Democrat Jasmine Crockett: “I had to go around the country and educate people about what immigrants do for this country or the fact that we are a country of immigrants. The fact is, ain’t none of you all trying to go and farm right now. Okay, so I’m lying. Raise your hands. You’re not. You’re not. We done picking cotton. We are.”

BOOM: Julie Kelly Catches Radical Pro-Illegal Alien Obama Judge in a Big Setup Against Trump After Uncovering a Bombshell Revelation in Court Transcript

On Saturday, conservative journalist and warrior for justice Julie Kelly uncovered a bombshell in the transcript from Thursday’s hearing in a radical District judge’s courtroom regarding whether the Trump Administration has the authority under the Alien Enemies Act to deport violent illegal aliens.

As Jim Hoft previously reported, Judge James Boasberg, who is running a coup-d-etat of the executive branch, is considering holding Trump officials in contempt for not turning planes around mid-flight and returning over one hundred killers, gangsters, r*pists, and other criminal illegals back to the US.

Judge Boasberg, an Obama appointee, implemented a temporary restraining order (TRO) on Trump’s invocation of the Alien Enemies Act to deport criminal aliens last month, calling it, “incredibly troublesome and problematic.” He then extended his block last week, arguing the plaintiffs suing the Trump administration need more time to file motions and prepare arguments.

Kelly predicted back in March that Boasberg was attempting to set a contempt trap for Trump officials. Now, she has proof that Boasberg slyly positioned himself to get assigned to this immigration case so he could implement his sinister scheme.

“I have just received the (purchased) transcript from Thursday’s hearing before Judge Boasberg,” Kelly wrote on X. “Lots of good stuff, especially as I develop a fuller timeline of what went down behind the scenes on March 15.”

Then Kelly pointed out something incredibly damning.

“This really caught my eye,” she noted. “Remember the whole “THESE CASES ARE RANDOMLY ASSIGNED” bit by Boasberg and others?”

“No one really believes this…right?” Kelly added. “Also, during the start of the 5 p.m. Zoom hearing on March 15, Boasberg apologized for his casual dress, saying he had gone “away” for the weekend and did not bring a tie or his robe.”

To add insult to injury, she also receives a hefty salary from her organization. This likely explains why she felt comfortable boasting about her immigration status.

“My name is Greisa Martinez Rosas,” she bragged at the rally. “I am an immigrant; I am undocumented, unafraid, queer, and unashamed!”

DOGE executive Antonio Gracias, the founder of Valor Equity Partners, joined the All In podcast on X.

During their discussion, Antonio revealed shocking information on how illegal aliens and even violent illegal aliens are accessing government benefits and even voting.

Antonio Gracias:  We mapped it through to the benefit programs. We found in the benefit programs that every benefit program that was being accessed by these people, 1.3 million of them are on Medicaid right now, today. And by the way, it’s just ramping. It’s just starting. Just to give you a point. And then out of curiosity, I woke up at 2: 00 in the morning. I couldn’t sleep. My mind was running on this. I sent the individual note saying, Hey, guys, let’s just look at the public voter rolls who we find in some friendly states. And we looked at the voter rolls, and we found that thousands of them were registered to vote in a handful of states. And then we went in further with those friendly states and found that many of those people had actually voted. It was shocking to us.

If I hadn’t seen it in my own eyes, I wouldn’t believe it. And so now the question we’re asking ourselves is, what do we do? We refer to some to prosecution that’s ongoing right now. We’re thinking through how to do it. And the reality is they have various kinds of status, and it’s a very detailed analysis, legally, they’re working through right now about how to deal with it.

Jason Calacanis:  So thousands of those people registered to vote?

Antonio Gracias:  Yes.

Billionaire entrepreneur and Trump advisor Elon Musk dropped a bombshell this past weekend during a fiery 100-minute town hall in Green Bay, Wisconsin, where he campaigned for conservative judge Brad Schimel in the state’s upcoming Supreme Court election on Tuesday.

Joined by Antonio Gracias, a private equity titan and a key member of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) team tasked with rooting out waste in the federal government, Musk unveiled a shocking chart: a dramatic spike in Social Security Numbers issued to non-citizens, soaring from 270,000 in 2021 to a mind-blowing 2.1 million in 2024.

That’s almost 5 million non-citizens now embedded in the system—collecting benefits, draining taxpayer dollars, and, most alarmingly, infiltrating the voter rolls.

“This is a mind-blowing chart,” Musk declared, pointing to the data. “This wasn’t an accident. This was a massive, large-scale program under the Biden administration to import as many illegals as possible—ultimately to change the voting map of the United States, disenfranchise the American people, and lock in a permanent deep-blue, one-party state from which there’d be no escape.”

Gracias, founder of Valor Equity Partners and a self-described son of legal immigrants, echoed Musk’s outrage.

“We went to Social Security to find fraud, and we stumbled on this by accident,” he said.

“And this isn’t political, by the way. My parents are immigrants… My brother and sister all born in Spain. I’m pro-legal immigration. This is not political. This is about America and the future of America. And there are a lot of good people in the system that pointed this in this direction. I want to honor them right now. They’re working with the government today and took the risks to show us these numbers and tell us what’s going on.”

Gracias continued, “We found 1.3 million of them already on Medicaid as an example. On every benefit program we went through, we found groups from this particular group of people, 5.5 million people in those benefit programs. And then what was really, really disturbing us was why. We’re asking ourselves why. And so we actually just took a sample and looked at voter registration records, and we found people here registered to vote in this population.”

The evidence, according to Musk and Gracias, is undeniable. By sampling voter registration records, they uncovered non-citizens who not only registered but voted in American elections.

“We’ve referred them to prosecution at Homeland Security Investigations,” Gracias revealed. “That’s happening right now.”

ICE Arrests Illegal Alien Outside Boston Courtroom as City Defies Feds – Now Judge Slaps Agent with Contempt

A Boston judge has held a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent in contempt for executing his duty to detain an illegal immigrant during an ongoing trial.

On Thursday, March 27, 2025, ICE agents, ICE agent Brian Sullivan apprehended Wilson Martell-Lebron, a Dominican national illegally residing in the United States, as he exited the Boston Municipal Court.

Martell-Lebron, a Dominican national residing illegally in the country using fake identity, was on his second trial for charges related to falsifying information on a driver’s license application.

Despite the gravity of his alleged offenses, Boston’s lenient policies had allowed him to remain free until ICE agents, led by Agent Brian Sullivan, apprehended him outside the courthouse.

But instead of applause for upholding our borders, a Massachusetts state court judge—yet another cog in the radical left’s sanctuary machine—had the gall to hold an ICE agent in contempt.

Boston Municipal Court Judge Mark Summerville held Agent Sullivan in contempt, accusing him of violating Martell-Lebron’s so-called rights to due process and a fair trial.

Radical Biden-Appointed Judge Sides with Illegal Aliens, Blocks Trump Administration’s Effort to End Taxpayer-Funded Legal Aid for Illegal Alien Minors

Biden-appointed U.S. District Judge Araceli Martínez-Olguín has once again chosen open borders over American taxpayers, issuing a temporary restraining order late Tuesday to block the Trump administration’s commonsense move to defund legal representation for unaccompanied illegal alien minors.

At the heart of the controversy is a Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) decision—aligned with Trump-era priorities—to terminate contracts that funneled millions of dollars to left-wing immigration groups under the guise of helping “unaccompanied minors.”

In February 2025, President Trump signed an executive order directing federal agencies to identify and eliminate programs providing financial benefits to individuals without legal status. This order also sought to prevent federal funds from supporting “sanctuary” policies at state and local levels.

As a result, HHS and its Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), issued a cancellation order to the Acacia Center for Justice, a non-profit organization based in Washington, D.C.

Last week, the Community Legal Services in East Palo Alto, Social Justice Collaborative, Amica Center for Immigrant Rights, Estrella del Paso, Florence Immigrant and Refugee Rights Project, Galveston-Houston Immigrant Representation Project, Immigrant Defenders Law Center, National Immigrant Justice Center, Northwest Immigrant Rights Project, Rocky Mountain Immigrant Advocacy Network, and Vermont Asylum Assistance Project sued the HHS.

These groups whined to the court that HHS’s decision to terminate their gravy train of federal funds would leave them unable to bankroll lawyers for unaccompanied migrant kids. Apparently, they think American taxpayers should foot the bill for every border-jumper’s day in court.

Judge Martinez-Olguin, a known far-left darling tapped by Biden in 2023, didn’t hesitate to flex her activist muscles.

Demented Democrat Demands Deported “Gangbangers” Be Returned To US

Democrat Rep. Jamie Raskin demanded during a House Judiciary Committee hearing on Tuesday that the Trump administration organise the immediate return to the US of illegal alien “gangbangers” deported to an El Salvador mega prison.

“I call on my colleagues right now to call off their campaign to impeach federal judges for doing their job,” Raskin said, referring to Republicans criticising Federal District Court Judge James Boasberg for ordering illegal alien deportation flights to be turned back when already in the air.

“I call on them to demand that the Trump administration comply with all judicial orders while appealing whichever ones they want to appeal,” Raskin added.

“And to demand the return of people unlawfully taken to El Salvador on that so-called plane full of gangbangers,” he further proclaimed.

While those on the flights were known to be violent criminals by ICE, a leftist talking point is being pushed that an alleged innocent father from Maryland, wrongly associated with one of the gangs, was aboard one of the flights.

Vice President Vance pointed out that an immigration judge previously outlined evidence that the illegal alien was associated with the violent MS-13 gang.
