Police-state riot outside New Jersey’s Delaney Hall as 300 immigrants continue hunger and labor strike

On Thursday night, federal immigration thugs violently attacked protesters and journalists outside the Delaney Hall detention center in Newark, New Jersey, swinging batons, deploying pepper spray and arresting at least six people in an effort to break an ongoing blockade in support of 300 immigrant detainees on hunger and labor strike inside the facility.

In video posted on social media, it is not protesters, but ICE thugs who are initiating and escalating the violence. One agent is seen kicking a protester into a moving semi-truck, with the protester’s foot appearing to get caught under the wheel as they fall to the ground. Unconfirmed social media reports indicate the person suffered a major bruise.

Reporters at the scene said federal agents deliberately targeted cameras in an effort to prevent documentation of the assault. Photographer Mostafa Bassim wrote that an ICE agent struck his camera “with his baton using full force,” snapping the lens in half, despite Bassim being “clearly identified as press.”

Some 300 immigrants inside the facility have been participating in a hunger and labor strike since last Friday. As in US prisons, immigrants held inside detention facilities are often expected to perform labor to keep the facility operational, some for as little as a dollar a day, if that. While immigrants slave away inside Delaney Hall, the government is paying GEO Group $1 billion to operate the facility.

Six Chinese ‘Special Interest Aliens’ Dressed in Camouflage Caught Trying to Sneak Across Texas Border on Private Ranch

Texas authorities have captured six Chinese nationals wearing full camouflage as they attempted to illegally cross the southern border and evade detection on a private ranch in Maverick County near Eagle Pass.

U.S. Border Patrol agents, working with Texas Department of Public Safety troopers and K-9 units under Operation Lone Star, apprehended the group Tuesday night. The six Chinese nationals were part of a larger group of 12 illegal immigrants caught trying to slip through on private property.

Texas DPS Lt. Chris Olivarez posted the details on X on Wednesday:

“In a second apprehension later that night, U.S. Border Patrol agents apprehended 12 illegal immigrants on a private ranch in Maverick County, including six Special Interest Aliens (SIAs) from China, all dressed in camouflage.”

Texas Governor Greg Abbott also weighed in on the incident Wednesday, highlighting the arrests as part of the state’s ongoing border crackdown operation.

Abbott wrote on X:

“Operation Lone Star continues nonstop to arrest illegal immigrants along our border.

Last night, Texas DPS helped track and apprehend Special Interest Aliens from China who were attempting to evade capture on private ranches in Maverick County.”

The Chinese nationals were designated Special Interest Aliens, a classification that triggers heightened security screening because of potential national security risks. The rest of the group included individuals from Mexico, Guatemala, India, Ecuador, and Cuba.

Blue States Starting to Curb ‘Free’ Healthcare to Migrants as Budgets Spin Out of Control

A host of deep blue states are quietly pulling back from their generous programs of “free” healthcare to migrants as federal dollars dry up and their budgets continue to spiral into the red.

With the Trump administration beginning to close the spigot of billions in federal aid that many states lavishly spent caring for illegal migrants, sates including California, Colorado, Illinois, New York, Oregon Washington, and the District of Columbia are finding that they cannot afford to replace the chocked off federal dollars with their own state budget dollars. This reality setting in has caused state officials to begin scaling back their freebies to illegals, which all come at the expense of American citizens.

According to the Washington Examiner, 14 states have had been devoting untold millions to migrants, for their children, and for pregnant, non-citizen women.

But after President Donald Trump signed his “Big Beautiful” spending bill, cutting billions in federal aid with cuts to Medicaid, CHIP, Medicare, and Obamacare insurance subsidies, many states have been forced to make decisions about their migrant programs.

The cutbacks also reflect the Democrats’ difficulty in funding their hugely expensive urban political machines. Those “Sanctuary City Ponzi scheme” political machines need poor migrants to help conduit federal funds back to local city and state politicians, partly because many productive Americans move away to low-migration cities and states that have lower taxes, less diversity, better schools, higher wages, and cheaper housing.

Thus far, California, Colorado, Illinois, Minnesota and Washington the District of Columbia have already begun cutting free migrant healthcare budgets. And several others are in the process of evaluating similar measures.

Homeland Security ‘Drawing Up Plans’ to Suspend International Flights Into Sanctuary Cities Until They Stop Protecting Illegal Aliens

The Trump administration is considering plans to suspend immigration and customs processing at airports in Democrat-run sanctuary cities.

Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin said the administration is drawing up plans to halt processing at airports in Democratic-run jurisdictions that refuse to cooperate with federal immigration enforcement.

Mullin confirmed the plans in an interview on Fox News host Sean Hannity.

“We’re currently drawing up plans to say listen, in these sanctuary cities, where the local, radical left Democrats aren’t allowing us to do our job and enforce federal laws, then we shouldn’t be processing international flights into their cities either,” he explained.

“Because they don’t want us to enforce immigration, but they want us to process immigration at their facilities? Nothing about that makes sense to me.”

The proposal would impact some of the country’s busiest international gateways, including airports in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco, Seattle, Boston, Denver, Philadelphia, and Newark.

Justice Clarence Thomas Blasts Supreme Court For Refusing To Hear Florida’s Lawsuit Against Blue States Issuing Driver’s Licenses To Illegal Alien Truckers

Justice Clarence Thomas delivered a scathing dissent Tuesday as the Supreme Court refused to let Florida sue California and Washington over their lawless practice of handing out commercial driver’s licenses to illegal aliens who cannot read English road signs.

The Court denied Florida’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint in the original jurisdiction case, leaving the state with “nowhere else to bring” its claims, Thomas wrote. He was joined by Justice Samuel Alito.

This decision comes after the horrific August 12, 2025, crash on the Florida Turnpike. Illegal alien Harjinder Singh, an Indian national who entered the U.S. illegally through the Mexican border, obtained CDLs from both California and Washington despite failing English proficiency tests at least ten times in Washington and once in California.

Singh approached a clearly marked “no U-turn” sign for official use only, ignored it, and swung his massive tractor-trailer across both lanes of the highway. The trailer crushed a minivan traveling behind him. All three passengers in the minivan were killed.

Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration testing after the crash confirmed Singh could not correctly answer most verbal questions and identified only one out of four highway signs.

Former California Assemblyman and current top federal prosecutor Bill Essayli just ripped the mask off Sacramento’s radical open-borders agenda during an interview with PragerU.

The son of lawful immigrants who did everything by the book is calling out the left’s deliberate refusal to say the word “illegal” – because they don’t want to distinguish between those who follow the rules and the flood of lawbreakers they’re actively importing to prop up their power.

Essayli, whose parents immigrated legally, took the citizenship test, and built a life the right way, didn’t hold back in recent remarks that perfectly capture the rage of millions of Americans tired of being second-class citizens in their own country:

“I think one of the most offensive things— my parents are immigrants. They immigrated here lawfully. There’s a lot of immigrants in California. The president’s wife is an immigrant. And, um, they never mention the word illegal.

They always say immigrant community. And I just find that particularly offensive, especially for people like my parents who did it the right way.

They came here, they took the citizenship exam. I remember my mom studying for the test and learning about the branches of government, everything. They never want to distinguish between legal and illegal immigrants. And I find that particularly offensive.”

He continued, exposing the cold political calculus behind the madness:

“But you’re right, the dirty little secret is they want the flow of illegal immigrants. It fuels— well, you could talk about it politically, why for census reporting and other reasons, states like California need that population inflow because everyone else is getting out of the state

. And then when you go to Sacramento, this is like the protected oppressed group of the day. And so all their bills every day is like, how do we protect illegal immigrants? How do we get more lawyers for them? How do we get them more services? How do we get them free down payment assistance to buy a home? I’m not joking. That was a bill when I was in Sacramento.

They wanted to allow illegal immigrants to access down payment assistance to buy a home. I was like, how do they even get a loan? You know? And apparently you can get a loan with a TIN number, which I found out. But again, people like my mom, she’s not getting down payment assistance. She’s not getting all these things. She’s working.”

Essayli was referencing California Assembly Bill 1840, legislation passed by the Democrat-controlled legislature in 2024 that would have expanded eligibility for the California Dream For All Shared Appreciation Loan Program to undocumented immigrants.

Federal Watchdog: At Parole Pipeline’s Peak, Biden’s DHS Released Almost 9-in-10 Migrants Arriving at Border

Former President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS), led by then-Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, released nearly 90 percent of migrants arriving at the southern border into the United States with parole at the program’s peak, a federal watchdog reveals.

A report from the Government Accountability Office (GAO), the independent agency that works on behalf of Congress, reveals the extent to which Biden and Mayorkas carried out an expansive catch and release policy at the U.S.-Mexico border from early 2021 until Jan. 20, 2025.

In particular, the GAO report probed Biden and Mayorkas’s parole pipeline which was used to justify the release of millions of migrants into American communities. Prior to 2021, parole authority had been sparingly used by administrations.

With the implementation of so-called “humanitarian parole,” Biden and Mayorkas blew the lid off executive parole authority, the GAO report details.

“Specifically, our analysis showed that OFO and Border Patrol granted relatively few paroles during fiscal years 2019 and 2020,” the GAO report states:

During this time period the proportion of southwest border encounters resulting in parole ranged from about 3 percent to 28 percent. The number of paroles granted increased beginning in the summer of 2021 and peaked in December 2022, when 89 percent of encounters resulted in parole. Paroles granted declined substantially after December 2022 and again after January 2025.

In addition, the GAO report suggests that Biden and Mayorkas so overwhelmed the nation’s immigration enforcement system that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents today are struggling to locate parole migrants.

“… without readily accessible information about noncitizens’ parole status, ICE does not have the information it needs to identify and monitor these noncitizens, or to take enforcement action, as appropriate,” the GAO report states.

Though the Biden administration is gone, some of its key players in its immigration agenda are back lobbying elected Democrats to commit to reimposing such border policies if they win back Congress in the midterms and the White House in 2028.

Claire Trickler-McNulty, a former DHS bureaucrat under Biden who also worked in the Obama administration and for a couple of years in President Donald Trump’s first term, recently received a glowing profile in The Seattle Times regarding her new podcast venture.

During her tenure under Biden, Trickler-McNulty sought to create a program that would see millions of illegal aliens merely check in annually to ICE agents, turning the nation’s borders into a European-style checkpoint. Most of those check-ins would not be in-person, but rather done electronically.

California Dem Governor Candidate Xavier Becerra Wants Free Healthcare for Illegals, Boasts About Jobs They Take From Americans

Xavier Becerra, the former Obama Biden lackey who is running for governor of California as a Democrat, wants the state to continue to provide free healthcare for illegals. Big surprise, right?

He confirmed this during a recent appearance on CNN.

The remarkable thing about the segment is that he admitted that illegals take jobs away from Americans, not just in farming, but in construction, healthcare and more.

You can tell from the smug look on his face that he thought he was being so clever about this.

Breitbart News reported:

Host Elex Michaelson said that Hilton “says he wants to take the undocumented off of healthcare rolls. Why do you want to keep them on there, and how much is that going to cost the state?”

Becerra answered, “He looks at them as people who don’t have documents. I look at them as hard workers. I look at them as people like my parents. I am the son of immigrants. To me, I want you to build, help me build California. If you’re working hard, I want you to have healthcare. I guess Steve Hilton doesn’t care if they work really hard. He looks at their status, and that’s about it.”

Michaelson then said, “Well, he says that they broke the law. And he says that he immigrated here legally and that spending money to give somebody healthcare is incentivizing bad behavior.”

Becerra responded, “He doesn’t seem to mind that the price of food is a little lower because these are the folks that are picking the crops. He doesn’t seem to mind that the places that you can buy to live in are places that these folks built. He doesn’t seem to mind that they’re the folks that are taking care of probably one of his relatives, probably taking care of his yards. He seems to mind that they don’t have documents, but he doesn’t seem to mind that they do so much of the work in California.”

How Gavin Newsom Subsidized the Migrant Invasion

Former President Joe Biden’s administration oversaw an unprecedented wave of migration across the southwestern border of the United States. Migrants convoyed in “caravans” in hopes of overwhelming border authorities. Cartels trafficked drugs and people in droves. At some points, American authorities estimated that more than 130,000 people were crossing into the U.S. each month; arrivals came not just from Latin America but every corner of the earth.

At the height of this drama, some border states sought to stop the wave of illegal immigration on their own. Texas dispatched thousands of National Guard soldiers and spun razor-wire barriers across the desert. Arizona sent construction cranes to stack hundreds of shipping containers into a makeshift border wall near Yuma. Fairfax County’s Political Ecosystem Protects Illegal Immigrants at the Expense of All Others

Last week, the U.S. Department of Justice launched a federal civil rights investigation into Fairfax County Commonwealth’s Attorney Steve Descano over allegations that his office gave preferential treatment to illegal immigrants accused of serious crimes.

This Thursday, mere days after that announcement, Descano—who has received more than $650,000 from George Soros-backed PACs and affiliated groups—is scheduled to testify before Congress at a House Judiciary Committee hearing examining the dangerous consequences of sanctuary policies in Fairfax County, Virginia. 

Indeed, Descano is a key player contributing to the increasingly dangerous environment in Fairfax County. In February, police arrested Abdul Jalloh, an illegal immigrant from Sierra Leone, and charged him with the fatal stabbing of Stephanie Minter, a 41-year-old mother, at a bus stop in Fairfax County. Jalloh had previously been arrested more than 30 times, only to be released back onto the streets. In more than a dozen of his arrests, Descano’s office entered “nolle prosequi,” a legal term meaning it chose not to pursue the charges. 

Sadly, Jalloh is one of many illegal immigrants in Fairfax County whom Descano was committed to keeping out of jail following violent crimes. In fact, Descano openly stated his intentions on his since-deleted 2019 campaign page. He wrote, “If two people commit the same crime, but only one’s punishment includes deportation, that’s a perversion of justice and not a reflection of the values of Fairfax County.” 

The Department of Justice is right to investigate Descano for discriminating against Americans, but he is only the tip of the iceberg. Descano and other county leaders seem to believe that the “values of Fairfax County” include protecting illegal adult criminals in K-12 public schools. 

For background, English language learners are permitted to attend school until they are 22. The number of English language learners in Fairfax County’s schools increased precipitously due to former President Joe Biden’s open southern border and the inception of the sanctuary policy, up to a total of 47,438 English language learning students in 2025. 

Disturbingly, a recent Freedom of Information Act request found that there are 339 adult male English language learning students attending K-12 public schools throughout the county. By design, it is unclear how many of them are in the country illegally.
