Newsom Implies Investigative Journalist Nick Shirley is a Pedophile for Exposing Daycare Fraud

California’s Democrat Governor is attacking a journalist for exposing daycare fraud.

Governor Gavin Newsom implied investigative journalist Nick Shirley is a pedophile for exposing rampant daycare fraud in California and Minnesota.

On Monday evening, Nick Shirley released his latest video uncovering $170 million in fraud in California.

“We uncovered over $170,000,000 in fraud as these fraudsters live in luxury with no consequences,” Nick Shirley said.

“California’s version of Medicaid called ‘Medi-Cal’ has more than doubled since 2022 from $108 billion to a proposed $222 billion in 2026. Their population, however, has not grown exponentially. However, their spending has,” Nick Shirley said.

“There has been a 1,000 percent increase in hospice care in Los Angeles County,” Nick Shirley said. It’s estimated that the fraud in California could be in the hundreds of billions of dollars.”

Nick Shirley visited ‘hospices’ in Los Angeles and ‘daycares’ in San Diego.

The Somali ‘daycare’ owner/operator screamed at Nick Shirley and called the police after he asked her why there weren’t any children in the facility.

UK Teacher BANNED For Saying Migrants Should ‘Respect Our Laws Or Leave’

A British Physical Education teacher has been indefinitely banned from the classroom after daring to state that migrants should respect Britain’s laws, culture, and way of life — or leave.

Sam Everett taught at Haughton Academy in Darlington for two years. Someone identified his X account, reported him to the school, and triggered an investigation into his political views.

The independent Teaching Regulation Agency panel that heard the case cleared him of racism and sexism, praised his unblemished teaching record, noted colleague endorsements, and recommended he keep his job. Publication of the findings alone would suffice as punishment, they ruled.

However, the Department for Education stepped in anyway and overruled the panel, claiming it had “failed to give sufficient weight” to the seriousness of his conduct.

Everett is now banned from teaching for life — or at least two years before he can even apply to be reinstated, with no guarantee of success. He lost his job at the academy in June 2024.

The posts that sparked the witch hunt were hardly fringe. In one, Everett wrote: “Completely agree, if you don’t respect our laws, culture and way of life you should leave, nobody is forcing you to stay. We don’t go to other peoples countries and tell them they’re wrong for how they go about things.”

Responding to a claim that “The law of Allah is superior to your laws,” he replied: “Sick of hearing rubbish being spouted by these idiots. They can live in societies where their values are accepted, it isn’t here. Leave. You won’t be missed.”

Why Was This Man Out of Prison? Why Was This Man in the United States?

Amid the spate of jihad attacks around the United States over the last couple of weeks, one of the perpetrators stands out for the rest, not because he was more ruthless or brutal than the others, but because he epitomizes the abject failure of our immigration and law enforcement systems to deal adequately with the specter of jihad violence.

Mohamed Bailor Jalloh was born in Sierra Leone, and later became not only a naturalized U.S. citizen, but a member of the Army National Guard. He did so, as PJ’s Scott Pinsker notes acidly, because of what court records termed “a patriotic desire to give back to his adopted country.”

Yet his patriotism went only so far. USA Today reported Thursday that “in July 2016, the Justice Department announced that Jalloh was arrested for attempting to provide material support to the Islamic State. About a month before his arrest, the department said Jalloh had traveled to North Carolina and made ‘multiple unsuccessful attempts to obtain firearms.’”

NBC News added that Jalloh wanted those weapons as part of a jihad plot to “murder US military personnel.” He tried to “buy an AK-47, but the gun owner refused to sell it.” Then he succeeded in buying an AR-15 at a gun store, but the feds were on his trail: the day after he bought his gun, he was arrested.

Jalloh also “attempted to provide funds to people hoping to join the Islamic State terrorist group, better known as ISIS.” And even that wasn’t all. Another aspect of his jihad plotting in 2016 involved an attempt to murder free-speech activist Pamela Geller.

WND reported in July 2016 that according to an affidavit, “When discussing attack operations, JALLOH stated he knows such operations are ‘100 percent the right thing.’ JALLOH then asked if CHS1 ever thought about targeted operations (targeted killings). JALLOH then identified a person by name who had organized multiple Draw the Prophet Mohammad contests in the United States. JALLOH provided the general location for this individual and described this individual as ‘evil.’ JALLOH insinuated that this individual would be an ideal focus of a targeted attack because of his/her actions against the Prophet Mohammad.”

In addition to all this, Jalloh was also “focused on conducting a Fort Hood-style massacre against the United States armed forces,” which appears to be something like the attack he carried out on Thursday. He seems to have targeted his victims at Old Dominion University because of their link to the U.S. military: “The victims have not been identified. Two of them are members of the school’s ROTC program.”

Peter Schweizer Exposes China’s Birth Tourism Industry Creating Army of U.S. Citizens Raised Under Communist Influence During Powerful Senate Testimony

During his testimony before the U.S. Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution, investigative journalist and Government Accountability Institute President Peter Schweizer exposed the alarming scale of China’s birth tourism operations targeting the United States.

Schweizer revealed during Tuesday’s hearing, titled “Protecting American Citizenship: Birthright Citizenship for Illegal Aliens and Tourists,” that over 1,000 birth tourism companies in China are almost exclusively focused on facilitating births in America, potentially resulting in up to 1 million U.S. citizens being raised in the People’s Republic of China.

Schweizer, author of the book The Invisible Coup: How American Elites and Foreign Powers Use Immigration as a Weapon, described birth tourism as an “industrial-scale” operation where Chinese nationals pay up to $100,000 for concierge services.

These services include travel arrangements, medical care, and logistical support to ensure their children are born on U.S. soil, thereby granting them automatic citizenship under the 14th Amendment.

“In China alone, we have identified more than 1,000 birth tourism companies that are almost exclusively focused on the United States,” Schweizer stated.

FBI Arrests 10 Indians for Allegedly Staging Armed Robberies in Visa Fraud Scheme

Nearly a dozen Indian nationals face charges after they were accused of taking part in a visa fraud scheme that included fake robberies.

The convenience store robberies were staged so that clerks could falsely claim on immigration applications that they were crime victims, according to a Department of Justice news release.

Six defendants live in Massachusetts, two live in Ohio, one lives in Mississippi, and one lives in Kentucky. Another who lived in Massachusetts has already been deported.

All were charged with one count of conspiracy to commit visa fraud:

The release said that the fake robberies began in 2023.

The alleged purpose of the staged robberies “was to allow the clerks present to claim falsely that they were victims of a violent crime on an application for U non-immigration status (U Visa),” the release said.

“A U Visa is available to victims of certain crimes who have suffered mental or physical abuse and who have been helpful to law enforcement in the investigation or prosecution of criminal activity,” the release added.

The fake robber would allegedly threaten a clerk with what appeared to be a gun before taking cash from a register and fleeing — with store video recording the entire staged incident.

After five minutes, the supposed victims would call police.

The release said that those charged participated in the scheme by working with the scheme’s organizer or paying for a fake robbery to take place.

In August, Rambhai Patel, 38, was sentenced to 20 months and eight days in prison, followed by two years of supervised release and eventual deportation for his role in the scheme, according to a Department of Justice news release.

The release said Patel was paid by the clerks so that he could participate in the scheme.

Patel was alleged to be the fake robber.

Spain JAILS Seven Citizens For Calling Migrants ‘SCUM’ On Facebook

Spain’s Supreme Court has upheld prison sentences for seven individuals over Facebook comments criticizing unaccompanied foreign minors in the border enclave of Melilla, marking a chilling escalation in the far-left government’s war on free speech amid skyrocketing migrant-related crime.

The ruling, which imposes terms ranging from eight months to one year and ten months, stems from posts that prosecutors deemed as promoting hostility toward the group of mostly North African migrants.

Charges were initially dropped, but an appeal led to convictions under Spain’s hate crime laws.

This case exemplifies the inverted priorities under Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez’s Socialist-led government, which has faced mounting criticism for prioritizing mass migration over native safety and free expression.

Just months ago, Alex Soros heaped praise on Sánchez for granting amnesty to up to 500,000 illegal migrants via royal decree, bypassing parliament entirely. Soros called it “real leadership,” urging more nations to follow suit in flooding their borders.

Police Scotland HIDES True Scale Of Asylum Hotel Crimes Amid Fears of Violent Backlash

In yet another example of UK authorities protecting illegal immigrants over the country’s own citizens, Police Scotland has flat-out refused to disclose the number of police call-outs, crimes, and arrests at hotels housing asylum seekers.

This evasion comes as communities grapple with the fallout from open-border policies, where transparency takes a backseat to avoiding “heightened tensions” – tensions obviously fueled by those same policies.

The Scottish Daily Express submitted a straightforward Freedom of Information request seeking aggregated data on incidents at five specific locations: the Muthu Glasgow River Hotel in Erskine, McLays Guest House in Glasgow, The Watermill Hotel in Paisley, The Bruce Hotel in East Kilbride, and the Cladhan Hotel in Falkirk. These sites, confirmed by police as housing ‘asylum seekers,’ have become flashpoints for public discontent.

Police Scotland’s response was to issue a blanket denial, wrapped in concerns over public safety. “Our understanding of the locations listed in your request is that they are currently, or have recently, been used to house homeless individuals, including refugees or asylum seekers,” the force stated.

But they went further, admitting past disclosures but now claiming a shift: “Whilst we have disclosed data for such premises in the past, we are increasingly aware of heightened community tensions regarding the use of such premises, particularly as connected to asylum/ immigration matters, and that means that the likelihood of harm from the disclosure of related data has increased significantly.”

The core justification boils down to this: “Furthermore, in the current climate it is our assessment that data regarding these premises has the potential to increase community tensions around these properties, which would not only require an increased police response but could also put individuals (police officers, residents and the wider public) at increased risk of physical harm.”

It’s a convenient excuse that dodges accountability while implying that the public can’t handle the facts.

Terror on freeway after Minnesota granted truckers’ license to Somali driver who couldn’t read ROAD SIGNS

Terrifying footage shared on social media showed the truck driving against traffic on US 61 near Troy, Missouri around 8am on Wednesday, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The truck nearly collided with several other cars before finally crossing the median on to the correct side of the road, when it was stopped by police.

The driver, whose name has not been released, had obtained a commercial driver’s license from Minnesota, NewsNation reported.

Police said the driver showed no signs of impairment or medical issues and determined the trucker was going the wrong way because they could not read the road signs.

Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy addressed the ‘disturbing’ incident in a post on X.

‘We have learned that a truck driver with a Minnesota CDL who couldn’t read basic road signs spent MILES driving the wrong way in an 80 TON truck,’ Duffy wrote.

‘Thanks to Missouri law enforcement, this dangerous trucker is now out of service.’

Ohio Senator Bernie Moreno seeks to ban welfare recipients from sending money abroad

U.S. Sen. Bernie Moreno (R-Ohio) took to the Senate floor on Wednesday to request unanimous consent for his bill — one that would levy large fines against public assistance recipients in America who transmit money to foreign countries.

“If you are on any type of government aid, you are restricted from sending money overseas,” Moreno said during a speech today on the Senate floor. “We want to help Americans in need. But if they are in need, why do they have money to send oversees?

The “Stopping Transfers of Public Funds Abroad Act” would require anyone applying for federal benefits to sign a written declaration, under penalty of perjury, promising not to conduct any remittance transfers while receiving assistance.

Under the proposed law, any individual found to have sent money overseas while on those rolls would face a $100,000 fine.

“If an individual has enough cash to send money overseas, they have no business taking welfare benefits from hardworking Americans,” Moreno said in a statement. “The abuse ends now.”

The legislation targets programs defined under federal social security regulations, which generally include Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and other needs-based assistance.

While the bill aims to curb fraud, the policy would most directly impact American citizens and “qualified aliens”—legal immigrants who have cleared the mandatory five-year waiting period for federal benefits—who still maintain financial ties to family members in their home nations.

The bill defines “remittance transfers” as electronic transfers of funds to a person or business in a foreign country, a common practice for immigrant families supporting relatives abroad.

Denmark Revokes Residence Permits for Some Syrian Immigrants

The Danish government has begun revoking residence permits for certain individuals from Syria, including those who have lived in the country for more than a decade and have successfully integrated. According to statements from the Minister of Immigration and Integration, Kaare Dybvad, this measure has been applied especially to citizens from Damascus, a region considered relatively safe, while other areas of the country remain in conflict. The official justification is that many Syrians with temporary protection in Denmark have the opportunity to return to their country and live according to their own principles if they so wish.

The minister also noted that those who do not adapt to Danish society, reject gender equality, or believe that women should not participate in the workforce, might find an environment more compatible with their beliefs in Syria than in Denmark. This approach makes a fundamental principle clear: those who arrive in a country must adapt to its culture, values, and laws, not expect the host society to change to accommodate their own beliefs.

Migration experts consider that this approach seeks to preserve social cohesion and ensure that foreign residents respect the norms and rights that underpin life in Western societies. Denmark makes it clear that offering refuge does not imply tolerating attitudes contrary to its core principles, and that those who choose to live in the country must commit to its laws and values.

The measure also sends a strong message about personal responsibility and the necessity of adapting to the culture of the host country. Freedom and rights in modern societies should not be taken as automatic privileges, but as an agreement that entails respect for equality, the law, and participation of all members of the community, without religious or cultural impositions that contradict these principles.
