The Bizarre Refusal to Apply Cost-Benefit Analysis to COVID Debates

In virtually every realm of public policy, Americans embrace policies which they know will kill people, sometimes large numbers of people. They do so not because they are psychopaths but because they are rational: they assess that those deaths that will inevitably result from the policies they support are worth it in exchange for the benefits those policies provide. This rational cost-benefit analysis, even when not expressed in such explicit or crude terms, is foundational to public policy debates — except when it comes to COVID, where it has been bizarrely declared off-limits.

The quickest and most guaranteed way to save hundreds of thousands of lives with policy changes would be to ban the use of automobiles, or severely restrict their usage to those authorized by the state on the ground of essential need (e.g., ambulances or food-delivery vehicles), or at least lower the nationwide speed limit to 25 mph. Any of those policies would immediately prevent huge numbers of human beings from dying. Each year, according to the Center for Disease Control (CDC), “1.35 million people are killed on roadways around the world,” while “crashes are a leading cause of death in the United States for people aged 1–54.” Even with seat belts and airbags, a tragic number of life-years are lost given how many young people die or are left permanently and severely disabled by car accidents. Studies over the course of decades have demonstrated that even small reductions in speed limits save many lives, while radical reductions — supported by almost nobody — would eliminate most if not all deaths from car crashes.

Trust The Science? CDC Counts People Dying Within 14 Days Of Jab As “Unvaccinated”

A new Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) study is being used by mainstream media to fearmonger Americans into taking Covid vaccines.

Yahoo Finance published an article with the headline, “Unvaccinated LA residents were 29 times more likely to be hospitalized with COVID-19: CDC study.”

Citing the Los Angeles County Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report released on Tuesday, even local news promoted the claim that “Unvaccinated L.A. County residents [are] 5 times more likely to get COVID, 29 times more likely to be hospitalized.”

Looking at a screenshot of the CDC release, one can observe the definitions for what they consider “fully vaccinated,” “partially vaccinated,” or “unvaccinated.”

According to the chart, “unvaccinated <14 days receipt of the first dose of a 2-dose series or 1 dose of the single-dose vaccine or if no vaccination registry data were available.”

This means if someone was hospitalized, admitted to ICU, required mechanical ventilation or died within two weeks of getting the jab they are being counted as “unvaccinated.”

Pfizer refused to supply South America with covid vaccines until governments removed all liability for injuries, deaths

As a condition of supplying Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) jabs to Columbia, Big Pharma giants Pfizer-BioNTech and AstraZeneca reportedly struck a secret immunity deal with the nation’s government, which agreed to indemnify the multinational corporations from liability for injuries and deaths caused by the injections.

Columbian officials “accidentally” published contracts from Pfizer-BioNTech and AstraZeneca showing that the 25 million doses of Fauci Flu shots that were recently shipped to the country would not have come were it not for the pharma giants first being awarded total immunity.

While attempting to send the confidential information to a regional court following a tutelage filing, Columbia’s Council of State, which is considered the supreme judicial authority in the country, mistakenly disclosed the contracts signed between the Columbian government and the pharmaceutical behemoths.

The alleged mistake was quickly discovered by the government and the documents were removed, but not before the Columbian nonprofit “Anticorruption Institute” accessed and copied it, later leaking it in order “to defend transparency and in a bid to safeguard the fundamental right of access to public information.”

For the past year and a half, those of us who have felt the pandemic was being used as a tool to manipulate people have been labeled conspiracy theorists by the establishment media and leftist elites.

As time goes on, more evidence emerges that seems to suggest we were right all along.

According to the Post Millennial, students at Eatonville High School in Washington were forced to wear ankle monitors in order to participate in athletics.

An anonymous mother who spoke to the outlet said she received a text from her 15-year-old daughter saying she was asked to wear a monitor at a school volleyball practice.

When her daughter did not answer her subsequent texts and calls and no one at the school was able to answer her questions, the mother eventually drove to the school’s campus.

FDA Takes Only Months to Approve Pfizer Jab Yet Cannabis Remains Schedule 1 Despite Centuries of Data

Since Dec. 11, 2020, the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine has been available under the Food and Drug Administration’s Emergency Use Authorization in individuals 16 years of age and older, and the authorization was expanded to include those 12 through 15 years of age on May 10, 2021. On August 23, 2021, it was granted full approval by the FDA.

The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine now becomes the fastest created, deployed and subsequently approved vaccination in history. Previously, the fastest vaccine to go from development to deployment was the mumps vaccine in the 1960s, which took about four years.

The swift approval of the vaccine illustrates just how fast the government can react if it wants to do so. On the contrary, however, there have been hundreds if not thousands of studies on the benefits of cannabis to safely treat multiple ailments and diseases, spanning the course of centuries, yet the FDA has failed to approve its use for anything.

To be clear, the FDA has approved patentable pharmaceutical synthetic compounds such as dronabinol. The pharmaceutical patented drugs Marinol and Syndros both use dronabinol which is nothing more than a chemical synthetic equivalent to delta-9- tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) — but the plant-based version you can grow in your own home remains off the list.

Vaccine mandates may herald the end of the republic

COVID-19 may end up destroying everything.  Everything.  Including our way of life.  And our prosperity.  Or, more accurately stated, the elites’ reaction to the virus may do what no previous enemy, foreign or domestic, has ever come close to doing.  It is inarguable that without the coronavirus pandemic, Joe Biden would not be president today.  And he and his puppet masters are well on their way to destroying America’s work ethic, social fabric, economy, military, and global respect.

And now Biden is pressing employers to enact mask mandates, making one’s vaccination status a condition of employment.  It is illegal for an employer to ask a prospective employee about his race, age, sexual preference, or other medical history, but dammit, they can say, “Show us proof that you’ve had ‘The Jab’ or take a hike.”    

The highest unemployment rate in U.S. history was 24.9 percent in 1933, at the height of the Great Depression.  Broad-based government-backed employer vaccine mandates would effectively mean that as many as 30 to 35 percent of us will essentially be told we can’t have a job.  Do we starve, surrender our homes, or go on unemployment and various other forms of government assistance?

What if the government decides that we won’t be allowed to collect unemployment or any other form of assistance if we are not fully vaccinated?

In this one instance, and one instance only, I could see the administration saying it wouldn’t be fair to make taxpayers have to fund benefits…for The Unvaccinated.  It would be the government’s very policies that created this massive group of unemployed and their subsequent need for assistance, but no one would be allowed to mention this with impunity.  We are also in the throes of a pandemic of lies, obfuscation, and authoritarianism.   

To say this does not bode well for the American economy, as well as the unvaccinated, would be an understatement.  Even if additional assistance were not paid out, the burden on remaining taxpayers would be greatly increased.  And the already historic labor shortage would be greatly exacerbated, most devastatingly so in the health care industry, ironically.

The fact that the unvaccinated are quickly being banned from restaurants, concert halls, sports venues, retail stores, theme parks, etc. necessarily means a substantial drop in revenue for these venues as well.  Many businesses will have no alternative other than to close permanently.  That means more unemployed people.  Which…well, you get the idea.

We now even have the specter of people needing critical or life-saving surgery being told they must submit to becoming fully vaccinated before they will be accommodated.

The powers that be care so much about our health that they are basically telling us to “eff off” and die unless we agree to be vaccinated.  One gets the distinct impression that our rulers would love to deport all of us MAGA-wearing unvaccinated types and replace us with refugees from any place that has no history or concept of individual liberty and the rule of law.

13,000 Deaths, Nearly 600,000 Adverse Events Reported After COVID Vaccines, as Debate Heats Up Over Boosters

Data released today by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) showed that between Dec. 14, 2020 and Aug. 13, 2021, a total of 595,622 total adverse events were reported to VAERS, including 13,068 deaths — an increase of 702 over the previous week.

There were 81,050 reports of serious injuries, including deaths, during the same time period — up 10,945 compared with the previous week.

Excluding “foreign reports” filed in VAERS, 464,769 adverse events, including 6,018 deaths and 37,806 serious injuries, were reported in the U.S. Of the 6,018 U.S. deaths reported as of Aug. 13, 13% occurred within 24 hours of vaccination, 19% occurred within 48 hours of vaccination and 33% occurred in people who experienced an onset of symptoms within 48 hours of being vaccinated.

In the U.S., 354.5 million COVID vaccine doses had been administered as of Aug. 13. This includes: 141 million doses of Moderna’s vaccine, 199 million doses of Pfizer and 14 million doses of the Johnson & Johnson (J&J) COVID vaccine.

Study: Fully Vaccinated Healthcare Workers Carry 251 Times Viral Load, Pose Threat to Unvaccinated Patients, Co-Workers

A groundbreaking preprint paper by the prestigious Oxford University Clinical Research Group, published Aug. 10 in The Lancet, includes alarming findings devastating to the COVID vaccine rollout. 

The study found vaccinated individuals carry 251 times the load of COVID-19 viruses in their nostrils compared to the unvaccinated.

While moderating the symptoms of infection, the jab allows vaccinated individuals to carry unusually high viral loads without becoming ill at first, potentially transforming them into presymptomatic superspreaders. 

This phenomenon may be the source of the shocking post-vaccination surges in heavily vaccinated populations globally. 

The paper’s authors, Chau et al, demonstrated widespread vaccine failure and transmission under tightly controlled circumstances in a hospital lockdown in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam.

Cutting Corners: Liberals Mindlessly Rejoice as FDA Fully Approves Pfizer Vaccine Despite Poor Results; Skipped Key Clinical Trials and Advisory Committee Review

On Monday, the FDA announced that it had approved the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine for the prevention of the disease in individuals 16 years of age and older, but the rushed nature of their announcement raises questions.

Liberal media hacks rejoiced and gleefully spread the news they had been waiting for since Trump left office and the vaccine magically transformed into their only hope for mankind.

“Time for mandates!” They exclaimed, in some form or another, as they feverishly began plotting how they could now call for conservatives to be held down while a needle gets jammed in their arm.

And how convenient, just in time for booster shots!

The tyrants in Biden’s regime also jumped at the news and immediately said they would force all active-duty military members to get the jab. They are expected to implement even more draconian restrictions now that the FDA has given the experimental and highly controversial mRNA vaccine their ‘blessing.’

Former CIA Director Gen. Michael Hayden Says It’s a “Good Idea” to Drop Off Unvaccinated Trump Supporters in Taliban-Controlled Afghanistan

Former CIA Director General Michael Hayden on Sunday said it’s a “good idea” to send unvaccinated Trump supporters to Talban-controlled Afghanistan.

“Can we send the MAGA wearing unvaxxed to Afghanistan, no use sending that plane back empty?” a twitter user tweeted to Hayden.

“Good idea” Hayden replied.

Michael Hayden routinely lashed out at Trump over the last few years because Trump worked on reversing the precedents Hayden created as CIA Director.

Trump wanted to bring back accountability for abuses of power among CIA leadership.

Hayden was an Air Force General and yet for the first time in US military history a senior US Air Force colonel was investigated, indicted and convicted by Italy for a crime of kidnapping that had been authorized at the senior most levels of the CIA and the NSC. The US refused to assert a Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA), a standard procedure when any military officer is in trouble for even drunken behavior.

According to former CIA agent Sabrina De Sousa, also under General Hayden, another precedent that has direct impact on emboldening the CIA into using senior foreign intelligence surrogates in covert operations – then imposing state secrets to protect them – while sacrificing the rank and file.
