US spy tech agency IARPA ‘MOVES’ to diagnose people’s neurological conditions from video clips

IARPA, the US spy tech agency, is working on how to diagnose various  neurological conditions by analyzing video clips of how people move.

Last April, the US Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity (IARPA) announced the launch of its Movement Observation and Video-based Evaluation System (MOVES) program aimed at diagnosing neurological  health conditions from open source video clips.

These neurological conditions include:

  • Parkinson’s Disease
  • Huntington’s Disease
  • Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis
  • Cerebellar Ataxia
  • Essential Tremor
  • Dystonia

Shakes, tics, tremors, gaits, jerks, imbalances, and difficulties in walking, talking, swallowing, and breathing are all to be analyzed and diagnosed from video clips that may not have great angles or resolution.

And the people in the videos may be wearing all types of clothing like winter jackets, tunics, kurtas, headwear, and camo that could obfuscate their neurological conditions.

We have been reporting since late last year on TGP about how Germany, besides being engaged in an overhaul of its armed forces, is also working to upgrade its intelligence capabilities to face the dangerous new world that we’re living in.

So, today (12), the German cabinet approved new powers for its intelligence services to ‘hack communications and disrupt foreign adversaries’ ​operations’.

Reuters reported:

“The measures, which ‌have been under discussion for months, would allow both the BND, the foreign intelligence service, and the BfV, the domestic security service, broader authority to access digital communications, collect data and carry out active operations to thwart attacks.

Interior Minister Alexander Dobrindt said the measures, which would ​incorporate artificial intelligence tools, would ‘revolutionize Germany’s security architecture’.

Victim of Monaco Bombing, Vadim Ermolaev Says He Has ‘No Doubt’ Attack Was Carried Out by Ukrainian Intelligence

Kiev was behind the terror bomb in Monaco, says Ermolaev.

About two weeks after his family was targeted by a backpack bomb left on the doorsteps of his Monaco mansion, Ukrainian oligarch Vadim Ermolaiev (another transliteration would be Vadym Yermolayev) sent out a statement, and added pressure on Kiev regime, as he points to the Ukrainian intelligence service as being behind the attack.

This was the first terrorist attack in the history of Monaco, and the businessman sanctioned by Kiev said there is ‘no doubt’ that serving officers of the main intelligence directorate of the military of defense of Ukraine, GUR, are involved in the attempt on his life.

The Telegraph reported:

“The property magnate was approaching his building with his long-term partner and their 13-year-old son when explosives hidden in a backpack at the threshold of the lobby were detonated on the evening of June 29.”

Ermolaev’s partner lost both feet, while his son sustained ‘burns, fractures and severe trauma’.

“’I remain in intensive care and am only now beginning the long process of recovery’, he added, in his first public comments since the blast.”

French police identified Ukrainian Anastasiia Berezovska as the attacker, and she was found shot dead in near Kiev after escaping to the country on July 1.

Vladyslav Reut, a GUR officer, and Vitaliy Zhykovych, a former member of the SBU, have been arrested.

They made bank transfers and cryptocurrency payments to Berezovska that may be linked to the attempt on Ermolaiev’s life.

Post-WW2 Japan has operated under significant limitations on its military (the Self-Defense Forces) and its intelligence agencies.

But right now, the Asian island-nation is leaving these restraints in the past, as the new government tries to build a centralized intelligence agency – something that is only natural in most countries, but still controversial there.

Japanese leaders have privately approached partners such as the United States, Australia, and Germany in recent months for advice on technology, staffing, and priorities, according to interviews with officials from Japan and elsewhere. The conversations have not been previously reported.

Monaco Bombing Attack Suspect Shot Dead In Ukraine, Intelligence Officer In Custody

The saga of the Monaco package bomb attack carried out last week against an exiled Ukrainian oligarch just got even wilder and more mysterious, as the prime suspect has been found shot dead near Kiev.

The Guardian reports that “Ukrainian prosecutors said on Tuesday the woman had been found with a gunshot wound to the head and that two men had been arrested in connection with the case, including an officer with Ukraine’s military intelligence agency (HUR) and a former law enforcement officer.”

The gunshot victim is reported to be Anastasiia Berezovska, 39-year old Ukrainian national who speaks German – and who has been on the run, and especially since the Friday issuance of a ‘red notice’ by Interpol for her immediate apprehension. There are reports that the would-be assassin had disguised herself as a man while carrying out the parcel bombing.

The victims of the June 29 bombing were Vadym Iermolaiev and his family, which all survived the bombing that took place at the entrance of his luxury Monaco apartment building (however, he and is girlfriend were very seriously injured). The suspected would-be assassin was seen fleeing to the French border, after which a massive police and security search, along with helicopters, ensued across Monaco, France, and even in Italy. Per Euronews:

After the explosion, she is believed to have walked to the nearby French town of Beausoleil, where she retrieved her rental car and drove through Italy to Germany, her last known country of residence, Morgan Raymond, Monaco’s deputy public prosecutor, told reporters.

“The relative sophistication of the explosive device and the modus operandi appear to indicate that the person who planted the device did not act alone,“ the prosecutor said, confirming that the individual was “a woman posing as a man.”

Given that Ukrainian businessman Iermolaiev had long ago been declared an enemy of the Ukrainian state, and has been under sanctions for years for his extensive business dealings in Crimea, Ukrainian intelligence has come under the spotlight for possible involvement in the Monaco bomb attack – a first of its kind in the small, wealthy principality.

Le Figaro reported that the investigation focuses on Zelensky’s secret police (SBU) in the Monaco bomb attack: “According to several concurring sources at Le Figaro, investigators are focusing on the possibility that the attack was orchestrated by the SBU, the Ukrainian intelligence service.”

Even BBC, The British Intelligence Mouthpiece, Now Admits Russia Is Winning In Donbass And The End Is Near

Tsarizm wrote last week that the end was near in Donbass as Russian forces now controlled key gateways to the region and stood on the brink of achieving their goal of forcing Ukrainian forces out of the area.

Now, as the end approaches, the British mouthpiece of MI-6, the BBC, confirms the situation in a remarkable admission.

Russian troops have infiltrated the strategic city of Kostyantynivka in eastern Ukraine and are now trying to surround it.

The entire city is now effectively in a “grey zone”, no longer controlled by anyone, Ukrainian soldiers have told the BBC.

“They get into areas behind our backs and in urban conditions it’s extremely difficult to push them out,” says a Ukrainian drone pilot who operates in that area and prefers to remain anonymous.

Kostyantynivka is a gateway to the rest of the Donbas region.

If it falls, Russian forces would be able push towards Ukraine’s last remaining strongholds in the east, the cities of Kramatorsk and Sloviansk, and move closer to seizing Donbas completely, one of the Kremlin’s key objectives in this war.

We wrote recently — What Zelenskiy is not telling the world is that the city of Kostiantynivka in Donbass has recently fallen under the Russian advance. Russian forces are now focusing on Sloviansk, which once taken, will open the door to Kramatorsk in one or two months.

A situation is developing where a massive cauldron is forming, encircling thousands of Ukrainian troops and the Zelenskiy government will not order the withdrawal to save the soldiers.

“It is a deliberate slaughter of Ukrainian soldiers,” said a source in Kyiv. “It is intentionally losing a division.”

The realization of the situation on the ground explains the increase in long-range attacks on Russian energy infrastructure, the threats against Belarus and Poland, and the saber rattling by the EU.

It’s time to end the war, as Russian President Putin today offered negotiations with Kyiv. The Kremlin understands the situation on the ground as well.

Putin commented, “A coup d’état was carried out in Ukraine. The regime was brought to power that was crazy, anti-Russian.

“They were the ones who started the hostilities in Donbas. They used aviation, they used tanks, artillery, and so on, practically against the civilian population.

“For eight years, we endured, we tried to reach an agreement with them in every way. Then they announced that they would not reach an agreement by peaceful means.

“Well, we were forced to stand up for the protection of the people who live there.”

In our view, it’s time to end the war and prevent a much larger conflagration on The Continent, that the globalist EU leadership is pushing for.

The Telegraph reported:

“In a post on social media, Beijing’s Ministry of State Security (MSS) claimed that ‘foreign intelligence services are continuously collecting and stealing sensitive marine data’.

Among the different types of espionage equipment allegedly in use, the agency claimed that fish and turtles had been fitted with sensors and were found to be collecting data such as ‘water temperature, salinity and ocean currents’, which were then transmitted via satellite in real time.”

“I don’t think about Americans’ financial situation. I don’t think about anybody.”—Donald Trump (May 2026)

America has become an occupied nation.

Not by one invading army, but by many occupying powers: the police state, the surveillance state, the war state, the corporate state, the foreign influence machine, and a ruling class that treats the American people as little more than collateral damage in its pursuit of power, profit and control.

We have been policed, surveilled, taxed, indebted, manipulated, censored, tracked, searched, silenced and sold out.

Foreign powers are buying up our farmland, buying favor with the Trump family, weaseling their way into the White House, dictating national policy, and now—with the backing of the Trump administration and bipartisan support in Congress—one of America’s closest partners-in-crime may soon gain even greater access to U.S. intelligence and surveillance capabilities.

This is what we have come to.

The swamp under President Trump has taken on a decidedly foreign flavor: any nation with enough money, leverage or strategic value to enrich the Trump family can now get its hands on a piece of the American pie—all the while, the American people continue to struggle to survive Trump’s self-enrichment schemes, broken promises, endless wars, militarized streets and vanity projects.

We’re being sold to the highest bidders, and still nothing is being done to protect us.

Ordinary Americans are told there is not enough money to honor the government’s promises to them. Social Security’s retirement trust fund is now projected to run short in late 2032, at which point retirees could face an automatic 22 percent cut in scheduled benefits if Congress fails to act. Medicare’s hospital insurance fund is projected to run short the following year. Seniors, the disabled, working families and the poor are told to brace for sacrifice.

But there is always money for war.

There is always money for surveillance.

There is always money for police-state crackdowns, border militarization, private contractors, foreign aid, weapons systems, tax breaks for the wealthy, slush funds for political allies, and spectacles of imperial excess.

While Americans worry about groceries, rent, medical bills, job security, retirement and whether their children will inherit anything resembling freedom, the White House is being turned into a playground for power and celebrity. Trump’s June 14 birthday celebration is reportedly set to include a UFC fight on the White House lawn, with weigh-ins at the Lincoln Memorial, transforming public symbols of sacrifice, liberty and national memory into props for one man’s vanity show.

This, too, is occupation.

Not merely the occupation of land, but the occupation of the public imagination. The occupation of the people’s institutions. The occupation of the Constitution itself.

The contrast could not be more obscene.

On June 8, 1789, James Madison rose in the House of Representatives to introduce amendments to the Constitution that would become the Bill of Rights. Madison and the founding generation fought to bind the government down. They understood that written limits on government power were not optional. They were essential.

Today’s rulers are fighting to free the government from those restraints.

They want fewer limits on surveillance, police power, presidential immunity, war-making, foreign entanglements, secrecy, corruption, and the ability of the rich and powerful to buy their way into the machinery of government.

That is how far we have fallen.

From a Bill of Rights, we have descended into a bill of sale.

Gabbard Rescinds Intelligence Reports on Mysterious Syndrome

Outgoing Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has retracted intelligence community reports on mysterious health problems known as Havana Syndrome, according to a memorandum released on June 11.

Gabbard found that the intelligence community assessments of the anomalous health incidents, released in 2023 and 2025, failed to meet the community’s analytic standards.

That included selectively excluding intelligence and evidence that did not support the conclusions and relying on an “ethically flawed medical study without noting methodological critiques,” Gabbard’s office said in the memo, sent to members of Congress.

The 2023 assessment concluded it was very unlikely that a foreign adversary was behind the incidents, which have impacted staffers in countries such as Cuba and China.

The updated assessment released in 2025 said most intelligence agencies still held it was very unlikely an enemy was responsible for the syndrome, but two components judged there was a “roughly even chance” that a foreign actor had used a novel weapon to target Americans, or had developed such a weapon.

Gabbard’s team said future assessments on the matter would adhere to “rigorous ethical standards incorporating all available intelligence sources and engaging a broad range of experts from agencies including the CIA.”
