22 States Sue Over ‘Gender Identity’ Rule Controlling $29 Billion For Poor Kids’ Meals

Twenty-two states are suing President Joe Biden’s administration for threatening to zap school-meal program funding unless the states comply with new rules surrounding gender identity and sexual orientation in schools.

The lawsuit represents the latest volley fired in the ongoing battles between state officials and Biden, who they accuse of usurping their authority through his executive orders.

The states complain that a federal nondiscrimination rule, set to take effect Aug. 15, seeks to impose “obligations that apparently stretch as far as ending sex-separated living facilities and athletics and mandating the use of biologically inaccurate preferred pronouns,” said the lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court, Tennessee, on July 26.

“The Biden administration’s sweeping rhetoric treats normal practices, such as sex-separated bathrooms and athletics, as ‘discriminatory’ even though DOJ and the Department of Education treated those as legal, nondiscriminatory practices as recently as last year,” the suit says.

A fact sheet about the proposed policy cited examples of discriminatory acts, as interpreted by bureaucrats, under the new rule: “Preventing a transgender high school girl [a biological male] from using the girls’ restroom” and “preventing a transgender high school girl [a biological male] from “try[ing] out for the girls’ cheerleading team,” the lawsuit says.

Teacher says entire classroom of second graders changed pronouns

A teacher recently expressed her anger towards parents she called “unsafe” after claiming that her entire classroom of students changed their pronouns.

In a video posted to Twitter by Libs of TikTok, a teacher addressed the incident, saying that the classroom announced their changed pronouns after one student came forward and spoke to her.

“One of my students felt safe enough to share his pronouns with me,” she said. “And when he did so, once the class knew that I knew, they all switched pronouns.”

The teacher explained that she has a class of second graders.

“Like, I’m torn between being really, really happy to be a safe space, and just absolutely furious that an entire group of second graders has to keep this secret from not safe people,” the teacher said.

“Why are kids feeling unsafe? And furthermore, why does everyone talk about ‘how are the kids going to understand?’ Kids f*cking understand it. It’s easy for them,” she said. “It’s the adults who have all of the frigging and hang ups and bullsh*t. Kids are fine.”

The video comes as many schools across the country have, whether personally in the classroom or through plans implemented by schools, have hidden student’s change of pronouns, gender, or sexuality from parents.

At least 181 K-12 educators charged with child sex crimes in first half of 2022

At least 181 K-12 educators, including four principals, were arrested on child sex-related crimes in the U.S. in the first six months of 2022, ranging from child pornography to raping students.

An analysis conducted by Fox News Digital looked at local news stories week by week featuring arrests of principals, teachers, substitute teachers and teachers’ aides on child sex-related crimes in school districts across the country. Arrests that weren’t publicized were not counted in the analysis, meaning the true number may well be higher.

The analysis found that at least 181 have been arrested between January 1 and June 30, which works out to exactly an arrest a day on average.

The 181 educators included four principals, 153 teachers, 12 teachers’ aides and 12 substitute teachers.

Michigan School Employee Who Called for LGBT Lessons, Mocked Parents, Arrested for Pedophilia

A Michigan public school employee who staunchly advocated for LGBT curricula to his district’s school board has been arrested as part of a police sting operation targeting local pedophiles.

41-year-old Eric Rohman, an employee of Mt. Pleasant Michigan’s public school system, was arrested as part of an Isabella County Sheriff’s Office sting operation that also saw two more alleged child predators put behind bars. According to local reports, Isabella County law enforcement was assisted in the sting by agents from the FBI and the Michigan State Police, among others.

Along with two other men, “Eric Rohman, 41, of Mt. Pleasant [was] arrested at an undisclosed location,” local media reports. “All three were arrested for using a computer to commit a crime and accosting a minor for immoral purposes. Police allege that the three communicated over various social media apps with decoys posing as children. The three are accused of going to a location to have sex with a child, where they were arrested,” the report goes on to explain.

The local media outlets failed to mention in their reports on the sting that Eric Rohman is an employee of Mt. Pleasant’s public school division. While it is unclear in which capacity he works, his own words imply that he is in a role with access to children.

When school parents pushed back on the pro-LGBT curricula being peddled to their kids, which has been likened to a form of pedophilic public school grooming, Eric Rohman delivered an impassioned plea to the local school board in favor of “educating” children on homosexuality and transgenderism, even taunting parents at one point during his talk.

Rohman, who boasted to the board and audience members that he is both “vaccinated” and a “proud member of the LGBTQIA community,” also donned a “Black Lives Matter” t-shirt during his school board address.

“My name is Eric Rohman. I am a resident, townie, taxpayer, vaccinated and functioning graduate of this high school, class of 1999, proud member of the LGBTQIA community, and an employee of Mt. Pleasant Public Schools,” Rohman said, before telling the board and townspeople that their children are “hungry” for “knowledge” on homosexuality and transgenderism.

Worksheet at Boston High School Suggests Assassinations as Legitimate Form of Resisting ‘Oppression’

At Charlestown High School in the city of Boston, certain teachers instructing students learning English who recently arrived in the United States may be indoctrinating these children to incite violence as a form of resistance to their alleged oppressors, according to experts.

The “classroom files” of three of the school’s teachers in the Sheltered English Immersion program are currently available for download on the Boston Teachers Union (BTU) website. These teachers teach Humanities to ninth- and tenth-grade students who have recently arrived in the country from El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, the Dominican Republic, Haiti, and China, the website states.

One part of the curriculum profiled on the website involves “notes and assignments around oppression, resistance, and narrative structure.”

“It includes detailed note-taking sheets and powerpoints on institutional, interpersonal, and internalized oppression,” the BTU website states. “Students are invited to critically examine when certain forms of resistance might be appropriate.”

A worksheet titled “Forms of Resistance” is included as an example of what’s taught in the course.

The first page of the worksheet identifies three types of oppression as “Instituional [sic],” “Interpresonal [sic],” and “Internalized,” and then lists examples of each. One example of oppression at the institutional level was identified as, “Trump builds a wall on the border so it is harder for Latinos to enter the US.” At the interpersonal level, an example was, “A husband tells his wife she must stay home to cook and clean.” An example of oppression at the internalized level included, “An Asian girl hates her eyes, she thinks she is ugly so she gets surgery to change them.”

Students were next asked to “list different forms of resistance for each level of oppression.”

The following pages of the worksheet with the heading “Forms of Resistance Notes” contained 11 rows identifying 11 types of resistance that could be employed to end certain forms of oppression. The column on the far left contains pictures identifying each type of resistance and students are made to name in the type of resistance in the next column. Next, students are meant to fill in the blanks in the column that provides the “explanation” for each form of resistance. In the last section, students are to choose which of the three levels of oppression—institutional, interpersonal, or internalized—that the type of resistance was “most effective at ending.”

Alongside peaceful protest methods such as boycotts, sit-ins, and petitions, the worksheet also contains three images are appear to portray violent forms of revolt: riots, shown by masked protestors wearing all black throwing projectiles including what appears to be a flare; fights, depicted by a cartoon image of two people brawling; and political assassinations, shown by an image of President Richard Nixon as a target of crosshairs.

Oregon ‘BIPOC’ teachers claims eye-rolling is an example of a ‘harmful practice rooted in White supremacy’

Oregon teachers at the Errol Hassell Elementary School sent school administrators an email claiming that eye-rolling directed at a principal, among other alleged actions they observed, is an example of a “harmful practice rooted in White supremacy” that is happening in the workplace.

The educators from the Beaverton School District said in an email on May 27 that they had become of aware of a “rumor” that Principal Cynthia Lam Moffett was on the chopping block.

“We believe that much of the resistance to Principal Moffett’s work… is a result of bias and targeted aggression. As BIPOC educators we have observed, experienced, and witnessed similar micro and macro aggressions,” the email said. BIPOC stands for Black, Indigenous, and people of color.

The teachers included an extensive list of “micro and macro aggressions.” Many of them were concerning the staff’s responses to the principal. It said, “Staff members rolled their eyes during… meetings while Principal Moffett is speaking”

It continued, “Staff raised their voice and interrupted Principal Moffet during… meetings, and spoke in a disrespectful and aggressive manner.”

The definitive proof critical race theory is being taught in our schools

Throughout this debate, we have heard that “critical race theory is simply a way to learn about the past” that “critical race theory is not taught in elementary schools or high schools” and that it is merely “teaching accurate history” and is only taught in law school and college.

America First Legal acquired narrative-shattering documents as part of its litigation against the Tredyffrin/Easttown Area School District (TESD) in Pennsylvania. They prove – unequivocally – the left’s dishonest gaslighting. Indeed, critical race theory is being taught in schools

This past winter, TESD parent Ben Auslander exercised his legal right to inspect the documents from teacher trainings that were being used by TESD. The teacher trainings were developed by The Pacific Educational Group, a consulting organization that relies on its “Framework for Systemic Racial Equity Transformation” to contract with school districts and corporations that want to be more woke.

While inspecting the documents, Auslander began making voice notes of what he was reading. When the administrator for TESD saw this, he told Auslander that this was a copyright violation and ended the inspection.
