OMG: Donors Funneled Millions of Dollars Through Fidelity, Bank of America and Goldman Sachs to the Vera Institute of Justice to “Tip Illegals Off”

The O’Keefe Media Group on Wednesday released its latest investigation into big financial institutions that have funneled millions of dollars into an organization that monitors federal immigration enforcement and helps illegal aliens evade deportation.

Santiago Mueckay, a Vera Institute Policy Advisor described how the organization “tracks ICE movements” and “pushes that information out” so illegals can evade federal agents.

Meanwhile, Keane Bhatt, a Policy Advisor for the Congressional Progressive Caucus, admitted they secured “injunctions” to “stop deportation flights.”

Per the O’Keefe Media Group:

According to O’Keefe Media Group’s (OMG) latest investigation, major corporations including Goldman Sachs, Fidelity, Bank of America, and Universal Music Group have funneled millions of dollars to the Vera Institute of Justice, an organization that monitors federal immigration enforcement and circulates that information to help illegal immigrants evade deportation, according to documents reviewed by OMG and multiple sources familiar with the matter. Goldman Sachs contributed $5 million, Fidelity donated $1.3 million, and Bank of America gave $175,000, and Universal Music Group has contributed $50,000.

These revelations follow undercover footage of Santiago Mueckay, a Vera Institute Policy Advisor, who described how the nonprofit “tracks ICE movements” and “pushes that information out” so individuals can avoid federal agents. Mueckay also named high-profile contributors, saying that “Jeff Bezos” and “Bill Gates” were among Vera’s financial backers.

A review of Vera’s public-facing materials shows the group is not solely focused on immigration. On its website, Vera declares that America is “over-policing” and “over-enforcing” in Black communities, openly aligning with movements like Black Lives Matter and demanded to “defund police and shift power to communities.” The organization has also supported “Know Your Rights” campaigns that instruct immigrants on how to resist enforcement actions, advising them to demand warrants, refuse to open their doors, and rely on local governments to block ICE.

Trump Administration REVOKES Business License of Employer Who Hired Illegal Alien Responsible for Killing 3 in Florida Truck Crash

The Trump Administration has dropped the hammer on a reckless California trucking company that knowingly hired an illegal alien truck driver who went on to cause a deadly crash in Florida last week that claimed the lives of three innocent Americans.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that an illegal alien, who obtained his truck driving license (CDL) in the Democrat-run sanctuary state of California, killed three Americans after he made an illegal U-turn on a Florida highway this week.

The driver, identified as Harjinder Singh, was arrested and charged with three counts of vehicular homicide after he made an insane U-turn directly in front of a car to his left on Florida’s Turnpike.

The illegal alien showed zero emotion after he exited the 18-wheeler and examined what was left of the vehicle, a pile of mangled metal and three dead bodies.

The truck involved in the fatal Florida Turnpike crash belonged to White Hawk Carriers, a shady outfit based in Ceres, California, with a horrifying track record, according to the Miami Herald:

  • 25 truck safety violations in just 24 inspections.
  • Two drivers busted in 2024 for driving on suspended licenses.
  • And now, an illegal alien driver who couldn’t even speak English—behind the wheel of a massive semi-truck.

According to the Miami Herald, as of Tuesday morning, White Hawk’s U.S. DOT entry shows their insurance canceled and status downgraded to “NOT AUTHORIZED to operate as a MOTOR PROPERTY COMMON CARRIER.” That means their interstate trucking operations are effectively shut down by the Trump Administration.

How many illegals are in Ireland? Government has no idea

The State has admitted that “no official data exists” on the number of undocumented migrants currently resident in Ireland.

In response to questions from Gript this week, the Department of Justice confirmed that it has never conducted an analysis of the undocumented population, and that “irregular migration, by its very nature, is clandestine.”

This week Gript asked the Department of Justice three questions:

1. How many undocumented migrants are currently estimated to be present in Ireland?

2. How recent is this estimate and when was the last time the State did such an analysis?

3. By what methodology was that estimate reached?

The Department reapplied: “It is not possible to accurately quantify this figure.”

They added that in cases where individuals without immigration permission are encountered by An Garda Síochána, they are referred to the Department for action such as the issuing of a deportation order.

The admission comes despite the fact that, in 2022, then-Justice Minister Helen McEntee oversaw a “Regularisation of Long-Term Undocumented Migrants Scheme” which offered mass amnesty to those living illegally in the State without status long-term.

Between January and July 2022, the Government invited applications under the scheme from those meeting residency and character requirements, even allowing applicants who held live deportation orders to apply.

“You can apply for this scheme if you…have met the required residency criteria…are of good character and of good conduct, and have no adverse criminal record,” the official FAQ document stated.

The document also noted that “applications will be accepted for processing from applicants who hold a deportation order” provided other criteria were met.

The application fee was €550 for an individual and €700 for a family.

By August 2023, a total of 5,893 applications under the scheme had been determined. Of these, 4,710 were granted, 1,065 were refused, and 118 were withdrawn.

However, there are plausible reasons why other illegal migrants may not have applied for the scheme, such as cost, past criminal convictions, or fear of authorities.

Liberal media rages at arrest of ‘family man’ in DC—turns out he’s an illegal immigrant wanted for child sex assault

A brief scene on the National Mall in the nation’s capital on Wednesday drew attention after a local reporter captured the arrest of a man by federal agents. The Department of Homeland Security later confirmed the suspect was an illegal immigrant with a serious criminal record.

NBC Washington reporter Aimee Cho posted on X: “BREAKING: Just saw DC Police + federal agents detain a man on the National Mall. He appeared to try to escape, then was quickly tackled to the ground by several agents + was screaming in Spanish ‘please, I’m not a criminal, I work here, I want to be with my family’” — @AimeeCho4

The Department of Homeland Security directly replied to Cho’s post, saying: “This illegal alien from Mexico was previously arrested in January 2024 in Fairfax County for aggravated sexual assault of a child under 13.”

“He entered and had a final order of removal and chose to voluntary return- twice. Illegally entered 3 times. Thank you to law enforcement for getting him off of Washington DC’s streets.” — said the DHS.

Report: Illegal Trucker Behind Fatal U-Turn Failed English Language Test

The semi-truck driver, who allegedly killed three Americans while making an illegal U-turn in Florida, failed an English language proficiency test and also failed to accurately identify highway traffic signs.

In a press release from the Department of Transportation (DOT), it was revealed that officials with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) had launched an investigation into the deadly crash in Florida, which left three people dead.

During an interview with the driver, who has been identified as Harjinder Singh, investigators administered an English Language Proficiency (ELP) assessment. Singh failed the assessment and only provided “correct responses to just 2 of 12 verbal questions,” and he only accurately identified “1 of 4 highway traffic signs,” according to the press release.

“If states had followed the rules, this driver would never have been behind the wheel and three precious lives would still be with us,” Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy said in a statement. “This crash was a preventable tragedy directly caused by reckless decisions and compounded by despicable failures. Non-enforcement and radical immigration policies have turned the trucking industry into a lawless frontier, resulting in unqualified foreign drivers improperly acquiring licenses to operate 40-ton vehicles.”

The press release also revealed that on July 15, 2023, Washington State “issued” Singh a “regular full-term Commercial Driver’s License (CDL),” and that on July 23, 2024, the driver was issued a “limited-term/non-domiciled CDL” in California.

Newsom’s Faulty ‘Fact Check’ on Fatal Truck Accident Falls Flat

CLAIM: Trump allowed in a migrant truck driver now charged with killing three people in an illegal U-turn.

VERDICT: FALSE. The driver, who entered illegally, obtained a work permit after being denied by Trump.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) is at it again, this time trying to deflect blame for his state granting a commercial driver’s license (CDL) to Harjinder Singh, who allegedly killed three other drivers on August 12.

Breitbart News reported this weekend on the accident, which has led to charges of vehicular homicide:

The driver of a semi-truck involved in the deaths of three Americans has been identified as Harjinder Singh, an illegal alien from India who illegally entered the U.S. in 2018 across the U.S. border with Mexico.

The accident occurred near Fort Pierce, Florida, on August 12, when a northbound semi-truck allegedly crossed over all lanes as the driver tried to use an “official use only” turn opening on the Florida Turnpike so he could head south.

The abrupt crossing of all lanes gave other drivers little time to slow down, resulting in a Chrysler Town & Country slamming head-on into the trailer. All three of the car’s occupants died as a result of the collision, two at the scene and a third at a hospital, according to WPTV-TV.

Officials initially noted that the men in the cab of the semi were from California, and video of the drivers’ dashcam was released. A statement from the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FHSMV) said Singh obtained a commercial driver’s license (CDL) in California.

Newsom began arguing with the White House, blaming Trump for admitting Singh into the U.S. and defending the policy of providing driver’s licenses to illegal migrants, saying it “improves public safety.”

Trump Denied Work Permit, Biden Approved — Now Three Americans Dead

A deadly highway crash in Florida has brought renewed scrutiny to federal immigration policies after it was revealed that the driver responsible, an illegal alien from India, had been granted a work permit under the Biden administration despite being previously denied under the Trump administration, as reported by The Gateway Pundit.

On Tuesday of last week, Harjinder Singh, a truck driver originally from Punjab, India, made an illegal U-turn on Florida’s Turnpike near Fort Pierce.

The maneuver caused a collision with a minivan, leaving three people dead. Singh was later arrested in Stockton, California, on Saturday and charged with three counts of vehicular homicide.

Video footage captured Singh exiting his 18-wheeler following the crash, showing little visible reaction as he inspected the wreckage that left three victims dead.

Grassley releases data showing Biden admin placed over 10K migrant children with unvetted sponsors

Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley on Monday released new data from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), which confirmed his concern that the Biden administration placed over 10,000 migrant children with unvetted sponsors.

The Trump administration provided Grassley with the information as part of his oversight investigation and requests, which were largely ignored or stonewalled by the previous administration.

The data found that HHS’ Office of Refugee Resettlement from January 2021 through January 2025 placed 11,488 unaccompanied migrant children with unvetted sponsors who were not their parents or legal guardians. During that same period, the department also declined to conduct home studies for over 79,000 migrant children under the age of 12, including in homes where a study was recommended.

JB Pritzker Under Fire Over His Latest Move Helping Illegal Aliens

Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker signed into law a measure that opens state-funded student financial aid to all residents, regardless of immigration status, making illegal immigrants in Illinois eligible for educational financial benefits.

The legislation, framed as creating “equitable eligibility for financial aid and benefits,” establishes that any student residing in the state who is not otherwise eligible for federal financial aid can now qualify for assistance.

The law specifically cites students disqualified from federal aid, such as transgender students who fail to register for selective service or noncitizen students who lack lawful permanent residence.

The bill was met with immediate criticism from conservatives, including Rep. Mary Miller, R-Ill., who described the move as prioritizing illegal immigrants over Illinois families.

“Allowing taxpayer-funded financial aid for illegal aliens is a slap in the face to hardworking Illinois families and students,” Miller told Fox News Digital.

Far-Left Anarchist Group Formed During BLM Riots Behind Texas ICE Shooting Ambush

Suspects arrested in connection with a brazen attack on a Texas ICE detention facility have been linked to a secretive far-left Antifa anarchist group that emerged after meeting during the violent Black Lives Matter protests of 2020.

The group, which included transgender activists, allegedly orchestrated a military-style ambush that left one police officer wounded on July 4 at the Prairieland Detention Center in Alvarado, Texas.

During the attack, which authorities have called a coordinated ambush, a group of assailants dressed in black military-style clothing opened fire on ICE agents. One officer was shot in the neck.

Following an intensive investigation, 11 individuals were arrested, facing serious charges including attempted murder of federal officers, discharging a firearm in relation to a crime of violence, and obstruction of justice for trying to conceal evidence, according to a report from the New York Post.

Leading the suspects is Benjamin Hanil Song, a former U.S. Marine Corps reservist, who was charged with three counts of attempted murder and three counts of discharging a firearm. Song is accused of purchasing four firearms used in the attack and hosting weekly training sessions focused on close-quarters combat and large-scale gunfights. He was apprehended in Dallas after a weeklong manhunt.

Among the other suspects are Autumn Hill and Meagan Morris, both identified as transgender.

The group initially focused on “social justice” demonstrations, the far-left extremists later shifted their attention to targeting ICE enforcement operations. It’s unclear exactly how many of the attackers were core members, but the group operated out of Dallas and attracted young, impressionable leftists.

Corey Lyon, a libertarian who attended some of the sessions but later cut ties with Song, told The Post, “The people that were showing up to learn from him — a lot were very young, naïve leftists.”

“They were scared. And Ben was offering them a solution for their fear.”
