Hysterical, power-hungry EPA will require all property owners to have “no detectable level of lead dust in the air” – an impossible feat

Lead exposure is a serious health concern, especially for children, whose developing brains are drastically affected by the heavy metal. However, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is going a step too far in regulating the heavy metal on private property.

According to new rules released by Biden’s EPA — homes, apartment buildings and child care facilities must test completely negative for lead. Under most circumstances, this is completely implausible. Lead particulate matter is ubiquitous is air measurements across the world.

Instead of taking realistic steps to mitigate the risk of heavy metal exposures, this new rule gives the EPA unlimited power and uses hysterical measurements to seize control over private property.

All air and soil contain detectable levels of lead, but there’s no reason to panic

Under the new rules, any detectable level of lead dust in a building would be considered a “lead hazard” and property owners would be ordered by the EPA and the courts to clean up the building. If remediation efforts are not good enough (and they won’t be in most cases), then the building may be condemned or torn down.

This is what happens when hysteria takes over the regulatory agencies: they virtue signal about detecting irrelevant concentrations and then use their findings to justify abusing their power. In the study National Trends in Lead Concentration in 2010-2023, the ambient lead level in the atmosphere across the US is just over 0.025 ug/m³. This is based on measurement of 79 sites across the country. Similarly in Europe, soil levels of lead are routinely measured at 25-35 ng/m³, which is approximately the same level.

According to the study, the average concentration of lead hasn’t gone up in the last decade. A recent document from the EPA shows that the dust in the air, averaged across all monitoring sites, ranges from 0.015 to 0.045 µg/m³.These are detectable levels of lead across the Earth’s atmosphere and throughout the soil, but the existence of lead at these levels does not mean everyone’s lives are in danger and it must be remediated at all costs!

The EPA, on the other hand, disagrees now, and will be able to take any detectable level of lead and seize power over the situation, claiming a public health threat in a building, and ordering the expensive remediation and takedown of properties throughout the country. While there has been a natural 87% decrease in the national average of lead in the Earth’s atmosphere, the EPA could still find a meaningless, detectable level of lead somewhere and claim dominion over that property, demanding remediation.

Top 12 NEW “SYNDROMES” created by insidious government forces, Big Pharma and their propaganda-purporting media complex

Got new physical, mental or emotional health problems that no medical doctor can seem to solve? You must have one of those brand new “syndromes” that suddenly appeared on the “market” since Trump, Covid, and the clot shots hit the scene.

Are you absolutely mind-locked into voting for more communism in America? You must be suffering from TDS. Are you feeling sick in the head because millions of Republicans and Conservatives won’t give all their money to rich, white elitists who are trying to save the world from crazy storms and the sun’s ever-increasing heat? You’ve been indoctrinated by the Climate Change Cult and you are suffering from a syndrome called CCS.

Ever since you got “vaccinated” for Covid-19 Wuhan virus, have you noticed that your heart feels like it’s about to explode every time you exercise? You are suffering from Spike Protein Syndrome, where billions of tiny nanoparticle “proteins” join together to form fibrous white clots in your vascular system, putting a severe strain on your heart. Your medical quack is not allowed to tell you this.

Did you catch Covid and somehow, months or years later, you’re still suffering from the “after-effects” of it, like ringing in your ears, sciatica, chronic inflammation, irregular heartbeats, myocarditis, pericarditis, brain fog and lethargy? You’ve got “Long Covid,” which means you got the Covid vaccine, and it has royally screwed up your body systems, but Big Pharma told all the medical doctors to call it “Long Covid.”

‘Off Leash’: The Crypto-Fascist Group Influencing Global Right Wing Politics

In the lead up to the November 2024 US (s)election the fervor around identity politics has become more polarized than ever. Both sides of the false left versus right dichotomy have become more vitriolic than ever in their respective echo chambers. Like rival gangs warring over a particular street corner neither with any regard for the common people, they objectify their opponents and cajole their constituents into further perpetuating the statist charade that is political theater.

Over the last few years as we have witnessed The Great Inversion take its hold on the minds of the masses within the right wing side of the spectrum, we have watched rise of what can generally be referred to as “The New Right”. This inversion is akin to a controlled opposition psychological operation, particularly in regard to the prevailing narratives of the Trump deception, i.e. the illusion that Trump is saving the people from the so-called “Deep State”.

This illusion is being peddled by this New Right, an uber-authoritarian, ultra-nationalist, neoconservative sector of the political sphere maintaining themselves as faux populists while retaining all of the inherent systemic supremacies of the typical US oligarchy. They are a branch of that same oligarchy, draping themselves in a pax-Americana to be presented as a bulwark against the “woke left”; seemingly preserving traditional American values against the encroaching dregs of Marxism through a veil of pseudo-patriotism. A new polarity in the old paradigm.

This polarity has contributed to the political rise of figures already entrenched in the orbit of the likes of Peter Thiel, and pervasive agendas such as Project 2025.

Thiel, founder of the CIA cut out surveillance technology corporation Palantir, has been a darling of the military industrial complex, member of the steering committee for the Bilderberg Group, and since 2016 one of the primary donors for the Trump campaign, as well as maintaining significant influence over the current campaign through his bankrolling of J.D. Vance.

While this New Right promotes Project 2025, a road map to radically reshape the federal government during the next Republican presidency that is reviled by the left as an existential threat to human rights and civil liberties, it reads more like a reboot of Reagan era neocon policy with a MAGA twist. Not exactly the boogieman it’s been made out to be but still a boon for centralizing even more power into the hands of the state.

Amid this rise of the new right overlapping with the great inversion is a group of figures already deeply entrenched within right-wing circles both in the open and behind the scenes who wish to influence the direction of policy.

The group has privately dubbed themselves “Off Leash”.

DEA Marijuana Rescheduling Hearing Delayed Until 2025, Agency Judge Rules

The Drug Enforcement Administration’s (DEA) hearing on the Biden administration’s marijuana rescheduling proposal is being delayed until 2025, Marijuana Moment has learned.

After DEA Administrator Anne Millgram signed off on over two dozen witnesses to participate in the hearing on Monday, Chief Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) John Mulrooney issued a preliminary order on Thursday signaling that the information provided on those set to testify was insufficient and requesting additional details and potential availability for a formal hearing in January or February 2025.

When the Justice Department proposed moving cannabis from Schedule I to Schedule III in March following a scientific review, advocates and stakeholders had hoped the rule would be finalized this year. And DEA did schedule the hearing for December 2—after the presidential election but before the January inauguration that will see an administrative changeup.

Now the latest order from Mulrooney clarifies that won’t be the case.

The reason being is that DEA’s list of hearing participants who were selected and sent to the ALJ’s office provided “no indication in the four corners of the document as to whether the ‘participants’ support or oppose the [notice of proposed rulemaking] or how the ‘participants’ satisfy the ‘interested person’ definition set forth in the regulations,” the judge’s order says.

“Indeed, the [Participant Letter] contains only a list of persons and organizations accompanied by one or more email addresses, without the benefit of notices of appearance, addresses, or even phone numbers,” it says.

The order from the DEA ALJ says that selected participants must provide such details by November 12. DEA is mandated to provide “its counsel(s) of record who will be appearing in these proceedings, as well as any known conflicts of interest that may require disclosure” on the same date.

Unmasking a Social Media Crackdown: NCLA Seeks Full Discovery on Government Censorship Tactics

The New Civil Liberties Alliance (NCLA) is pushing forward in Missouri v. Biden, aiming to uncover the depth of government-led censorship on social media. This legal action follows a June Supreme Court ruling that vacated a preliminary injunction in the case, previously known as Murthy v. Missouri, which barred officials from the White House, CDC, FBI, CISA, and the Surgeon General’s office from pressuring social media platforms to censor constitutionally protected speech.

NCLA’s clients, including prominent figures such as Drs. Jayanta Bhattacharya, Martin Kulldorff, and Aaron Kheriaty, as well as free speech advocate Jill Hines, allege that they were systematically blacklisted, shadow-banned, de-boosted, throttled, and even suspended across major social media platforms due to their viewpoints on Covid-19, public health, and government policies. NCLA claims this censorship campaign was orchestrated as part of a “whole-of-government” initiative that saw coordinated efforts across a dozen federal agencies, with direction from top White House officials.

We obtained a copy of this new filing for you here.

While the Supreme Court ruled that NCLA’s clients lacked the standing needed to sustain the preliminary injunction, the organization argues that this ruling does not spell an end to the lawsuit. According to NCLA, the standard for standing at the injunction stage is higher than what’s required to advance a case through its initial pleadings. The Alliance is seeking further discovery to show that government actions indeed stifled speech and violated the First Amendment—an assertion that Supreme Court Justices Alito, Thomas, and Gorsuch echoed in their partial dissent, in which they warned that the government’s actions raised “serious First Amendment concerns.”

The Politics Of Fear: Laying The Groundwork For Fascism, American-Style

No one can terrorize a whole nation, unless we are all his accomplices.”

– Edward R. Murrow, broadcast journalist

America is in the midst of an epidemic of historic proportions.

The contagion being spread like wildfire is turning communities into battlegrounds and setting Americans one against the other.

Normally mild-mannered individuals caught up in the throes of this disease have been transformed into belligerent zealots, while others inclined to pacifism have taken to stockpiling weapons and practicing defensive drills.

This plague on our nation—one that has been spreading like wildfire—is a potent mix of fear coupled with unhealthy doses of paranoia and intolerance, tragic hallmarks of the post-9/11 America in which we live.

Everywhere you turn, those on both the left- and right-wing are fomenting distrust and division. You can’t escape it.

We’re being fed a constant diet of fear: fear of terrorists, fear of illegal immigrants, fear of people who are too religious, fear of people who are not religious enough, fear of extremists, fear of conformists, fear of the government, fear of those who fear the government, fear of those on the Right, fear of those on the Left… The list goes on and on.

The strategy is simple yet effective: the best way to control a populace is through fear and discord.

Fear makes people stupid.

Confound them, distract them with mindless news chatter and entertainment, pit them against one another by turning minor disagreements into major skirmishes, and tie them up in knots over matters lacking in national significance.

Most importantly, divide the people into factions, persuade them to see each other as the enemy and keep them screaming at each other so that they drown out all other sounds. In this way, they will never reach consensus about anything and will be too distracted to notice the police state closing in on them until the final crushing curtain falls.

This is how free people enslave themselves and allow tyrants to prevail.

This Machiavellian scheme has so ensnared the nation that few Americans even realize they are being manipulated into adopting an “us” against “them” mindset. Instead, fueled with fear and loathing for phantom opponents, they agree to pour millions of dollars and resources into political elections, militarized police, spy technology and endless wars, hoping for a guarantee of safety that never comes.

All the while, those in power—bought and paid for by lobbyists and corporations—move their costly agendas forward, and “we the suckers” get saddled with the tax bills and subjected to pat downs, police raids and round-the-clock surveillance.

Turn on the TV or flip open the newspaper on any given day, and you will find yourself accosted by reports of government corruption, corporate malfeasance, militarized police and marauding SWAT teams.

America has already entered a new phase, one in which children are arrested in schools, military veterans are forcibly detained by government agents because of their so-called “anti-government” views, and law-abiding Americans are having their movements tracked, their financial transactions documented, and their communications monitored.

These threats are not to be underestimated.

Moscow Blasts Detention of Russian Reporters as Breach of US Freedom of Speech Commitments

The United States has flagrantly violated its obligations to ensure freedom of access to information and media pluralism with its actions against Russian journalists at Washington, DC’s airport, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said.

US authorities have not notified the Russian Embassy in Washington about the detention of Russian journalists who went to cover the presidential election in the United States, Maria Zakharova said.

“They declared the goal of working as journalists to cover the elections. They went through all the procedures, got visas, permits, took the whole package of documents and went to the United States,” the Foreign Ministry spokeswoman said, commenting on the Russian journalists’ detention.

Zakharova specified that the detention of the Russian correspondents took place on the night of October 29.

Dear Americans: the ‘System’ Isn’t Going to Save You from Tyranny. The ‘System’ Has Been Hijacked.

I don’t sleep well under normal circumstances.

I typically enjoy a Manhattan or two when the day is done. My fiancee, Jessica, and I will catch an episode or two of Breaking Bad; then it is lights out in our apartment, the Atomic Bunker. That’s when the saturnalia in my cerebellum kicks on the lights, calls in the Big Top clowns, and BAM, it’s SHOWTIME!

What keeps me up usually? Perhaps I’ll pontificate about the potentially devasting effect one Confederate machine gun machine could have had at Pickett’s Charge. Or maybe I will stay up until 5:34 a.m. wondering how many cavemen roaming Michigan had to die of seizures before humanity learned not to eat yew berries.

FACT-O-RAMA! When growing up in Michigan, I once took my hamster, Fenore, outside. He filled his pouches with yew berries but thankfully didn’t eat them. #HamsterCatastropheAverted

But the thing that keeps my late-night noggin throbbin’ lately is, should this election go in the wrong direction, how my digestive tract will handle the moldy cabbage served to grubby-faced, recalcitrant patriots serving time in Kamala’s Reeducation Camp and Gift Shop.

DYSTOPY-O-RAMA! My nephew may someday wear a v-neck that reads, “My uncle went to Gulag-9 and all I got was this lousy t-shirt.”

Being the multi-media conservative figjam that I am, I suspect Kamala’s quod goons will delight in my cabbage-inspired gastrocolic carnage and will likely laughingly hand me 60-grit toilet paper. History’s victors decide what is and isn’t funny.

What kills me is that I know seemingly intelligent people who think my Thomas Paine-wannabe attempt to alert my fellow Americans that “The commies are coming” is nothing more than phantom flapdoodle.

“Relax, KDJ,” you might say. “We have a system to prevent tyranny. It’s called the Constitution. Have you ever heard of it? HAHAHA!”

What our “normal” friends can’t or won’t see is that the “system” has been hijacked by blue-haired apparatchiks who have spent their entire public school education and college being brainwashed to believe that patriots like us are evil hobgoblins who deserve the hoosegow or worse.

The Biden-Harris politburo has successfully dodged that annoying Constitution to get its way, or at least it’s tried and will try, try, again.

While the Democrats are going full Chicken Little about how Trump will imprison his political foes, they have not-so-suddenly been jailing bigwig Trump allies like Steve Bannon, Paul Mannafort, and Peter Navarro, to name a few,

PJ Media’s own Catherine Salgado has written about the persecution of pro-lifers sent to prison for daring to pray outside of abortion grinders.

NYC law used to shutter unlicensed weed bodegas is unconstitutional, judge rules

A Queens judge ruled Tuesday that the local law that let New York City rapidly shut down more than 1,000 businesses accused of selling cannabis without licenses is unconstitutional because it denies shop owners their rights to due process.

The decision calls the legality of the closures into question and has the potential to halt the city’s enforcement effort, known as Operation Padlock to Protect, which Mayor Eric Adams has repeatedly hailed as a success.

Liz Garcia, a spokesperson for the mayor, said Tuesday the city will appeal the ruling.

“Illegal smoke shops and their dangerous products endanger young New Yorkers and our quality of life, and we continue to padlock illicit storefronts and protect communities from the health and safety dangers posed by illegal operators,” she said.

The city updated its administrative code earlier this year to make it easier to shut down stores suspected of selling cannabis without licenses. But New York Supreme Court Justice Kevin Kerrigan has ruled that the portions of the city’s law that allow the sheriff to unilaterally decide whether to keep a store closed for up to a year are unconstitutional.

Under the law, the owner of a business that has been padlocked for allegedly selling cannabis without a license is entitled to a hearing with the Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings, or OATH. After listening to the facts of the case, the hearing officer makes a recommendation as to whether the store should remain closed.

But the ultimate decision is up to the sheriff — and lawyers representing businesses that have been shut down say it’s not uncommon for the sheriff to ignore OATH’s recommendations.

White House Security Adviser’s “Information Czar” Idea Triggers Free Speech Concerns

Amid escalating assertions over foreign influence in US elections, the White House is exploring a controversial proposal that some warn could threaten free speech and open debate. National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan recently confirmed that the administration has been “grappling with and thinking about” the potential creation of an “information czar,” sparking concern over the government’s expanding role in controlling narratives under the guise of national security.

Speaking at the National War College, Sullivan responded to a question about the potential for a centralized figure to oversee and counter foreign disinformation efforts by suggesting that while the idea has been under consideration, it could raise issues in a free society. “Questions around information operations, around public diplomacy, around the voice that America uses to speak to the world, bleed over into questions of propaganda or politics,” he said, implicitly acknowledging that such a role could have far-reaching consequences on public discourse.

The proposal for an “information czar” raises immediate concerns over whether any centralized control over information could be used to restrict speech and stifle dissenting opinions. Sullivan recognized this risk, questioning whether such a role should be linked to the White House itself or to a more removed agency in order to “insulate this from the twos and fros of politics.” Still, the idea of government officials controlling “information resiliency” remains contentious, especially when directed at speech in the US rather than strictly addressing threats abroad.

In defending the proposal, Sullivan argued that foreign election interference, particularly by Russia and other state actors, poses a national security issue and “an attack on our country” that needs a robust response. However, critics argue that efforts to counter disinformation could easily expand into broader content censorship efforts, a slippery slope that could ultimately see the government interfering with free speech in the name of “resilience.”
