Scott Jennings Drops the Mother of All Truth Bombs on CNN

In an epic exchange on CNN, Senior Political Commentator Scott Jennings delivered a brutal reality check to Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-Wash.) and the Democrats, cutting through their rhetoric with precision. The moment came after Jayapal launched into a tirade blaming Elon Musk and Donald Trump for the looming government shutdown.

“We already had a bill,” she said. “We negotiated it. Mike Johnson agreed to it. And because, as you said, Elon Musk, a billionaire, tweeted about it — President Musk tweeted about it — these Republicans tried to go around their own caucus, all the work that’s been done, and they are in charge of shutting down the government. Now, that is what’s going to happen tomorrow night at midnight if we don’t come to a deal.”

Jayapall also accused Trump of ceding control to Musk, saying, “I mean, this is a real crisis in my mind for Donald Trump: who’s the president right now… and who’s going to be the president come – come the New Year?” She even posed the bizarre question, “Are we now negotiating with Elon Musk? Is Mike Johnson not the speaker anymore?”

She continued, “I mean, this is abdicating all of the responsibilities of elected officials, whether it’s the Republican speaker or the Republican president-to-be and giving it to an unelected guy. So I am shocked at the speed with which Donald Trump seems to have conceded his power to Elon Musk.”

Jennings, however, didn’t let this hyperbole slide. 

When host Erin Burnett asked him for his response, Jennings zeroed in on Jayapal’s slip of the tongue. “She let the mask slip right at the end. She said, ‘Who’s the president right now?’” he noted. 

Jennings went on to cite a recent Wall Street Journal exposé revealing that Joe Biden hasn’t actually been in charge over the past four years, and that unelected staffers and cabinet members have basically been running the government.

“Joe Biden, who we rarely hear from, The Wall Street Journal reported today has been diminished for the last four years, and we’ve had unelected people running around running the federal government, apparently.”

Biden Says He Has ZERO Regrets…

Joe Biden told an interviewer that he can’t think of a single thing he regrets during his time in office and that he wouldn’t have done anything different.

During the exchange with MeidasTouch host Ben Meiselas, Biden was asked “Any other regrets or anything you wished you would have done differently?”

He responded, “Well, I guess if I thought a lot about it there’d be something specifically, not generically.”

It’s unclear whether he can’t think of anything because he really doesn’t have any regrets, or because his brain has turned to pudding.

Victor Davis Hanson Calls Out Dems and Media for Hiding Biden’s Condition: ‘Greatest Presidential Fraud and Deception Since Woodrow Wilson’

Victor Davis Hanson, the revered conservative historian and scholar, appeared on the Jesse Watters show on FOX News this week and called out Democrats and the media for hiding Joe Biden’s condition from the American people.

Hanson suggested that it’s the worst presidential scandal since Woodrow Wilson had a stroke in 1919 and the White House hid the news from the public for months.

He also summarized Biden’s entire presidency as nothing more than a stand-in for the real power players in Washington like the Obamas.

How many hours has Joe Biden actually spent working? How was the 25th amendment not invoked? Was the danger of a President Kamala Harris — who the liberal media tried to sell as viable — truly that unthinkable?

‘Drain the swamp’ resonates for a reason.

Meanwhile, Biden’s campaign spokesperson Kevin Munoz sought to deflect his boss’s dereliction by, you guessed it, going after Trump.

Biden’s Three Weasel Circus Enables Drone Chaos

The three most vacuous and misleading personalities of the Biden Team are now mad at the American People for not accepting their explanations of what is going on in the National Airspace System (NAS).

When Jake Sullivan, the National Security Advisor, Alejandro Mayorkas, the Secretary of Homeland Security, and John Kirby, the Spokesman for the National Security Council get together, at best, nothing happens – or worse, nothing good happens.

There are other minions involved in this public affairs fiasco beyond these three, but these three are the poster children for U.S. Government mis, dis, and mal information.

After the debacle of the Chinese Spy Balloon in 2023 they have an enormous credibility gap and are only resurrecting this lack of trust with the current drone chaos.

The discombobulated explanations coming out of these three changes almost hourly.  “Give states the power to shoot down drones”, It’s the FAA’s fault for recent flight rule changes, Nothing indicates a Public Safety Risk, and there is no Iranian involvement.  

Yet from December 2023 over Virginia Beach to the United Kingdom to multiple regions and military installations in the U.S. the drone swarms continue.

Massive Hordes of Illegals Caught on Camera in Tijuana, Mexico being Transported into The US With CBP One App During Biden’s Final Days in Office

Biden and the Democrats are still flooding the country with illegal aliens during their final days in power in an apparent attempt to undermine Trump’s mass deportations and secure border policy. 

Real America’s Voice correspondent Ben Bergquam, host of the Law and Border series, posted new footage Monday afternoon showing a large group of illegal aliens walking up a ramp to be transported into the United States by the Biden Administration.

“They had a group the same size at 5 AM and another group the same size at 8 AM and it happens every day!” says Bergquam.

These illegals are using Biden’s CBP One app, which has become the “primary vehicle” for mass illegal immigration for so-called asylum seekers, according to the National Immigration Forum. Mexico’s government has even been busing migrants to the US border to get them to CBP One appointments. As The Gateway Pundit reported in June 2024, over 1 million illegals have been allowed into the US through so-called “legal” means with the CBP One App and the CHNV program.

James O’Keefe Confronts Fleeing White House National Security Council Advisor Who Spilled the “Tea” on Biden’s Cognitive Decline

James O’Keefe confronted Henry Appel, the National Security Council advisor who was caught on OMG undercover video claiming Biden can’t finish a sentence.

On Monday, O’Keefe Media Group released undercover footage of a former spy and White House National Security Council advisor named Henry Appel giving more inside information about Biden’s cognitive decline and revealing worries among White House and National Security officials that they will face investigations from the incoming Trump administration or Congress.

“Well, here’s some tea. Joe Biden is like dead. He like can’t say a sentence,” Appel said of Biden’s obvious mental decline. “He’s like really progressed in his old age.” Appel continued, stating, “Everybody recognizes it,” and “I can’t believe it wasn’t a bigger scandal earlier.”

“He’ll be dead in a year,” he predicted.

Appel says that he and his colleagues are worried they may be criminally liable or investigated for something. “We’re kind of concerned about them coming after us… like with Congress.”

“I’ve gotta find a new job. I don’t know what the f*ck I’m going to do,” Appel said.

The Top Five Presidential Public Relations Crises of 2024

Each year end, public relations (PR) practitioners are quizzed on what they think are the top-five PR crises of the year. 

Since I work more in politics than in business, I chose to consider the top five political – presidential – PR crises. 

These are, from the inside, fairly obvious.

Number one has to be Trump getting shot, then almost immediately starting to manage the message even before a negative one could get out there. 

He did this by fist-bumping the sky (on camera) and shouting “Fight, Fight, Fight.” 

Surviving being shot could have proved a disaster, for one simple reason.  If Trump had cowered or even reacted stunned, he could be painted as “less than” by an unfriendly media.  The whole world would have seen it, so no post-shooting response could walk back an “apparently” cowardly reaction. But Trump instinctively reacted as the street-fighter his bio likes to suggest he once was, and it actually played well.

The second crisis was the aftermath of the disastrous Biden-Trump debate.  Actually, the disaster wasn’t so much of a failed debate, but the media’s – and the Democrat leadership’s – collective reaction. 

I watched it all and I felt, with the exception of one moment (the famous Medicare line) the debate was a near-draw.  In fact, I told my wife – also a seasoned political campaign pro – that I was disappointed that Trump let his anger get in the way.  I frankly expected the Dems would rally around the president. 

After all, in each election season, the ultimately winning candidate lost – big – an earlier debate, but rallied back.  Even Reagan, the great communicator and 49-state victor in 1984, lost his first debate with Walter Mondale, of all people.  

But the crisis for Biden was the way his own leading Democrats talked themselves into a feeding frenzy of horror at having Biden for a candidate.  They kept pushing one another (and Biden), forcing him to step down until, three weeks later, he could no longer mount a viable campaign. 

His was the first presidential coup d’état – admittedly a bloodless one – in American history.  Never before had a sitting president, nominated and running for re-election, been forced out by his own party.

Biden Administration Launches Task Force on Chinese Censorship, Drawing Criticism for Hypocrisy in Domestic Free Speech Policies

The Biden-Harris administration on has revealed it was setting up an action group to “monitor and address the effects” of any censorship or intimidation of Americans by China.

Signed by President Joe Biden, the memorandum addressed heads of executive departments and agencies, while the task force is to be led by the assistant to the president for National Security Affairs and the director of the National Economic Council.

This move comes after the administration spent the past four years doubling and tripling down on policies encouraging unprecedented censorship at home and being sued and investigated for colluding (through pressure via third parties) with social platforms and other tech companies to do its (unconstitutional) bidding.

Hypocrisy this may be, but that might be the least of the problems with this sudden spur of activity by an administration that is weeks away from exiting, stage left.

If we choose to forget that many of the censorship and surveillance mechanisms that permeated the soon-to-be former administration’s activities were regularly mentioned by critics as “inspired” by those used by China’s authorities, the question remains: why establish an entirely new “task force” and why now?

The departments and agencies that will be represented at assistant secretary or above level include the departments of state, defense, treasury, commerce, agriculture, education, the Department of Homeland Security, the CIA, the FBI, the director of National Intelligence, etc. – plus, “other agencies and offices as the President may, from time to time, designate.”

Opponents of the Chinese authorities and their notorious brand of censorship welcome the move and believe it should be endorsed by the incoming Trump administration, but also – somehow – expanded to China itself.
