Tusk’s Poland Increasingly Open To Illegal Immigrants

A judgment delivered on Monday in Białystok, eastern Poland, marked a worrying turning point for the country. Five pro-migrant activists, accused of helping foreigners illegally cross the Polish border and facilitating their onward journey to Western Europe, were acquitted. The Independence March Association, which organizes the large patriotic march on November 11 in Warsaw, and the Ordo Iuris Institute for Legal Culture, both took part in the trial as social organizations. These conservative NGOs had demanded that the activists be convicted.

However, the court of first instance ruled that these far-left activists had not personally benefited from their actions and that, therefore, their assistance should be regarded as humanitarian. This reasoning, which effectively whitewashes those who facilitate illegal immigration under the guise of generosity, weakens the state in its fight against human trafficking and undermines the external border of the European Union. The signal sent to prospective migrants in Africa and the Middle East is clear: the EU’s eastern gate is open.

This jurisprudence strongly recalls the decision made in France in 2018 by the Constitutional Council, which invoked the general “principle of fraternity” enshrined in the French Republic’s motto to usurp the role of the legislator and legalize disinterested assistance to illegal immigrants. At the time, supporters of French national sovereignty denounced this as a betrayal of the spirit of republican law by an unelected body, transforming solidarity into a tool for erasing national borders.

This development in Poland is no coincidence. In both Poland and France, judges are more likely to hold progressive, left-wing views than conservative, sovereigntist ones. “Since his return to power, Prime Minister Donald Tusk has consistently acted weakly while projecting firmness in his words. It should also be remembered that, when he was still in opposition, he constantly criticized the construction of the border fence with Belarus, presented by the previous government as an essential bulwark against Minsk’s hybrid strategy of pushing migrants into Polish territory. So, whenever Donald Tusk today claims he wants to combat illegal immigration and pretends his predecessors failed in this task, the current opposition doesn’t hesitate to remind him of his own words as leader of the opposition under the Law and Justice government: “They are poor people looking for their place on earth. There’s no need for such disgusting, sinister propaganda against migrants, because these are people who need help.”

Migrant who ‘beheaded’ boss escaped deportation despite gruesome criminal record

The suspect in a horrific beheading of a motel manager in Texas had been detained by federal immigration officials — only to be released despite his rampant history of crimes across three states.

Cuban Yordanis Cobos-Martinez, 37, allegedly decapitated his boss and later kicking the head across the parking lot ‘like a soccer ball’ before tossing it into a dumpster.

He had previously been detained and released by Immigration and Customs Enforcement or ICE, according to the Dallas Fox station

‘The migrant had been detained on January 13 and later released, despite a removal order to kick him out of the country because there was ‘no significant likelihood for removal in the foreseeable future,’ ICE told WFAA.

‘This barbaric criminal was released because Cuba would not accept him because of his criminal history.’

However, the local outlet found found footage of deportation flights to the island nation in 2023.

Additionally, Cobos-Martinez was wanted for a probation violation in California, with an active warrant.

It’s unclear why Trump immigration officials did not arrest him on his active warrant, despite their immigration crackdown promise to arrest the ‘worst of the worst.’

In another violent episode, Cobos-Martinez allegedly carjacked a woman in south Lake Tahoe, California while he was naked.

Two years ago, he was convicted in that case and sentence to a year and a half in prison. He also had a record in Florida, according to Fox 4 TV.

More information is surfacing about victim, Chandra Nagamallaiah, 50 as well.

On 9/11 Anniversary, Sen. Marsha Blackburn Introduces Bill to Ban Issuance of Driver’s Licenses to Illegal Aliens

Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) is introducing legislation on the 24th anniversary of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on the United States that would prevent states from issuing driver’s licenses to illegal aliens.

Blackburn is introducing the Stop Greenlighting Driver Licenses for Illegal Immigrants Act, which would prohibit states from receiving Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant funding if they are issuing driver’s licenses to illegal aliens or preventing law enforcement from sharing information on illegal aliens with federal immigration agents.

Nineteen states, as well as the District of Columbia, issue driver’s licenses to illegal aliens.

“States should not be rewarding illegal aliens for breaking our immigration laws by handing out driver licenses like candy,” Blackburn said in a statement to Breitbart News. “We are a nation of laws. American cities and states that willfully defy federal immigration law to protect illegal aliens must be held accountable.”

The bill would similarly mandate that states issuing driver’s licenses to illegal aliens or preventing information-sharing with federal immigration agents return such grant funding within 30 days.

Rep. Jodey Arrington (R-TX) is sponsoring the legislation in the House.

HORROR: Illegal Alien Released by Biden Admin Beheads Motel Manager In Dallas, Kicks Severed Head, Tosses it in Dumpster

An illegal alien who was released from ICE custody by the Biden Administration beheaded a motel manager in Old East Dallas, Texas, on Wednesday.

Yordanis Cobos-Martinez, an illegal alien from Cuba, was released into the interior of the US on January 13, 2025, just one week before Trump was sworn into office.

Cobos-Martinez used a machete to repeatedly hack the victim, Chandra Nagamallaiah, 50, and then beheaded him.

According to Fox News, Cobos-Martinez was caught on surveillance video kicking the victim’s severed head in the parking lot, then picking it up and tossing it into a dumpster.

Fox News reporter Bill Melugin said Cobos-Martinez has a prior criminal history of:

False imprisonment in CA (unknown disposition)
Indecency with a child in Texas (dismissed)
Grand theft of vehicle in Florida (dismissed)
Carjacking & false imprisonment in CA (acquitted on carjacking, convicted of false imprisonment).

Cobos-Martinez was charged with capital murder, Fox 4 reported.

Judge Blocks Trump Admin From Banning Illegal Immigrants From Social Programs

A federal judge on Sept. 10 ordered four federal agencies to stop banning illegal immigrants from programs such as Head Start, which provides child care for poorer families.

U.S. District Judge Mary McElroy said the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the Department of Justice, the Department of Education, and the Department of Labor must halt, at least for now, efforts to remove illegal immigrants from the programs.

HHS and other agencies said in July they were reinterpreting a federal law called the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act, which states that illegal immigrants cannot obtain “federal public benefits.”

Under previous interpretations, people accessing certain programs that lawmakers intended only for Americans and legal immigrants did not need to provide proof of legal status, officials said.

As Zachary Stieber reports for The Epoch Times, twenty attorneys general sued, alleging the new interpretation wrongly applied to programs that fell outside the act. In a motion for a preliminary injunction, or a block while the case proceeds, they also said that the government failed to provide “fair notice” to states of the change.

McElroy sided with the states, writing on Wednesday that “while reasonable policymakers can debate the merits of restricting access to programs to lawful citizens—and it is surely not this Court’s job to wade into that debate—the Agencies offer at best incomplete answers to serious questions.”

That appears to violate the Administrative Procedure Act, which lets judges block agency actions determined to be “arbitrary, capricious, an abuse of discretion, or otherwise not in accordance with law,” she said.

McElroy also pointed to the change in interpretation from decades of precedent.

“The Government argues that it has somehow interpreted this statute incorrectly for the nearly thirty years that it has been the law,” she said.

“In its view, everyone (from every past administration) has misunderstood it from the start—at least until last month, when the right way to read it became clear to the Government. The Court is skeptical of that.”

The four agencies, which had pointed to an order from President Donald Trump that directed officials to make sure that taxpayer-funded benefits are not going to illegal immigrants, did not respond to requests for comment.

New York Attorney General Letitia James, a Democrat and one of the attorneys general who sued over the change, said in a statement that “with this victory, we are protecting children’s education, safeguarding critical health care, and preserving the safety net that keeps families afloat.”

Revealed: Keir Starmer edited manual on interpreting human rights laws that prevent Britain from deporting small boat migrants

Sir Keir Starmer edited the manual on how to interpret the human rights laws that are preventing Britain from deporting small-boat migrants.

The Prime Minister edited a guide on the Human Rights Act 1998 and the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) in 1999 when he was a human rights lawyer.

A copy of the book revealed Sir Keir hailed the Human Rights Act as having ‘enormous potential’ and representing a ‘new way of thinking’ about the law.

It came as the Attorney General yesterday ruled out leaving the ECHR and claimed it would be counterproductive for Britain to leave the Convention to tackle illegal migration.

Appearing before the Lords constitution committee, Lord Hermer said ministers would leave ‘no stone unturned’ on the issue. Yet he went on: ‘The Prime Minister has been absolutely crystal clear that we will not be leaving the ECHR.

‘There are a number of reasons for that, but at the heart of it is because it would be completely contrary to the national interest of this country were we to do so.’

Lord Hermer said the UK would only be able to tackle illegal migration by cooperating with Europe if it remains compliant with the ECHR.

‘To leave, as some people are now advocating, would be entirely counterproductive if what we are seeking is not rhetorical answers but real, practical answers,’ he added.

Media Fail: So-Called ‘Firefighters’ Arrested by ICE Agents in Washington Are Actually Criminal Illegal Aliens

Democrats and their allies in the establishment media are falsely claiming that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents have arrested a pair of “firefighters” in the sanctuary state of Washington. In actuality, the two men are not firefighters, but rather illegal aliens with past criminal records.

Last week, the establishment media ran wild with a story claiming that two firefighters were arrested by ICE agents in Bear Gulch, Washington, amidst an ongoing fire.

Jose Bertin Cruz-Estrada of Mexico, one of the illegal aliens arrested, has previously been charged with delivering and selling methamphetamine. Cruz-Estrada has been encountered by Border Patrol agents a total of 15 times.

Cruz-Estrada was ordered deported by a federal immigration judge in April 2015 and deported by ICE agents on February 27, 2016. After his last deportation, Cruz-Estrada crossed the southern border again on an unknown date.

The other illegal alien arrested by ICE agents was previously charged with illegally carrying a concealed weapon. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) officials told Breitbart News that the pair were not firefighters and had been working for a company that was involved in cutting firewood, not actively fighting the Bear Gulch fires.

The facts of the case did not stop Democrats from turning the arrests into a false talking point that the establishment media breathlessly picked up.

headline from NBC News reads “Trump’s immigration crackdown sweeps up 2 firefighters battling a wildfire in Washington state,” while a piece from Reuters reads “Two firefighters held at Washington ICE detention center amid wildfire, US representative says.”

Democrats were quick to latch onto the unfounded claims.

“Donald Trump ran his campaign on sending out the worst of the worst,” Washington Gov. Bob Ferguson (D) wrote on X. “I’m not sure who’s more the best of the best than our firefighters, actively fighting the largest fire in Washington.”

Rep. Emily Randall (D-WA) did an interview with Reuters where she suggested that ICE agents were potentially trying to hide information from her regarding the arrests.

Rep. Andrea Salinas (D-OR) similarly posted on X that she had detailed knowledge of one of the illegal aliens arrested, continuously referring to him as a firefighter and omitting his criminal record.

Why “Don’t Let America Become the UK” Has Become a Warning for Americans

Many American conservatives are saying “don’t let America become the UK.” The reasons are well documented: unbridled illegal immigration, high levels of legal immigration and asylum seeking, and rising crime including rape, sexual harassment, mugging, stabbing, assaults, break-ins, theft, and sexual grooming of minors.

Housing and rental price spikes, unemployment, wage suppression, heavier burdens on taxpayers and public finances, and benefits paid to illegals, asylum seekers, and immigrants—many living fully or partially on welfare, add to the tax burden on citizens. Immigrants are also demanding that crosses be removed from churches and that the British flag be removed from public places. There is also the rise of Sharia councils creating a parallel legal system.

Protests have erupted that suppress British freedoms and values, some openly supporting Hamas, Iran, Hezbollah, and the Houthis, with calls for death to Britain. Conservatives also highlight bans on public preaching of the Christian gospel, hate crime laws used to arrest citizens for Facebook posts criticizing immigration or crime, and arrests for displaying the British flag.

Muslims now hold key political positions, including Sadiq Khan as Mayor of London (2016-present) and Shabana Mahmood as Justice Secretary in the UK Cabinet (2024-present). Humza Yousaf, of Pakistani heritage, served as Scotland’s First Minister from March 2023 to May 2024 before resigning. Additionally, 25 Muslim MPs were elected in the 2024 general election, making up almost 4% of the total 650 MP.

Immigration numbers reveal the same upward trend. Small-boat arrivals climbed from 28,526 in 2021 to about 38,000 in 2024, accounting for 86 percent of irregular entries (British government term for illegals). Total irregular arrivals rose from 38,600 in 2024 to about 44,000 in 2025, a 14 percent increase. Asylum claims nearly doubled since 2021, reaching 93,000 in 2023 and 109,000 in 2024, the highest since 2002.

Mainstream media, with its extreme liberal bias, often suppresses or misrepresents the numbers, while authorities in some jurisdictions falsify or reclassify crimes to make it appear that crime rates are dropping. This happens in the UK just as it does in the U.S. Media outlets claimed Trump was wrong when he said Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York had extremely high crime, although any sane person knew the crime rate, particularly murder and violent crime, was high, and citizen watchdog agencies along with primary source data supported the claims of higher crime rates.

UK crime data shows a decided increase since 2020. Sexual offences totaled 163,244 in 2020 and rose to 209,556 in 2025, the highest on record. Knife crime was just under 49,000 incidents in 2023/24 and rose to about 50,500 in 2024. London knife offences jumped from 12,786 in 2022/23 to 16,344 in 2024/2025. Knife homicides were 244 in 2022/23, and rose to 262 in 2023/24.

And for the privilege of these rising crime rates, UK taxpayers are footing staggering bills. The Home Office spent $5.9 billion on asylum in 2023–24, with another $8.0 billion projected for 2024–25. Welfare payments to non-UK nationals reached $9.4 billion, the equivalent of 1.26 million non-citizens collecting checks.

Asylum seekers get support while claims are processed, refugees receive full access once status is granted, legal immigrants qualify after residency, and EU settled status holders enjoy the same. Nearly $10 billion annually goes to foreign nationals.

Education adds another hidden cost. In 2023/24, 1.7 million pupils in England’s schools used English as an Additional Language, 20.8 percent of all students and up to 37 percent in some districts. With average per-pupil funding at $7,500, taxpayers spend $12.8 billion annually, plus $1.0–2.4 billion in language support, for a total of $13.8–15.0 billion.

This excludes translation services, special education, smaller class sizes, and new school construction in high-immigration areas. These costs are buried in the education budget, while the government promotes fee-paying international university students as an economic benefit.

Healthcare is another manipulated figure. The government estimates $1,295 per migrant annually. At least 1.5 million non-UK nationals receive free NHS care, including asylum seekers in hotels, refused applicants, dependents, and 1.26 million Universal Credit claimants, bringing the cost to $1.9 billion.

Woke BLM Muslim and Former Illegal Migrant on Boston City Council Sentenced to Prison for Corruption

Tania Fernandes Anderson, the woke BLM Muslim and former illegal alien on the Boston City Council was sentenced to prison on corruption charges on Friday.

As previously reported, Boston City Councilor Tania Fernandes Anderson, a Democrat and the first Muslim elected to the council, was arrested by FBI agents last December.

Tania Fernandes Anderson, who served as Vice Chair of the Post Audit Committee, which oversees government accountability, was arrested on six felony charges (five counts of wire fraud and one count of theft concerning programs receiving federal funds) stemming from a kickback scheme.

“The charges stem from an alleged kickback scheme she orchestrated to obtain several thousand dollars in taxpayer money in exchange for bribes paid,” U.S. Attorney Joshua Levy said at Friday’s press conference, according to NBC Boston.

According to the indictment, Fernandes Anderson allegedly awarded a $13,000 bonus to a staffer, identified as “Staff Member A,” who is also a relative, on the condition that the staffer return a significant portion of the bonus—approximately $7,000—directly to her.

Anderson allegedly finalized the cash transaction in a bathroom at City Hall, receiving $7,000 in kickbacks from Staff Member A, as detailed by text message evidence included in the indictment.

After pleading guilty to the charges in May, Tania Fernandes Anderson was sentenced to one month in prison.

DHS Wrecks NYT for Puff Piece on Deported Murderer: ‘When Will They Finally Shed Light on Their Victims?’

The Department of Homeland Security criticized The New York Times this week for writing a “sob story” about the plight of a deported murderer, and asked when the newspaper would start covering the victims of such horrendous crimes.

“The New York Times ran a sob story of Orville Etoria, an illegal alien from Jamaica and a convicted MURDERER,” the DHS news release began. “In addition to murder, this serial criminal’s rap sheet includes criminal possession of a weapon, armed robbery, and forcible theft with a deadly weapon.”

“Following his criminal convictions, Etoria’s green card was revoked,” the statement continued. “Etoria was issued a final order of removal by an immigration judge in 2009. Sixteen years later, this dangerous individual is finally off our streets and out of the country thanks to President Trump and Secretary Noem. On July 17, he was deported.”

A DHS representative quoted in the release asked, “Why does the New York Times continue to peddle sob stories of criminal illegal aliens? When will they finally shed light on their victims?”

“Every single day President Trump and Secretary Noem fight for justice for American victims of illegal alien crime and nearly every single day the media ignores these victims and their families.”

The Times article published Tuesday, co-authored by reporters in Washington and South Africa, tried to paint Etoria as a model citizen who’d turned his life around. It claimed he pursued academic degrees while in prison and got a job at a shelter after being granted parole.

While serving a 25-year sentence for murder, Etoria was ordered deported by an immigration judge, the article reported. However, after his release in 2021, he was allowed to stay in the United States by the illegal immigrant-friendly Biden administration.

The article claimed Etoria had become a “target” of President Donald Trump’s crackdown on illegal immigration. The authors lamented how he wasn’t given access to an attorney after being deported to the southern African nation of Eswatini (a landlocked country formerly known as Swaziland).

It quoted Etoria’s aunt speaking about how “inhumane” his treatment was. Yet there were no quotes from the families of his victims. Why not?

The newspaper couldn’t completely ignore Etoria’s violent past, however, and was forced to finally list his litany of violent behavior. But most of it discussed was near the end of the piece.

In addition to “fatally shooting a man in the head in Brooklyn in 1996” and being convicted of murder, the article reported, Etoria “has a history of drug abuse, which he has blamed in part on head injuries he suffered as a child. He was also diagnosed with schizophrenia. Doctors noted that he has exhibited violent outbursts, hallucinations and paranoia, according to court records.”

If that wasn’t enough, he was reportedly “arrested in 1981 on charges of attempted murder, robbery and kidnapping,” according to the report.
