Politico Pushes New Hoax, Claiming “Moped Driver” was Randomly Arrested by “Group of Masked Law Enforcement Officers” – WH Press Sec Fires Back with Facts on Illegal Alien Gangster who Assaulted Police

Far-left Politico was busted pushing a hoax about Trump’s federal crime crackdown in their periodical “Playbook” newsletter on Saturday, and the paper was publicly issued a correction from White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt.

This comes after President Trump’s declaration of a “public safety emergency” in the nation’s capital, which federalized the DC police force and deployed hundreds of National Guard troops and federal agents on the streets to tackle the rampant crime, homelessness, and illegal immigration crises. President Trump declared last Monday that it was “Liberation Day in DC” and, already, hundreds of criminals have been taken off the streets, along with multiple drugs and weapons seizures.

As The Gateway Pundit reported earlier, West Virginia, Ohio, and South Carolina have pledged hundreds of troops each, in line with his Presidential memorandum authorizing state governors to send their troops, to help President Trump make DC safe again.

Politico reported that “a group of masked law enforcement officers arrested a moped driver” as pedestrians and onlookers demanded answers from the officers. The report, which makes the incident appear to be a random kidnapping and violation of the “moped driver’s” rights, continues, “they took the moped driver into an unmarked SUV and spirited him off, destination unknown.”

Karoline Leavitt said the piece was “written to fear DC residents into believing federal law enforcement randomly arrested an innocent ‘moped driver.’”

In Brutal Self Own, Gavin Newsom’s Team Tries to Blame Trump but ADMITS that California Broke its Own Law by Giving Illegal Alien who Killed Three in Semi-Truck a Driver’s License

California Governor Gavin Newsom’s office attempted to deflect blame from the Democrats in light of one of their illegal constituents killing three innocent Americans and accidentally admitted that the sanctuary state of California is wholly responsible for the tragedy.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, an illegal alien, who obtained his truck driving license (CDL) in the Democrat-run sanctuary state of California, killed three Americans after he made an illegal U-turn on a Florida highway this week.

The driver, identified as Harjinder Singh, was arrested and charged with three counts of vehicular homicide after he made an insane U-turn directly in front of a car to his left on Florida’s Turnpike.

The animal showed zero emotion after he exited the 18-wheeler and examined what was left of the vehicle – a pile of mangled metal and three dead bodies.

The White House press office responded to the incident on X, “This individual is an illegal immigrant who was granted a commercial driver’s license by the State of California — and now, three innocent people are dead,” prompting a brief back and forth between Newsom’s office and the White House.

Newsom’s press office, which is likely filled with DEI hires, tried to respond with a graphic, stating that the driver entered the U.S. under the Trump Administration and showing California’s law prohibiting illegal aliens from obtaining driver’s licenses.

The graphic also states, “Research consistently shows that issuing driver’s licenses for undocumented people improves public safety,” and it’s complete with comic book pop art that reads “Yikes.”

“Who was the President in 2018?” the post reads.

Dem Governor Literally Pardoned a Convicted Killer to Protect Him from Deportation

New York Governor Kathy Hochul has outdone herself.

At a time when violent crime, illegal immigration, and public safety dominate national concerns, the governor of New York decided her top priority was granting clemency to an illegal immigrant with a manslaughter conviction.

Yes, you read that correctly.

Hochul pardoned Somchith Vatthanavong, a 52-year-old illegal immigrant who was convicted as a teenager of killing a man in a Brooklyn pool hall. By offering him a pardon, Hochul effectively cleared the path for him to stay in the United States and avoid deportation.

Vatthanavong shot and killed a man outside that pool hall in 1990. He called it self-defense. The court didn’t buy it. He was convicted of manslaughter and criminal possession of a firearm and served 14 years behind bars. After his release, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement flagged him for removal, as any reasonable person would expect. After all, if you’re not an American citizen and you commit a crime that serious on American soil, deportation seems like an obvious consequence.

But Hochul disagreed. Last month, the governor stepped in with a pardon, which not only eliminated the conviction that triggered his deportation order but also allowed him to reopen his immigration case entirely.

There’s a lot more you need to know about illegals hijacking our highways…

The horrific and deadly crash on the Florida Turnpike that killed three innocent people should have been the final alarm bell. An illegal Indian driver pulled an insane, unauthorized U-turn with a 60-ton semi, turning a minivan into a coffin. This wasn’t an isolated tragedy; it was the latest example of a deadly trend that’s been plaguing our highways for years.

There was a time when American truckers were considered the safest, most capable drivers on the road. Families on vacation trusted semis so much that dads would tuck in behind them on the freeway, confident that the man up ahead knew exactly what he was doing. That trust is gone. Long gone. Instead of professionalism, Americans now face incompetence and recklessness from foreign drivers who treat massive 18-wheelers like mopeds or rickshaws in a free-for-all driving hellscape.

Just look at the driving in places like India: no rules, total chaos, and constant danger.

These foreigners don’t come to America and suddenly turn into safe, respectful drivers who follow the rules. Many can’t even understand the road signs.

Reed College investigates security chief for giving FBI info on anti-ICE alum

Reed College’s director of community safety is under internal investigation for helping the FBI locate a recent graduate who allegedly threw a rock at an Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer, according to an open letter from its president to the campus community.

The private Portland, Oregon college’s actions have raised questions about student privacy as well as the college’s actions against its safety officer.

Gary Granger is still listed as the community safety director on the college’s website. However, an email that The Fix sent to Granger on Friday was returned with an automated response stating he is “currently out of the office.”

The college’s President Audrey Bilger announced an investigation into Granger’s actions after he gave information to the FBI “apparently without a subpoena or warrant,” according to her July 29 statement.

“Reed has established protocols and values, and we are initiating an investigation into this action and its impact on our standards and our community,” Bilger wrote. “Reed prioritizes the privacy and rights of our students, faculty, staff, alumni, and all members of our community.”

She also wrote she understands concerns voiced by students and alumni about the incident, and “the college is treating this matter with the seriousness it warrants. Reed maintains clear policies and provides regular training to ensure that information is managed responsibly and in alignment with legal requirements and institutional values.”

Woke judge stops illegal migrant’s deportation because his wife has ADHD

A Federal Court judge halted a man’s deportation to India due to his Canadian wife’s ADHD-related health issues and the financial strain his departure would place on his sister.

Jagjit Singh, an Indian national, arrived in Canada on a temporary visa in 2021 seeking refugee status. He withdrew his claim after marrying L.B. on January 13, 2025, for sponsorship.

While immigration processed his spousal sponsorship, Singh, who had overstayed his visa and was no longer seeking refugee protection, faced deportation.

His wife met sponsorship eligibility in May, and Singh received an August removal date in July. CBSA denied his request to delay deportation until his wife’s application was decided.

Singh appealed to Canada’s Federal Court and was heard Tuesday by Justice Avvy Yao-Yao Go, who rendered her decision the same day, according to the National Post.

Go stated the Officer improperly assessed evidence and misinterpreted discretion, particularly regarding irreparable harm. She clarified that irreparable harm is non-monetary, affecting not just the deported individual but anyone directly affected and remaining in Canada.

The judge cited harm to both Singh’s wife and sister in her ruling.

“In the end,” Go wrote, “taking into consideration the irreparable harm to [Singh’s] spouse on the … I find that granting the stay until the underlying [application] is determined would be just and equitable in all the circumstances of the case.”

“The evidence before the Court further indicates that the Applicant’s sister has put her house on sale in light of the Decision denying the Applicant’s request to defer his removal.”

USCIS Director Joe Edlow Says Biden Plan was ‘Mass Amnesty’ to ‘Change Demographics’ of America

United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Director Joseph Edlow tells Breitbart News in an exclusive interview that former President Joe Biden’s “long-term plan” for immigration policy was a “mass amnesty” for illegal aliens in the hopes of drastically shifting the nation’s demographics, likely in favor of Democrat political power.

Most recently, as Breitbart News reported, President Donald Trump’s administration has started ending a so-called “quiet amnesty” loophole called administrative closure, whereby immigration courts were instructed to dismiss deportation cases or close deportation cases for illegal aliens rather than adjudicating their asylum claims, used by the Biden administration.

The Trump administration is now reopening those closed cases to adjudicate whether such illegal aliens ought to be in the U.S.

In an exclusive interview, Edlow said the federal government must return “to limiting administrative closure.”

“It was a Jeff Sessions-certified opinion in Castro-Tum, that really made the case for why administrative closure should be limited,” Edlow said. “[Former Attorney General Merrick] Garland came in and stripped that away as quickly as possible to use it as a major basis, and I think we’ve seen that happen time and time again.”

“If you look at how the courts were being administered, how ICE was being kind of cut off at the knees, in terms of their role in the immigration court … it was pretty clear to me that the only interest was to either close cases where there was no eligibility, or get cases granted as quickly as possible,” he continued.

Whistleblower FIRED After Exposing HUGE SCAM: Multiple Kentucky Driver’s License Branch Employees Secretly Sold Driver’s Licenses To Potentially Thousands of Illegal Aliens For Several Years

Melissa Moorman worked at Louisville’s Nia Center Licensing Branch through Quantum Solutions, a staffing agency contracted by the state to help staff regional offices for 2 years and 3 months before she was fired. Moorman was fired after interviewing with an investigator following her brave testimony about co-workers allegedly secretly selling licenses to illegal aliens for $200 each. The brave whistleblower said the driver’s license scam was taking place between 4-5 times per day for at least two years. According to Moorman, the licenses for illegal aliens scam took place in multiple Kentucky licensing branches.

Moorman stepped forward and blew the whistle on fellow employees after she was approached by two of them who asked her to join their fraudulent scheme, which puts driver’s licenses in the hands of “undocumented workers” without having to take the required tests to obtain a legal license.

Local Kentucky news station WDRB has done an exceptional job of investigating and covering Moorman’s story. “The employees were being paid under the table,” Moorman told WDRB News. “I immediately let my supervisor know.”

“The employees were being paid under the table,” Moorman said.

The undocumented workers would come into the office in groups. They were then provided then with either permits or driver’s licenses illegally. So, they would bypass without even taking a test,” the whistleblower claimed, adding that this happened “up to five times a day.”

California City Approves $100,000 Fund to Help Migrants Pay Rent

The Santa Ana city council approved a new $100,000 fund of taxpayer dollars to pay the rent of illegal migrants who are “affected by immigration enforcement.”

Not only did the city approve the program, they also gave it an official title in Spanish, not English. The council passed what it is calling the “Santa Ana Ayuda Sin Frontera” program (“Help Without Borders”).

The program will allow migrants to apply for funds for overdue rent, utility bills, and other household expenses, according to a press release on the city website.

“Our community stands strongest when we support one another, especially in times of uncertainty,” Mayor Valerie Amezcua said in the release. “This assistance program reflects the Santa Ana City Council’s commitment to protecting the dignity and stability of each resident impacted by the recent, unjust immigration enforcement actions.”
