USCIS Director Joe Edlow Reveals Biden Officials Shortened Security Interviews for Foreign Nationals Seeking American Citizenship

United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Director Joseph Edlow told Breitbart News in an exclusive interview that former President Joe Biden’s administration “truncated” vital security questions administered to foreign nationals seeking naturalized American citizenship to hike naturalizations and, as a result, reshape the nation’s electorate.

In February 2021, almost immediately after taking office, Biden signed an executive order enlisting USCIS and other federal agencies to help increase annual naturalizations — that is, granting foreign nationals naturalized American citizenship.

The order made clear that USCIS ought to “eliminate barriers in and otherwise improve the existing naturalization process … [and] substantially reduce current naturalization processing times…”

Edlow, in an exclusive interview with Breitbart News, reveals that the Biden administration appears to have carried out the executive order by, among other actions, shortening security questions for foreign nationals seeking citizenship.

“When the interview was being conducted, what I can tell you is they had gone ahead and truncated the security questions,” Edlow said.

“So instead of answering and confirming an applicant’s answers to every question, they went ahead and asked just very basic, general questions, and based on the answers to those, essentially assumed that the other answers were the same,” Edlow continued. “So it was, it was shortening the interview in a way that would have allowed for more people to go through the process.”

Indeed, the shortening of security questions worked in terms of meeting Biden’s goal of packing the United States electorate with millions of brand-new American citizens, born outside of the United States, who are now eligible to vote.

In fewer than four years, the Biden administration awarded citizenship to almost 3.5 million foreign nationals, which the Migration Policy Institute notes is “by far the most [naturalizations] of any single presidential term.”

For perspective, the number of foreign nationals who secured citizenship under Biden eclipses those who were awarded citizenship under former Presidents Jimmy Carter, Ronald Reagan, and George H.W. Bush, combined.

The result is that there are now 23 million naturalized Americans, born outside of the United States, who are eligible to vote in local, state, and federal elections.

Immigration, Censorship, and the Deep State in the Yookay

Mass immigration and the refugee crisis have transformed European politics over the last decade. The United Kingdom has experienced some of the biggest changes, as repeated popular revolts against immigration have led to both Brexit and the collapse of the Conservative Party in favor of Reform UK. The American Conservative sat down with Connor Tomlinson, a British journalist and political commentator, to talk about the impact of immigration on the UK and the country’s future.

Let’s start with something that I think a lot of Americans have found quite puzzling looking at the situation in the UK. Immigration is the question in British politics, especially right now. Every British government for years has been elected on the promise of lowering immigration. None have done so. Why?

When you say for years, that means going back to 1974. Every single election referendum since has promised lower migration and never delivered. There’s a few reasons.

The first, I think, is the economic system. Anytime someone promises to cut immigration, a pie chart is wheeled into the room by the so-called experts, and they say, “If you do this, we won’t be able to fudge the numbers on the population, which then builds our annual GDP up, which then allows us to borrow even more debt to pay down for subsidized socialized medicine and pension system.” One thing that Keir Starmer ran into when he was elected to government was that because the Treasury predictions are done on an annual cycle, you can’t cut the size of the civil service, because if you make anyone lose their jobs—and it’s very hard to do the extra legislation anyway—but if you make anyone lose their jobs, they get a year severance pay, and it doesn’t register as cuts. If you cut immigration in the short term, there might be a dip in GDP, because you cut X amount of totally useless jobs. So instead, all they ever do is cut the very few things that they can do—the extra payments and pensions and things like that, which ends up estranging entire swathes of their voter base.

So economics is one reason. The other one is that there is a human-rights industrial complex that has taken root. Keir Starmer, when he was a human-rights lawyer busy going around the world acting on behalf of murderers to get rid of the death penalty, actually helped write the text for Tony Blair’s 1998 Human Rights Act, which wrote the European Court of Human Rights and Convention on Human Rights into British law. So even after Brexit, we still have European laws on our books, because they’re a separate entity.

That means that you get Pakistani pedophiles or Albanian gangsters who say, “My son doesn’t like the taste of foreign chicken nuggets,” appealing to the statue and saying, “My right to a family and private life should mean that I get to stay in this country even though I’m a criminal.” No politician wants to touch that because of the deep taboos that have existed since 1945, since the atrocities of the Holocaust, since Hitler killed a lot of people in a very racist way. So all these antiquated human rights doctrines, like the UN Refugee Convention, like the European Convention of Human Rights, which were written with Dutch Jews fleeing persecution in mind, are now pertaining to North African rapists, and we’re just battery-farming them at the taxpayers expense.

The final reason, I would say, is that the government has a hell of a lot of contracts with private security and housing firms like Serco. So local councils which mismanage their budgets and these private security firms and these hotel chains will take direct government subsidies to house not just legal migrants that come over (95 percent of whom aren’t paying any taxes at all, and are just a net drain), but also loads of illegal migrants who have come over the physical barrier of the English Channel. These illegal migrants have been picked up by the RNLI, our border force, ferried back, and are now housed in four-star accommodations at the cost of over £14 billion a year to the taxpayer.

USCIS Director Joe Edlow Says Biden Plan was ‘Mass Amnesty’ to ‘Change Demographics’ of America

United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Director Joseph Edlow tells Breitbart News in an exclusive interview that former President Joe Biden’s “long-term plan” for immigration policy was a “mass amnesty” for illegal aliens in the hopes of drastically shifting the nation’s demographics, likely in favor of Democrat political power.

Most recently, as Breitbart News reported, President Donald Trump’s administration has started ending a so-called “quiet amnesty” loophole called administrative closure, whereby immigration courts were instructed to dismiss deportation cases or close deportation cases for illegal aliens rather than adjudicating their asylum claims, used by the Biden administration.

The Trump administration is now reopening those closed cases to adjudicate whether such illegal aliens ought to be in the U.S.

In an exclusive interview, Edlow said the federal government must return “to limiting administrative closure.”

“It was a Jeff Sessions-certified opinion in Castro-Tum, that really made the case for why administrative closure should be limited,” Edlow said. “[Former Attorney General Merrick] Garland came in and stripped that away as quickly as possible to use it as a major basis, and I think we’ve seen that happen time and time again.”

“If you look at how the courts were being administered, how ICE was being kind of cut off at the knees, in terms of their role in the immigration court … it was pretty clear to me that the only interest was to either close cases where there was no eligibility, or get cases granted as quickly as possible,” he continued.

British Police Told Reveal Ethnicity, Migration Status of Suspects in High-Profile Cases

British police forces have been told that they should disclose the ethnic background and nationality of suspects in at least high-profile cases to rebuild trust with the public amid accusations of politically correct cover-ups.

The National Police Chiefs’ Council (NPCC) and the College of Policing have issued interim guidance to forces across England and Wales, advising them to disclose more information about suspects in high-profile cases, rather than merely disclosing their age and location of arrest, London’s Daily Telegraph reports.

The guidance comes in the wake of controversy surrounding the alleged gang rape of a 12-year-old girl in Nuneaton last month. Police faced accusations that they tried to prevent the public from being informed that the two suspects in the case, Ahmad Mulakhil and Mohammad Kabir, were asylum seekers from Afghanistan out of concern that it would inflame “community tensions”.

Warwickshire Police Chief Constable Alex Franklin-Smith denied that there was a “cover-up” but said that the decision to not publicly reveal the immigration status of the suspects was a result of “national guidance”.

A similar excuse was reportedly used to keep the Liberal Democrat-run Portsmouth Council in June from disclosing that a rape suspect in the area was being housed in a government-funded migrant hotel, leading to accusations of an intentional cover-up amid growing public anger and safety concerns over often young male illegal migrants being housed in communities across the country at the taxpayer’s expense.

Indian immigrants accused of running huge child sex ring out of Nebraska hotels…

If the allegations in this case out of Nebraska are true, this is one of the most disturbing examples of immigrant crime in recent memory, and it completely shatters the left’s fantasy narrative about these do-gooder immigrants. Dems love to pretend that every person crossing our border is some hardworking doctor, scientist, or dreamer with a heart of gold and that the idea of bad actors slipping through is just some “right-wing talking point.” But here we are again, with a horrifying case involving child sex trafficking and drugs, all allegedly orchestrated by an Indian immigrant family who used their hotel business as a front for horrific human misery.

Douglass Mackey:

If these allegations are correct, then the Chaudharis, an Indian immigrant family that owned hotels in Nebraska, were engaged in an operation to traffic underage children across the Southern border to work in their hotels as laborers and prostitutes (and for their own sexual gratification), an operation to traffic illegal immigrants to the state of Washington to secure IDs, and an operation to fraudulently secure U visas by staging fake crimes.

Some or all of these trafficked illegal immigrants appear to have come from India.

They also used their hotels as drug trafficking hubs.

Chinese Immigrants Create 21 Children Via Surrogate Before Allegedly Abusing Them

In a troubling case unfolding in California, police have removed 21 children from a couple with connections to China. This complicated situation highlights profound ethical, moral, and legal dilemmas that demand our attention.

The couple at the center of this case is Silvia Zhang, 38, and Guojun Xuan, 65. Originally from China, they became naturalized U.S. citizens and now reside in a sprawling multimillion-dollar mansion in a suburb of Los Angeles. Zhang has a daughter from a previous marriage. She and Xuan have been having children through surrogacy since 2021.

Zhang operated a surrogacy agency called Mark Surrogacy from their mansion. The agency purportedly marketed itself as an institution assisting American and international couples struggling to conceive through surrogacy. However, investigations revealed a startling truth: The only couple the agency served was Zhang and Xuan themselves. They are the biological parents of 21 children born through surrogacy. Of these children, fifteen lived with them in the mansion under the care of a few nannies, while friends and family supposedly looked after the other six in different locations.

Mark Surrogacy’s sham operation would have continued if not for one of the children, a two-month-old infant, who had to be rushed to the hospital in May. After hospital staff determined the infant exhibited signs of child abuse, they contacted social services and the police. Police searched Zhang and Xuan’s mansion and found 15 children, none of whom is more than three years old. The police also uncovered home surveillance videos showing that some children were “subjected to physical and emotional abuse” by their nannies. Therefore, the police removed all children and put them under foster care.

The revelations surrounding Mark Surrogacy have left many of the surrogate mothers in a state of disbelief and anger. “It was kind of like they preyed on my vulnerability, being a first-time surrogate,” Kayla Elliott told CBS News. “We were lied to about so much, that I mean it’s disgusting.”

Compounding this injustice is the fact that two surrogate mothers are currently pregnant with the couple’s children, unsure if their babies will be placed into the foster care system. Some of these mothers are contemplating legal action against Zhang and Xuan. Additionally, the couple is entangled in two lawsuits from former employees of their real estate business, raising further questions about their integrity.

UK Announces Plans for Immediate Deportation of Migrant Criminals

British Justice Secretary Shabana Mahmood announced plans to pass legislation allowing for the immediate deportation of foreign criminals from the United Kingdom.

Amid increasing anger over the ramifications of the mass migration agenda imposed on the country by both Westminster establishment parties, the left-wing Labour government said on Saturday that part of its “Plan for Change” will see migrant criminals deported and barred from return rather than allowing them to serve their sentences in Britain.

The planned legislation would potentially mean that foreign convicts could avoid jail time altogether if their country of origin refuses to enforce the sentence handed down by a UK court, the BBC noted.

While most foreign convicts would become immediately eligible for deportation — down from the current standard of having served at least half their sentence in a British jail, murderers, terrorists, and anyone else deemed to pose a national security threat would not be eligible for removal until they served their full term behind bars in the UK.

At present, around 12 per cent of Britain’s prison population is comprised of foreign offenders, or over 10,000 migrants. According to the government, each prisoner costs the taxpayer an average of £54,000 per year.

In addition to alleviating costs, the move would potentially free up badly needed space in the nation’s prisons, which have been running at near capacity for years.

Indeed, during last summer’s anti-mass migration riots and protests in the wake of the Southport mass stabbing, Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer’s government controversially released prisoners early to make space for those convicted in connection to the riots, including some who merely made posts on social media.

New York rep wants more ‘migrants’ in Brooklyn ‘just for redistricting purposes’

Rep. Yvette D. Clarke, serving New York’s 9th District in Brooklyn, NY, has said that she would like to see more immigrants into her area “just for redistricting purposes.” Redistricting is an emerging political fight ahead of the 2026 midterm elections.

“I’m from Brooklyn, New York,” Clarke said on a Zoom call. “We have a diaspora that can absorb a significant number of these migrants, and that, you know, when I hear colleagues talk about, you know, the doors of the inn being closed, no room. In the end, I’m saying, you know, I need more people in my district, but just for redistricting purposes, and those members could clearly fit here.”

New York joins Texas and California in undertaking redistricting efforts. President Donald Trump has called on Texas to redo its districts to remake some of their districts as GOP majority, saying this could be a gain of 5 seats. The Texas legislature began a special session on Monday to undertake that project.

California Governor Gavin Newsom countered that proposal by saying that he would redo California’s districts. California, however, has an independent commission in the state to create districts, per the state’s constitution.

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries has also said that “all options” are on the table to win back the House in 2026, including redistricting. “All options are on the table when it comes to winning back control of the House,” he said.

Former Texas Rep. Beto O’Rourke said that with regard to redistricting across the country. “We have to be absolutely ruthless about getting back in power,” he said. “So yes, in California, in Illinois, in New York, wherever we have the trifecta of power, we have to use that to its absolute extent. And then the last thing: this may end up biting Republicans in the ass. You have the possibility that they will disperse Republican voters to make up these three or four or five new congressional districts and put those districts in play.”

The population of District 9 in New York is about 771,000, which is greater than the population of two states and the District of Columbia. Brooklyn at large has a population of 2.6 million people, which is larger than the populations of 16 states. By recent estimates, there are nearly 600,000 illegal immigrants in New York City, with the boroughs of Brooklyn and Queens holding the bulk of that population.

Project Veritas: Whistleblower: Former AG Bill Barr and Media Figure Use Burner Phones to Run Illegal Immigration Visa Fraud Scheme for Elites and Billionaires

Project Veritas on Tuesday released a bombshell story from a whistleblower alleging former US Attorney General Bill Barr along with media figure Armstrong Williams is running an illegal immigration visa fraud scheme for elites and billionaires.

Patrícia Lélis, whistleblower, former Brazilian journalist at Howard Stirk Holdings, who is in hiding abroad, told Project Veritas that she was prosecuted after reporting Bill Barr and Armstrong William to the FBI.

“It is way more easy to defraud the immigration system and the government more than people think. And I have proof of that because that’s what Armstrong [Williams] and [Former Attorney General] Bill Barr does,” she said.

Patrícia Lélis alleges wealthy foreigners are obtaining US visas through sham companies and Bill Barr not only knows about it, he is actively participating in the scheme.

Project Veritas reviewed text messages revealing Armstrong Williams “directing Patrícia Lélis to receive $700,000 into her personal account for creating a business plan for Peter and Vivienne Reis’ E-2 visa application. When Lélis raised concerns about the absence of a contract and being falsely presented as a lawyer rather than a journalist, Williams responded with threats.”

“$700,000 is nothing… you are living in the richest country in the world…stop asking so many questions and do your job if you don’t want to lose your greencard,” Armstrong Wiliams said in a text.

Police Accused of Covering Up Alleged Asylum Seeker Child Rape for Fear of ‘Inflaming Community Tensions’

Police have been accused of covering up that two supposed asylum seekers from Afghanistan were charged with allegedly raping a 12-year-old girl in the West Midlands town of Nuneaton.

According to a report from the Mail on Sunday, Afghan national Ahmad Mulakhil, 23, was charged with allegedly raping the 12-year-old girl last month after entering the country illegally on a small boat across the English Channel. Meanwhile, fellow Afghan Mohammad Kabir, 23, was reportedly charged with kidnapping, strangulation, and aiding and abetting the rape of the same girl, who remains in specialist care.

However, according to the report, police told local officials to withhold information from the public about their identities, including that the two men were asylum seekers. The police are said to have warned about the possibility of “inflaming community tensions” should the public be told the truth.

The MoS went on to report that Mulakhil and Kabir were both living in asylum seeker properties managed by the controversial Serco contractor, which runs the £2 billion hotel migrant scheme for the government.

The Warwickshire Police defended not releasing the immigration status of the two men by saying: “Where relevant, sensitive information around locations, details of the crime and policing activity to catch offenders can be shared, with a warning that this is sensitive or confidential information and disclosure by those being briefed could affect future court hearings.”

However, local councillor leader George Finch, of Nigel Farage’s Reform UK party, warned that the “cover-up” could stoke local tensions more than the truth itself.

In a letter to the Chief Constable of Warwickshire Police and Home Secretary Yvette Cooper, Finch demanded the publication of the immigration status of the two suspects and for the government to shut down all asylum accommodations in the county.
