall in Louisiana as a major Category 4 storm.

By 1967, however, this work expanded to Project Popeye, which was used against enemy supply lines during the Vietnam War to artificially extend the country’s monsoon season.

Intelligence officials also noted they had the full support of Johnson, who was determined to beat the Soviet Union’s efforts to control the weather as global tensions escalated. 

The US government has maintained that weather modification has been used only to help weaken dangerous storms and induce rain in drought-stricken areas.

However, conspiracy theorists sharing the files have accused the CIA of using these projects to keep the world dependent on government by weaponizing storms, blocking sunlight and poisoning food supplies to intentionally make people sick.

Those allegations focus on so-called ‘chemtrails,’ the white streaks seen coming from high-flying jets on clear days, which appear to spread out and dissipate very slowly.

New Mexico Will Fund Psychedelic Treatment for Patients on Low Incomes

On March 11, New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham (D) signed the budget for the upcoming fiscal year into law, and in doing so, underlined the state’s position at the vanguard of alternative mental health treatments.

Embedded within the finalized appropriation is a late addition: a pioneering directive to allocate $630,000 to the state’s Psilocybin Treatment Equity Fund, newly established under New Mexico’s Medical Psilocybin Act.

Confirmation of the funding represents a big step forward in the state’s efforts to integrate psychedelic-assisted therapies into its broader behavioral health infrastructure. And the formal allocation of state funds to pay for psychedelic treatments for patients on low incomes is seen as a world first. 

State Senator Jeff Steinborn (D) was one of the legislative champions of the 2025 legalization of psilocybin for medical purposes. He emphasized that the state’s financial support is what will ultimately dictate the efficacy and fairness of the entire enterprise.

“I’m excited that New Mexico has taken the next step in support of our Medical Psilocybin Treatment Program,” Sen. Steinborn told Filter following the budget’s approval. “An important part of our state law was the creation of an equity fund, to ensure all New Mexicans who qualify for the program would have access to it, not just those with financial resources. Through this funding provided by the legislature and governor, as well as additional investment in research into end-of-life anxiety, we are working to launch the best evidence-based program possible.”

In addition to the equity fund allocation, the budget authorizes a supplementary $300,000 earmarked for clinical research at the University of New Mexico into treating end-of-life anxiety with psilocybin—the hallucinogenic compound found in certain mushrooms. 

New Mexico will be a critical testing ground for medical access to psychedelics as it navigates the challenges of implementation.

Its schedule is ambitious. In December 2025, state health officials announced concrete plans to launch the program by the end of r 2026. This means rolling out the regulatory and clinical framework a full year ahead of the initially imposed legislative deadline.

When the program opens its doors to patients, New Mexico will become the third state to launch a state-regulated psilocybin program after Oregon and Colorado. However, while Oregon and Colorado have adopted models that allow for supported adult use and broader therapeutic access outside of strict medical confines, New Mexico’s program will be fundamentally clinical and medicalized.It’s designed to provide highly supervised treatment for specific, severe qualifying medical conditions—including major treatment-resistant depression, severe post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), chronic substance use disorders, and specialized end-of-life care.

But in the United States, a medicalized model immediately raises questions around whether people will be able to access it on the basis of need, rather than ability to pay. That’s what the Psilocybin Treatment Equity Fund is intended to address.

MAGA billionaire Peter Thiel infuriates Vatican by claiming ANTICHRIST is coming and will impose dystopian ‘one–world’ government

MAGA billionaire Peter Thiel has angered the Vatican by hosting a four–part lecture series in Rome warning that the Antichrist is coming and will subject humanity to a ‘one–world’ government.

Thiel, 58, has raised concerns for months about what he views as an imminent threat, according to The New York Times.

The tycoon, who made his money by setting up PayPal, has warned of the ‘occult forces [that] are ceaselessly at work, intent on destroying what remains of the West,’ the outlet reported.

The Antichrist is described in the Bible as a conniving figure who opposes Jesus Christ and seeks to challenge human allegiance to God.

Thiel, the chairman of big data and artificial intelligence giant Palantir, has argued the Antichrist will manipulate humanity by promising solutions to contemporary existential threats.

He has earmarked topics like AI, environmental crises and bioweapons as pathways to that outcome.

But rather than a single person, Thiel has suggested the Antichrist could take the shape of a centralized global government that gradually strips away individual rights and freedoms.

Thiel’s secretive conference, titled ‘The Biblical Antichrist’, began Sunday and is slated to run until Wednesday.

Thiel’s views were described as ‘a theological–apocalyptic framework as disturbing as it is structured’ by Italian Catholic priest Paolo Benanti, who previously advised Pope Francis on AI.

In an essay titled ‘American heresy: Should we burn Peter Thiel?’, Benanti argued that Thiel’s views about the Antichrist amounted to ‘heresy.’

‘In other words: either a global technocratic regime imposing salvation by falsehood, or total annihilation,’ he wrote about Thiel’s views.

A newspaper owned by the Italian bishops’ conference, Avvenire, called Thiel ‘the heart of darkness of the digital world.’

Another essay in the publication accused Thiel of seeking ‘absolute power managed by technocrats supported by artificial intelligence, without which, he argues, the state will never function.’

About one hundred guests have been spotted at the lecture series, according to Italian newspaper La Repubblica. Most appeared to be Italian businessmen and politicians.

The talks’ audience has largely been made up of younger men, plus some women and a number of American priests and students.

Thiel spoke for about two hours on the first day of the seminar and touched on the future of AI.

‘It’s not the solution to all evils,’ he was quoted as saying by the outlet. ‘But it shouldn’t be demonized.’

How War in Iran Affects Grocery Prices for Everyday Americans

Walmart has essentially eradicated all of the mom & pop grocery stores where I live in western Kentucky. Which, for better or worse, forces virtually the entire city’s population to descend on the store for grocery shopping. As you walk into the store, you will inevitably be bombarded with messages from the intercom to get a flu shot or some other seasonal vaccine. This will be followed by a reminder that soda and potato chips are on sale.

Shopping in the local Walmart presents a fair picture of middle America. The county’s poverty rate is above 17%, homes are unaffordable, drug addiction is rampant, and wages remain stagnant. Among all of these issues, the rising cost of grocery prices make it challenging for many people in the community to afford real, whole foods. The unfortunate alternative is to purchase cheap junk food, go to a local food pantry, or simply go without. The simple reality is that many Americans can no longer keep up with rising costs in the grocery store.

But what does this have to do with war in Iran?

We often hear that Congress has passed a new defense budget, ever again surpassing its previous allocations. The most recent appropriations allocated $838 billion to military services in FY26 and now both President Trump and his domestic allies are calling for an increase to $1.5 trillion. For everyday Americans, that number is frankly unfathomable. But have you ever questioned, how does America pay for war?

Income tax has not always been permanent in America. But to give you the short version of the story, it was created to fund war and then later adopted as a permanent fixture. During times of war, Congress has periodically increased taxes to fund operations. However, politicians can only raise taxes so much before citizens begin caring about where their dollars are going. As a result, we no longer increase taxes for the sole purpose of funding wars.

Instead, we use debt. Because the public would be unwilling to fund wars through taxes, the American government defers to borrowing money. But where does that money come from? There is never enough capital in circulation to fulfill the American bloodlust, so it must be printed.

The American government’s incessant use of debt as a means to pay for wars of choice directly devalues the dollar’s purchasing power by forcing banks to digitally print money. Every dollar borrowed inflates our currency which, in turn, increases prices for everyday goods while working class compensation remains stagnant. It has held true for decades that wages do not and will not keep up with inflation.

ANSWER: The International Energy Agency released 400 million barrels of oil into the global market, the largest release of emergency oil stocks in history. This is just for show. However, it actually makes things far more vulnerable. This is all predicated on a quick victory with the conquest of Iran. If that assumption is wrong, this will not help.

1. MATHEMATICALLY INSUFFICIENT (won’t even cover 2-3 months of lost supply)
2. STRATEGICALLY STUPID (leaves U.S. vulnerable to future crises)
3. POLITICALLY DESPERATE (election-year panic move)
4. ECONOMICALLY FUTILE (treats symptom, not disease)

Let’s get real. Global oil consumption is about 100 million barrels/day (mb/d). U.S. consumption is about 20 million barrels/day. The disruption of the Strait of Hormuz supply affects about 21 million barrels/day (21% of global supply).  Releasing 400 million barrels at the global consumption rate would last 19 days (400M ÷ 21M/day). There is no way this will calm markets in the long term.

Trump Threatens Oil Facilities After US Strikes Iran’s Kharg Island

Following a US strike on the military infrastructure of Kharg Island, Trump warned that Iran’s

oil facilities would be targeted if ships aren’t permitted to pass through the Strait of Hormuz.

The bombing of Kharg Island’s military infrastructure follows reports that the US has sent a roughly 5000-strong amphibious ready group and marine expeditionary group to the Middle East.

Commenting on the US strike from Truth Social, President Trump said:

“Moments ago, at my direction, the United States Central Command executed one of the most powerful bombing raids in the History of the Middle East, and totally obliterated every MILITARY target in Iran’s crown jewel, Kharg Island.

“Our Weapons are the most powerful and sophisticated that the World has ever known but, for reasons of decency, I have chosen NOT to wipe out the Oil Infrastructure on the Island.”

“However, should Iran, or anyone else, do anything to interfere with the Free and Safe Passage of Ships through the Strait of Hormuz, I will immediately reconsider this decision.”

According to Fars News Agency, an Iranian outlet with close ties to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), targets hit included the island’s air-defense systems, a naval base, a helicopter hangar, and the airport control tower. Over 15 explosions were reported.

Kharg Island is Iran’s main export hub for petroleum products with 90 percent of Iranian crude oil being distributed through its facilities.

Iran exported between 1.1 million and 1.5 million barrels per day from the start of the war to Wednesday last week.

As such, the island was frequently targeted during the Iran-Iraq War due to its strategic importance, serving as an economic lifeline of the IRGC.

Iran has already threatened retaliation against the Gulf states should any of them attack the country’s energy infrastructure.

Trump’s threat comes the day after Mojtaba Khameini, the new Supreme Leader of Iran, declared in his first public statement that Iran would continue its blockade of the Strait throughout the war.

Russia’s Rumored Telegram Block Appears Underway As Outage Reports Surge

Reports are flooding in from across Russia that Telegram is suddenly going dark, fueling speculation that the Kremlin may already be testing a nationwide block ahead of a rumored planned crackdown next month.

“Over the last 24 hours, Telegram has effectively stopped working through some providers if you are using Russian IP addresses,” tech sector observer Vladislav Voytenko told Kommersant FM on Monday. “As for using Telegram via mobile internet, you can basically forget about it,” he added.

Russia’s Main Radio Frequency Center, an arm of media watchdog Roskomnadzor, said a surge of complaints began appearing over the weekend, with at least one-third coming from Moscow, followed by St. Petersburg and other cities spread across the country’s vast 11 time zones.

Regional media has tracked user reports on outage monitors such as Downdetector and Sboi.rf, which show complaints spiking sharply over the weekend as the app began failing across multiple regions.

Some Russian users have described the platform is barely functioning “in any form”. They complain the app won’t open, messages won’t send, and neither will photos and videos load.

Just Get Out! Now!

As is becoming clearer from President Trump’s own statements and those of his staff, along with press reporting, the US has launched a major war without the input of the experts we pay to advise the President on such matters. The State Department, Pentagon, National Security Council Staff, Defense Intelligence Agency, and NSA were simply bypassed because, as White House Spokesperson Karoline Leavitt said, President Trump “had a feeling” Iran would attack.

The President’s real estate developer son-in-law and friend reinforced that “feeling” when they returned from the second round of talks with the Iranian foreign minister and his team. However, as the news outlet Responsible Statecraft (RS) reported over the weekend, both son-in-law Jared Kushner and friend Steve Witkoff appear to have mis-represented those talks in a way that helped push President Trump toward war. No State Department officials were on hand to ensure the reporting was accurate.

Also, arms control experts at home, according to the RS report, believe that “the duo appeared to have fatally misunderstood a series of basic technical and historical matters” regarding Iran’s nuclear program leading to inaccurate information conveyed to the President.

Congress was completely out of the picture – seemingly uninterested in performing its Constitutional duty – and no case was made to the American people that they must sacrifice and die once again for a war in the Middle East.

Trump’s repeated promises to not start new wars, especially in the Middle East, have turned out to be empty, and Republicans are set for a crippling defeat in the upcoming midterm elections.

Iran had been warning for months – since the last US/Israeli surprise attack in June – that if they were attacked again they would not hold back on US bases in the region and that they would close the Straits of Hormuz. Trump and Netanyahu attacked anyway, and Iran has done what it said it would do.

Now the Strait of Hormuz is closed, oil is about to go out of control, and the global economy – along with the US dollar – seems about to implode.

On March 6th, President Trump refused a UK offer of help, saying we don’t need help when we’ve already won the war. Five days later, at a rally in Kentucky, President Trump repeated that “We’ve won the Iran war!”

It was his “Mission Accomplished” moment, because this weekend, just days after declaring victory against an “obliterated” Iran, Trump began begging other countries to send ships to help the US open the Strait of Hormuz.

Thus far every country has declined, understanding that such a mission has little chance of success.

USPS Postmarks Now Stamped 1-2 Days After USPS Takes Possession. 47% Of Population Affected, Mostly Republican Areas (Ballots, Taxes, Legal Docs)

USPS quietly changed when postmarks are applied to mail. It’s part of their overall “Delivering for America” plan. Instead of same day, your 1st class and similar mail might now get the postmark stamp 1 to 2 days after they took possession of the mail piece. If you want to ensure a same-day postmark, USPS recommends going to a retail counter at any USPS post office.

The processing and distribution centers that apply postmarks are staying the same. It’s the transportation time and movement methods of the mail that have changed. It appears this change will predominantly affect rural areas, which typically vote Republican. Voters should now mail ballots at least 2 days earlier than in any previous election.

A postmark is the dated imprint over a stamp to cancel its use. It serves an internal USPS function. However, for over 7 decades, postmarks have been used by administrators as evidence that a deadline was met. Postmarks have been critical for legal forms, IRS tax filings, mail-in ballots, and many other purposes.

Generally, postmarks are applied at high speeds at USPS Processing & Distribution Centers (P&DC). These are massive facilities that cover specific “regions” of the country. They have dozens of mail-processing machines, dozens of loading docks for tractor-trailers, and so on. Our United States Postal Service uses a spoke-and-hub delivery model. The local Post Offices feed mail to and from the closest hub, often called the P&DC.
