James Comey’s Own Notes Prove He Knew The Russia Hoax Was A Clinton Plot

On Monday, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia Lindsey Halligan filed an extraordinary batch of documents in the public docket of her case against former FBI Director James Comey. The exhibits range from Comey’s communications with his handpicked FBI leaker, Daniel Richman, a Columbia law professor the bureau employed specifically to funnel Comey’s preferred narratives to the press, to text messages between Richman and New York Times reporter Michael Schmidt. But the most significant document by far is Comey’s own handwritten notes proving, beyond any doubt, that he knew early on the entire Russia collusion story was a Clinton campaign fabrication.

In other words, Comey knew he should have been investigating Hillary Clinton for orchestrating the most dangerous political hoax in American history, falsely accusing the Republican nominee of colluding with Russia. Instead, he chose to weaponize that lie, using the full force of the FBI to try to destroy Donald Trump. While the majority of the 14 new exhibits reveal how Comey lied and manipulated media narratives through his anonymous conduit — for example, to polish his own image or to make Trump look bad — the most striking takeaway is that we now have proof Comey knew the Russia collusion story was orchestrated by the Clinton campaign.

It is remarkable that these documents survived at all. They were found in an FBI “burn bag,” a method for destroying sensitive materials. For reasons still unknown, several of these bags, reportedly five in total, were never incinerated. Instead, they were placed inside an unused, locked Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) at FBI headquarters. Why they ended up there remains a mystery. Perhaps a silent whistleblower or conscientious staffer intervened.

According to a July 2025 internal FBI document opening an investigation into potential crimes surrounding the burn bags, it appears they were placed in the unused SCIF in the days leading up to Trump’s second inauguration in January 2025. This suggests that the documents — which also included materials related to the FBI’s Mar-a-Lago raid, the Jan. 6 Capitol breach, and the highly classified annex to Special Counsel John Durham’s report detailing how U.S. intelligence uncovered in the summer of 2016 that the Russia collusion plot was a Clinton fabrication — were either being collected for destruction and then forgotten, or time ran out or some other factor derailed that plan, or they were stored secretly to be discovered by the incoming Trump team.

Be that as it may, whether through luck, providence, or a quiet act of integrity, the burn bags remained in the SCIF, where they were discovered earlier this year by FBI director Kash Patel and his team. Their contents now form the backbone of the case against Comey.

Bombshell Emails Reveal Comey Expected to Work For ‘President-Elect Hillary Clinton’ – and Knew His ‘Mole’ Daniel Richman Was Leaking to the Media

Newly released November 2016 emails reveal that James Comey was guiding his media mole, Daniel Richman, and authorized leaks to the media.

James Comey knew his ‘friend’ Daniel Richman was talking to the media, backing up claims in Lindsey Halligan’s case against the former FBI Director.

This contradicts Comey’s claims that he is being maliciously prosecuted.

The motive? Comey said that he expected to work for ‘president-elect Clinton.’

“Some day they will figure it out. And as [Individual 1 and Individual 2] point out, my decision will be one a president-elect Clinton will be very grateful for (although that wasn’t why I did it),” Comey wrote to his media mole Daniel Richman in one of the emails, according to Just The News.

The newly-released documents were found in the hidden SCIF that Kash Patel discovered this year.

Lindsey Halligan released the emails in a court filing in response to Comey’s motion to dismiss based on malicious prosecution.

James Comey was clearly working with Daniel Richman to anonymously leak information about Hillary Clinton’s email scandal to the New York Times.

Just The News reported:

Federal prosecutors revealed Monday they have unearthed a trove of personal emails showing then-FBI Director James Comey openly talked in the days before the 2016 election that he expected to be working soon for President-elect Hillary Clinton and was being kept apprised by a top FBI aide on efforts to anonymously provide information to the news media.

“Well done my friend. Who knew this would. E so uh fun,” Comey wrote in a November 2016 email after then-FBI special government employee Dan Richman briefed the FBI director on Richman’s efforts to provide information and guidance to The New York Times on an article involving Clinton’s email scandal.

The emails were referenced in a bombshell court filing by acting U.S. Attorney Lindsey Halligan and her deputy, Tyler Lemmons in which the government rejected Comey’s argument that he was being maliciously prosecuted for misleading Congress about actions he took as FBI director.

Halligan cited and attached to the filing numerous emails in which Comey was clearly aware that Richman was working to provide information anonymously to news outlets about the Clinton email case and that he expected those outreach efforts would end with Clinton defeating Donald Trump in the November 2016 election.

Hillary Clinton Really Should Keep Quiet On This Topic…

Presidential loser Hillary Clinton is big mad about President Trump improving the White House, so mad that she fired off another tweet with replies closed so no one can comment.

As we highlighted earlier, the new leftist software update includes a talking point about Trump now literally ‘destroying’ the White House because work has begun on demolishing and remodelling parts of the East Wing of the building where a grand ballroom is being constructed.

All of this is being paid for by Trump and other private investors, and it’s a much needed upgrade given that events currently have to be held in makeshift tents.

Add to this the fact that the part being demolished was only installed in the 1940s and is not an original feature of the building.

No matter, the screeching hath commenced.

Enter Hillary with her usual complete lies.

If anyone were allowed to reply to her stupid remark, aside from the one rainbow trans flag person on there, it might go something like this…

When Challenged On Ukraine, Hillary Clinton Lashes Out

A few days ago, former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton replied to my question about Ukraine at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). She and John Sullivan, who served as Ambassador to Russia under both Presidents Trump and Biden, revealed themselves to be either liars or so ignorant of reasons for the U.S. Ukraine war as to be utter fools. [The full video can be found here].

This was a fly-on-the-wall event where you get to hear the delusions of the people who shape US foreign policy. The CFR meeting was hosted by the Dean of the Columbia School of International and Public Affairs, Keren Yarhi-Milo, who talked about the biases commonly found among policymakers and the intelligence community when they try to understand the intentions of US adversaries. She spoke about mirror imaging, which is what happens when you think that the adversary thinks in exactly the same way that you do; she spoke about the inability to empathize, she spoke about other biases that lead us to misunderstand and misperceive the intentions of our adversaries. She said it happens in the United States, repeatedly. All important.

But then Keren Yarhi-Milo veered into arm-chair psychology, telling the audience that in her view, ”[if] you want to understand the Ukraine, the decision to invade Ukraine, what’s driving this, you have to really understand Putin’s psychology, and the reference point, and how it’s all about, in his mind, regaining the Soviet empire.” So she knows what is in Putin’s mind, though he has never said that!

At the event, Ambassador John Sullivan, who also served as Deputy Secretary of State under Trump, echoed Yarhi-Milo, asserting that “you have to really understand Putin’s psychology” when evaluating his policy in Ukraine. He said, “I once had a conversation with my then-boss Secretary Blinken. And we were talking about what Putin is like. And, you know, he’s often compared to a gangster. And I didn’t want to make an ethnic reference, or if I made one it would be one that would be from my own tribe. So I’m from South Boston. And I started talking about Whitey Bulger.”

Bulger was a mafioso, murderer and a crook. Is that how Sullivan really feels about the Boston Irish?

“And I mean, you’ve got to understand, you can’t understand Putin unless you really understand where he’s from, what he’s about. He’s a tough kid from Leningrad, right? And not understanding who—his sense of grievance, his sense of loss.” He adds: “He is committed to the proposition that the great geopolitical catastrophe of the twentieth century was the demise of the Soviet Union. …He doesn’t lament the demise of Soviet communism. He famously says, if you’re not nostalgic for how we lived in Soviet days you don’t have a heart, but if you want to return to Soviet communism you don’t have a brain. I mean, it’s hard to be the richest person in the world with a billion-dollar palace in Sochi.”

So, Putin is like the Bulgar of the American politics, not Russia?

In fact, there is no evidence that Putin is richest person in the world (that seems to be Elon Musk) and there is also no evidence of this palace. But who cares about evidence! And even his “you don’t have a brain” quote contradicts what Putin said! But who cares!

For once, Clinton got closer to the truth when she said, “… it’s been our experience, and certainly the research shows, that you introduce, through this over-personalization, volatility. And really, the volatility becomes a greater driver than your credibility, your ability to really read this person, to manage this person, to try to shape the events.” But she didn’t challenge Yarhi-Milo or Sullivan on Putin. And she certainly didn’t like me raising the point when I asked her question:

My name is Lucy Komisar. I’m a journalist.

I was very impressed with the Dean’s analysis of how one should look with empathy and look at the other side. And then I saw in the discussion of Russia absolutely the oppositeI didn’t hear anybody talk about Kissinger and Kennan talking about not moving NATO one inch to the east, the 2014 American-sponsored coup that threw out an elected Ukraine head of government because he was too pro-Russian, the new government bombing the Russian speakers for eight years.”

David Westin of Bloomberg News, serving as moderator, then broke in:

There’s a question here, right? I’m sorry, ma’am, is there a question in here? Is there a question? This is a speech. I’m sorry.

[Here I would note that my comment was way shorter than others were allowed to make without interruption. But then again, those didn’t challenge the speaker.]

After the unasked for interruption, I continued:

Let me finish. That the Soviet Union, anybody that wanted it—that talked about it being collapsed, that it was a tragedy, but anybody that wanted to have it come back had no brain. Why did you not talk about any of these facts? And instead of that do a lot of armchair psychologizing about Putin and his motives?.

Enter Hillary.

Bill and Hillary Clinton Postpone Depositions in House Oversight Committee’s Jeffrey Epstein Probe

Are Bill and Hillary dodging their depositions?

We have been closely following the House Oversight Committee review of the prosecutions of late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein and his incarcerated accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell.

Some of the most high-profile figures to be deposed are the Democrat power couple Bill and Hillary Clinton.

But when this will happen is still to be decided.

The former President and the former Secretary of State have both pushed back their deposition dates for the Committee’s investigation.

New York Post reported:

“Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton had been expected to testify before the panel last week on Oct. 9 — but did not appear — and former President Bill Clinton was slated to be grilled on his ties to Epstein on Tuesday.

But an Oversight Committee spokesperson told The Post Monday that the panel is ‘having conversations with the Clintons’ attorney to accommodate their schedules’.”

“The Clintons were subpoenaed in early August by Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) as part of the panel’s review of the federal government’s probe into Epstein and his convicted accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell.

‘Everybody in America wants to know what went on in Epstein Island, and we’ve all heard reports that Bill Clinton was a frequent visitor there, so he’s a prime suspect to be deposed by the House Oversight Committee’, Comer said of the former president’s subpoena during an interview with Newsmax in August.”

Hillary Clinton Pushes Anti-White Christian Male Narrative After Charlie Kirk Assassination?

On September 24, 2025, Hillary Clinton appeared on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” and made comments that many found to be despicable. In her remarks, she highlighted how equality and progressive ideals are threatened by those on the right seeking to reverse societal advancements.

Clinton specifically stated that efforts to recreate a world dominated by “white men of a certain persuasion, a certain religion, a certain point of view, a certain ideology” are causing significant damage to the nation’s goals. She emphasized that such ideologies undermine the foundational principles of “We The People” and the idea that all are created equal. These comments came just two weeks after the assassination of Charlie Kirk on September 10, 2025.

Hillary Clinton Suggests ‘Formal Deprogramming’ For ‘MAGA Extremists’ Who Still Support Trump

In an interview with CNN, Hillary Clinton compared supporters of former President Donald Trump to a “cult” and said that “maybe there needs to be a formal deprogramming of the cult members.”

“Sadly, so many of those extremists, those MAGA extremists, take their marching orders from Donald Trump, who has no credibility left by any measure,” Clinton told CNN’s Christiane Amanpour in an interview that aired Thursday night. “He’s only in it for himself.”

Seizing on Clinton’s comments, the Trump campaign issued a statement Thursday night, saying “President Trump has said countless times that they are only coming after him, because he stands in their way from coming after you — and Hillary Clinton just confirmed that to be true. Tens of millions of Americans will reject the Democrat Party’s re-education camp agenda in November 2024 when we make Donald Trump the 47th President of the United States.”

Clinton, who ran against Trump and lost in 2016, painted the 2024 election as a choice between two vastly different visions for America. “One will wreck our democracy. One violates the law on a regular basis. One appeals to the worst in our collective psyche. The other gets things done,” she said. “Why is that a hard choice?”

Hillary Clinton on Kimmel, Kirk: ‘Very Clear Example of Using the Power of the State to Suppress Speech’

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Friday weighed in on the fallout surrounding Jimmy Kimmel’s suspension, addressing both the late-night host’s removal and the assassination of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk during an interview with CNN’s Fareed Zakaria.

When asked if Kimmel’s suspension amounted to state censorship, Clinton replied: “Well, I think this is a very clear example of using the power of the state to suppress speech. It is a direct government action to try to intimidate employers, organizations, corporations, much of which we’ve already seen, to remove an opponent, even though it’s a comic.”

Clinton continued:

Look, I had no idea when I was in public life and listening to the jokes that were made about me and the attacks that were, you know, coming from people like Jimmy Kimmel and others that I could have called up the head of the FCC and said, take them off the air. I don’t like what they’re saying. I mean, of course, this was a particularly sensitive time because of the terrible crime that was committed, the murder of Mr. Kirk.

But you know, you defend free speech in terrible times, and you defend free speech that is used against holding people in power accountable through satire, humor, barbed attacks, you defend it even when it is offensive, and they have unfortunately taken the view that we believe in free speech, as long as we’re making the speech and your speech agrees with us, otherwise, we’re against free speech.

Clinton later amplified the remarks on X, posting: “In America, we defend free speech in terrible times. We defend free speech even when it’s offensive. We defend free speech.” She restricted comments on that post as well as one she made one week after Kirk’s assassination congratulating American Federation of Teachers president Randi Weingarten on her book Why Fascists Fear Teachers.

Weingarten’s excerpts, published in Rolling Stone days after Kirk’s assassination, accused conservatives of being “fascists” and “Nazis,” likened book bans to Nazi Germany in 1933, and warned that Trump and Elon Musk were acting as “shadow governing partners.” The release drew attention because Robinson, the 22-year-old suspect charged with Kirk’s murder, inscribed “Hey fascist! Catch!” on bullet casings, according to authorities.

Teachers across several states were investigated or fired after posting celebratory or hostile messages about Kirk’s assassination, with examples including posts such as “America became greater” and “1 Nazi down.” A new website, charliesmurderers.com, reported receiving thousands of submissions documenting celebrations of Kirk’s death.

Rep. Wesley Hunt (R-TX) said such rhetoric reflects a dangerous climate created by years of partisan demonization. “And now, Charlie Kirk has been murdered,” Hunt told Breitbart News. “This is not rhetoric. These are lived realities.” He asserted that Democrats and their allies “have vilified, censored, and targeted conservatives at every turn for over a decade,” adding that political violence against conservatives is now “normalized by silence, excuse-making, or even tacit encouragement from the left.”

Clinton herself previously described Republicans as her “enemies” during a 2015 Democrat debate. Asked which adversary she was most proud of making in her political career, Clinton responded, “Well, in addition to the NRA, the health insurance companies, the drug companies, the Iranians; probably the Republicans.”

The dispute surrounding Kimmel began after he mocked Trump’s mourning of Kirk’s assassination, joking it was “like how a four-year-old mourns a goldfish,” and suggested Robinson may have been part of the “MAGA gang.” Authorities later identified Robinson as the suspect, describing him as left-leaning and in a relationship with a male who identifies as female and who “hates conservatives and Christians.” Utah Governor Spencer Cox confirmed those details, and investigators stated Robinson admitted responsibility in a message to the partner.

Federal Communications Commission chair Brendan Carr cautioned ABC and Disney that broadcasters risk their licenses if they mislead the public, saying Nexstar Media Group did “the right thing” by suspending Kimmel. Sinclair Broadcasting also halted broadcasts of Jimmy Kimmel Live and announced a special tribute to Kirk would air in its place. ABC affiliates cited the need to uphold community values and maintain constructive dialogue. Carr noted that networks could “do this the easy way or the hard way,” signaling further review of their obligations under federal law.

DOJ during Trump’s first term stymied, squashed probes on Comey, Clinton, Schiff and Hunter Biden

The Justice Department, FBI, and IRS during the first Trump administration slow-walked, declined to aggressively pursue, or squashed investigations into potential criminal behavior by James Comey, Hillary Clinton and her Clinton Foundation, now Sen. Adam Schiff, Hunter Biden, and other politically-sensitive figures.

A host of declassifications published by Just the News in recent weeks have revealed new details about these investigations by the DOJ, FBI, and IRS — including previously unknown details about how many of these inquiries were delayed or ground to a halt during President Donald Trump’s first term in office.

Newly-declassified records detail evidence that since-fired FBI Director Comey approved leaking classified information despite his denials to the contrary, including using his lieutenants and friends to leak to the media.

New allegations about how then-Rep. and now-Sen. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., may have leaked classified information to hurt Trump as well also surfaced, as well as new information on how inquiries into the Clinton Foundation were shut down. The Trump DOJ declined to pursue prosecutions in any of these matters.

The IRS investigation into now-former President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter, was also first slow-walked by the DOJ during the first Trump administration, according to whistleblowers. And special counsel John Durham — appointed by then-Attorney General William Barr — did not pursue prosecutions against members of the intelligence community or FBI (except for Kevin Clinesmith), despite the politicized nature of the Trump-Russia investigation.

There is some emerging evidence that the current Justice Department and FBI under Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel will be more aggressive this time around. FBI agents early on Friday raided the suburban Maryland home of former National Security Advisor John Bolton as part of an investigation into a national security matter.

Patel seemingly hinted at the action on his X social media account, writing that “NO ONE is above the law… @FBI agents on mission.”

Shocking NEW Documents Expose Multi-Front Effort To Protect Clintons While Framing Trump

Newly unearthed documents show deep state government actors once again circling the wagons to protect Bill and Hillary Clinton — and suppressing evidence that implicated them. Last week it was the FBI, this week it is the IRS.

In 2019, the IRS Criminal Investigations Division quietly launched a probe into the Clinton Foundation’s tax practices, working closely with whistleblowers John Moynihan and Larry Doyle, financial experts who had compiled thousands of pages of evidence.

According to internal agency memos reported by Just the News, IRS agents reviewed the evidence and at least one agent concluded it meant that the “entire [Clinton Foundation] enterprise is a fraud.” Agents then moved to treat the whistleblowers as cooperating witnesses and even set up secure computer servers to hold the material they had collected.

Then, without warning, the lights went out. “Can’t talk about the CF,” agents told the whistleblowers. By the summer of 2019, their inquiry was dead. Moynihan and Doyle are now battling the agency in Tax Court over the apparent shutdown of the investigation.

The IRS’s abrupt reversal follows an earlier, more infamous patternIn 2016, FBI field offices in New York, Washington, and Little Rock all opened probes into the Bill and Hillary Clinton Foundation, partly on the strength of Peter Schweizer’s 2015 bestselling book, Clinton Cash, which exposed numerous examples of the Clintons using the foundation while she served as Secretary of State under President Barack Obama as a pay-to-play scheme for business and foreign government interests seeking political influence.
