We Now Know Why That Charlie Kirk Tribute Never Aired: Death Threats from the Leftists Who Murdered Him

We now know why Sinclair Broadcasting Network never aired their special tribute to slain Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk — threats of leftist violence were too grave to ignore.

After late night host Jimmy Kimmel told a blatant and malicious lie on Sept. 15 that Kirk’s shooter was a MAGA supporter, Sinclair said they would not air his show, as the corporation owns more than 40 affiliates of ABC.

In the immediate aftermath of that decision, the company told viewers that broadcasting in Kimmel’s time slot would instead feature a tribute to Kirk.

The decision was reversed later on Sept. 19, and the New York Post reported that the decision came down to “local threats directed at specific local ABC stations” resulting from the Kimmel suspension.

That same day, Anibal Hernandez Santana opened fire, allegedly shooting an ABC affiliate — KXTV in Sacramento — when he fired once in the air then drove around to the front of the building and fired three more shots in the lobby when one employee was present. Thankfully, no one was injured.

Hernandez Santana was a vehement hater of President Donald Trump. According to a separate report by the New York Post, he had handwritten notes ranting against the president in his car and had scribbled on his calendar for Sept. 19, “do the next scary thing.”

One note read, “For hiding Epstein and ignoring red flags.” It also said FBI Director Kash Patel, Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino, and Attorney General Pam Bondi were “next.”

He was arrested Friday by Sacramento police, being charged with assault with a deadly weapon, negligent discharge of a firearm, and shooting into an occupied building.

He posted a $200,000 bail only to be arrested by the FBI on Saturday as he faces federal charges of interfering with a federally licensed station and an additional charge for shooting a firearm within a school zone.

Clearly, Sinclair took these threats seriously as more deranged leftist terrorists would have acted against their other affiliates. This is becoming a pattern after Kirk’s assassination and the attack on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility in Dallas, Texas, on Wednesday.

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem said about that day that left a detainee and the shooter dead after he fired indiscriminately into a van, “For months, we’ve been warning politicians and the media to tone down their rhetoric about ICE law enforcement before someone was killed.”

“This shooting must serve as a wake-up call to the far-left that their rhetoric about ICE has consequences. Comparing ICE Day-in and day-out to the Nazi Gestapo, the Secret Police, and slave patrols has consequences.”

The distinction between the right and the left’s rhetoric comes from the reality of these terroristic actions.

Right-wing violence is not inspired by right-wing rhetoric. Left-wing violence is.

John Fetterman Shares Study of ‘Left-Wing Terrorism’ Reaching 30-Year High, Slams Dems’ ‘Extreme Rhetoric’

Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) shared a study that showed that left-wing terrorism had reached a “30-year high,” and criticized Democrats for using rhetoric such as “Hitler” or “fascist.”

In a post on X, Fetterman included a screenshot of an Axios article titled “Study: Left-wing terrorism climbs to 30-year high.” Fetterman noted that “political violence is always wrong,” and called for everyone to “turn the temperature down.”

“Unchecked extreme rhetoric, like labels as Hitler or fascist, will foment more extreme outcomes,” Fetterman said. “Political violence is always wrong — no exceptions.”

“We must all turn the temperature down,” Fetterman added.

Per Axios, research from the Center for Strategic & International Studies (CSIS) found that during the “first six months of 2025,” far-right violence, which has usually “been more frequent,” had decreased significantly.

The CSIS “compiled and analyzed a data set of 750 domestic attacks and plots” that had occurred between January 1, 1994, and July 4, 2025. Researchers found that out of the attacks that occurred since 2016, “left-wing extremists” were responsible for more than 40 of those attacks, while right-wing extremists were responsible for 152 attacks “over the same period”:

• The data showed that left-wing extremists have carried out 41 attacks since 2016, compared with 152 from the far right over the same period.

• Left-wing violence has killed 13 people over the past decade — far fewer than the 112 deaths from right-wing attacks and 82 from jihadists.

• But at least five left-wing plots or attacks have already been recorded this year, compared to just one right-wing attack.

The study comes after Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk was assassinated on September 10, while taking part in a question-and-answer event with students at Utah Valley University.

Anson man arrested for threatening Pride parade to ‘send a clear message’

A man from Anson was arrested by the Abilene Police Department for threatening to shoot participants in the Abilene Pride parade for “taking out Charlie Kirk.

Court documents state Joshua Cole posted the threats on a Facebook post regarding the Abilene Pride Parade & Festival.

“I say we lock and load and pay them back for taking out Charlie Kirk.” the comment said in part. In the next comment, Cole adds “theres only like 30 of em we can send a clear message to the rest of them.”

Abilene police were made aware of the threats on Sept. 18 and federal agents attempted to speak to Cole the following day.

The FBI agent visited his workplace and was told by Cole’s boss that he just quit and angrily stormed out of the building. Cole’s coworkers described him as a “hot head.”

Court documents state his comments were true threats because they were specific and not conditional.

The threats were also specific to a particular set of victims: people participating in the gay pride parade tomorrow. With this level of specificity, [Cole’s] comments were not mere idle of careless talk, exaggeration, or something said in only a joking manner.

Cole was eventually detained following a traffic stop Sept. 19, just one day before the Pride parade.

Portland Anarchists FIREBOMB Rapper Ice Cube’s Tour Bus After Reportedly Mistaking It for ICE Deportation Bus

Radical anarchists reportedly firebombed the tour bus of rapper Ice Cube, apparently confusing it for an ICE deportation vehicle.

The fire occurred early Tuesday morning, September 23, 2025, shortly after Ice Cube’s performance at the Moda Center on his “Truth to Power: 4 Decades of Attitude Tour.”

Video footage showed the tour bus with its front passenger tire on fire and heavy smoke rising from the vehicle parked near Southwest Broadway and Oak Street, according to KPTV.

Portland Fire & Rescue crews responded quickly, extinguishing the flames and ventilating the smoke. The incident left the bus with a shattered driver’s side window and visible scorch damage along its exterior.

Rick Graves, a spokesperson for Portland Fire & Rescue, confirmed that investigators are treating the incident as suspicious. No suspects have been identified.

Ice Cube’s team, through spokesperson Tresa Sanders of TreMedia, confirmed the bus belonged to the rapper and downplayed the attack as “random vandalism.”

“I’m not taking this incident as a personal attack. A coward like that would burn anybody’s property that was out there at the time.”

Authorities are still investigating who carried out the attack. But given Portland’s history, many believe the culprits are the same radical protest networks that have long targeted ICE facilities, federal buildings, and even local businesses.

The incident occurred just ahead of President Trump’s directive to Secretary of War Pete Hegseth to deploy troops to Portland, Oregon, with authorization to use “full force” if necessary.

“At the request of Secretary of Homeland Security, Kristi Noem, I am directing Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, to provide all necessary Troops to protect War ravaged Portland, and any of our ICE Facilities under siege from attack by Antifa, and other domestic terrorists. I am also authorizing Full Force, if necessary. Thank you for your attention to this matter!”

“War Against ICE”: Anarcho-Communist Website Calls For Mobilization Across U.S.

AnarchistNews, the long-running anarcho-communist propaganda site, popular among Antifa militants and radical leftists, issued a movement order this week instructing “all anarchists across the country” to disrupt operations at ICE facilities in every city and to “celebrate life with fire against the death march of american law and order.”

We invite all anarchists across the country not only to occupy and disrupt operations at ICE facilities in every city, but to celebrate life with fire against the death march of american law and order. With tactical diversity, lets meet in the streets and wage a carnival of war against ICE and all authority!” read a post titled “A Call for Anarchist Action in America,” anonymously submitted on AnarchistNews.

Given that AnarchistNews doesn’t usually create original reporting, it collects and reposts content from anarchist collectives, independent media, and individuals. It’s therefore difficult to determine who penned this action order. Still, its publication on the site suggests that Trump’s domestic terror designation of Antifa has riled up the base of far-left radicals who have already been attacking ICE facilities nationwide. This signals a likely rise in civil terrorism, as seen on Wednesday when a left-wing extremist opened fire at an ICE facility in Texas.

On Wednesday morning, FBI Director Kash Patel provided new details about yesterday’s radical leftist shooter, who had written down notes during the planning phase of the attack, writing: “Hopefully this will give ICE agents real terror, to think, ‘Is there a sniper with AP rounds on that roof?”

In Today’s Democrat Party, Political Violence Is Mainstream

Within the last two weeks, the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk and the targeted shooting of a Dallas Immigration and Customs Enforcement office have confirmed a grim reality. The so-called “fringe” left is not fringe at all, but a fully entrenched, violent, mainstream force.

More concerning, the once near-universal belief that violence is never an acceptable response to speech is quickly eroding, particularly among younger generations.

The reaction to Kirk’s murder made this abundantly clear.

Across social media and in sympathetic corners of the corporate press, voices rushed not to condemn the violence but to rationalize it. Some, like popular streamer Destiny, even celebrated it, suggesting that conservatives bring such attacks upon themselves, adding that they need “to be afraid of getting killed when they go to events.”

Former MSNBC analyst Matthew Dowd (he was fired for his comments) captured this mindset when he said immediately after Kirk’s shooting: “Hateful thoughts lead to hateful words, which then lead to hateful actions. You can’t stop with these sort of awful thoughts you have, saying these awful words, and then not expect awful actions to take place. And that’s the unfortunate environment we are in.”

In other words, the violence itself is treated as inevitable and, by extension, justified.

Pam Bondi Deploys DOJ Agents to ICE Facilities, Orders Joint Terrorism Task Forces to CRUSH Radical Left-Wing Mobs Assaulting Federal Officers and Obstructing Immigration Enforcement

Attorney General Pam Bondi has ordered the deployment of DOJ agents to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facilities across the country — and instructed Joint Terrorism Task Forces (JTTF) to target radical left-wing mobs that have been assaulting federal officers and obstructing immigration enforcement.

The message is clear: “The Rule of Law Will Prevail.”

In a fiery statement posted to X, Bondi declared:

“I have witnessed the continued onslaught of violence perpetrated against ICE officers across our country.

The Department of Justice will not stand idly by in the face of such lawlessness.

At my direction, I am deploying DOJ agents to ICE facilities—and wherever ICE comes under siege—to safeguard federal agents, protect federal property, and immediately arrest all individuals engaged in any federal crime.

Pursuant to President Trump’s recent executive action, I am also instructing the Joint Terrorism Task Forces across the country to disrupt and investigate all entities and individuals engaged in acts of domestic terrorism, including the repeated acts of violence and obstruction against federal agents.

The Department of Justice will seek the most serious available charges against all participants in these criminal mobs, including conspiracy offenses, assault offenses, civil disorder offenses, and terrorism offenses.

While these never-ending attacks are designed to break our will, they only strengthen our resolve to complete the work begun.

To that end, I have directed the FBI, DEA, ATF, and USMS to accelerate our efforts alongside the Department of Homeland Security to locate, apprehend, detain, prosecute, and remove all illegal aliens present in our country. The rule of law will prevail.”

Trans Terrorism Is Rising: The FBI Lacks the Tools to Counter It

Over the past five years, there have been more transgender mass shootings than in the previous two decades. From 2018 to 2025, at least four or five confirmed cases appear consistently across sources, compared to just one case documented before 2018 in The Violence Project database, which tracks incidents back to 1966.

Recent cases include the 2025 Catholic church attack in Minnesota, where a transgender individual killed two children and injured 17, leaving a manifesto threatening to “kill Donald Trump”; the August 2025 Minneapolis school shooting by Robin Westman; the March 2023 Nashville Covenant School shooting by Audrey Hale; the November 2022 Colorado Springs Club Q shooting; the May 2019 Highlands Ranch, Colorado, school shooting; and the September 2018 Aberdeen, Maryland, warehouse shooting. In February 2024, Kyle Benjamin Douglas Calvert, a pansexual nonbinary Antifa sympathizer from Irondale, Alabama, attempted to bomb the state attorney general’s office in Montgomery. The 2025 assassination of Charlie Kirk was not committed by a transgender person, but by a man romantically involved with a transgender individual who subscribed to trans ideology.

Tracking this trend is difficult because federal crime reporting systems do not record gender identity. The FBI’s Uniform Crime Reports and Active Shooter documents track age, race, and biological sex, but not whether an offender identifies as transgender. Similarly, the National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS) categorizes offenders by biological sex, meaning a transgender shooter would typically be reported as male. As a result, there is no centralized, official dataset specifically counting transgender offenders in murders or mass shootings.

Beyond mass shootings, which represent only a small percentage of violence in America, transgender perpetrators are increasingly appearing in violent assaults, though the real numbers are likely higher given the crime data collection problems discussed earlier. On example was in June 2024, Jason Lee Willie, who identifies as a woman and goes by Alexia, was sentenced to one year in prison after pleading guilty to threatening to rape girls in restrooms, carry out school shootings, and bomb churches.

The rise in trans-perpetrated violence, intimidation, and assaults by extreme trans activists is often linked to “Trantifa,” a loosely organized movement of far-left transgender activists associated with Antifa ideology. The name, a portmanteau of “transgender” and “Antifa,” refers to activists who view the United States as systemically racist and oppressive toward trans people, framing laws against gender-related practices as part of a “trans genocide.” Online, an official Trantifa International Facebook and Twitter presence describes itself as “the transgender arm of Antifa.”

Vice President JD Vance calls out ‘left-wing radicals’ for inciting political violence in social media post

Vice President JD Vance fired back on social media on Friday after being tagged in a video that appeared to mock Trump supporters over their response to the 2023 Bud Light controversy.

The clip, which was posted to X, showed a man shooting Bud Light cans seemingly in protest of the brand’s 2023 partnership with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney.

The user then took aim at Vance, telling him not to complain about “violent rhetoric from the left.”

“This is how MAGA responded after Bud Lite had the audacity to feature a trans influencer in their ads,” the X user said. “So spare us your b——- about violent rhetoric from the left, [JD Vance].”

Trump Signs Memorandum to Combat Domestic Terror, Organized Political Violence

President Donald Trump on Thursday signed a memorandum to combat domestic terrorism and organized political violence in the United States.

White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy Stephen Miller presented the document to Trump during a signing event in the Oval Office, saying that the executive action marks “the first time in American history that there is an all-of-government effort to dismantle left-wing terrorism, to dismantle Antifa.”

The move aims to build on an executive order signed by Trump on Sept. 22 that designates Antifa a domestic terrorism organization.

Trump attributed the executive action to a rise in left-wing violence across the United States, coming after the Sept. 10 assassination of conservative political commentator Charlie Kirk.

These allegations escalated in the wake of a Sept. 24 shooting at a Dallas Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility that left one dead and two injured. Bullets found at the scene contain anti-ICE messaging. All three victims of the attack were detainees at the facility, and no law enforcement officers were wounded in the shooting.

In a post on Truth Social after that attack, Trump wrote, “The continuing violence from Radical Left Terrorists, in the aftermath of Charlie Kirk’s assassination, must be stopped.”
