DA Refuses to Prosecute Trans Sex Offender Who Previously Exposed Himself at 2 Schools, 3 Rec Centers, Say Police

Richard Kenneth Cox, 58, is a registered sex offender.

According to a March 3 report from WJLA-TV, Cox faces 12 counts in Arlington County, Virginia, of being a sex offender in proximity to children, three counts of a sex offender entering a school or child day care center, four counts of indecent exposure, two counts of taking indecent liberties with children, and one count of identity theft. His next hearing is on May 23, 2025.

Cox’s public defender wanted the hearing closed, WJLA reported. The judge asked the Arlington County Commonwealth’s Attorney whether they had an opinion on this and they didn’t. The judge asked why the public defender wanted the hearing closed. After that, the motion was withdrawn.

One might have asked why the Arlington County attorney didn’t have an opinion on the matter. Then again, prosecutors in Northern Virginia have plenty of blame to share for the fact that Cox was still out on the street — particularly since, in neighboring Fairfax County, the top prosecutor refused to go after the registered sex offender after he allegedly committed indecent exposure in a Planet Fitness women’s restroom.

Now, after allegedly exposing himself at two schools and three recreational centers on 10 different occasions since the previous charges against him were dropped, prosecutors seem to be playing a different tune. If only they’d have done so back in 2024.

Cox, WJLA reported, identifies as transgender; however, this seems to be one of the few cases in which the media is willing to address someone who very obviously looks like a male and is a male as a male, despite calling himself transgender — perhaps because, as the station reported last month, he’s “also a registered sex offender who has a lengthy criminal record.”

However, the alleged “indecent exposure” happened inside a Planet Fitness in Falls Church, Virginia, in June of 2024 — and Planet Fitness has a policy that allowed a registered child sex offender into whatever bathroom he pleases: “All members, including transgender members, may use Planet Fitness locker room facilities, bathrooms, showers, and all other facilities/programs separated by sex based on their self-reported gender identity.”

And apparently, to have stuff like this happen to them, according to this criminal complaint by an unnamed woman:

“I went to Planet Fitness in Falls Church on June 6, and around 4:30 p.m., I went to the restroom,” the complaint read. “I used the stall. Once I was finished, I went to wash my hands, and as soon as I was finished [with] my hands, I tried to walk out. I was startled by a man naked right in front of me in the restroom. I panicked and ran out to see if I’m in the right restroom. I looked at the sign outside the restroom and it was the female restroom.”

Another Fairfax County resident named Lyndsey, no last name given, said she canceled her gym membership because of Cox’s presence.

Is the Jig up for Elite Higher Education?

Over the last three decades, elite American universities have engaged in economic, political, social, and cultural practices that were often unethical, illegal — and suicidal.

They did so with impunity.

Apparently, confident administrators assumed that the brand of Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Stanford, and other elite universities was so precious to the nation’s elite movers and shakers that they could always do almost anything they wished.

By the 1970s, non-profit universities had dropped pretenses that they were apolitical and non-partisan.

Instead, they customarily violated the corpus of iconic civil rights legislation by weighing race, gender, and sexual orientation in biased admissions, hiring, and promotions.

Graduation ceremonies became overtly racially and ethnically segregated. The same was true for dorms and “theme houses.”

So-called “safe spaces,” in the spirit of the Jim Crow South, reserved areas of campus solely for particular races.

Affluent foreign students often openly protested on behalf of designated terrorist groups like Hamas.

First-Amendment-protected free speech all but vanished on elite campuses. Any guest speaker who dared to critique abortion on demand, Middle East orthodoxy, biological males dominating women’s sports, or diversity/equity/inclusion (DEI) dogmas was likely to be shouted down, or on occasion roughed up.

University administrators either ignored the violence done to the Bill of Rights or quietly approved when their rowdy students were turned loose on supposed conservatives.

But in their hubris, the universities began a series of blunders that may now end them as they once were.

They began gouging government agencies such as the National Institutes of Health and the National Science Foundation by grabbing anywhere from 30 to 60 percent of individual campus grants as “overhead.”

Yet they usually charged most private foundation grants a far more modest 15% surcharge — as if a lax government did not object to overcharging.

Listen to leaked audio of DEI activist SHARING air traffic controller exam answers with minority candidates

A top ‘DEI’ activist is caught on voicemail allegedly offering minority air traffic controller candidates the chance to cheat in a make-or-break entry exam.

Shelton Snow, a powerful figure in the National Black Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees (NBCFAE), can be heard promising advance access to test answers in a shocking audio clip obtained by DailyMail.com.

‘There are some valuable pieces of information that I have taken a screenshot of and I am going to send that to you via email,’ says Snow, an air traffic operations supervisor based out of New York.

‘I am about 99.99 percent sure that it is exactly how you need to answer each question.’

The inside info was made available in 2014 to African Americans, females, and other minority candidates – but whites were left out of the loop to ‘minimize competition’.

Exactly how many applicants were able to capitalize on Snow’s brazen offer to secure coveted controller jobs responsible for the safety of millions of fliers remains a mystery.

But one former NBCFAE member, Matthew Douglas, told DailyMail.com: ‘I know several people who cheated and I know several people who are controlling planes as we speak.’

The voicemail comes to light as President Donald Trump vows to purge DEI – diversity, equity and inclusion – from US aviation, among other federal agencies, in the wake of the deadly midair collision at Reagan National airport in January that claimed 67 lives.

HUD Secretary Scott Turner Rejects Asheville’s $225M Disaster Relief Request After Shocking DEI Clause Exposed

Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Secretary Scott Turner has decisively rejected Asheville, North Carolina’s outrageous $225 million disaster relief request.

The reason? A jaw-dropping Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) clause buried deep in the city’s draft action plan—a clause that prioritizes woke ideology over the urgent needs of everyday Americans still reeling from Hurricane Helene’s devastation six months ago.

In an interview with Fox Business’s Maria Bartiromo, Secretary Turner condemned the city’s initial draft action plan for prioritizing assistance based on race and gender identity rather than need.

“This draft action plan that the city of Asheville presented at first has elements of DEI, and that is not acceptable to HUD,” Turner told Bartiromo.

“It’s not acceptable to the President, according to his executive order to get rid of all DEI. We’re working with the city of Asheville. They have been very responsive to make sure that their upcoming draft action plan is in compliance with HUD and how we give funds out according to HUD’s principles.”

“We’re happy to be here. They’re working with us, and we’re looking forward to helping the people of Asheville recover from this disaster.”

Risking World War III – For a Woke Agenda?

Without being a fear monger I have tried for five years to warn the world as to the globalist takeover of all democratic nation states and institutions by globalist forces.

But it is such a large and pervasive scheme it is difficult for we – as average citizens – to even begin to grasp – and even harder for me as a writer to communicate.

Nevertheless it is a reality and has led to us as constitutional republics to be enslaved by nefarious forces without our knowledge.

I share material from other sources freely when I feel a source can encapsulate and describe what is happening in an understandable way which I cannot provide in essay format.

And because we live in a world where much of our communication is fed through the internet in the form of video this is going to involve the sharing of educational and informative videos.

Those who do not watch may consider that they are not fully informed as to the content of this essay.

New Study Reveals How DEI Training Increases Hostility

President Trump has recently taken decisive action against Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs within the federal government by signing executive orders that dismantle these initiatives. His actions include revoking an order by Lyndon B. Johnson on affirmative action for federal contractors and placing all federal DEI staff on paid administrative leave with plans for their eventual layoff. These moves have sparked significant controversy, with critics arguing that they undo decades of progress toward racial and gender equity in federal employment, while supporters believe they restore merit-based governance.

This fulfills Trump’s campaign promise to eliminate what he describes as “radical and wasteful” DEI programs, aligning with his commitment to a colorblind, merit-based society. The controversy reflects a broader debate on the role of government in promoting diversity versus ensuring equal opportunity based solely on merit. But what does the evidence show?

The Rise of Woke Indoctrination

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives have become increasingly prevalent in workplaces, educational institutions, and other organizations across the United States. These programs’ stated goals are to foster more inclusive environments, reduce bias, and promote equity for all individuals. A key component of many DEI programs is diversity pedagogy, which often includes lectures, trainings, and educational resources designed to educate participants about their own biases and the ‘systemic nature of oppression.’

A growing body of research suggests that DEI programs, particularly those emphasizing “anti-oppressive” frameworks, have consequences that are completely opposite of their stated goals. While many might give DEI practitioners the benefit of the doubt and see these trainings as well-intentioned, that is up for debate. This study, conducted by the Network Contagion Research Institute (NCRI) and Rutgers University, investigates the potential for these programs to increase intergroup hostility and even contribute to the rise of authoritarian tendencies.

DEI programs backfire: Studies show they increase hostility, fueling Trump’s push for meritocracy

President Donald Trump has made a lot of headlines for his decisive action against Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs within the federal government in an attempt to dismantle what he calls “radical and wasteful” initiatives. His executive orders, which include revoking Lyndon B. Johnson’s affirmative action policies and placing federal DEI staff on paid leave, have reignited a fierce debate over the role of government in promoting diversity versus merit-based governance. But as Trump’s critics decry the move as a step backward, a growing body of research suggests that DEI programs may be doing more harm than good — increasing hostility, fostering division, and even promoting authoritarian tendencies.

The controversy comes as a new study from the Network Contagion Research Institute (NCRI) and Rutgers University reveals that DEI training often backfires, exacerbating the very problems it claims to solve. The findings, which align with Trump’s push for a colorblind, merit-based society, raise urgent questions about the effectiveness and unintended consequences of these widely implemented programs.

The rise of DEI and its unintended consequences

DEI initiatives have become a staple in workplaces, universities, and government agencies across the nation, with the stated goal of fostering inclusivity and reducing bias. However, the NCRI study, which involved over 3,000 participants, found that exposure to DEI materials emphasizing systemic oppression and victimization led to heightened perceptions of bias, increased support for punitive measures, and a rise in intergroup hostility.

Participants exposed to DEI materials, including works by prominent anti-racist authors, were more likely to perceive racial bias in neutral scenarios and endorse harsh punishments for perceived offenses — even when no wrongdoing occurred. For example, in a hypothetical college admissions scenario, participants exposed to DEI materials were significantly more likely to accuse an admissions officer of racial bias, despite a lack of evidence.

Hostility and authoritarianism on the rise

The study’s findings are alarming. Participants exposed to DEI narratives showed a 12% increase in support for suspending individuals accused of bias, a 16% increase in demands for public apologies, and a 12% increase in calls for mandatory DEI training. These punitive attitudes were not limited to race; similar patterns emerged in scenarios involving religion and caste.

Perhaps most concerning is the study’s revelation that DEI materials fostered authoritarian tendencies. Participants exposed to these narratives were more likely to demonize perceived “oppressor” groups and support the suppression of dissenting views. “What we found is that when people are exposed to this ideology, they become hostile without any indication that anything racist has happened,” said Joel Finkelstein, NCRI’s Chief Science Officer and co-author of the study.

How Obama’s FAA used a skewed multiple-choice quiz to prioritize DEI applicants and bar the brightest from air traffic controller jobs

A job questionnaire for aspiring air traffic controllers introduced by the Obama administration was designed to meet secret DEI target numbers, DailyMail.com can reveal.

The aspiring controllers were given extra credit for being ‘risk takers’, in the bizarre multiple-choice quiz to secretly prioritize DEI applicants.

It required virtually no knowledge of aviation to pass but top marks were awarded to candidates who ‘need a great deal of time to complete assignments’ and ‘take chances very often’.

And playing three or more sports in high school was rated more valuable than having a stint as an air traffic controller in the military.

Now DailyMail.com has obtained the quiz so you can see how you would fare.

The 2014 entry test proved notoriously hard to pass for elite, mostly white college graduates who excelled in traditional cognitive tests.

But race reformers said it paved the way for more ‘off the street’ hires – namely women and minorities – to land high stakes jobs responsible for the lives of millions of air passengers.

‘Bonkers is the right word for this,’ one aviation expert told DailyMail.com.
