KY Mayor Who Got Lap Dance from Male Students Was Sued over School Trip that Ended in Alleged Rape

The mayor of Hazard, Kentucky, and principal of Hazard High School, Donald “Happy” Mobelini — who was seen in photos receiving a lap dance from a scantily clad male high school student during a “man pageant” at a recent school assembly — was accused in a 2019 lawsuit of not properly chaperoning a school trip during which one student allegedly raped another.

Mobelini and two Hazard High School teachers are being sued over a school trip to New York City and Washington, D.C. in 2017, according to a report by the Lexington Herald-Leader.

Court records show a jury trial is scheduled for August 2022, the report adds.

A female former student alleges in the lawsuit that when she was a junior at Hazard High School in 2017, Mobelini and two teacher chaperones did not check on students at various points during a school trip.

The suit claims that students drank and that the female victim was physically and sexually assaulted by a fellow male student. The lawsuit asks that the former female student be compensated for her distress.

The lawsuit also alleges that Mobelini and the other adults in charge did not hold the students “to a strict account for their conduct,” and did not appropriately handle the investigation into the female student’s allegations.

Loudoun County School Board Requests 65 Deputies, SWAT Team to Shield Them From Parents

The Loudoun County school board has requested 65 deputies and a SWAT team to provide private security, claiming that they face potential threats after covering up the sexual assault of a high school on the part of her transgender classmate in a girl’s bathroom.

An August email on the part of school superintendent Scott Ziegler requested multiple LCSO deputies, and a “five-person Quick Reaction Force (QRF),”to attend school board meetings. At the time, the school board had been protested by parents who learned of the board’s cover-up actions, with a parent of the sexual assault victim even being removed from a meeting and slapped with criminal charges for protesting the board.

Sheriff Mike Chapman expressed suspicion at the school board’s request for what amounts to their own Secret Service security force, indicating that Ziegler had provided no possible justification as to why the school board would require a force that he estimated would require work from 65 sheriff’s deputies.

Mexico-based US Embassy staffer who drugged, sexually assaulted and filmed attacks on at least 24 women was CIA spook, FBI admits

A former U.S. Embassy employee who sexually assaulted at least 24 women over 14 years while filming the attacks was in the Central Intelligence Agency, the Federal Bureau of Investigations revealed Monday as it urged any other victims to come forward.

Brian Jeffrey Raymond, 45, of La Mesa, California, faces life in prison after admitting in July to federal sexual abuse and transportation of obscene material charges after being caught while stationed at the US Embassy in Mexico City, according to the Department of Justice.

He was stationed there between 2018 and his abrupt departure in May 2020. Raymond’s attacks began in 2006, and investigators have yet to say where the other abuse took place.

The FBI stated that Raymond worked for ‘many years’ in the CIA, but did not indicate when he worked there, for how long and at what capacity. However, a source familiar with the case told The Daily Beast that the CIA took administrative action after Raymond’s arrest, and that he resigned from his position soon after.

An investigation of Raymond’s electronic devices showed that, between an unspecified month in 2006 and May 2020, he took hundreds of photos and videos of at least 24 unconscious and nude or partially nude women. In a number of the photos, Raymond is seen touching the victims’ breasts, genitalia and buttocks.

Loudoun County Schools Tried To Conceal Sexual Assault Against Daughter In Bathroom, Father Says

On June 22, Scott Smith was arrested at a Loudoun County, Virginia, school board meeting, a meeting that was ultimately deemed an “unlawful assembly” after many attendees vocally opposed a policy on transgender students.

What people did not know is that weeks prior on May 28, Smith says, a boy allegedly wearing a skirt entered a girls’ bathroom at nearby Stone Bridge High School, where he sexually assaulted Smith’s ninth-grade daughter.

Juvenile records are sealed, but Smith’s attorney Elizabeth Lancaster told The Daily Wire that a boy was charged with two counts of forcible sodomy, one count of anal sodomy, and one count of forcible fellatio, related to an incident that day at that school.

“If someone would have sat and listened for thirty seconds to what Scott had to say, they would have been mortified and heartbroken,” Scott’s attorney, Elizabeth Lancaster said.

As a result of the viral video showing his arrest, Smith became the poster child for what the National School Boards Association has since suggested could be a form of “domestic terrorism”: a white blue-collar male who showed up to harangue obscure public servants on his local school board.

Nuns used crucifixes to rape girls during decades of abuse carried out by clergy in France’s Catholic Church that saw attacks on 330,000 children covered up ‘by a veil of silence’, damning report finds

Nuns used crucifixes to rape girls during decades of abuse carried out by clergy in France’s Catholic Church that saw attacks on 330,000 children covered up ‘by a veil of silence’, a damning report has found.

The 2,500-page landmark report was released Tuesday after more than two years of investigations by an independent commission, in France’s first major reckoning with the devastating phenomenon.

A victim named ‘Marie’ testified that she was abused as an 11-year-old and that when she complained about the abuse to her parents they refused to believe a nun could do such a thing. The abuse continued for another year.

‘I was truly [a gift] for this nun… because she knew full well that she did not risk anything,’ Marie said.

Eighty per cent of victims were young boys between the ages of 10 and 13, however many girls also suffered abuse, not only by priests but also by nuns.

Nuns used crucifixes to rape little girls or forced boys to have sex with them, according to the report.

Pope Francis today expressed to the victims his ‘great sorrow, for their wounds’, adding that he was grateful for the courage they had shown in denouncing what they had been through.

Same FBI That Chased Russia Collusion Hoax for Years Covered Up Sexual Abuse of USA Gymnasts

This story is awful on so many levels that it should probably come with a trigger warning.

The public has known about the many and horrific crimes of former USA Gymnastics team physician Larry Nassar for a few years now. What the public has largely been unaware of is the role that the Federal Bureau of Investigation played in attempting to prevent us from knowing about any of it.

The Wall Street Journal:

WASHINGTON—In a litany of reports and documents, the four women who appeared before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Wednesday have for years been referred to by initials or numbers: “Athlete B,” “Gymnast 1”,  “Athlete A,” “Gymnast 3.”

On Wednesday, the women—elite gymnasts Simone Biles, McKayla Maroney, Maggie Nichols and Aly Raisman—gave U.S. senators an emotional and unsparing account of how the Federal Bureau of Investigation, USA Gymnastics and the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee failed to investigate or act when they emerged as potential victims of sexual assault by former national team doctor Larry Nassar.

“I can imagine no place that I would be less comfortable right now than sitting here in front of you, sharing these comments,” said Biles, one of the most decorated gymnasts in her sport’s history. She then paused in tears, before adding: “To be clear, I blame Larry Nassar but I also blame an entire system that enabled and perpetrated his abuse.”

Let us refresh our memories on the exact nature of the FBI’s mission. This is from the official FBI website:

The mission of the FBI is to protect the American people and uphold the Constitution of the United States.

That’s it. A mission statement that is completely free of any ambiguity.

Also, one that the agency seems to have almost abandoned in recent years.

In her opening statement (which I will provide in full at the end of the post), Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.) had zero you-know-whats to give when offering her brutal assessment of the Bureau’s (as well as the coaches’ and Team USA officials’) behavior in the case, saying: “Every single person in authority who turned a blind eye to these young athletes’ allegations is complicit in Nassar’s crime, and each one of them should be considered a predator.”

To say that the FBI has lost its way would involve taking a trip to someplace far on the other side of understatement. The Bureau now functions more like a highly politicized domestic attack dog than a security agency. The FBI had already been involved with concocting and “investigating” the bogus Trump/Russia collusion leftist fantasy for a year when it finally got around to documenting the very real allegations of sexual assault against Nassar.

We never seem to stop finding out reasons why James Comey — who was head of the FBI when all of this was happening — should be in jail. As of this writing, he is still a much-revered darling of the same people who tell us to “believe all women” in cases of sexual abuse.

Former House Speaker Hastert reaches settlement deal to avoid trial over hush money payments

Former House Speaker Dennis Hastert has reportedly reached a settlement deal with one of the men whom he allegedly sexually abused before joining Congress, avoiding a trial set to begin in Illinois.

Hastert was sentenced in 2016 to 15 months in prison in connection with giving hush money to the man whom he allegedly abused when he was a high school wrestling coach.

He pleaded guilty to illegally structuring bank withdrawals for the hush money. Prosecutors could not charge him in connection with sex abuse because the statutes of limitation for the criminal sexual misconduct had expired years earlier.

The settlement to avoid trial was reached Wednesday, according to the Chicago Sun-Times

A lawyer for the plaintiff, who came to be known publicly only as Individual A, said the terms of the tentative settlement were confidential. Hastert’s attorney declined to comment.

NM Dem gov’s campaign pays at least $62K in settlement to ex-staffer who says she grabbed his crotch: report

The Albuquerque Journal reported Monday that documents show Lujan Grisham’s campaign has made four payments of $12,500 “as part of a settlement” with former campaign spokesman James Hallinan, who accused the governor of “pouring a bottle of water on his crotch and then grabbing his crotch through his clothes as she laughed, an incident he said took place in front of other campaign staffers.”

The outlet noted that Hallinan made the claims in late 2019, roughly a year after he left the campaign. The former ex-staffer says he was talked out of reporting the incident by the campaign manager, Dominic Gabello, who now serves as a senior adviser in the governor’s office.

Current campaign spokesman Jared Leopold told the newspaper that Gov. Lujan Grisham, Gabello, and the campaign organization itself “strenuously deny that there is any merit or truth to Mr. Hallinan’s claims, including his claims about difficulty finding or keeping work after the campaign.”

D.A.R.E. Cop Arrested on 122 Charges for Raping Boys While Telling Them Not to Do Drugs

The Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.) program should better be called an hilarious exercise in how not to convince kids to keep away from substances the state deems illegal. As cops hopped on their high horses and had children pledge not to do drugs, the rate of drug use skyrocketed — thrusting the country into one of the worst drug epidemics in human history. The hypocrisy by the cops who pushed the D.A.R.E. program has been well-documented over the years, explaining, at least in part, as to why the program was such a failure from the start. Now, another cop who pushed kids to ‘just say no’ has been arrested and accused of disturbing criminal activity.

Warminster Township Police Officer James Carey swore an oath to protect the children of Doylestown and instead of protecting them, according to a recent indictment, this cop preyed on them. Adding to the insidious nature of Carey’s alleged crimes against children is the fact that he committed them while pretending to be a role model as the school district’s D.A.R.E. officer.

Carey, 52, is facing over 100 charges, announced by Bucks County District Attorney Matt Weintraub on Wednesday. A grand jury presented a whopping 80-page indictment against Carey detailing 122 counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault and other related charges.

Carey is accused of raping multiple boys while working as the D.A.R.E. officer at elementary, middle and high schools in the Centennial School District. The incidents allegedly spanned the course of decades taking place between 1987 and 2009 and involved at least four boys.

NO JAIL for Cop Who Admitted He Raped Woman in Patrol Car to Avoid Arrest

In October of 2018, Tyneka Cephas had driven down to Wilmington to visit the grave of her daughter Tynesia who had tragically been killed at age 16 in a random shooting in 2017. Her pilgrimage of grief morphed into a nightmare of sexual abuse, however, when Wilmington Police Cpl. Thomas R. Oliver Jr. pulled her into his car and proceeded to sexually violate her.

Now, after fighting for her abuser to be held accountable for the last 2 years, Cephas found out that Oliver will not be going to jail. Instead, he was given a year of probation, despite admitting to the entire situation.

“It was a horrid thing,“ Cephas said of the incident. “He treated me as if I was a prostitute.”

“I had just come up here from Georgetown, Delaware, because it was my daughter’s 18th birthday. She was a victim of gun violence and we were celebrating her birthday at the gravesite,” she explained to reporters in a press conference.

That day, Oliver, an 11-year veteran of the force, decided to drive up to Cephas as she walked down the 700 block of East Ninth Street on the way to her daughter’s gravesite. When Oliver pulled up, he told Cephas to sit in the front seat of his car. He then told Cephas she had a warrant for her arrest, while simultaneously exposing himself to her.

He then issued the ultimatum; perform oral sex, or face arrest. He then grabbed her by the head and forced her onto his exposed penis. These facts are undisputed by both parties.

Cephas would then file a complaint and an investigation was launched into the allegations.

Months after the incident, Oliver would be arrested and charged with second-degree rape, sexual extortion, and having sex with a person in police custody. He was ordered held on $66,000 cash bail following the nearly five-month investigation.

At the time, Police Chief Robert J. Tracy called the charges “deeply troubling and disheartening. The charge that one of our officers abused his authority to victimize a member of the public in this manner is sickening.”

Fast-forward to this month, however, and the deeply troubling and disheartening act by one of their officers, has been swept under the rug. Oliver beat all charges except official misconduct and was sentenced to just one year of probation — this, in spite of the fact that he admitted to the entire ordeal.

“It’s all undisputed,” Cephas’ lawyer Emeka Igwe said. “The officer does not dispute that this horrible incident took place while he was in uniform in his patrol car and he’s even admitted that it was wrong and he’s apologized to Ms. Cephas in court, but yet, the mayor of Wilmington and the police chief have yet to reach out to Ms. Cephas.”

The defense likely claimed that Cephas somehow consented to the act, which is as asinine as it is insidious.

Oliver had a gun, handcuffs, and threatened to throw her in jail when he demanded oral sex.
