Biden Pentagon spokesman insisted Afghan withdrawal wasn’t chaotic but his emails say otherwise

The Pentagon’s chief spokesman has long insisted there was no “chaos” during the bungled U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan, but his own email correspondence shows senior officials were acutely aware that conditions in the country were chaotic and spiraling into deadly violence, according to newly obtained government documents.

These memos and emails chronicle political efforts by the Biden/Harris administration to soft-pedal the truth to the American people about its first major foreign crisis. The documents were obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request from the nonprofit watchdog Functional Government Initiative.

The memos show, for instance, that while then-DOD Undersecretary of Communications John Kirby tried to jaw-bone reporters to portray the Afghan withdrawal as orderly like President Joe Biden had promised, he was receiving briefings from diplomats and military officials in theater who were frantic to stabilize a crisis, particularly at the Kabul airport were evacuations of Americans were taking place.

One State Department situation report emailed to Kirby on Aug. 16, 2021 — 10 days before a suicide bomber killed 13 U.S. Marines — referred to “breaches” and “flightline insecurity” at the airport that resulted in the exchange of gunfire that killed five Afghans and may have wounded an American soldier. “The crowd was out of control, the firing was only done to defuse the chaos,” the email reported, citing an official U.S. statement released inside the country.

“Hundreds have flooded the flight line and in at least one case, have forced themselves onto at least one US mil (and other civilian) aircraft. Crowds continue to run alongside planes, including mil aircraft,” the report added. Several Afghans clinging to U.S. aircraft fell to their deaths.

Biden-Harris DOJ Attacks Programs That Restrict Housing Options for Criminals

Feds threatening to sue local governments, law enforcement agencies across the country that have implemented measures to curb an epidemic of crime, drugs and gang violence in rental properties.

Housing security programs that limit options for criminals are unfair, target minorities, and must be dismantled, according to the Biden-Harris Department of Justice.

Kristen Clarke, the controversial appointee who got into trouble after falsely claiming to the U.S. Senate she never had been arrested, deliberately omitting her record from a domestic disturbance, claims programs that aim to keep crime out of housing developments are wrong.

A report from Judicial Watch explains the Biden-Harris duo is “threatening – and has sued – local governments and law enforcement agencies across the country “that have implemented measures to curb an epidemic of crime, drugs and gang violence in rental properties.”

The programs, Clarke has claimed, penalize communities of color and that’s unfair.

“The popular laws, enacted by thousands of cities nationwide are commonly known as ‘crime-free’ and ‘nuisance’ programs that restrict housing based on criminal and arrest records and punish landlords and tenants with excessive calls to police and emergency services or those engaged in criminal activity,” the report said.

“To improve living conditions in mainly low-income rentals 2,000 cities across 48 states have adopted crime-free and nuisance policies,” the report noted.

But Clarke’s DOJ claims they are “discriminatory.”

“Even when well-intentioned, these programs can disrupt lives, force families into homelessness and result in loss of jobs, schooling and opportunities for people who are disproportionately low-income people of color – all in violation of federal law,” Clarke has claimed.

“These programs can also discourage people with disabilities and their loved ones from seeking help during a mental health crisis and prevent victims of domestic violence from seeking the protection they desperately need.”

She’s promised the federal government, using taxpayer funding, will keep up its fight over such programs

Behind the Curtain: New Twitter Files Reveal Biden-Harris Team’s Global Censorship Web

More revelations about the previously secret world of “coordination” between the Biden administration and major social media companies have come out with a new set of Twitter Files documents.

Released by journalist Paul D. Thacker, they show that what political opponents consider to be collusion rather than coordination did not concern only the US – and that the entire scheme was playing out through what were effectively middlemen.

The White House denies these accusations, including before Senate commissions investigating the damning claims, and fights them in courts.

However, the Twitter Files paint a different picture, and this time the focus involves Twitter, censorship demands coming from India, the State Department, and a lobbying firm, Albright Stonebridge, that was in charge of “coordination.”

Rand Paul Asks Why TSA Is Using Terror Watch List To Spy On Americans “Based On Their Political Views”

GOP Senator Rand Paul has written to the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) asking for answers as to why the agency appears to be using terrorist watch lists as a way of surveilling Americans according to their political opinions.

Paul addressed the letter to TSA Administrator David Pekoske, and cited recent revelations that former Democratic Representative Tulsi Gabbard as well as a woman married to a federal air marshal whistleblower have both been placed on the ‘Quiet Skies’ program watch list and subjected to enhanced surveillance.

Gabbard was seemingly added to the watch list after a Fox News interview during which she criticised the ‘deep state’, while the air marshal’s wife was added after attending Donald Trump’s speech on January 6th, despite not moving to the Capitol building after it.

“Taken together, these incidents seem to be part of a broader pattern in which TSA has repurposed Quiet Skies to surveil individuals based on their political activities, even when there is no evidence of wrongdoing,” Paul wrote.

The Senator further noted that the incidents “echo concerns highlighted in a previous report by the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Inspector General (OIG), which identified critical deficiencies in TSA’s management of the Quiet Skies program.”

Gabbard Episode Shows the Surveillance State Strong and Stupid as Ever

The former Representative Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) is apparently the latest Biden critic to be targeted for federal surveillance and harassment. Gabbard, an outspoken opponent of America’s forever wars, is reportedly being stalked by Transportation Security Administration’s air marshals, part of the agency’s Quiet Skies covert operation targeting suspected threats to aviation.

After TSA whistleblowers were quoted confirming the surveillance, Gabbard declared that placing her on the TSA Quiet Skies target list was “clearly an act of political retaliation. It’s no accident that I was placed on the Quiet Skies list the day after I did a prime-time interview warning the American people about… why Kamala Harris would be bad for our country if elected as President.” Gabbard lamented that, despite serving in the U.S. Army for 21 years, “now my government is surveilling me as a potential domestic terrorist.” She groused about “the stress of forever looking over my shoulder, wondering if and how I am being watched, what secret terror watch list I’m on, and having no transparency or due process.” As one Twitter wag quipped, “The only thing Tulsi Gabbard blew up was Kamala’s earlier presidential run. That’s why she’s on a list.”

On Wednesday, Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) sent a letter to TSA chief David Pekoske complaining that the Gabbard surveillance appeared to be “part of a broader pattern in which TSA has repurposed Quiet Skies to surveil individuals based on their political activities, even when there is no evidence of wrongdoing.” Paul requested that TSA speedily turn over “unredacted copies of all current guidelines, criteria, standard operating procedures, and related documents governing the selection of individuals for TSA-managed lists and programs, including the Quiet Skies program.” Paul himself had epic airport clashes with TSA officials in 2012, and the agency has been paying the price ever since.

In response to an inquiry by journalist Matt Taibbi on the Gabbard controversy, TSA issued a formal statement refusing to confirm or deny the targeting of Gabbard: “TSA’s Quiet Skies program uses a risk-based approach to identify passengers and apply enhanced security measures on some domestic and outbound international flights. To safeguard sensitive national security measures, TSA does not confirm or deny whether any individual has matched to a risk-based rule… Simply matching to a risk-based rule does not constitute derogatory information about an individual.”

In fact, a primary purpose of Quiet Skies is to entitle federal agents to stockpile derogatory information on their targets.

Judge Rules RFK Jr. Can Sue Biden Admin Over Censorship After Supreme Court Rejects Challenge From States

A federal judge on Tuesday ruled that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. can continue to pursue his lawsuit against the Biden administration over censorship at the direction of the government.

The decision comes after a June ruling by the Supreme Court, which established who can sue the Biden administration for violating their First Amendment rights when government officials pressured social media companies to suppress free speech did not have standing to sue.

According to District Court Judge Terry Doughty, Kennedy meets the standard set by the Supreme Court because there is “ample evidence” to show he was censored at the direction of government actors, and is at “substantial risk” that the censorship will continue, the Daily Caller reports.

Under the Supreme Court’s Murthy v. Missouri ruling, Doughty explained that “a court must make specific findings that a particular defendant pressured a particular platform to censor a particular topic before the platform suppressed a particular plaintiff’s speech on that topic.”

Kennedy was named by one of the “Disinformation Dozen” – and was specifically targeted by the government over what they alleged was COVID-19 misinformation, Doughty noted in his ruling – adding that there is “not much dispute” that Kennedy, and his organization – Children’s Health Defense, were “were specifically targeted by the White House, the Office of Surgeon General, and CISA [Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency].”

Oath Keepers Attorney Kellye SoRelle Pleads Guilty to J6 ‘Crimes’ – Here’s the Real Story Behind Her Horrific Suffering and How the Biden Regime Locked Her Up in a Psych Ward to Prevent Her from Talking

On Wednesday, Kellye SoRelle, the former attorney for Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes, pleaded guilty to charges related to the January 6, protests and riot.

The Associated Press reported the news – but sadly, it was another typical disgusting AP propaganda piece filled with lies and half-truths.

SoRelle pleaded guilty to two crimes – one felony and one misdemeanor.

The alleged felony she committed was that SoRelle the vague accusation that she obstructed justice – a complete lie.
The misdemeanor was for standing outside the US Capitol on January 6, 2021. Standing outside the US Capitol was deemed a crime by the Biden regime—these are the same people who are running on “freedom” and “democracy” this year.

What the AP report did not tell you was that the government put Kellye SoRelle through complete hell for over three years since the January 6 Pelosi Insurrection.

And what they don’t tell you is that the demons in the Biden regime even jailed the ATTORNEYS for the J6ers!

The AP reported that SoRelle “reported to” a federal Bureau of Prisons facility for treatment after medical “experts” found her mentally incompetent to stand trial.

They’re not going to tell you what really happened – Here is the rest of the story.

Hypocrite Alert: Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar Praises Kamala Harris as ‘Tough on the Border’ at DNC, Yet Demanded Biden and Harris Fix Border Crisis in Resurfaced 2022 Video

Democrat Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar took the stage at the Democratic National Convention (DNC) on Wednesday, delivering a speech that seemed more fantasy than reality.

Salazar not only attacked former President Trump, blaming him for Texas’s immigration crisis, but also heaped praise on Kamala Harris, hailing her as “tough on the border.”

“When Donald Trump comes down to Texas and stands next to officers in uniforms just like mine, he’s not there to help us. Don’t think that—not for a second. He is a self-serving man. I mean, look, just like when he killed the border bill, he just made our jobs harder.”

“Now, Kamala, on the other hand, has been fighting border crime for years. She’s gone down to Mexico and worked to stop the traffickers. When the traffickers didn’t stop, she put them in jail.”

“Now, down in my neck of the woods, we call that fooling around and finding out. I may be paraphrasing a bit. We protect them. Now, the border sheriffs that I know and I, we’re like Kamala. We protect and serve. We enforce the law, we show compassion, and we fight like hell to protect our border. Because as we’ve always known in Texas: When we fight, we win.”

Secretary of Commerce Says She ‘Doesn’t Believe’ Fact That 818,000 Jobs Have Disappeared Under Biden/Harris White House

When Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo was asked if the 818,000 jobs supposedly created by the Biden/Harris White House which later turned out to not exist was a “liability” for Kamala’s campaign, she said she ‘didn’t believe’ the numbers.

Yes, really.

In a shock announcement yesterday, the Bureau of Labor Statistics announced that the nonfarm payroll figure had been revised down by 818,000, meaning the U.S. economy created that number of fewer jobs than originally reported in the 12-month period through March 2024.

The actual job growth was therefore “nearly 30% less than the initially reported 2.9 million from April 2023 through March of this year,” reported CNBC, the largest downward revision in 15 years.

Despite the number being a manifestly provable fact announced by the government itself, Raimondo claimed it was all a lie invented by Donald Trump.

“When you hear that do you think these new numbers could potentially be a liability for this campaign?” she was asked by an ABC News reporter.

“No, when I hear that, first of all, I don’t believe it, because I’ve never heard Donald Trump say anything truthful,” responded Raimondo.

Biden-Harris Dept. of Energy Official Calls for ‘Queering Nuclear Weapons’ as Part of Radical DEI Push

An official in the nuclear security section of the Biden-Harris Department of Energy argued that “queer theory” should be an essential feature of U.S. national security and called for the drastic reduction of America’s nuclear stockpile.

Sneha Nair, who was appointed by the Biden-Harris administration in February as special assistant at the National Nuclear Security Administration, claimed “white supremacy” dominates the nuclear field and that “queering nuclear weapons” as part of the DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion) push “is essential for creating effective nuclear policy.”

“Finally, queer theory informs the struggle for nuclear justice and disarmament,” she wrote in April 2023. “Queer theory helps to shift the perception of nuclear weapons as instruments for security by telling the hidden stories of displacement, illness, and trauma caused by their production and testing.”

Nair also stressed that “DEI principles and advancement must be considered crucial assets for strengthening nuclear security implementation,” adding they would prevent “insider threats.”

“By understanding DEI as a set of values critical to security, and therefore as an element of an effective nuclear security culture, stakeholders can explore how DEI can contribute to stronger security at nuclear facilities,” she said.
