Biden’s Latest DEI Hire Deletes Past Anti-White And Anti-Police Tweets

In the latest clownworld development, the Biden Administration hired a man in a dress to be its new Associate Communications Director and it quickly emerged that the guy had a history of spicy tweets hating on white people, comparing police officers to ‘slave patrols’ and ‘lynch mobs’, and calling for ICE to be abolished.

Here is who they hired. Tyler Cherry.

He looks like Mr Slave from South Park.

Or Weird Al Yankovic if you prefer…

Trans-identified male awarded $35,000 by Ontario court after women’s salon refused to wax ‘her’ balls

A Canadian court awarded a trans-indetified male, who claims to be a woman, $35,000 after an Ontario women’s salon refused to wax “her” male genitalia. The salon employee working that day was a devout Muslim woman who refrained from physical contact with men, and the salon owner told the trans woman that they could not find a way to accommodate her request.

Jason Carruthers, owner of Mad Wax in Windsor, told Rebel News that he has 30 days to pay the hefty sum following a six-year battle in court. He has filed for an appeal and launched a fundraiser.

The complainant, identified as AB, filed a complaint with the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario in 2018 after speaking to Carruthers on the phone, in which the individual said the waxing services was denied. The court found Carruthers liable for discrimination and “misgendering” the complainant.

The business owner said the complainant AB changed the story, claiming after the fact that only a leg waxing was requested. Carruthers explained that his salon has always waxed transgender clients’ legs, but the caller did not ask for a leg wax.

Carruthers told AB that he did not have any employees available who could provide a “male waxing” service at that time, referring to AB’s biological male genitalia and not the complainant’s gender identity. Hence the point of the complaint.

After AB filed a human rights complaint, Carruthers told reporters that AB had requested “male Brazilian waxing,” a comment that the human rights court used against him.

Texas Children’s Hospital Shuts Down Child Sex Change Clinic After FBI Agents Intimidate Whistleblower, AG Lauches Investigation

The ongoing backlash against Texas Children’s Hospital was exacerbated this week after footage showing two FBI agents going to the home of a whistleblower went viral.

Since then the children’s hospital has closed its pediatric sex change clinic, according to a source who spoke with City Journal’s Christopher Rufo.

This decision to close also comes on the heels of a statement from a spokesman for Attorney General Ken Paxton, confirming an investigation into alleged Medicaid fraud at the hospital.

Rufo has been spearheading this story, revealing earlier in the week that special agents Paul Nixon and David McBride appeared outside the home of Vanessa Sivadge.

He reported that Sivadge helped expose an illegal gender program at the hospital after noticing alarming problems like depression, suicide attempts and discomfort with puberty amidst the “dramatic” rise in the number of trans children.

Journalist threatened with jail over publishing trans shooter Audrey Hale’s deranged journal writings

A journalist from the Tennessee Star is being summoned to appear in court and faces jail time for publishing journal writings of transgender shooter Audrey Hale, sparking freedom of the press concerns.

The article revealed that Hale, who shot and killed six people at the Covenant Elementary school in March 2023, wrote about her ‘imaginary penis’ and how she would ‘kill’ to get puberty blockers weeks before her horrific act.

For more than a year, Nashville Chancellor I’Ashea Myles has been presiding over a public records case wherein the plaintiffs are suing to get the right to release documents related to the shooting. Families of the victims are on the exact opposite side, trying to bury the documents and keep them out of the public eye.

But since the case in ongoing, Myles is claiming that the Tennessee Star may have published ‘certain purported documents and information’ that should have remained under seal.

At Myle’s request, Tennessee Star editor-in-chief Michael Patrick Leahy will appear in court Monday to explain why his news outlet didn’t violate the court order.

California Senate Approves Ban on Schools Informing Parents of Student’s Gender Identity

California lawmakers voted June 13 to advance legislation to ban school districts from notifying parents about social gender transitions at school without the student’s permission.

The state Senate voted 29–8 to approve Assembly Bill 1955 and send it back to the Assembly for final approval of amendments.

Sen. Susan Eggman (D-Stockton), who presented the bill on behalf of its author, Assemblyman Chris Ward (D-San Diego), and the 13-member California Legislative LBGTQ Caucus, said before the vote the bill would “put some guardrails” on the “forced outing” policies passed recently by some California school boards.

“We know some of those policies have not been able to go into effect. We know some of those school board members have since been recalled,” she said.

One such California school board member, Temecula Valley Unified School District Board President Joseph Komrosky, is set to be recalled after a June 4 special election in which 51 percent of voters supported his removal. The district currently requires school staff to notify parents if their children change their name, pronouns, or other such information in their school records.

The new bill codifies in law guidance from the California Department of Education that “schools must consult with a transgender student to determine who can or will be informed of the student’s transgender status, if anyone, including the student’s family.”

Federal Judge Blocks Biden’s Transgender Title IX Changes, Slams Admin for ‘Abuse of Power’

The Biden administration’s revision of Title IX rules to favor transgender students suffered a major defeat Thursday after a federal judge in Louisiana allowed four states to block the rules.

In a ruling that impacts Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana and Idaho, U.S. District Court Judge Terry Doughty demolished the rule issued by the Department of Education that decided that Title IX — the landmark 1972 law banning sex discrimination – should be used to force schools to give in to the demands of transgender students.

“This case demonstrates the abuse of power by executive federal agencies in the rulemaking process. The separation of powers and system of checks and balances exist in this country for a reason,” Doughty wrote, noting that the Biden administration went beyond its authority in imposing a rule that would have drastic fiscal impacts on every school in the nation and affirming that Title IX “was written and intended to protect biological women from discrimination.”

Doughty was appointed by former President Donald Trump, according to USA Today.

The Education Department rules said Title IX, enacted to protect female students from discrimination or harassment, must be used to protect students based on gender identity as well, according to The New York Times.

LA City Council Removes U-Turn Signs In Gay Neighborhood Because They Are “Homophobic”

Another bizarre virtue signal just in time for pride month.  Street signs that LA officials said previously targeted LGBT community members were taken down from a Silver Lake neighborhood this week.  The signs that read “No Cruising” and prohibited U-turns were installed in 1997 when neighbors allegedly complained about gay men stalking back and forth in vehicles looking for “dates” in certain residential areas.

In other words, the signs interfere with the gay pastime of “cruising” (sexual solicitation).  Whether or not they were actually posted specifically to ward off gay people is not confirmed, but the simple act of obstructing LGBT people from doing whatever they want to do is now considered “homophobia” by progressives.

“For me, growing up in South Central Los Angeles, cruising had a very different meaning. It usually meant folks in their lowriders or their cars, a lot of hip-hop music, just going up down Crenshaw Boulevard,” Council member Soto-Martinez said. “But here in Silver Lake, cruising, of course, meant something very different. It meant an opportunity for the LGBT community to try to find human connection and intimacy and to be able to express themselves in a society at the time that was not very welcoming to the LGBT community.”

The history of “cruising” in the gay community had very little to do with dating and far more to do with anonymous encounters as well as prostitution.  With the advent of more socially accepted gay society in the US in the 1970s, a cultural problem of sexual solicitation and lewdness arose in public bathrooms and public parks in cities across America.  The habit naturally attracted crime to certain areas and is even cited as one of the primary causes for the rapid spread of AIDS in the early 1980s.

Appeals Court Upholds Ban on Student Wearing ‘Only Two Genders’ Shirt

A U.S. appeals court on June 9 upheld a ban preventing a Massachusetts middle school student from wearing a shirt reading “There are only two genders.”

Another prohibition by school administrators, this time blocking the same student from wearing the shirt with “only two” covered by tape, on which was written “censored,” is also allowed under court precedent, according to the ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

“The question here is not whether the t-shirts should have been barred. The question is who should decide whether to bar them—educators or federal judges. Based on Tinker, the cases applying it, and the specific record here, we cannot say that in this instance the Constitution assigns the sensitive (and potentially consequential) judgment about what would make ‘an environment conducive to learning’ at NMS to us rather than to the educators closest to the scene,” U.S. Circuit Judge David Barron wrote for a unanimous panel of the court.

In Tinker v. Des Moines Independent Community School District, the U.S. Supreme Court in 1969 ruled that a ban on students wearing armbands in protest against the Vietnam War violated the students’ First Amendment rights.

U.S. District Judge Indira Talwani cited the ruling when in 2023 she ruled in favor of the administrators at the John T. Nichols Middle School (NMS) and Middleborough School District in Massachusetts against Liam Morrison (L.M.), the boy who wore the “two genders” shirt to school.

“[The school] permissibly concluded that the shirt invades the rights of others,” Judge Talwani said before quoting Tinker. “Schools can prohibit speech that is in ‘collision with the rights of others to be secure and be let alone.’”
