FREUDIAN SLIP: Dementia Joe Refers to Illegal Aliens as ‘Voters,’ Says Speaking Spanish is America’s ‘Future’

Joe Biden has had another Freudian slip.

In an interview with a Spanish radio show, Biden described Hispanic illegal immigrants as “voters” before reverting back to the official script.

“It’s even a bigger influx now in terms of Hispanic voters, or Hispanic – Hispanic citizens, who want to become citizens,” Biden said.

He continued:

The Hispanic community is part of the future of America. Twenty-eight out of every 100 students in school speak Spanish, the idea that you’re gonna ignore that? That’s our future. One of the reasons that we’re growing so much is we have a significant influx of immigrants coming into our country, only reason our economy’s so good. We’re not a xenophobic nation. Other nations are, we’re not, that’s why our economy is the best in the world.

Fox News managed to draw comment from the White House, who repeated the lie that illegal aliens do not vote in federal elections.

“Only American citizens can vote in federal elections,” a White House spokesperson said. “As fact checkers across the board have made clear, it is already illegal for noncitizens to vote in federal elections.”

As extensively reported by The Gateway Pundit, the presence and participation of foreign citizens on U.S. voter rolls is one of the main methods of Democratic voter fraud.

Biden’s migrant crisis will cost taxpayers $451 BILLION a year: Staggering Republican report lays out how much is spent on healthcare and accommodation – as they target Mayorkas for impeachment

Taxpayers have to front nearly half a trillion dollars each year because the Biden administration is not stopping migrants at the southern border, Republicans said in a report on Monday.

The cost of providing education, healthcare, law enforcement and other expenditure resulting from millions of extra migrants adds up to as much as $451 billion a year, says the House study.

The 49-page report comes as House Republicans push to impeach Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas for allegedly failing to constrain the record numbers of migrants arriving at the US-Mexico border.

‘Every day, millions of American taxpayer dollars are spent on costs directly associated with illegal immigration and the unprecedented crisis at the Southwest border sparked by … Mayorkas’ policies,’ says the report.

Biden’s DHS Will Start Issuing ID Cards to Migrants Crossing Border This Summer

President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is reportedly starting a pilot program to provide migrants, released into the United States and placed into deportation proceedings, with identification (ID) cards.

Fox News Digital’s Adam Shaw reported that DHS officials have confirmed the agency will begin implementing the Secure Docket Card program this summer, offering photo IDs to about 10,000 migrants who cross the United States-Mexico border and are subsequently released into the U.S. interior.

“[Immigration and Customs Enforcement] confirmed to Fox News Digital this week the pilot program is expected to commence this summer with the distribution of approximately 10,000 cards,” Shaw reportd. “While the agency stressed that plans are ‘pre-decisional’ and still subject to change, it is expected the cards will be issued in three or four locations in the U.S.”

A spokesperson with DHS told Shaw the “specifics” of the photo IDs “are under development” but stressed that they “will not be an official form of federal identification.”

In December of last year, after remaining quiet on the pilot program, ICE officials confirmed its development in a year-end report:

[The Office of Immigration Program Evaluation] is leading the ICE Secure Docket Card project, which offers a uniform, durable card provided to noncitizens upon release, and facilitates reliable access to commonly lost or damaged immigration-related paperwork. [Emphasis added]

As far back as August 2022, when Biden’s DHS first began developing the pilot program, Republicans on the House Oversight Committee started sounding the alarm.

Border Reporter Schools NGO Director Who Claims Chinese Migrants Are ‘Asylum Seekers’

After reporter Bill Melugin noted that record numbers of Chinese nationals continue to be encountered crossing the southern US border, an immigration NGO director claimed that they are merely asylum seekers, and was immediately proven wrong.

Melugin shared the latest CBP stats showing that over a thousand Chinese illegals were apprehended in just the last week.

Cue one Aaron Reichlin-Melnick, a policy director at the ‘American Immigration Council’ who claimed that Melugin was reviving xenophobic “yellow peril” propaganda and that the migrants are just “trying to seek freedom.”

Melugin quickly exposed this outright lie by posting one of many interviews he personally conducted with a Chinese man who admitted to flying to Mexico from Turkey and entering the US purely for economic reasons.

House Democrats Vote UNANIMOUSLY to Give Illegal Aliens Representation in Congress and the Electoral College

Here we go… House Democrats on Wednesday night voted unanimously to give illegal aliens – including Joe Biden’s 11 million illegal border crossers – representation in Congress and the Electoral College.

Democrats continue to put Americans and American workers in line behind alien invaders.

The House vote was 206 to 202 with 22 representatives 11 Democrats and 11 Republicans abstaining from the vote.

Steven Miller reported: “House Dems just voted UNANIMOUSLY to give illegals representation in Congress AND the Electoral College. House Seats and Electoral College votes WILL BE added to areas with the most illegals (including all Biden illegals) unless Senate passes the bill. Invasion by design.”

Biden HHS Redefines ‘Lawfully Present’ To Give ‘Free’ Health Care To Illegal Immigrants

So much for a border crisis. The Biden administration recently finalized regulations that will provide taxpayer-funded benefits to individuals who came into this country lacking authorization, by defining them as “lawfully present.”

The final rule follows regulations proposed last spring. It will have the same major effects as the initial proposal by expanding access to taxpayer health benefits for specified populations, but seems craftily drafted in a way to avoid, or at least minimize, legal challenges.

Medicaid Expansion Not Finalized

The prime controversy in both last year’s proposed rule and this year’s final version is over health coverage for individuals participating in the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. Both regulations would revise the definition of “lawfully present” to include DACA participants for purposes of participation in health programs under Obamacare.

One major difference lies in the applicability of the regulatory changes. Whereas last year’s proposed rule changed the definition of “lawfully present” for both the insurance exchanges and Medicaid, the final regulation only applied the change to the exchanges, at least for the moment.

As a practical matter, not finalizing the Medicaid change will have little impact on DACA participants. Unlike most other populations, DACA participants will not need to earn income equal to the poverty level ($15,060 for a single person in 2024) to qualify for exchange subsidies. And because Biden-era enhanced subsidies remain in effect next year, the lowest-income recipients can qualify for subsidies that require no out-of-pocket premium for a benchmark health plan.

This Student Was Allegedly Suspended for Saying ‘Illegal Aliens.’ Did That Violate the First Amendment?

A 16-year-old boy has kicked off a free speech debate—one that’s already attracting spectators beyond his North Carolina county—after he was suspended for allegedly “making a racially insensitive remark that caused a class disturbance.”

The racially insensitive remark: referring to undocumented immigrants as “illegal aliens.” Invoking that term would produce the beginning of a legal odyssey, still in its nascent stages, in the form of a federal lawsuit arguing that Central Davidson High School Assistant Principal Eric Anderson violated Christian McGhee’s free speech rights for temporarily barring him from class over a dispute about offensive language.

What constitutes offensive speech, of course, depends on who is evaluating. During an April English lesson, McGhee says he sought clarification on a vocabulary word: aliens. “Like space aliens,” he asked, “or illegal aliens without green cards?” In response, a Hispanic student—another minor whom the lawsuit references under the pseudonym “R.”—reportedly joked that he would “kick [McGhee’s] ass.”

The exchange prompted a meeting with Anderson, the assistant principal. “Mr. Anderson would later recall telling [McGhee] that it would have been more ‘respectful’ for [McGhee] to phrase his question by referring to ‘those people’ who ‘need a green card,'” McGhee’s complaint notes. “[McGhee] and R. have a good relationship. R. confided in [McGhee] that he was not ‘crying’ in his meeting with Anderson”—the principal allegedly claimed R. was indeed in tears over the exchange—”nor was he ‘upset’ or ‘offended’ by [McGhee’s] question. R. said, ‘If anyone is racist, it is [Mr. Anderson] since he asked me why my Spanish grade is so low’—an apparent reference to R.’s ethnicity.”

McGhee’s peer received a short in-school suspension, while McGhee was barred from campus for three days. He was not permitted an appeal, per the school district’s policy, which forecloses that avenue if a suspension is less than 10 days. And while a three-day suspension probably doesn’t sound like it would induce the sky to fall, McGhee’s suit notes that he hopes to secure an athletic scholarship for college, which may now be in jeopardy.

So the question of the hour: If the facts are as McGhee construed them, did Anderson violate the 16-year-old’s First Amendment rights? In terms of case law, the answer is a little more nebulous than you might expect. But it still seems that vindication is a likely outcome (and, at least in my opinion, rightfully so).

Denver Sets Up Hotline to Encourage Citizens to Host Illegals in Their Homes

Denver, Colorado, like communities across the nation, is collapsing under the weight of its new population of illegals thanks to Joe Biden’s broken border.

Denver’s mayor just cut police funding by $8 million to keep catering to illegals.

Advocacy groups say that six months of free housing and food are not enough and is “insulting.”

A new push is encouraging people with “extra room” to host illegals in their homes.  They even set up a helpful hotline to expedite the process.

‘Hope Has No Borders’ is working to pair illegals with host families across Colorado, and this can now be expedited via a new hotline.

KDVR reports, “Now, with help from the United Way, getting paired up is a simple phone call away by dialing 211.”

Massachusetts Democrat Governor Maura Healey Approves Millions in New Spending on Illegal Immigrants as Residents Flee State

Massachusetts Democrat Governor Maura Healey has just approved hundreds of millions in new spending for illegal immigrants, even as people are fleeing the state for greener pastures.

Massachusetts is a sanctuary state where homeless migrants must be housed, no matter how badly it works out for citizens.

The state is spending an insane amount of money on people who entered the country illegally.

Townhall reports:

Democrat Massachusetts Gov. Approves $400 Million In Freebies for Illegal Immigrants

Despite residents fleeing Massachusetts, Democrat Gov. Maura Healey (D-MA) signed a bill welcoming hundreds more of illegal immigrants into her state.

Healey signed the state budget this week that includes an additional $426 million to house illegal aliens in correspondence to the state’s “right to shelter” law that requires the government to put illegal immigrants and homeless people into homes.

The Democrat governor’s move comes as Boston declared a state of emergency after it exhausted its resources last year due to the massive influx of illegal immigrants coming to the sanctuary state.

According to a report, Massachusetts currently has more than one million illegal aliens residing in the state. It is expected to cost taxpayers over one billion dollars by 2025 to house them.

This number doesn’t include the 14,000 illegal Haitian immigrants Massachusetts has funded since 2022. CBS News noted that there are more than 3,500 illegal immigrants just in the state’s shelter system— which has been at capacity for months.

It’s like American citizens are the last consideration.

Local CT Officials Ignored ICE Immigration Detainer, Released Illegal Immigrant “Sexual Predator” Into CT Neighborhood

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced that Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Boston apprehended an unlawfully present Honduran national who was arrested locally and charged with first degree sexual assault of a minor.

Turns out, the local officials in the sanctuary city of Hartford ignored the ICE immigration detainer and released the Honduran national from the Hartford Correctional Center.

“This is a disturbing example of how noncooperative jurisdictions can pose a significant threat to communities in our region,” said ERO Boston Field Office Director Todd M. Lyons. “Despite the presence of an immigration detainer, local authorities released an alleged sexual predator onto the streets of a Connecticut neighborhood. ERO Boston stands ready to work with local jurisdictions to prioritize public safety throughout New England.”

According to the ICE report, the Honduran national unlawfully entered the U.S. in August 2013, near Rio Grande City, Texas. U.S. Border Patrol arrested him, issued him a notice to appear before a Department of Justice immigration judge, and released him on recognizance to family members in New Britain.

On September 14, 2023, police in New Britain arrested and charged him with sexual assault offenses, including first degree sexual assault against a minor under the age of 13 and illegal sexual contact with a minor.

On October 13, 2023, ERO Boston lodged a detainer against him with the Hartford Correctional Center.

Officials at the Hartford Correctional Center ignored ERO Boston’s immigration detainer and released the Honduran national Feb. 1, 2024.
