Nancy Pelosi’s husband sold more than $500K worth of Visa stock — just weeks before DOJ’s antitrust lawsuit

Nancy Pelosi’s husband unloaded more than $500,000 worth of Visa stock — less than three months before the credit card giant was slapped with federal antitrust charges, public documents show.

Visa was hit with a lawsuit on Tuesday that alleged the company has illegally monopolized the debit card market — the culmination of a years-long review conducted by the Justice Department’s antitrust unit.

Visa allegedly used its dominant market position to penalize customers and merchants who use competing payment processors, according to court papers.

Antitrust cops also allege that Visa forces financial tech firms to work with it by threatening to penalize those who don’t.

The Post has sought comment from Visa.

Meanwhile, Christopher Josephs, the tech entrepreneur who runs the “Nancy Pelosi Stock Tracker” on X, posted a screenshot of a congressional filing on July 3 which showed that the former House speaker’s husband, Paul Pelosi, had sold 2,000 shares of Visa worth between $500,000 and $1 million.

July 2: As the situation becomes more dire, left-wing media outlets like NBC News, The New York Times, and The Daily Beast join the chorus calling for Biden to step aside following a disastrous debate performance. All of a sudden, Nancy Pelosi publicly admits that Joe Biden may be suffering from cognitive decline. During an appearance on MSNBC, she asked: “I think it’s a legitimate question to say, is this an episode or is this a condition?”

July 7: The plot thickens as Axios reports that a growing number of Democrats are pleading for intervention. As Biden “Dementia Joe” stubbornly refuses to quit the race, party leaders are scrambling.

Behind the scenes, they are enlisting everyone from the Obamas to congressional leaders to pressure Biden to step down by the end of the week. The hope is that Biden will endorse Kamala Harris as his successor, potentially avoiding a chaotic battle at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago.

Axios notes that all eyes are on former Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), who has the stature to tell Biden to pack things up.

July 11: Reports have surfaced detailing the behind-the-scenes maneuvers of Barack Obama and Nancy Pelosi. As more details emerge, it becomes clear that the former president and House Speaker are working tirelessly to convince Biden to make way for a more viable candidate.

July 17: Nancy Pelosi is reportedly convinced that Joe Biden will lose to Donald Trump in November and fears that he could end up destroying the Democratic Party.

According to Politico, Pelosi has been “working the phones” in order to try and convinced Biden to make away for a more electable alternative. In his column on Tuesday, the outlet’s senior political columnist and politics bureau chief Jonathan Martin suggested that Pelosi is trying to keep her maneuvering quiet, presumably in the hope to maintain some sort of party unity.

July 20: Biden’s anger is palpable as he isolates at his Rehoboth Beach home following a supposed COVID diagnosis. According to sources close to Biden, he is furious with Pelosi and Obama, accusing them of orchestrating coordinated leaks to force him out of the 2024 race. The New York Times and CBS News have confirmed that these damaging leaks are part of a larger strategy by powerful Democrats to remove Biden from the race.

July 21: The situation reaches a boiling point as Politico reports that Pelosi delivered a chilling ultimatum to Biden. According to a Democrat familiar with the private conversations, Pelosi said, “Nancy made clear that they could do this the easy way or the hard way. She gave them three weeks of the easy way. It was about to be the hard way.”

He continued, “And I was concerned if I stayed in the race, that would be the topic — you’d be interviewing me about why did Nancy Pelosi say (unintelligible). And I thought it’d be a real distraction.”

The party elites took him out. It was such a smooth maneuver that there were rumors that Old Joe had kicked the bucket.

Pelosi was quickly singled out as the mob boss behind the coup. Now she’s finally talking.

Pelosi told the New Yorker that she was behind it. She did not like the way things were going.

Nancy Pelosi: “I love him so much. I think he’s been really a fantastic President of the United States.

So I really wanted him to make a decision of a better campaign because they were not facing the fact of what was happening. Just a little background. I’ve never been that impressed with his political operation. I’m not.

I mean, it just happened. They won the White House. Bravo. So my concern was, this ain’t happening, and we have to make a decision for us this to happen, and the President has to make the decision for that to happen. Let me just say, I won’t say necessarily I knew doing at that time. I knew what I was doing in the whole thing, not just that ship. Donald Trump would never set foot in the White House again.”

Democracy. She stole the vote of 14 million Democrat primary voters. And now she’s bragging about it.

And on Monday, John Solomon at Just the News reported that Nancy Pelosi’s top security aides received warnings about a potential Capitol breach the night before the January 6 protests.

Pelosi could have called in the National Guard.  She decided not to.

January 6 was always a set-up.  And the evidence confirms that Pelosi was in on it.

Two top House security aides under then-Speaker Nancy Pelosi got stark warnings from police the night before the Jan. 6 riots that protesters might try to breach the U.S. Capitol through its tunnel systems and block lawmakers from voting to certify Joe Biden’s presidential election win, according to newly obtained memos and text messages.

The documents obtained by Just the News also confirm that Pelosi’s team played a role in the botched security planning for that fateful day.

“We have identified numerous open source comments indicating groups intentions of finding the tunnel entrances and confronting/blocking the MOCs (Members of Congress),” Capitol Police Deputy Chief Sean Gallagher wrote Deputy House Sergeant at Arms Tim Blodgett at 8:55 p.m. on Jan. 5, 2021 in an email that got forwarded overnight to Blodgett’s boss, then-Sergeant at Arms Paul Irving.

A second warning was sent later that evening about possible threats against Supreme Court justices, and the sergeant-at arms-office scheduled a briefing for Pelosi’s then-chief of staff Terri McCullough the next morning, hours before the breach occurred, according to the messages obtained by House Administration Oversight Subcommittee Chairman Barry Loudermilk.

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, former Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Washington DC Mayor Muriel Bowser were both warned about the security situation prior to January 6th, and they both turned down National Guard troops at the US Capitol that day.

Pelosi Suddenly Declares It’s Legitimate To Question Biden’s Mental State

A big shift is happening within the Democratic Party.

Nancy Pelosi is now declaring that it is perfectly legitimate to question Joe Biden’s mental health, just days after putting Biden’s debate debacle down to a “bad night,” and repeatedly asserting Biden is cognitively sharp.

On Sunday, Pelosi told CNN’s Dana Bash that Biden “has the stamina” to carry on in the race and that it is really Donald Trump who is suffering from dementia.

Fast forward two days to Tuesday and Pelosi is telling MSNBC “I think it’s a legitimate question to say, is this an episode or is this a condition?” referring to Biden’s mental ability.

Deja vu: Russia collusion is back

Anyone tuning into Speaker Emerita Nancy Pelosi’s (D-CA) interview with former White House press secretary and MSNBC host Jen Psaki on Monday night would be forgiven for thinking they were watching a clip from 2016. Pelosi said she believes that Russian President Vladimir Putin “has something” on former President Donald Trump and that it likely involves money. Sounds familiar, right?

After establishing that Trump “brought disgrace to the White House” and that “we must be sure that he does not step one foot into the White House” again, Pelosi asked, “What does he [Putin] have on Donald Trump that he has to constantly be catering to Putin? Telling Putin to go into these countries, NATO countries.”

“What do you think Putin has on him?” Psaki asked. “I mean, it sure seems like something, as you’ve said a few times, given that he refuses to criticize him, that he seems to be a fanboy of him. Are you worried at all?”

“I don’t know what he has on him, but I think it’s probably financial,” Pelosi replied. “Either something financial he has him on or something on the come. Something that he expects to get.” 

Of course, Pelosi doesn’t believe a word of what she said. Trump’s potential ties to the Kremlin, financial or otherwise, were debunked by special counsel Robert Mueller’s exhaustive 22-month investigation, which ended in March 2019. She is merely laying the groundwork for the Democrats’ plan to defeat Trump in November.

Lo and behold, the loyal foot soldiers in the legacy media are already repeating Pelosi’s words. The marching orders from the Democratic National Committee or the Biden campaign or whatever entity it is that determines party messaging has gone out. 

It is now clear that resurrecting the narrative that Trump is an agent of Russia will be an integral part of the Democrats’ 2024 strategy. And they are using it to discredit the House Republicans’ impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden’s alleged involvement in his family’s foreign influence-peddling business.

Pelosi’s husband made over $1.25 million on Nvidia stock bet in just three months

Rep. Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., who has received widespread scrutiny over her husband’s stock purchases, is making bank on another well-timed bet on a familiar corporation.

The California Democrat’s husband, Paul, who owns a San Francisco investment and consulting firm, scooped up between $1 million and $5 million worth of call options in computer chip company Nvidia on Nov. 22. Pelosi, however, held off on reporting the transaction until right before Christmas.

Nvidia is not new to the Pelosis. In 2022, Paul grabbed more than $1 million in Nvidia call options — which give investors the right to buy shares of a company at a specific price — just weeks before a congressional vote on providing massive subsidies to the chip manufacturing industry. ‘Dangerous’: Pelosi calls for FBI to investigate cease-fire supporters

As The New York Times reported Sunday that more than 1,000 Black American pastors have joined the widespread call for a cease-fire in Gaza, U.S. Rep. Nancy Pelosi suggested the demand was “Putin’s message” and said the FBI should investigate groups that are speaking out about Biden’s pro-Israel policies.

On CNN, the former House speaker, a California Democrat, told Dana Bash that the “call for a cease-fire is [Russian President Vladimir] Putin’s message,” and said she thinks some of the protests that have erupted across the U.S. since October to demand the U.S. push for an end to Israel’s killing of civilians in Gaza “are connected to Russia.”

“I think some financing should be investigated and I want to ask the FBI to investigate that,” Pelosi said.

A number of progressives pointed out that the demand for a cease-fire is hardly coming from the fringes of American society, but rather from more than two-thirds of Americans in a November poll by Reuters/Ipsos. Three-quarters of Democrats in the survey backed a cease-fire, along with half of Republicans.

The Times detailed calls from more than 1,000 Black pastors who represent hundreds of thousands of congregants across the U.S. and who have written open letters and spoken to White House officials at sit-down meetings in support of a cease-fire, warning that “it’s going to be very hard to persuade our people to go back to the polls and vote for Biden.”

The Intercept reporter Prem Thakker pointed to other groups supportive of the call, including the Democratic parties of Arizona and Texas; the United Auto Workers, which endorsed Biden last week; and Doctors Without Borders.

Writer and researcher Abdullah Shihipar denounced Pelosi’s comments as “stupid,” but was among those who cautioned against dismissing her plan to ask the FBI to “investigate” certain pro-Palestinian rights protesters and groups.

Pelosi committee doctored Jan 6 footage by adding audio, journalist claims

In a new scoop, Just The News founder John Solomon appeared on Human Events with Jack Posobiec to discuss revelations surrounding questionable conduct by US government representatives during the Capitol riots on Jan. 6, 2021, including that the Jan. 6 House committee allegedly doctored tapes that surfaced following that fateful day. 

“Everything about January 6 was scripted,” Solomon declared, before adding that upon browsing the security footage, he noticed a glaring lack of sound in many of the scenes that he had previously both seen and heard.

He recounted asking a group of “experts” about the sound of the surveillance tapes, only to be met with the response that there was not any to start with. 

Solomon then said, “But there was, I saw it in the January 6 hearings,” before making his explosive allegation:

“Well guess what? It was faked. The sound was dubbed in basically, the January 6 committee faked the tapes. They faked the American people by adding sound that wasn’t on the tapes.”

This bombshell from Solomon came after his outlet was granted “unfettered access to the J6 tapes,” by House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), according to Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA). 

As The Hill noted, over 44,000 hours of footage from the event were released to Fox News host Tucker Carlson for the purposes of reporting earlier this year. Democrat politicians and members of the media alike reacted with fury at the time, insisting that such transparency would jeopardize the Capitol’s security. 

Carlson was not able to continue that work after he was fired from Fox News, with no reason given.
