Maine moves to create ‘sanctuary state’ for child sex changes

A Maine judiciary committee will decide on Wednesday morning whether a bill permitting minors to travel to the state to seek sex changes and granting the state custody over children will move to the floor. 

LD1735, also called An Act to Safeguard Gender-affirming Health Care, was introduced to the House of Representatives in the state in April of 2023 by Rep. Laurie Osher of Orono, and is cosponsored by Reps Erin Sheehan of Biddeford, Nina Milliken of Blue Hill, Suzanne Salisbury of Westbrook, Mark Worth of Ellsworth, and Rep. Matt Moonen of Portland as well as Senator Anne Carney of Cumberland.

Courage is a Habit, a group fighting for parental rights in states across the nation, is leading an effort to stop this bill. With a deadline of 10 pm on Tuesday, the group urges the public to contact members of the state judiciary committee to voice their concerns. 

Alvin Lui, president of Courage is a Habit, told The Post Millennial that people who do not live in Maine should contact the committee members as well as Maine residents as the bill “affects everybody’s parental rights.”

Sample emails provided by the group tell the members that “There is a lack of long-term studies on the benefits of ‘gender-affirming care,’ which could result in the life-long sterilization and surgical mutilation of children,” “With lawsuits against hospitals and schools on the rise in 2023, the public is becoming more aware of the potential risks associated with this bill,” and “Protecting parental rights and the well-being of children should be our top priority. I urge you to vote “ought not to pass” on LD 1735.”

Radical trans activist is quietly removed from new WHO transgender health panel – after calling for children to be rushed onto puberty blockers

The World Health Organization has quietly axed a trans activist with extreme views on medicating children from its transgender health policy panel.

DailyMail.com reported last week that Florence Ashley was among the WHO’s 21-person committee tasked with setting international treatment guidelines for treating gender dysphoria.

Following the selection, it emerged the Canadian – who has no medical background – had published several papers calling for trans children to be given puberty blockers without mental health evaluations.

The committee members were announced on January 3, but a revision to the list published Monday no longer listed Ashley as a panelist. 

The WHO said the exclusion was due to ‘a conflict in schedules’. Despite announcing just a few weeks ago that Ashely would be included on the panel, the latest version of the biographies list said Ashely ‘notified WHO in 2023 that they would be unable to participate’.   

Ashley – whose pronouns are they/them/that b***h – is a Canadian law professor WHERE? WHAT UNI? who specializes in transgender rights. 

They have co-written a study that said puberty blockers and hormone therapies ‘ought to be treated as the default option’ for children with gender dysphoria. 

They have also said that social transition, such as calling a child by their preferred pronouns, and puberty blockers ‘should be made readily available to all those who wish for them. Together we must recognise that exploration is best fostered not by delaying transition, but through transition.’

They have a significant TikTok following where they express hardline views on trans issues, calling for mental health checks on trans children to be scrapped before they are given puberty blockers and hormone drugs.

Ashley said on TikTok recently when discussing an academic paper they co-authored on the subject: ‘Is there any reason to ask people to go through a lengthy and complex gender assessment in order to access gender-affirming care, or is that useless and should the time best be put in supporting decision-making.

‘And what our article concludes is that there’s really no evidence that gender assessments work… it’s just a lengthier process for no real reason.’

They added: ‘Gender assessments are really an unnecessary form of gatekeeping that trans communities have been opposing for a while.’

President Of Canadian LGBT Organization Arrested On Child Sex Abuse Charges

Yet another activist advocate for LGBT engagement with children has apparently been caught doing a lot more than community outreach.  Sean Gravells, an outspoken LGBT activist and the president of an LGBT pride organization in Canada called the North Peace Pride Society, has been arrested on multiple charges including sexual exploitation of a child under the age of 16 and the possession and distribution of child pornography.  

The alleged offenses all took place in or near Fort St. John, B.C., northeast of Vancouver. The interference and exploitation charges were initiated on Dec. 29, 2023, while the child pornography charges occurred on Dec. 31.  

The North Peace Pride Society quickly removed Gravells as president upon news of his arrest, and in a statement made to their Facebook Page they asserted that even though the group sponsors youth events, Gravells was never involved directly with children.

Biden Angry With Republicans Trying To Stop Kids Seeing Gay Porn

During a radio interview, Joe Biden expressed disbelief that Republicans have a problem with gay porn books being made available to children as young as six years old in schools across the country.

Biden claimed that Republicans are trying to ban books, a tactic that has been repeatedly used to downplay the fact that sexually explicit material and books promoting transgenderism are being placed in school libraries.

“The idea that you can be told that you can’t read certain books. This is the United States of America, for God’s sake!” Biden stated.

He added “These guys are afraid of the truth!”

As we have repeatedly highlighted, the specific books being referred to, titles such as Gender Queer and All Boys Are Blue, contain overtly sexual themes and pornographic imagery.

Even the author of Gender Queer admitted that the book is not suitable for children.

Biden and the Democrats keep pushing the lie that Conservatives are on a quest to ban books.

When asked about the subject, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz claimed that “they’re trying to ban Charlotte’s Web,” which is not true.

Inmate who identifies as a trans Muslim woman sues NYC for $22 MILLION after being placed in a men’s detention center while waiting for domestic abuse trial

A transgender woman is suing the City of New York after they were placed in a  men’s detention center while awaiting transfer to another state on domestic violence charges. 

Ali Miles, who also goes by Dylan Miles, was born a biological male but is in ‘the process of transitioning into a woman’, wears women’s clothing and is undergoing hormone therapy. 

Miles, a self-identified Muslim woman, is now seeking more than $22,000,000 in compensation, claiming she was discriminated based on gender identity.

Miles was held at the George R. Vierno Center on Rikers Island from June to July 2022 before being transferred to Yavapai County Jail in Arizona. 

Subsequently, she was convicted of aggravated harassment, disorderly conduct, harassment, threatening or intimidating, and false reporting to a law enforcement agency.

In October of 2022, she was placed on supervised probation for a period of three years and sentenced to 312 days in jail.

The lawsuit, filed on August 24, 2023, states that despite expressing a female gender identity and allegedly having a court order for her to be placed in a female unit, Miles was housed in a male facility at Rikers. 

The filing contends that Miles faced discrimination, assault, and human rights violations during this time despite ‘wearing women’s clothing and in all appearance expresses as a person of the female gender.’

Following her arrest, Miles informed a judge about being transgender and the need for special housing, with the court purportedly agreeing.

However, Miles alleges that after being placed in a male jail, she suffered ‘shock and distress.’ 

‘As Miles approached the inside of the building, Miles realized it was a male jail which caused shock, panic and fright to Miles,’ the suit reads.

Campaigners Slam Pride Over Trans Striptease, Simulated Oral Sex In Front Of Kids

A video showing a Pride performer stripping almost naked and simulating oral sex just meters away from onlooking children has sparked fury online.

The footage, which dates from June 2023, emerged online this week showing a  ‘Pride beauty pageant’ contestant in Margate in the United Kingdom taking his clothes off (it’s a man) on a bandstand surrounded by children.

The person then dances suggestively in just a bra and underwear to the song Pony by Ginuwine, which has the lyrics, “If you’re horny let’s do it. Ride it, my pony. My saddle’s waiting. Come and jump on it”.

The person then simulates oral sex on a stick as the children watch.

The video had many asking, where the hell are the parents?

The Telegraph reports that “The competition’s rule book states that obscenity, indecent exposure or sexual acts by participants in public are prohibited,” and that local police were not the incident had occurred.

Kellie-Jay Keen, the founder of Standing for Women, commented “When it comes to the protection and safeguarding of children and the vulnerable, we should have learned by now that groups such as Pride, Stonewall, Mermaids, Educate and Celebrate, No Outsiders, any organisation set up around the sexuality and made up identities of individuals, cannot be trusted.”

She continued, “At this point we have to ask, where were the parents? And what sort of parents sit their children in front of a sexually explicit adult entertainer?”

Parents Launch Recall Effort Against Virginia School Board Member Sworn In on Stack of LGBTQ Books

The Gateway Pundit reported that Fairfax County School Board member Karl Frisch was sworn in for his second term on a stack of controversial LGBTQ books instead of the Bible.

Now, parents have launched a recall effort against Frisch.

Frisch chose five LGBTQ-themed books “most frequently banned by other school systems,” according to his campaign website.

The books included descriptions of pedophilia, including violent child rape.

“He was sworn in on a stack of the five LGBTQ-themed books most frequently banned by other school systems,” Frisch’s campaign website announced. “Currently, the Board’s Vice Chair, Frisch becomes its Chair on January 1. He is the first LGBTQ+ person elected to local office in Virginia’s largest county and one of only four openly LGBTQ+ school board members in the Commonwealth out of roughly 800 members.”

National File reports that the coalition of parents is led by Fairfax County mom Stacy Langton, who has spearheaded efforts to flush pedophilia out of public education in the DC suburbs. Langton shared a YouTube video explaining Frisch’s offenses.

In the video, Langton says, “Karl Frisch’s swearing-in on December 13th on a stack of three pornographic books which I’ve exposed in our school libraries is an obvious middle finger to parents in Fairfax County.”

“These books contain explicit illustrations of a man having sex with a boy; oral sex, anal sex, and masturbation. They also contain and describe in graphic detail the rape of a 13-year-old child by an adult male cousin. These depictions of pedophilia are an abomination. Karl has stated repeatedly that he considers these books a benefit to your children.”

“We have laws against pornography in this country in front of minors. If they can’t legally buy it in town or be shown it, it doesn’t magically become okay on a public school campus.”

SETI Overtaken By Woke Ideologues More Interested In Debating Transphobia & Whiteness Than Searching The Stars

Last time around, we considered NASA’s recent attempts to build outer space communications systems, and the strange belief of contemporary Left-leaning scientists and academics affiliated with astronomical organisations like SETI (Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence) that any aliens we did manage one day to contact would inevitably talk in a language every bit as impeccably woke as they themselves do.

A classic illustration of such delusion came in the newly ideologically-captured journal Scientific American in 2022. Under the headline ‘Cultural Bias Distorts the Search for Alien Life’ appeared an interview with Rebecca Charbonneau, a young SETI-linked cultural historian whose paper ‘Imaginative Cosmos: The Impact of Colonial Heritage in Radio Astronomy and the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence’ had brought her to the attention of the editors.

According to Charbonneau, within sci-fi shows like Star Trek, space being “the final frontier” demonstrated how space exploration itself was filled with innate colonialist assumptions, with “first contact with aliens [acting] as a stand-in for [Western] first contact with Indigenous peoples”. 

Weren’t these ideas just fictional literary metaphors upon behalf of the scriptwriters, though? No, because according to the doctrine of Critical Theory that contemporary young pseuds like Rebecca all slavishly subscribe to, words create reality: “Words and socially constructed things are real because we are a verbal, social species. Things that are socially created still have a real-world impact; they’re not imaginary.”

Two particularly damaging social constructs are the words “intelligence” and “civilisation”, these being mere fictional Western concepts which were “tightly bound with the histories of racism, genocide and colonialism”. When Westerners made contact with metaphorically ‘alien’ beings like Australian Aborigines in the past, they just enslaved or wiped them out, Charbonneau argued. “Intelligence”, she warned, is “certainly a dangerous word”, hence her principled complete lack of any such quality herself.

Maryland Medicaid Will Now Cover Sex Change Procedures and Treatments – Even Voice Lessons and Hair Removal

Maryland will now cover an unprecedented number of sex change procedures and treatments through the taxpayer-funded Medicaid program.

Even hair removal and voice lessons for transgender people can be covered.

A law that went into effect in the state on January 1 requires Medicaid to cover “gender-affirming treatment in a nondiscriminatory manner.”

This includes breast implants, fertility preservation services, facial cosmetic surgeries, hair alterations, and much more.

According to a report from the far-left LGBTQ Nation, “Voice therapy and lessons, scar and hair removal, hormone therapy, puberty blockers, fertility preservation, and ‘alterations’ to the abdomen, genitals, chest, buttocks, neck, and face are all included. Patients cannot be denied unless a healthcare professional decides the treatment would be detrimental to their health.”

Detransition procedures will also be covered.

Maryland Medicaid already covered mental health services, hormone replacement therapy, and sex change surgeries.

A transgender biological male who uses the name “Renee Lau” told CBS News that he is planning to take advantage of the change.

“I plan on having some surgeries and having consultations within the next two months. I would not believe the relief it is for me, because I never could have paid for [these services] out of pocket,” Lau said.

“It’s an emotional relief,” he added.

According to the report, “There are around 24,000 transgender adults in Maryland, according to research from UCLA’s Williams Institute. Of those, around 6,000 are enrolled in Medicaid.”

Maryland Governor Wed Moore signed an executive order protecting sex change treatments during a Pride event in the state last year.

“In the state of Maryland, nobody should have to justify their own humanity,” Moore said while signing the order.

Parents Who Refuse to Let Their Kids Go Trans Could Face 7 Years in Prison

Parents who refuse to accept their children identifying as transgender could face seven years in jail under a new law in Scotland.

“Proposals published on Tuesday state that actions designed to “change or suppress” another individual’s gender identity, causing them physical or psychological harm, would become illegal under the radical law,” reports the Telegraph.

The law would ban so-called ‘conversion practices’ which often take place in a “family setting,” according to ministers.

It would mean that if parents try to stop their child “dressing in a way that reflects their sexual orientation or gender identity,” they could face criminal sanctions even if they believe they are acting in the child’s best interests.

Actions deemed to be “coercive” or “controlling” in attempting to stop the child wanting to go trans would be illegal even if performed with “a desire to help or protect the person.”

“The Scottish Equalities Minister behind the proposals, Emma Roddick (pictured) is a 26 year-old woman who identifies as bisexual,” writes Will Jones.

“That’s right, she was still at school in 2015. Exactly the person you’d want imposing her wacky Gen Z views on millions of people.”

People in Scotland who question radical transgender activism are routinely targeted by the authorities.

A 50-year-old mother was charged with a ‘transphobic hate crime’ and faces up to two years in prison after she retweeted an image of a suffragette ribbon.
