Suspected Iranian Spy Ariane Tabatabai Receives a Pentagon Promotion

Ariane Tabatabai, a Pentagon official whose troubling links to the Iranian regime were revealed more than a year ago and who is reportedly suspected of being behind the leak of top secret US intelligence documents related to Israel, is no longer chief of staff for Assistant Secretary of Defense Christopher Maier.

Politico reports that Tabatabai has been promoted to Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Force Education and Training, a position she’s (also) completely unqualified for:

ARIANE TABATABAI is now the deputy assistant secretary of defense for force education and training within the Office of the Secretary of Defense, a position she was offered last month. She was previously chief of staff for assistant secretary of defense for special operations and low-intensity conflict.

Note that Politico pointedly asserts that Tabatabai was offered the position last month, likely in an attempt to make people believe that this move wasn’t in response to the document leak.

In her position as chief of staff to Maier, Tabatabai had access to extremely sensitive intelligence assessments because of what Maier’s role entails:

ASD(SO/LIC) oversees and advocates for Special Operations and Irregular Warfare throughout the Department of Defense to ensure these capabilities are resourced, ready, and properly employed in accordance with the National Defense Strategy. In this role, the ASD:

  • Exercises authority, direction, and control of all special operations peculiar issues relating to the organization, training, and equipping of special operations forces
  • Is the Principal Special Operations and Low Intensity Conflict Official within the senior management of DoD
  • Sits in the chain-of-command above USSOCOM for special operations-peculiar administrative matters; provides civilian oversight of the SOF enterprise.
  • Advises, Assists, and Supports the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy on Special Operations and Irregular Warfare policy matters.

A defense official with knowledge of the investigation told RedState on Saturday evening that investigators believe that the top secret documents related to Israel’s activity/preparations to strike Iran that were leaked to an Iranian-linked Telegram channel were leaked by Tabatabai, and Sky News Arabic reported the same on Monday. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin told reporters Wednesday, though, that, “There’s no OSD official being named as a part of this investigation.”

Quiet Amnesty: How the Biden-Harris Administration Uses the Nation’s Immigration Courts to Advance an Open-Borders Agenda

Today, the House Judiciary Committee and its Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement released an interim report titled “Quiet Amnesty: How the Biden-Harris Administration Uses the Nation’s Immigration Courts to Advance An Open-Borders Agenda.” The report details how the Biden-Harris Administration has exploited immigration court proceedings, allowing nearly 1 million illegal aliens to remain in the U.S. indefinitely.

Through administrative maneuvering, the Biden-Harris Justice Department and Department of Homeland Security have caused the immigration court backlog to skyrocket, adding over 3.7 million new cases since fiscal year 2021. In the first three quarters of fiscal year 2024 alone, the immigration courts saw more than 1.5 million new cases filed. Most of these cases are based on claims that ultimately prove unsuccessful. In fiscal year 2023, only 14 percent of adjudicated asylum cases resulted in grants, while the rest were denied, abandoned, dismissed, terminated, or administratively closed. Under the Biden-Harris Administration, over 700,000 illegal aliens have had their cases dismissed, terminated, or administratively closed, and the pace of these actions has increased each year, allowing those aliens to stay in the country indefinitely without facing immigration consequences.

Biden’s ‘leadership’ is blowing the lid off two wars

President Joe Biden has called America “the world power,” and has referred to his “leadership in the world.” If Biden does indeed see himself as a, or the, world leader, then he has been disappointing in his job and has mismanaged it.

The world today stands on the brink of larger wars, even potentially world wars, on two fronts simultaneously. That is, perhaps, a more precarious position than the world has found itself in in over half a century, since the Cuban Missile Crisis, and perhaps longer. Then, the danger came from a single front: today, there is danger on two or even three.

The Biden administration seemingly subscribes to a foreign policy doctrine of nurturing wars while attempting to manage them so that they remain confined to America’s foreign policy interests and do not spill over into wider wars. But such fine calibrations are not easily done. War is sloppy and unpredictable. Though a nation’s plans may be well understood by its planners, calibration of what might push the enemy too far and cause a wider war depends equally on your enemy’s plans, calibrations, passions and red lines: all of which are harder to profile or understand.

What is more, the contemporary culture of the U.S. foreign policy establishment seems dedicated precisely to excluding the kind of knowledge and empathy that allows one to understand an adversary’s mind, and instead to fostering ill-informed and hate-filled prejudice.

Calibrating how far you can push militarily or politically without tipping the balance of containment and triggering full-scale war is dangerously worse than tricky. Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah badly miscalculated how far the calibrated strikes and responses with Israel could go before a controlled conflict became a larger war. The price of miscalculation was his life and a war in Lebanon.

Successive U.S. and European governments, and the NATO Secretariat, calculated that they could, through a series of steps, expand NATO into the former Soviet space without triggering a military response from Russia. The result of this miscalculation has been a war that has been disastrous for Ukraine and severely damaging for Western interests and that risks ending in either Western humiliation or direct war between Russia and the West.

Biden and Harris Propose ‘Free’ Condoms Covered by Insurance Companies

A new proposal from the Biden administration would require health insurance companies to fully cover the costs of over-the-counter birth control, including condoms. The proposal represents “the largest expansion of contraception coverage in more than a decade,” said Vice President and 2024 presidential candidate Kamala Harris in a statement.

“This new action would help ensure that millions of women with private health insurance can access the no-cost contraception they need,” President Joe Biden said.

The Affordable Care Act (ACA) already requires private health insurance plans to cover prescription birth control without direct cost-sharing in the form of things like co-pays. The administration’s new proposal—a test case for expanding coverage for all sorts of over-the-counter preventative services—would expand the ACA’s requirement to nonprescription contraceptives as well.

This is a bad plan, economically and politically.

Biden-Harris DOJ Confirms Request to Investigate Elon Musk’s Pro-Trump Election Activity

Former Republican Justice Department and other officials sent a letter Monday to Democratic Attorney General Merrick Garland requesting he open an investigation into billionaire Elon Musk’s cash prizes to registered voters in swing states.

Musk, through his America PAC, is selecting a $1 million lottery winner each day until the election to registered voters who sign a petition saying they support the First and Second Amendments.

The petition signers must be registered voters in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Nevada, Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, and North Carolina.

Musk handed out the first two checks for $1 million at a Donald Trump rally in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, on Sunday.

Biden On Trump: ‘We Gotta Lock Him Up’

During a Tuesday visit to a Democrat Party campaign office in Concord, New Hampshire, Sleepy Joe Biden told Americans, “We gotta lock him up,” when referring to GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump.

The recently replaced Democrat candidate claimed Trump would send the government to “shoot” and “kill” his political opposition, adding, “I know this sounds bizarre. If I said this five years ago, you’d lock me up. We gotta lock him up!”

After the crowd loudly cheered on the notion of arresting Trump, Biden realized his mistake and added, “Politically, lock him up.”

The wild assertion that Trump would have his political enemies shot by armed forces comes as dozens of other prominent Democrats have pushed a similar narrative over the past few months.

Democrat Party strategist James Carville on Monday told MSNBC viewers Trump has publicly stated he will “use the military to arrest political enemies” and wants “to get rid of the Constitution.”

The Trump quote being misinterpreted came from a Fox News interview over the weekend where Maria Bartiromo asked if he’s worried about foreign nations causing a disruption in the U.S. if he’s elected.

He responded, saying “in terms of election day,” illegal immigrants rioting or sleeper cells being activated are less likely scenarios than far-left citizens who previously freaked out when he took office being activated by their Deep State controllers.

Speaking about the “radical left lunatics,” Trump explained, “I think the bigger problem is the enemy from within. Not even the people who have come in and are destroying our country… I don’t think they’re the problem in terms of election day, I think the bigger problem are the people from within. We have some bad people. We have some sick people, radical left lunatics and it should be very easily handled by, if necessary National Guard, or if really necessary by the military because they can’t let that happen.”

What Happened to Internet for All?

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris campaigned on a promise to connect Americans to high-speed internet. The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act set aside $42.5 billion to the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) program. “What we’re doing is, as I said, not unlike what Franklin Delano Roosevelt did when he brought electricity to nearly every American home and farm in our nation. Today Kamala and I are making an equally historic investment to connect everyone in America to high speed internet, and affordable high speed internet, by 2030,” Biden stated. To date, no one has been connected to the internet under this program.

Biden is correct that he has acted like Roosevelt insofar as creating countless social programs and encouraging Americans to become dependent on the welfare state.  The $42.5 billion actually rises to $90 billion when we factor in the Affordable Connectivity Program. Kamala Harris was tasked with overseeing the Internet for All initiative, but she has done absolutely nothing to help the program progress. “While Republicans in Congress have refused to help us revive this program, our Administration is refusing to let them stop us from delivering for families across America,” Harris stated this past June.

Harris believes she could solve the problem if endless funds were made available. She did nothing with the initial investment and continues to ask for more funding despite having nothing to show for the BILLIONS invested in these Build Back Better programs. We recently saw the same fiasco with FEMA misplacing billions, claiming its budget toppled, and then blaming the Republicans for not blindly handing them more funding.

Harris consistently factors in race to her social programs and has supported the Digital Equity Plan than will prioritize internet access to minorities first. Divide and conquer.

Kamala Harris Stutters as She Repeatedly Denies She Was Engaged in a Massive Coverup Around Biden’s Cognitive Decline

Kamala Harris took an entire day off the campaign trail to prepare for this.

Harris sat down for a one-on-one interview with NBC News host Hallie Jackson 14 days before the election.

Hallie Jackson asked Kamala Harris about Joe Biden’s cognitive decline.

Harris repeatedly denied she was engaged in a massive coverup around Biden’s declining mental state and insisted she was honest with the American people.

The Gateway Pundit reported on Joe Biden’s dementia for years while the fake news media covered it up.

In June the fake news media finally admitted Joe Biden is not cognitively sound after he bombed in the debate against President Trump.

The media only admitted Biden was in bad shape because he was losing to Trump and they needed to replace him with someone younger.

Kamala Harris knew about Biden’s dementia but she covered it up because of her sick and twisted quest for power.

“Can you say that you were honest with the American people about what you saw in those moments with President Biden as you were with him again and again repeatedly in that time,” Hallie Jackson said to Kamala Harris.

Kamala Harris stuttered as she struggled to come up with a quick lie.

Hallie Jackson pushed back on Kamala Harris.

“You never saw anything like what happened at the debate night behind closed doors with him?” Hallie Jackson asked Harris.

“It was a bad debate! People have bad debates! He is absolutely…” Harris said.

Hallie Jackson interrupted Harris: “But that’s the reason why you’re here and he’s not running for the top of the ticket.”

Harris responded, “Well you’ll have to ask him the reason why.”

“Well what do you think?” Hallie Jackson asked Harris.

Kamala Harris could not answer the question so she went off on a random tangent.

When Hallie Jackson pressed her again about Biden’s cognitive decline, Kamala Harris lied again.

WashPost OpEd: Young Americans ‘Must’ Shrink Their American Dream

President Donald Trump says he’s running to restore the American Dream by cutting migration, but the Washington Post says young Americans should resign themselves to small houses in a nation packed with millions of government-imported renters and buyers.

“The new American Dream should be a townhouse,” two Washington Post journalists declared in the headline of their October 21 op-ed, adding:

The American Dream is fundamental to what it means to be American. Keeping that dream alive for millennials, Gen Z and beyond requires right-sizing it by building more apartments, condos, duplexes and, especially, townhouses.

“In an age of tight money and its Toyota Camrys and Kirkland wine, it’s time to readjust the scope … townhouses consume less energy and foster healthy habits and social connection better than single-family homes,” a Washington Post opinion editor added on October 21.

The progressive cheerleading for pushing young Americans into small houses with postage-stamp lawns, steep stairs, minimal parking, and little privacy comes as Democrats insist on continuing President Joe Biden’s high-migration policies.

Warden Admits Biden-Harris DOJ Has Illegally Imprisoned Steve Bannon Since October 19

The Tennessee Star on Monday obtained a letter sent by the Bureau of Prisons (BOP) to attorneys representing Steve Bannon, wherein the federal agency acknowledged it is holding the former White House chief strategist in violation of the First Step Act (FSA) of 2018, as Bannon accrued 10 days of good time credit toward an early release:

To date, Mr. Bannon has earned 10 First Step Act (“FSA”) time credits. These credits would typically be applied toward early transfer to supervision pursuant to 18 U.S.C. Section 3624 (g) (3). However, Mr. Bannon does not have a term of supervision following his term of imprisonment. Thus, his 10 FSA time credits can only be applied toward prerelease custody placement in a Residential Reentry Center or on home confinement.”

According to attorney R. Trent McCotter, who represents Bannon, “Those credits mean that Mr. Bannon could have been released to home confinement two days ago on October 19, 2024 (i.e., 10 days before the end of his sentence) – yet the BOP declined to do so, citing its view that there is ‘insufficient time’ remaining on Mr. Bannon’s sentence ‘to process’ the referral to home confinement.”

Bannon’s attorneys filed the letter as part of an effort to secure an earlier release but it was sent to Bannon’s lawyers by the Acting Warden at the Federal Correctional Institute (FCI) in Danbury, Connecticut, where Bannon is serving a four-month sentence after he was convicted in 2022 for refusing to comply with a congressional subpoena from the House select committee that investigated January 6.

Acting Warden Darek Puzio said that “Mr. Bannon has earned 10 First Step Act (“FSA”) time credits,” which the warden additionally acknowledged “would typically be applied toward early transfer to supervision,” but noted that Bannon was not sentenced to any form of supervised release.

According to Puzio, this means Bannon can only use his credits, which the BOP typically calls good time credits, to secure a transfer to home confinement for the remainder of his sentence. However, the federal official claimed there is insufficient time left in Bannon’s sentence to arrange this and that the BOP department responsible for such arrangements “will not accept placements under 30 days.”

While confirming FCI Danbury and the BOP are willfully ignoring the good time credit accrued by Bannon, the warden nonetheless acknowledged the former Trump adviser “will be released on his full-term release date of October 29, 2024.”

In a legal filing containing the letter, Bannon’s attorneys argued that Puzio’s admission means the court should order Bannon “released immediately.”

This acknowledgment by Puzio and the BOP follows last week’s statement by Bannon that the Biden-Harris administration’s Department of Justice (DOJ) was illegally holding him through its abandonment of the landmark civil justice reform signed into law by former President Donald Trump.

“The Harris Bureau of Prisons is illegally holding me past my legal release date–trying to eliminate one of President Trump’s strongest advocates–these criminals reek of desperation,” said Bannon in a statement last week to The National Pulse.
