Dem Senator Got Fact-Checked Live Over His Lies About ICE. The Reaction Says It All.

Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT) went on Fox News to spew some lies about ICE. He can get embarrassed, fact-checked, and have his script shredded because he hails from a D-plus-6700 state—the man is a senator for life there. Notice his reaction when Fox News Sunday host Shannon Bream fact-checked him live. Murphy said that ICE wasn’t going after criminal aliens anymore. Bream then corrected him, adding that almost 70 percent of their arrests have illegals who have a criminal record.

Yet, he carried on talking about how federal agents are murdering American citizens and disappearing people. Chris, I know your side has no grasp of history, but that’s not what’s happening. This isn’t la ‘Guerra Sucia’ in Argentina, which apparently is the narrative the Left is trying to disseminate. It’s working, but only within their insane circles. It’s not a total meltdown, but the commitment to the fake narrative speaks volumes.

Also, Chris, I know your side was asleep for most of 2024, but we voted for this: all illegals must go. It was never just the criminal ones; that was the class we were going to start with first. It would’ve been safer if your side honored ICE detention facilities, where federal agents picked up these creeps apprehended by local law enforcement. Instead, you forced ICE and CBP to go on a manhunt, mass sweeps through cities where every illegal alien is not subject to deportation.

ICE Arrests Illegal Alien Accused of Rape and Strangulation After Sanctuary New York City Set Him Free

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has arrested an illegal alien whose rap sheet includes arrests for rape and strangulation after a Democrat judge in sanctuary New York City set him free on drug charges.

On Monday, ICE officials announced the arrest of illegal alien Gerardo Miguel-Mora of Mexico in New York City. Miguel-Mora had most recently been arrested on larceny and criminal possession of stolen property charges.

Last week, Judge Sheridan Jack-Browne (D) in Brooklyn allowed Miguel-Mora to be released from jail despite ICE lodging a detainer against him so that he would not be released back into the community.

“These are the types of public safety threats New York Governor Hochul and Mayor Mamdani are releasing from their jails onto the streets to perpetrate more crimes and create more victims,” the Department of Homeland Security’s Tricia McLaughlin said in a statement.

Miguel-Mora’s criminal record in the United States dates back over a decade. In 2011, Miguel-Mora was arrested for rape, strangulation, assault, forcible touching, burglary, and disorderly conduct in New York City.

The following year, Miguel-Mora was convicted of burglary by the New York State Supreme Court and sentenced to three and a half years in prison, followed by 10 years of supervised release. Miguel-Mora served just a handful of months in prison before being deported to his native Mexico.

Obama Is Big Mad That ICE Is Enforcing the Same Laws He Bragged About Enforcing

Batya Ungar-Sargon criticized former President Barack Obama for condemning the Trump administration’s deportation agenda following the death of Alex Pretti, arguing that the criticism misplaces responsibility and ignores the role of state and local officials who refused to cooperate with federal immigration enforcement.

In remarks responding to Obama’s statement issued after Pretti was killed during a confrontation involving Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in Minneapolis, Ungar-Sargon said the former president had reversed the facts surrounding the incident.

“Friends, we’ve let President Obama down. The former Democratic President would like you to know that the Trump administration’s deportation agenda is a threat to our nation,” Ungar-Sargon said.

She added that Obama made the claim in a statement published after Pretti “was tragically killed in a scuffle with ICE agents.”

Leftist Leader Hails Great ‘Replacement’ of Conservatives with Illegal Migrant Amnesty in Spain

The leaders of the far-left Spanish Podemos party celebrated on Saturday the “victory” of the mass amnesty for around half a million illegals and hailed the achievement as a step toward the “replacement” of right-wing Spaniards.

Appearing at a campaign event in Zaragoza, Podemos Secretary General Ione Belarra and the party’s leading Member of the European Parliament, Irene Montero, openly embraced the project of demographic displacement as an electoral strategy.

They explained that this week’s deal brokered with the Socialist government of Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez to grant amnesty to over 500,000 illegals was merely the first step and that the ultimate goal was to either grant them citizenship or to change the law to allow for migrants to vote in national elections, El Mundo reported.

Party leader Belarra compared the battle to allow migrants to vote to the women’s suffrage movement, saying that Spain has a “racist, property-based” voting system and that her party will “fight for migrants’ right to vote. If you live here, you have to have the right to vote here.”

While conservative and populist opponents of the amnesty have criticised the left for seeking to manipulate the polity to their own aims, Podemos MEP Irene Montero openly admitted as much, but claimed that it was righteous to replace her fellow countrymen.

“I wish for replacement theory, I wish we could sweep this country of fascists and racists with migrants, with working people,” she said.

“Of course, I want there to be replacement: replacement of fascists, replacement of racists, replacement of freeloaders, and that we can do it with working people, whatever their skin colour may be.”

Montero, who is widely expected to represent Podemos as a prime ministerial candidate in the 2027 general election, also admitted that the amnesty of the illegal migrants is ultimately intended to see them become voters.

“Of course, we want them to vote. We’ve obtained papers, regularisation now, and now we’re going for citizenship or to change the law so they can vote, of course,” the far leftist MEP said.

ICE Buys Warehouse Network To Support Ramped Up Deportation Operations

The Trump administration is moving ahead with plans to convert 23 e-commerce warehouses across the country, primarily in the eastern U.S., into a large-scale network of immigration detention centers aimed at expanding capacity to fulfill the mandate the American people gave President Trump to deport more than one million illegal aliens per year and restore national security. This comes after the Biden-Harris globalist regime collapsed borders and allowed a nation-killing invasion of ten million or more third-worlders.

Bloomberg reports that Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s rapid move to build out a network of warehouses is being fueled by $45 billion from the signature “One Big Beautiful Bill Act.” This includes the most recent purchases of a warehouse in Hagerstown, Maryland, and another in Surprise, Arizona, totaling $172 million. A third in El Paso, Texas, will be one of the largest of its kind, with 8,500 beds.

The ICE detention system is only growing larger and larger, with ever-greater numbers of illegals who invaded the nation being deported. The current level of illegals held in detention is at a record of 73,000. To reach a million deportations per year, ICE must have 100,000 detention beds.

Emma Winger, deputy legal director at the American Immigration Council, told the outlet that the Trump administration must expand its deportation infrastructure to meet its goal of 1 million per year.

“To reach these kinds of numbers, they’d need to go out into the communities and find people who’ve been living their lives and been here a long time,” Winger said. “They’d have to dramatically increase their presence in communities across the country.”

Unhinged leftist Maryland Senator Chris Van Hollen called Trump’s deportation operations “one of the most obscene, one of the most inhumane, and one of the most illegal operations being carried out by this Trump administration at the Department of Homeland Security and ICE.”

Trump Administration Begins Suing Illegal Migrants Who Have Not Self-Deported

The Trump administration has begun suing individual illegal migrants for ignoring removal orders and refusing to self-deport back to their home countries, a report says.

The administration has filed suit against an illegal migrant living in Virginia, and is seeking $941,114 plus interest, alleging that Marta Alicia Ramirez Veliz has remained in the country despite being told her request for admittance was rejected by a Justice Department appeals panel in 2022, Politico reported.

The filing notes that Veliz has refused to pay a $998 per-day fine for the 943 days since she was told to return to her home country, and reveals that Immigration and Customs Enforcement sent her an official notice of her total fine in April.

The lawsuit describes Veliz as “an individual and noncitizen residing in Chesterfield County, Virginia,” and does not identify her nationality.

Missouri Sues Census Bureau to End Counting of Illegal Aliens and Request 2020 Recount

Missouri Attorney General Catherine Hanaway announced Friday that the state, along with several individual plaintiffs, had filed suit against the U.S. Commerce Department and the Census Bureau seeking to bring an end to the counting of illegal aliens in the Census, as well as forcing a recount of the 2020 Census and 2021 apportionment.

The press release from Hanaway’s office gives additional details:

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – To defend our fundamental right to representation in government, Missouri Attorney General Catherine Hanaway filed the most significant election lawsuit in a generation. This first-in-the-nation suit was filed against the United States Department of Commerce (DOC) and the Census Bureau for unconstitutionally allowing illegal aliens to commandeer the path to The White House and compromise our elections.

“The State of Missouri and its voters can no longer ignore the ongoing denial of their right to self-government and fair representation,” said Attorney General Hanaway. “United States citizens and lawful permanent residents have a right to representation, unlike illegal aliens and temporary visa holders. In America, the People, the members of the social compact, are the only legitimate source of the government’s power. We are taking a stand against those who are cheating our system.”

The DOC and the Census Bureau’s current policy of counting illegal aliens in the census tabulation is unjust, unlawful, and unconstitutional. Attorney General Hanaway is demanding a Census recount and that the Court prohibit the inclusion of illegal aliens in the Census.

The 96-page complaint names as defendants the U.S. Department of Commerce, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick, the U.S. Census Bureau, and George Cook as Acting Director of the Census Bureau.

ICE agents chase down migrant sex predator after judge allows him to stroll out of NYC courthouse

An alleged crack-smoking, sexual-predator migrant wanted by ICE was allowed to flee through a back door of a Manhattan courthouse — infuriating federal agents, The Post has learned.

Gerardo Miguel Mora, 45, was arrested Thursday for shoplifting and possession of stolen property after allegedly snatching $130 in items from an H&M display case in Midtown that day, court records show.

Mora, whose country of origin was not disclosed, was collared on the Upper West Side on Jan. 7 for possession of alleged crack cocaine, according to a criminal complaint. That case is pending in court.

In 2011, Mora was busted for attempted rape and strangulation after he allegedly followed a 21-year-old woman home in Midtown, choked her and tried to remove her clothes, police sources said.

He was stopped by a bystander who heard the woman’s cries and came to her aid, holding Mora down until cops arrived, the sources said.

LA descends into a war zone as furious protesters brandishing Mexican and American flags while wearing gas masks ATTACK police

Chaotic scenes unfolded on Friday in Los Angeles as protesters carrying Mexican and American flags clashed with police while demonstrating against Immigration and Customs Enforcement raids.

Protesters stormed the outside of a federal prison in downtown Los Angeles and came face-to-face with police officers, who protected themselves behind shields before unleashing pepper balls and tear gas.

One dramatic image depicted a protester striking an officer’s shield with a skateboard. Another revealed police firing non-lethal rounds at protesters in an effort to disperse.

The Los Angeles Police Department issued a warning just before 9 pm, ordering all protesters near Union Station to disperse within 10 minutes.

Officers then infiltrated the scene and said they were met with bottles and rocks hurled at them, according to the LAPD’s social media account.

LAPD Central Division announced a ‘tactical alert’ after federal authorities were hit with debris, bottles, and other objects.

As the night continued, the LAPD arrested ‘violent agitators’ who were allegedly ‘fighting with officers,’ one of whom was accused of ‘using a sling shot to shoot hard metal objects at officers who were standing on the line.’

Mayor Karen Bass later confirmed that five people were arrested during the dramatic confrontation. The Daily Mail has reached out to the LAPD for an update on the arrests.

Bass urged protesters in the city to remain peaceful during a press conference on Friday, adding that violence was ‘exactly what I believe this administration wants to see happen.’

‘I think the protests are extremely important, but it is equally important for these protests to be peaceful, for vandalism not to take place,’ she said.

‘That does not impact the administration in any kind of way that is going to bring about any type of change.’

Protesters told the Los Angeles Times that officers positioned themselves on the roof and fired off nonlethal rounds, deploying a green and yellow irritant that created a large cloud.

Many of the protesters were seen in gas masks as some covered their eyes and fled the scene.

Obscene messages were written on the front of the Metropolitan Detention Center, and protesters were seen pushing a large red dumpster to barricade themselves from police.

One of the demonstrators, Yamilet Segundo, 19, told the Los Angeles Times: ‘I told my friends we should come out after school to use our voice, but I wasn’t expecting to see this.’

‘It’s honestly really sad to see that it reached this point. I’m kind of nervous now because it seems like it’s getting violent.

You Can’t Have A Secure Border Without Deportations

In the wake of the Border Patrol shooting of anti-ICE agitator Alex Pretti, Democrats — and many Republicans — are utilizing his death to call for a “de-escalation” or a complete end of deportation operations while pushing, yet again, for so-called “comprehensive immigration reform.” But these politicians and pundits persistently ignore the reality that taking deportations at scale off the table undermines the entire immigration law enforcement framework President Donald Trump has so successfully implemented during his second term.

Prominent among the anti-deportation voices are, of course, Democrats Tim Walz and Jacob Frey (and their anti-ICE insurgency cells), but their numbers also include GOP Rep. Mike Lawler and editors at The Wall Street Journal and the New York Post, along with Problem Solvers Caucus leaders Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick, R-Penn., and Rep. Tom Souzzi, D-N.Y., and a cacophony of the usual legacy media suspects. WSJ editors warned that Trump’s deportation campaign has become “a moral and political debacle.” The editorial board at the Post directed Trump to “de-escalate,” because “these enforcement tactics won’t turn the tide.” Lawler bemoaned federal agents “conducting forceful operations in American communities.” (Are they just supposed to ask nicely?)

Lawler and the Problem Solvers followed up their anti-deportation admonitions with the same types of ineffectual immigration reform suggestions that proved to be the kryptonite of the obsessively pro-immigration Republicans Trump bludgeoned on his way to the White House. (Byron York of Washington Examiner provided a thorough debunking of these sorts of measures in his daily newsletter.)

As is commonly the case with America’s political and pundit classes, these “experts” overlook or deliberately ignore a basic and obvious reality in their rush to advance their agendas on the backs of the fallout from Minnesota’s anti-ICE obstructionism and sanctuary policies: Deportation is the primary penalty for unlawfully entering the United States, and it’s also the most effective deterrent to would-be illegal border-crossers.

Yes, there are other consequences. Prosecutions for first-time illegal entrants are a somewhat rare possibility (with apparently little consequence). Repeat offenders can get away with something like a year in prison if caught, convicted, and sentenced, though repeated illegal crossings typically coincide with other criminal activity like drug smuggling and human trafficking, which leads to longer prison sentences. The vast majority of illegal aliens apprehended at the border — at least under the Trump administration — are simply denied entry or returned to their home country (or another country willing to take them) courtesy of the U.S. taxpayer. Fines and bans on reentry could come into play, and, of course, the person trying to enter America legally has wasted the money he scraped together to pay cartels to smuggle him in.

But all of that amounts to law enforcement having one hand tied behind its back if an illegal alien sneaking his way into the States and taking up residency in a Democrat-led sanctuary city (or really anywhere, if amnesty advocates have their way) has essentially made himself invulnerable to the enforcement powers of the executive branch. Once you’re in, you’re in — and it’s obvious to all thinking people how that incentive structure will play out. Crises in places like Portland, Oregon, and in California following the defanging of the justice system serve as illustrations of how particular crimes rise when authorities remove deterrents.

Border security measures essentially function as crime prevention, catching the would-be entrant in the act. Deportations are the just punishment for the crime of illegal immigration. Eliminating deportations from the toolbelt of federal law enforcement would be as illogical as a legal system in which authorities stop would-be vandals, thieves, arsonists, and rapists if caught in the act but casually “let bygones be bygones” if they aren’t able to prevent it. (Unsurprisingly, this is actually a position some leftists hold.)

Eliminating deportations, or, as is more likely, stripping them down to a mere performative husk of efficacy, would mean the nullification of immigration law — regardless of the fervor with which federal authorities apply other methods. Deportations work. While canny consumers of legacy media content will rightly dismiss much of the “huddling at home for fear of ICE” messaging as propaganda, there are nuggets of truth to be inferred: Illegal immigrants desperately want to avoid deportations. Democrats desperately want to prevent them. In fact, deportations change the entire calculus of unlawfully entering the United States and helping oneself to the government-funded gravy train of “resources.” They make breaking U.S. law legitimately risky.
