Newly released emails released by DOJ official Ed Martin reveal Joe Biden’s own Justice Department red-flagged the thousands of last-minute autopen pardons.

Earlier this year it was revealed Ed Martin was probing Joe Biden’s pardons amid the growing autopen scandal.

The Oversight Project broke the story about the Biden autopen scandal wide open after they discovered thousands of acts of clemency and executive actions were signed with an autopen rather than a wet signature.

There was a second frequently used autopen signature for Joe Biden’s pardons and commutations.

Autopen A and Autopen B have slight differences in the signatures.

Biden officials such as Neera Tanden, Jeff Zeints, Stephanie Feldman and others were involved in the autopen scandal.

The New York Times recently reviewed some of the emails that the National Archives handed over to the Trump DOJ as part of their investigation into the autopen scandal.

The emails revealed that Biden’s staffers made decisions to sign the pardons with the autopen without directly hearing the orders from Joe Biden.

It was revealed that Joe Biden did not approve of each name for the pardons – AND after changes were made about the specific inmates, Biden did NOT sign off on the revised list. Rather, his aides just ran the final version through the autopen without Biden’s approval.

Biden’s own DOJ warned that the last-minute autopen pardons of cop killers and child murderers was legally flawed.

Trump Denied Work Permit, Biden Approved — Now Three Americans Dead

A deadly highway crash in Florida has brought renewed scrutiny to federal immigration policies after it was revealed that the driver responsible, an illegal alien from India, had been granted a work permit under the Biden administration despite being previously denied under the Trump administration, as reported by The Gateway Pundit.

On Tuesday of last week, Harjinder Singh, a truck driver originally from Punjab, India, made an illegal U-turn on Florida’s Turnpike near Fort Pierce.

The maneuver caused a collision with a minivan, leaving three people dead. Singh was later arrested in Stockton, California, on Saturday and charged with three counts of vehicular homicide.

Video footage captured Singh exiting his 18-wheeler following the crash, showing little visible reaction as he inspected the wreckage that left three victims dead.

Grassley releases data showing Biden admin placed over 10K migrant children with unvetted sponsors

Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley on Monday released new data from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), which confirmed his concern that the Biden administration placed over 10,000 migrant children with unvetted sponsors.

The Trump administration provided Grassley with the information as part of his oversight investigation and requests, which were largely ignored or stonewalled by the previous administration. 

The data found that HHS’ Office of Refugee Resettlement from January 2021 through January 2025 placed 11,488 unaccompanied migrant children with unvetted sponsors who were not their parents or legal guardians. During that same period, the department also declined to conduct home studies for over 79,000 migrant children under the age of 12, including in homes where a study was recommended.

“As you have seen, the brave DNI Director Tulsi Gabbard has exposed all those who fabricated the file of Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. presidential election, where President Trump won fair and square. I guarantee that the file of the annulment of the elections in Romania is also on the table of the U.S. intelligence services, with clear perpetrators identified, former high-ranking officials from the Biden administration as well as their tools in Bucharest.”

Georgescu went further, blasting French President Emmanuel Macron’s meddling in Romania, promising he’ll be “sent packing with his tail between his legs.” Does he know more than he’s letting on?

The Trump administration has clearly taken notice. In May, the Department of Homeland Security revoked Romania’s entry into the Visa Waiver Program—a move Romania’s own foreign minister later admitted was punishment for the fraudulent annulment of its elections. T

The State Department’s latest Democracy Report also singled out Romania for trampling its voters’ rights.

Biden Judge Blocks FTC Investigation Into Far-Left Media Matters

A federal judge on Friday shut down the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) investigation into far-left Media Matters.

US District Judge Sparkle Sooknanan, a Biden appointee, issued an injunction against the FTC and blocked its investigation into Media Matters.

The judge said the Trump Administration illegally retaliated against Media Matters.

“This case presents a straightforward First Amendment violation,” judge Sparkle Sooknanan wrote.

In May, the Federal Trade Commission launched an investigation into Media Matters for America, the far left group that targets conservative media outlets and personalities to put them out of business.

Media Matters for America is funded by the top Democrat Megadonors who value their work.

Soros-funded Media Matters and several leftist groups like Sleeping Giants run by Matt Rivitz have been harassing American corporations for years to quit advertising with conservative platforms, websites and businesses. The Gateway Pundit has been a prime target by these leftist groups and government agencies.

In May 2022, CNN published a hit piece on Elon Musk and Twitter. The article was the far left’s attempt to sway advertisers from posting ads on Twitter.

Elon Musk exposed the culprits behind the coordinated attacks on X’s advertisers – Media Matters. CNN even admitted that Media Matters sent out a threatening letter to Twitter advertisers to quit paying for ads on the platform.

Elon Musk announced in November 2023, that his company X-Corp will be filing a “thermo-nuclear” lawsuit against Media Matters “the second court opens on Monday.”

Elon added that he will sue “Their board, their donors, their network of dark money, all of them…”

In his statement, he released earlier this year, Elon accused Media Matters of creating a fake account that then curated the posts and advertising appearing on the account’s timeline to misinform advertisers about the placement of their posts.

The FTC in May announced that it would open an investigation into the far-left advocacy group for their coordinated attacks on X and its advertisers.

The US Federal Trade Commission demanded documents from Media Matters about its coordination with other leftist groups to rid X of its advertisers.

USCIS Director Joe Edlow Reveals Biden Officials Shortened Security Interviews for Foreign Nationals Seeking American Citizenship

United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Director Joseph Edlow told Breitbart News in an exclusive interview that former President Joe Biden’s administration “truncated” vital security questions administered to foreign nationals seeking naturalized American citizenship to hike naturalizations and, as a result, reshape the nation’s electorate.

In February 2021, almost immediately after taking office, Biden signed an executive order enlisting USCIS and other federal agencies to help increase annual naturalizations — that is, granting foreign nationals naturalized American citizenship.

The order made clear that USCIS ought to “eliminate barriers in and otherwise improve the existing naturalization process … [and] substantially reduce current naturalization processing times…”

Edlow, in an exclusive interview with Breitbart News, reveals that the Biden administration appears to have carried out the executive order by, among other actions, shortening security questions for foreign nationals seeking citizenship.

“When the interview was being conducted, what I can tell you is they had gone ahead and truncated the security questions,” Edlow said.

“So instead of answering and confirming an applicant’s answers to every question, they went ahead and asked just very basic, general questions, and based on the answers to those, essentially assumed that the other answers were the same,” Edlow continued. “So it was, it was shortening the interview in a way that would have allowed for more people to go through the process.”

Indeed, the shortening of security questions worked in terms of meeting Biden’s goal of packing the United States electorate with millions of brand-new American citizens, born outside of the United States, who are now eligible to vote.

In fewer than four years, the Biden administration awarded citizenship to almost 3.5 million foreign nationals, which the Migration Policy Institute notes is “by far the most [naturalizations] of any single presidential term.”

For perspective, the number of foreign nationals who secured citizenship under Biden eclipses those who were awarded citizenship under former Presidents Jimmy Carter, Ronald Reagan, and George H.W. Bush, combined.

The result is that there are now 23 million naturalized Americans, born outside of the United States, who are eligible to vote in local, state, and federal elections.

USCIS Director Joe Edlow Says Biden Plan was ‘Mass Amnesty’ to ‘Change Demographics’ of America

United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Director Joseph Edlow tells Breitbart News in an exclusive interview that former President Joe Biden’s “long-term plan” for immigration policy was a “mass amnesty” for illegal aliens in the hopes of drastically shifting the nation’s demographics, likely in favor of Democrat political power.

Most recently, as Breitbart News reported, President Donald Trump’s administration has started ending a so-called “quiet amnesty” loophole called administrative closure, whereby immigration courts were instructed to dismiss deportation cases or close deportation cases for illegal aliens rather than adjudicating their asylum claims, used by the Biden administration.

The Trump administration is now reopening those closed cases to adjudicate whether such illegal aliens ought to be in the U.S.

In an exclusive interview, Edlow said the federal government must return “to limiting administrative closure.”

“It was a Jeff Sessions-certified opinion in Castro-Tum, that really made the case for why administrative closure should be limited,” Edlow said. “[Former Attorney General Merrick] Garland came in and stripped that away as quickly as possible to use it as a major basis, and I think we’ve seen that happen time and time again.”

“If you look at how the courts were being administered, how ICE was being kind of cut off at the knees, in terms of their role in the immigration court … it was pretty clear to me that the only interest was to either close cases where there was no eligibility, or get cases granted as quickly as possible,” he continued.

Biden-Era COVID Vaccine Mandate Records Erased in Donald Trump Rollback

The Trump administration has directed all federal agencies to delete records related to employees’ COVID-19 vaccination status, any noted noncompliance with pandemic-era mandates, and requests for vaccine exemptions.

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) issued the directive Friday in a memo to department and agency heads, instructing them to eliminate both physical and electronic vaccine-related records from personnel files.

The policy change takes effect immediately.

WaPo Fact Checker Gets Called Out to His Face Over Joe Biden Mental Decline Cover-Up

A recent interview between political journalist Mark Halperin and former Washington Post fact-checker Glenn Kessler has reignited discussion over media bias and whether major news outlets avoided directly addressing questions about Joe Biden’s cognitive health.

The conversation, part of Halperin’s Next Up series with prominent podcasters, focused heavily on Kessler’s 2022 fact check defending Biden after several videos showing unusual public behavior gained traction in conservative media.

The clips, widely circulated at the time, depicted Biden appearing distracted, confused, or disoriented during official events.

One of the most viral moments occurred when Biden appeared to wander away during a ceremony before engaging with members of a parachute demonstration team.

Critics pointed to the footage as further evidence of mental decline, but Kessler’s fact check concluded the Republican National Committee’s framing was misleading and asserted that Biden had, in fact, been speaking with the parachutists.

Halperin pressed Kessler on the impact of such reporting.

“When you write that, people say the Washington Post is saying that video is not reflective of Joe Biden’s cognitive decline. That’s what people take from it,” Halperin told him.

Leftists Melt Down over Trump Administration Targeting DEI Broadband Subsidies

Congressional Democrats are panicking over the Trump Administration’s reforms to the wasteful Biden-era Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Program. Biden’s 2021 infrastructure bill allocated a whopping $42.5 billion to distribute to states to subsidize high-speed internet for primarily rural and underpopulated areas, which the Commerce Department’s National Telecommunication and Information Authority (NTIA) distributes.

Like most of Biden’s “infrastructure” programs, BEAD was filled with DEI mandates, climate regulations, and crony favoritism, which limited most funding to fiber internet, while virtually banning low-earth-orbit satellite internet. The Trump administration and Republicans in Congress signaled early this year that such wasteful programs would be targeted by the Trump White House.

Fortunately, the Senate recently confirmed Arielle Roth to lead NTIA, which will administer the program and implement the Trump administration’s reforms. Roth served as the top telecom staffer for Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) and the Senate Commerce Committee, where she helped the Senator document the BEAD program’s abuses, giving her the perfect experience and skills to implement these reforms.

As Sen. Cruz noted, BEAD’s “technology bias against non-fiber broadband will drive up costs by billions of dollars and likely deprive some communities of any broadband access at all.”  Four years after the Bill’s passage, BEAD failed to connect one household to the internet.

Fiber internet is often inefficient in sparsely populated areas. Some proposals, approved by the Biden NTIA, charge tens of thousands of dollars per home across many states. The Biden NTIA even proposed giving $547,254 for one “underserved” location in Washington, D.C. (hardly an underserved area for high-speed internet).

Trump’s FCC Chairman, Brendan Carr, called BEAD a “$42 billion program for expanding Internet infrastructure into a thicket of red tape and saddled it with progressive policy goals that have nothing to do with quickly connecting Americans,” specifically calling out the “DEI requirements,” “Climate change agenda,” and “technology bias.”
