What? Trump Says He’s Working on Legislation to Protect Illegal Alien Farm and Hospitality Workers – Says People Who Don’t Support Amnesty for Illegal Farm and Hospitality Workers are “Serious Radical Right People”

President Trump stunned many of his supporters during a rally at the Iowa State Fairgrounds on Thursday when he revealed that legislation is being drafted to apparently grant amnesty to some illegal aliens in the agriculture and hospitality industries.

He appeared to credit his Chief of Staff, Susie Wiles, and Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins for the idea. “You’re the one that brought this whole situation up,” Trump said to Rollins from the stage.

“You had cases where, not here, but just even over the years, where people have worked for a farm, on a farm, for 14, 15 years, and they get thrown out pretty viciously, and we can’t do it,” the President told the crowd. “We’ve got to work with the farmers and people that have hotels and leisure properties too.”

However, as The Gateway Pundit reported, deportations of illegal aliens, even the so-called “noncriminals,” are working for American workers. After a major ICE raid at Glenn Valley Foods in Omaha, Nebraska, every seat in the plant’s waiting area was filled with prospective new hires, just 48 hours after federal agents cleared out the illegals, none of whom were “violent offenders.”

It is also unclear why the President wants to allow employers to break federal law. 8 U.S.C. § 1324 “makes it unlawful for any person or other entity to hire, recruit, or refer for a fee, for employment in the United States an alien knowing the alien is an unauthorized alien.”

Criticizing those who would not support this move, he said that it’s the “serious radical right People” who won’t be “quite as happy.”

Does wanting accountability for people who are living and working in our country illegally make you “radical” now?

FLASHBACK: That Time in 2021 When Hakeem Jeffries Called the Filibuster a Racist Artifact of the Jim Crow Era

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries launched an hours-long filibuster today, in an unsuccessful attempt to block the passage of the Big Beautiful Bill.

The liberal media talked about it all day. They just couldn’t get enough of Jeffries’ ‘historic’ speech.

Here’s how CBS News framed the story:

Hakeem Jeffries sets record for longest House speech before vote on Trump’s “big, beautiful bill”

There’s no filibuster in the House, but Democratic leader Hakeem Jeffries essentially conducted one anyway as the House debated President Trump’s “big, beautiful bill” before it passed on Thursday.

Jeffries held the House floor for more than eight hours, taking his “sweet time” with a marathon floor speech that delayed passage of Republicans’ massive tax and spending cuts legislation and gave his minority party a lengthy spotlight to excoriate what he called an “immoral” bill.

As Democratic leader, Jeffries can speak for as long as he wants during debate on legislation — hence its nickname on Capitol Hill, the “magic minute,” that lasts as long as leaders are speaking.

He began the speech at 4:53 a.m. ET and finished at 1:37 p.m. ET, 8 hours, 44 minutes later, breaking the record set by then-Rep. Kevin McCarthy of California in 2021, when he was the GOP leader. McCarthy spoke for 8 hours, 32 minutes when he angrily criticized Democrats’ “Build Back Better” legislation, breaking a record set by Rep. Nancy Pelosi, when she spoke about immigration for 8 hours, 7 minutes in 2018.

So brave. So historic. One little problem.

Back in 2021, during an appearance on MSNBC with Al Sharpton, Jeffries called the filibuster a racist artifact of the Jim Crow era, and complained that the filibuster was allowing people to stand in the way of progress.

Identitarian socialist Zohran Mamdani declared he was ‘Black or African American’ on college applications

South Asian socialist identitarian mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani identified as “Black or African American” as well as “Asian” on his college applications, The New York Times has learned via a hack of Columbia University’s application data. Millions of records were leaked.

Mamdani, who was born to parents of Indian descent in Uganda, said he checked the box because the identity boxes on the application weren’t enough to show the breadth and scope of his ethnic and racial composition.

He admitted to the Times that as a high school senior in 2009, he filled out all his forms the same way, including on his application to Columbia University, where his father taught then and is still on the faculty. The data hack was an effort to discover if Columbia still uses a race-based admissions program as they did at the time Mamdani was considering the school.

His Hollywood film director mother Mira Nair has said her son is “a total desi,” a term for South Asians. “He is a total desi,” she said in 2013, “We are not firangs at all. He is very much us. He is not an Uhmericcan (American) at all. He was born in Uganda, raised between India and America. He is at home in many places. He thinks of himself as a Ugandan and as an Indian.”

CBS News Does Documentary Decrying Oligarchs – Somehow Forgets to Mention George Soros and Other Left Wing Billionaires

CBS News has produced a new documentary about oligarchs, which is essentially meant to demonize billionaires, yet somehow they completely failed to mention George Soros, his son Alex, or any of the other billionaires who give cash to Democrats.

On a side note, isn’t it fascinating that Bernie Sanders and AOC have been on a ‘fight the oligarchy’ tour and CBS News just happened to decide to do a documentary about oligarchs? Probably a total coincidence.

Still, you would think they’d at least mention someone like Soros, who has been bankrolling politicians on the left for decades.

NewsBusters reported:

WHO’S MISSING? CBS Documentary Decrying Oligarchs Omits Notorious Lefty Billionaires

A CBS News documentary blasted America’s supposed transition to a so-called “Gilded Age” of oligarchs to attack President Trump and the tech leaders who stood with him at his inauguration. As if CBS stood for Channeling Bernie Sanders. The problem: The documentary conveniently excluded any mention about the most notorious left-wing billionaires in U.S. politics that have used their cash to either try to buy elections or drastically overhaul U.S. policy over the years… Kent completely bypassed the ungodly political influence of other lefty billionaire titans who have built empires on the amount of political power they’ve gained during their lengthy careers.

These include George Soros (and now his son Alex by extension) who has spewed $32 billion into his Open Society Foundations to foment racial strife, buoy climate change fanaticism, stoke LGBTQ political furor, push for open borders and undercut American sovereignty on the world stage. In addition, Soros spent hundreds of millions collectively on electing extremist political candidates and soft-on-crime prosecutors in order to shape politics to be the mirror reflection of his unhinged, anti-American worldview. His son Alex, who now controls his father’s empire, openly promotes his enormous political pull with America’s and the world’s most powerful leaders on social media, including Biden.

Other high-profile billionaires missing from the documentary included Michael Bloomberg, who spent over $1 billion trying to buy the 2020 election, pledged another $1 billion at least to wipe out the U.S. coal industry, and spent $47 million during the 2024 election alone to elect Vice President Kamala Harris and help Democrats maintain control over the House; and deranged LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman who spent millions to elect Harris in 2024 and who personally bankrolled the highly politicized sexual abuse lawsuit against Trump brought by leftist E. Jean Carroll.

What this means is that CBS News is not really concerned about ‘oligarchs’ or billionaires in politics. They care about billionaires who don’t think the right way. This is purely an exercise in partisanship and they really think no one sees it. This is why millions of Americans no longer trust the media or even listen to them.

After Losing Their Minds for Months Over ‘Project 2025’ Democrats Are Now Crafting Their Own ‘Project 2029’

A year ago, when the 2024 presidential election was getting into full swing, Democrats and the media were freaking out about Project 2025, a conservative agenda that had been put together by think tanks on the right. Trump wasn’t even talking about it, but the left used it to try to panic voters and tie it directly to Trump.

Now, the same people are putting together their own version of it called ‘Project 2029.’

The left does this all the time. In 2004, they said they needed their own Drudge Report. In 2010, they said they needed their own Tea Party. In 2016, they started saying they needed their own Donald Trump. In 2024, they said they needed their own Joe Rogan.

Now they need their own Project 2025.

From FOX News:

Democrats take page from conservative playbook with new Project 2029

Democrats are taking a page from the conservative playbook.

A group of leading Democratic Party thinkers is beginning to collaborate on a policy agenda for their eventual presidential nominee in the 2028 election cycle.

And, as first reported by the New York Times, they’re calling it Project 2029. It’s an obvious play on the notorious Project 2025, the more than 900-page policy blueprint assembled by the conservative powerhouse Heritage Foundation think tank for the Republican Party’s 2024 presidential nominee.

Democrats repeatedly attacked Project 2025 during the previous White House race as a far-right threat to the nation. Then-GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump and his campaign distanced themselves from the document, even as many Trump allies helped draft it.

Sheriff Marceno says he has ‘zero tolerance’ for street racing. Here’s a video of Sheriff Marceno street racing.

Call it a case of highway hypocrisy.

After Lee County deputies arrested an 18-year-old on a street racing charge last week, Sheriff Carmine Marceno put out a press release on social media that included the teen’s mug shot and a statement about the sheriff’s abhorrence for racing cars on public roads.

“I have zero tolerance for street racing in Lee County,” Marceno said of the first-degree misdemeanor crime punishable by up to a year in jail. “Driving an [sic] excessive speed and putting yourself, your passengers, and others on the road at risk is an incredibly selfish decision. My deputies will continue to patrol the roads of Lee County, ensuring drivers make smart choices or they will face the consequences.”

It was an unambiguous statement from Marceno, himself a well-known connoisseur of fast cars, but video evidence obtained by the Florida Trident shows his intolerance of street racing doesn’t necessarily extend to his own behavior behind the wheel.

The video, which can be seen here, shows Marceno driving south on six-lane South Tamiami Trail in a black Lamborghini Huracan convertible with the top down on a sunny day in Estero. Shooting the video is Marceno’s former friend, Bonita Springs jeweler Ken Romano, who drives in the lane to the right of the sheriff in the same direction. The brief race begins at Romano’s prompting.

“Juice that m—-f—-!” Romano tells Marceno.

“I Just Want to Go Home. I Missed Our Entire Trip to the Beach” – John Fetterman Moans About Having to do His Job in the Senate

Senator John Fetterman was already fed up on Monday morning before the all-day Senate vote-a-rama, complaining to reporters that he missed his beach trip because he had to stay in Washington to cast votes on amendments to the Big Beautiful Bill.

“Oh my God. I just want to go home,” he griped in the Capitol basement. “I’ve missed our entire trip to the beach. My family’s going to be back before me.”

The Senate proceeded to the floor to vote on amendments to the Big Beautiful Bill, which the President wants sent to his desk by Friday, after spending the weekend advancing the bill and ironing out the details.

Fetterman said this is not what he signed up for and that legislators shouldn’t be required to stay “till some ungodly hour.”

“I’m going to vote no. There’s no drama. The votes are going to go. In fact, the only interesting votes are going to be on the margin, whether that’s Collins, or Johnson, and those, but all the Democrats, we all know how that’s going to go,” he told reporters.

WATCH:

Reporter: Did you get any clues on the floor about what time this might wrap?

Fetterman: Oh my God. I just want to go home. I’ve missed our entire trip to the beach. My family’s going to be back before me. So, and again, I’m going to vote no. There’s no drama. The votes are going to go. In fact, the only interesting votes are going to be on the margin, whether that’s Collins, or Johnson, and those, but all the Democrats, we all know how that’s going to go. And I think, I don’t think it’s really helpful to put people here ’till some ungodly hour.

Trump Working on “Temporary Pass” for Illegals in Certain Industries

A “temporary pass” to allow farmers and hospitality businesses to retain some illegal workers is currently in the works, according to President Donald Trump.

In an interview with Maria Bartiromo of Fox News on Sunday, the President said he was trying to be both “the strongest immigration guy that there’s even been” and also the “strongest farmers [and hotels] guy.”

“What we’re going to do is we’re going to do something for farmers, where we can let the farmer sort of be in charge,” the President explained.

“The farmer knows he’s not going to hire a murderer. But you know, when you go into a farm and he’s had somebody working with him for nine years, doing this kind of work—which is hard work to do, and a lot of people aren’t going to do it—and you end up destroying a farmer because you took all the people away, it’s a problem.”

The President continued: “We’re going to work it so that some kind of a temporary pass where people pay taxes, where the farmer can have a little control, as opposed to you walk in and take everybody away.”

Bartiromo asked the President whether the new move was a response to the “clumsy” execution of his mass-deportation policy, which has meant “people were afraid to go to work.” The President responded that his policy was “unbelievable,” and that it was President Biden’s immigration policies that were clumsy.

President Trump indicated at the beginning of June that he was considering a temporary pass for workers in certain industries, and during a cabinet meeting in April, he said that Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem said there should be a pathway for “certain people” who farmers want to “stay in for a while and work with the farmers and then come back and go through a legal process.”

Meanwhile, Border Czar Tom Homan has said that immigration raids on farms, hotels and restaurants will continue.

After Calling for “Death to the IDF” at Glastonbury, US Fall Tour by “Violent” British Punk Band Bob Vylan Being Looked at By DOJ Anti-Semitic Task Force Led by Leo Terrell

The Justice Department’s Anti-Semitic Task Force, led by Senior Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Leo Terrell, is looking at a planned fall U.S. tour by the terrorist supporting, anti-Semitic and self described “violent” British punk band Bob Vylan after violence promoting, anti-Semitic remarks were made by the group at the Glastonbury Festival.

Terrell posted about the investigation on Sunday, saying he would be contacting the State Department and tagging President Donald Trump and Secretary of State Marco Rubio:

Statement from Leo Terrell on Antisemitic Chants by Bob Vylan:

Leo Terrell, Chair of the DOJ Task Force to Combat Antisemitism, strongly condemns the antisemitic chants made by Bob Vylan at the Glastonbury Festival. These abhorrent chants, which included calls for the death of members of the Israeli Defense Forces, are abhorrent and have no place in any civil society.

We understand that Mr. Vylan is planning to travel to the United States as part of the Inertia Tour. In response, Mr. Terrell’s Task Force will be reaching out to the U.S. Department of State on Monday to determine what measures are available to address the situation and to prevent the promotion of violent antisemitic rhetoric in the United States.

Justice Kagan’s Own Words Come Back to Haunt Her on Nationwide Injunctions

The Supreme Court’s 6-3 decision in Trump v. CASA, Inc., released Friday, finally put the brakes on the reckless abuse of nationwide injunctions by lower courts—and has Democrats in full meltdown mode. The left’s favorite judicial weapon just got neutered, and the hypocrisy is impossible to ignore.

The liberal wing of the court didn’t do itself any favors, either. Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson’s dissent was so horrible that Justice Amy Coney Barrett felt compelled to call it out in the majority opinion.

But Justice Elena Kagan’s credibility also took a direct hit. In a stunning display of judicial flip-flopping, Kagan’s own words from 2022 have come back to haunt her, exposing the left’s all-too-familiar habit of changing the rules when it suits their political objectives.

Nationwide injunctions have been the left’s go-to tactic for derailing conservative policy at the stroke of a single judge’s pen. Under Trump, district judges from deep-blue enclaves repeatedly issued sweeping orders to block administration policies nationwide at an unprecedented pace, no matter how tenuous the legal grounds.

Despite all the apocalyptic rhetoric, there’s no doubt that the left’s current position on nationwide injunctions is purely political—and Justice Elena Kagan accidentally proved it.

How? Well, Justice Kagan, who dissented in this case, was singing a very different tune just a couple of years ago. Back in 2022, when President Biden was in the White House and conservatives were the ones seeking relief from his executive orders, Kagan was openly skeptical of nationwide injunctions.

“This can’t be right that one district judge can stop a nationwide policy in its tracks and leave it stuck for the years that it takes to go through a normal process,” she said.

That’s not some out-of-context paraphrase—it’s her own words, on the record.
