RFK Jr. Implores Biden for Secret Service Protection After Intruder Arrested at His Home Twice in One Day

The campaign of presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is calling for Secret Service protection for Kennedy after an intruder was arrested — twice — at his home Wednesday.

Security personnel from Gavin de Becker & Associates, which was hired by the campaign, found and held the intruder until police arrived, according to a news release from Kennedy’s campaign.

Kennedy initially entered the campaign as a Democrat challenging President Joe Biden, but has since announced he is running for the White House as an independent.

Police arrested the man, who had asked to see Kennedy, the release said.

The man returned to Kennedy’s house after being released, the news release said, noting that Kennedy was home during both incidents. The intruder was again arrested after his second visit.

Senator Reveals How FBI “Improperly” Halted Investigation Into Biden Family Corruption

Republican Iowa Sen. Chuck Grassley announced Wednesday that there is evidence that the FBI and the DOJ attempted to shut down investigative activity into the Biden family and initiated a coverup of “criminal information” by labeling it “foreign disinformation.”

Grassley presented the findings in a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray, noting that “This letter is based on years of investigation, including the provision of information, records, and allegations from multiple Justice Department whistleblowers.”

The Senator further noted that the findings “indicate there is — and has been — an effort among certain Justice Department and FBI officials to improperly delay and stop full and complete investigative activity into the Biden family, including but not limited to FD-1023s referencing the Biden family.”

“As just one initial example, I’ve been made aware that at one point in time the FBI maintained over 40 Confidential Human Sources that provided criminal information relating to Joe Biden, James Biden, and Hunter Biden,” he continued.

“It’s been alleged that the basis for shutting the investigative activity down was an August 2020 assessment created by FBI Supervisory Intelligence Analyst Brian Auten,” Grassley added, further noting “That assessment was used by an FBI HQ team to improperly discredit negative Hunter Biden information as disinformation and caused investigative activity to cease.”

The Senator goes on to detail how the FBI used Auten’s assessment and other briefings to discredit bribery and corruption allegations as “foreign disinformation.”

Grassley alleges that the “partisan media” and Congressional Democrats then cited the FBI’s assertions as a way of stymying his investigation into the Bidens.

The White House is losing the messaging war on Ukraine. Now it’s changing the message.

The White House has been quietly urging lawmakers in both parties to sell the war efforts abroad as a potential economic boom at home.

Aides have been distributing talking points to Democrats and Republicans who have been supportive of continued efforts to fund Ukraine’s resistance to make the case that doing so is good for American jobs, according to five White House aides and lawmakers familiar with the effort and granted anonymity to speak freely.

The push, first previewed publicly in President Joe Biden’s Oval Office address last week, comes ahead of the election of a new House speaker, with the White House trying to invoke patriotism to help convince holdout Republicans not just to help Kyiv but to pass a major package that includes funds for Israel as well.

“As we replenish our stocks of weapons, we are partnering with the U.S. defense industry to increase our capacity and meet the needs of the U.S. and our allies both now and in the future,” according to a copy of the talking points obtained by POLITICO.

“This supplemental request invests over $50 billion in the American defense industrial base — ensuring our military continues to be the most ready, capable, and best equipped fighting force the world has ever seen — and expanding production lines, strengthening the American economy and creating new American jobs,” the document states.

The talking points are an implicit recognition that the administration has work to do in selling its $106 billion foreign aid supplemental request — and that talking about it squarely under the umbrella of national security interests hasn’t done the trick.

The White House’s pitch is an echo of one made by an influential figure on the other side of the aisle: Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell.

King Charles urged to use his ‘direct hotline’ to President Joe Biden to expose ‘the truth about UFOs’

King Charles has been urged to apply “pressure” on US President Joe Biden to “reveal the truth about UFOs”.

Nick Pope, a former employee of the UK’s UFO desk, has revealed the many ways in which the British monarch can help the UK disclosure process commence as it did across the pond three months ago, as someone with direct access to the world leader.

In UFO expert Mark Christopher Lee’s new film, ‘The King Of UFOs’, Pope says: “Here is somebody who could pick up the phone and say look here what’s going on in the United States. He could ask for a full classified briefing.”

The documentary states that Charles can request Ministers for the UK parliament to compile a report if there is ever any unexplained activity in UK airspace as it would be a potential defence and safety issue.

The royal could also gather parliamentary questions much like the US initiated discourse and gather enough momentum to force the Defence Minister to hold a hearing.

Pope claims that the king must be interested in UFOs, as his late Prince Phillip and great uncle Lord Mountbatten were.

Lee believes part of the UK government’s fears against investigating the phenomena is the “demonic” element to UFO sightings.

The filmmaker recently made the hit Tubi film ‘God Versus Aliens’, an exploration of “the spiritual implications that first contact would have.”

Former Canadian diver Dan Costello was interviewed in the film and claims he worked with the then-Prince Charles on Project Serpico in Nova Scotia in Canada in 1975.

“Get The F*ck Up”: Biden Strolls On The Beach As America And The World Goes To Hell

Americans reacted with disbelief over the weekend as Joe Biden went for yet another beach vacation despite the world teetering on the brink of full scale war, despite Americans still being held hostage by terrorists and despite the announcement of record numbers of illegals pouring into the country.

While ground offensives are seemingly underway in Gaza, there are Americans being held hostage by Hamas terrorists and Biden’s minions haven’t done a thing.

Biden Admin Orders Banks Not To Reject Immigrants’ Loan Applications Solely Based on Immigration Status

The Biden administration is moving to force financial institutions to forego typical loan qualifying requirements when dealing with illegal immigrants.

Concerns have been expressed that the loan qualification guidelines will lead lenders to incur losses that will be passed on to American citizens.

Overriding the concerns, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), the Justice Department and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) issued a  joint statement on Wednesday, warning financial institutions that “all credit applicants are protected from discrimination on the basis of their national origin, race and other characteristics covered by the (ECOA), regardless of their immigration status.”

The Department of Justice Office of Public Affairs issued a statement noting that “consumers have reported being rejected for credit cards as well as for auto, student, personal and equipment loans because of their immigration status, even when they have strong credit histories and ties to the United States and are otherwise qualified to receive the loans.”

Supreme Court Allows Biden Admin to Continue Enforcing Ghost Gun Regulations

On Monday, the Supreme Court vacated an order from a lower court, allowing the Biden administration’s new regulations on ghost guns to take effect.

A Texas-based judge ruled against President Joe Biden’s new rules on ghost guns, firearms without serial numbers. However, a request to vacate the order was filed to Justice Samuel Alito and referred to the full court, which ruled in favor of vacating the order.

Alito issued an order on October 6, giving ghost gun manufacturers Blackhawk Manufacturing Group and Defense Distributed until Wednesday to provide a better reason as to why they should not have their firearms regulated the same way as other gun manufacturers.

Joe Biden pays tribute to BLM hero George Floyd on his 50th birthday

President Joe Biden issued a lengthy statement in honor of George Floyd, whose death while in police custody in Minneapolis on May 25, 2020 sparked a summer of riots and violence that cost the nation more than $2 billion in damage. BLM has recently come under fire for being so pro-Hamas and anti-Israel as to be antisemitic. The founder of BLM has called for the eradication of Israel.

In his statement, Biden claimed that the massive riots during the summer of 2020 were “one of the largest civil rights movements in our nation’s history and inspired the world.” It spurred many municipalities to advocate for the defunding of their police departments, which has led to record crime in many areas. Mass looting became commonplace and is still going on in many cities such as San Francisco. The decline in officers in major metropolitan areas led to a decline in businesses as many stores closed due to violence and crime. Those same cities have been forced to pay out some $68 million to rioters who claim to have been mistreated by police while they were in the midst of rioting.

Biden praised his own part in the defund the police movement, noting that he’d signed an executive order banning some police practices that allow them to pursue and restrain suspects and violent actors. He asked Congress to pass “meaningful police reform,” though it’s not clear what that is, or if that would have a positive effect on a country grappling with some 5 million illegal immigrants and rampant crime.

The officer charged in Floyd’s death was convicted and imprisoned.

Nairobi’s High Court Puts Hold on US-Backed Kenyan Troop Deployment to Haiti

Kenya’s High Court put a temporary suspension on a planned troop deployment to Haiti. The Joe Biden administration made a deal with Nairobi to deploy its soldiers to Haiti on a mission approved by the UN Security Council. The US agreed to finance the mission and train the Kenyan soldiers.

On Friday, former presidential candidate, Ekuru Aukot, filed a petition with the high court arguing that sending troops to Haiti violated the Kenyan constitution. The high court granted a temporary block on sending the soldiers. President William Ruto’s administration will have three days to appeal.

The Biden White House has sought a country to lead a mission in Haiti for over a year. After Canada rebuffed the US request, Washington was able to enlist Nairobi into sending 1,000 soldiers to Haiti. The White House inked a new defense agreement with Kenya and agreed to provide $100 million to finance the deployment.

Additionally, US forces will train the Kenyan soldiers. The UN Security Council approved the deployment, but the soldiers will not operate as official UN Peacekeepers. Peacekeepers have a dark legacy in Haiti. During the UN mission to the country from 2004-17 caused a cholera outbreak that killed nearly 10,000 people and engaged in rampant rape of women.

How a Young Joe Biden Became the Architect of the Government’s Asset Forfeiture Program

In 1991, Maui police officers showed up at the home of Frances and Joseph Lopes. One officer showed his badge and said, “Let’s go into the house, and we will explain things to you.” Once he was inside, the explanation was simple: “We’re taking the house.”

The Lopeses were far from wealthy. They worked on a sugar plantation for nearly fifty years, living in camp housing, to save up enough money to buy a modest, middle-class home.

But in 1987, their son Thomas was caught with marijuana. He was twenty-eight, and he suffered from mental health issues. He grew the marijuana in the backyard of his parents’ home, but every time they tried to cut it down, Thomas threatened suicide.

When he was arrested, he pled guilty, was given probation since it was his first offense, and he was ordered to see a psychologist once a week. Frances and Joseph were elated. Their son got better, he stopped smoking marijuana, and the episode was behind them.

But when the police showed up and told them that their house was being seized, they learned that the episode was not behind them. That statute of limitations for civil asset forfeiture was five years. It had only been four. Legally, the police could seize any property connected to the marijuana plant from 1987. They had resurrected the Lopes case during a department-wide search through old cases looking for property they could legally confiscate.
