Michigan Judge Fights Lipreader Evidence which might prove she Lied to Cops after Assaulting Shopkeeper, Alleging Hate Hoax

In a misconduct saga that’s dragged on longer than most felonies, a Michigan judge accused of faking an assault allegation and charge of racism against a small businessman, wants key evidence thrown out, including silent surveillance footage and expert lip readers that might prove she lied to police.

Judge Demetria Brue of Detroit’s 36th District Court is fighting misconduct charges from the state’s Judicial Tenure Commission over a 2019 dispute with a Mackinac Island bike shop owner that she accused of being a racist. The Commission has said they are upset about two things: 1) that the judges lied about the encounter, and 2) that they attempted to use their status as judges to evade prosecution, both of which are against the rules for judges.

Documents reveal that the significant delay has been caused by repeated motions filed by the two judges challenging the process and power of the commission to censure them.

The shop owner, Ira Green, operates a bike rental business on Michigan’s Mackinac Island, and rented to two judges who were sightseeing during a judicial conference being held on the island.

The JTC says Brue falsely claimed the shop owner assaulted her during what was supposed to be a $23 sightseeing trip along with another Michigan judge, Judge Debra Nance of Southfield, Michigan. The Detroit Judge Brue wanted half off the price of the bike rental because of a complaint about how the bike handled, and then grabbed the receipt after, allegedly, calling the shop owner racist.

Gay imam who performed same-sex marriages in South Africa murdered in suspected hate crime

South African imam known advocating LGBTQ+ inclusion within Islam was shot and killed in what some suspect to be a hate crime. The imam had performed same sex marriages and was reportedly the world’s first openly gay imam.

Imam Muhsin Hendricks, an imam who had performed same-sex marriages in South Africa, according to Breitbart, was fatally attacked on Saturday near Gqeberha, formerly known as Port Elizabeth. Authorities say unknown assailants in a pickup truck blocked his vehicle before two masked individuals opened fire.

According to the BBC, local police said, “Two unknown suspects with covered faces got out of the vehicle and started firing multiple shots at the vehicle.”

The Muslim Judicial Council condemned the killing, stating, “While police are still investigating the motive, speculation suggests it may be linked to Hendricks’ views on same-sex relationships.” The organization emphasized that “the sanctity of human life is a fundamental tenet of Islam” and denounced violence against any community.

Executive director at the International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Intersex Association Julia Ehrt is calling on authorities to investigate “what we fear may be a hate crime.”

“He supported and mentored so many people in South Africa and around the world in their journey to reconcile with their faith, and his life has been a testament to the healing that solidarity across communities can bring in everyone’s lives,” she said.

After 6 Years and an Overturned Conviction, Jussie Smollett and Chicago Reach Settlement over Hate Crime Hoax

Hate crime hoaxer and actor Jussie Smollett has finally reached a settlement with the city of Chicago six years after the city sued him over his accusations.

Chicago sued Smollett after he was accused of orchestrating a hoax when he claimed in 2019 that he was assaulted by two men in MAGA hats during a freezing Chicago winter. Police later determined that Smollett knew the two men and had organized the “attack” so he could drum up publicity to help his acting career.

City officials sued Smollett to recover the $130,000 in expenses the city incurred investigating his claims of being subjected to a hate crime in the middle of deep blue Chicago.

But Smollett denied orchestrating the assault and counter sued the city for what he said were false accusations.

Now, according to NBC News, Smollett has settled the case, though the city has not reported the details saying they “need more time to finalize documentation.”

Smollett was the focus of a special prosecutor determined that Smollett did commit a hoax and also said Chicago prosecutor Kim Foxx committed “substantial abuses of discretion” in her lax conduct of the case. Smollett was also charged with six disorderly conduct counts.

Spain’s Vox Party Spokesperson Faces Hate-Crime Probe After Calling Out Link Between Immigration & Crime

A Spanish conservative lawmaker is facing a hate crime investigation after a press conference in which he highlighted the link between mass immigration and rising crime rates — a connection supported by official data but often ignored by Spain’s far-left administration.

José Antonio Fúster, national spokesman for the populist Vox party and member of the Madrid Assembly, addressed the media on July 29 last year, where he read out the forenames of several dozen individuals arrested during violent incidents in Barcelona that weekend.

“Sabar, Omar, Nassim, Abdelkader, Salah, Salah, Younes, Karim, Jamil, Amir, Ali, Oussama, Hassan… I can go on. Do you notice any patterns? Do you notice anything?” Fúster asked.

“We do, and this is what we have been denouncing for a long time, that the open-door policy of the Popular Party and the PSOE has direct consequences on the security of Spaniards,” he added.

Though the list he read had the surnames redacted and had already circulated online via party channels, his public use of it has led the National Police to file a report for alleged incitement to hatred. Fúster, protected by parliamentary immunity as a sitting deputy, expressed disbelief upon receiving the notification last week and doubled down on his comments.

“We’re constantly told that immigration and crime have no link,” Fúster said, as cited by Spanish digital newspaper The Objective

“But they’re not fooling anyone. The criminals that Spaniards endure in their neighborhoods have names — and we all know them.”

Vox maintains that spurious criminal complaints are part of a wider effort to silence those who raise valid security concerns. The party highlighted charges against MP Rocío de Meer last year for writing, “The future of this country is dark,” in response to the birth of a child named Ayoub in a rural Spanish village, and Jordi de la Fuente, another Vox figure, who is awaiting trial over a 2019 protest targeting an asylum center.

SOUNDS FAMILIAR: Irish Prosecutors Consider Charging Conor McGregor With ‘Inciting Hate’ Right After He Announces Presidential Bid

It looks like leftists in Ireland are taking a page out of the leftist playbook in America.

No sooner had Conor McGregor announced his bid for president of Ireland, prosecutors announced that they may seek to charge him with inciting hate.

This looks like the same type of lawfare BS that we just went through for years here in the United States.

Breitbart News reports:

Irish Prosecutors Mull Charging Conor McGregor with ‘Inciting Hatred’ After Presidential Bid Announcement

In the wake of Conor McGregor announcing his intention to run for president, Irish prosecutors are reportedly considering charging the UFC legend over allegedly “inciting hatred” amid the 2023 Dublin riots.

In the wake of McGregor being invited by the Trump administration to the White House and later announcing his intentions to run for the Irish presidency, the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) in Dublin is said to be examining social media posts from the outspoken mixed marital artist for potential criminal charges, the Irish Independent reported.

According to the paper, the National Bureau of Criminal Investigation (NBCI) recently sent the DPP a police file regarding an investigation into posts McGregor made in 2023. If the prosecutors take up the case, the Irish fighter could face up to seven years in prison for his social media comments under the European nation’s draconian speech restrictions.

One of the supposedly offending posts came on the night before the Dublin riots, in which McGregor said in response to Ukrainian refugees being allowed to vote in local elections: “Ireland, we are at war.”

People can see what’s going on here.

Local Pennsylvania politician staged hate crime by planting noose at her OWN desk, cops claim

A local politician in Pennsylvania has been accused of attempting to pose as a victim of a hate crime by planting a noose at her own desk, cops have said.

Allentown Police Department said LaTarsha Brown reported finding the rope on the desk of her office on the morning of January 10 this year.

The department launched a criminal investigation and submitted the noose to the Pennsylvania State Police crime lab for DNA testing.

On March 10, forensic investigators found Brown’s DNA on swabs from both the outer surface and inner knotted portion of the noose after it was taken apart.

No one else’s DNA was detected on any part of the rope.

The damning finding came after cops trawled video surveillance and building access control records to identify which city employees were present on the third floor of Allentown City Hall where Brown works to try to identify the suspect.

Cops interviewed each employee and asked them to provide a buccal swab for DNA testing.

‘Every city employee agreed, except for Ms. Brown,’ Allentown Police Chief Charles Roca told a press conference about the case on Monday.

‘Initially cooperative, Ms. Brown later requested that the investigation be discontinued.’

The hate crime investigation subsequently turned into a probe against Brown herself.

She was charged on Monday with tampering with or fabricating physical evidence – a second-degree misdemeanor, and making false reports to law enforcement, which is a third-degree misdemeanor.

Third-degree misdemeanors carry a maximum penalty of up to one year in jail, and a fine of up to $2,500 under Pennsylvania law, according to Fienman Defense attorneys.

Cops released an image of the object left on Brown’s desk, which comprised a small black rope tied into a noose shape.

Another Left-Wing Race Hoax Exposed: Investigators at Rhodes College in Tennessee Say the ‘F*ck N*rs, Trump Rules’ Messages Found on Campus Were Fabricated

Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, has revealed that vulgar and racist messages discovered on its campus earlier this month were fabricated.

The messages, including the phrases “F*ck N***ers” and “Trump Rules,” were meant to smear supporters of former President Donald Trump as racists.

After a thorough investigation involving Campus Safety officers and the Memphis Police Department, the college confirmed that the messages were created by a student who has since admitted responsibility, Fox News reported.

“Thanks to the tireless efforts of our Campus Safety officers and the Memphis Police Department, the investigation into the hate crime that occurred recently on our campus has ended with the identification of the perpetrator and the conclusion this incident was fabricated. This individual has admitted responsibility,” Rhodes College stated.

The school’s statement continued, “This matter has caused enormous pain to our community, and we are taking the appropriate steps to hold this individual accountable, including all legal avenues that may be available to us.”

The campus erupted in anger when the vulgar messages were first discovered.

Flyers featuring racial slurs and profanity were reportedly found near the school’s National Pan-Hellenic Council Plaza, a space dedicated to the nine historically Black Greek organizations at the college, during Thanksgiving break.

The messages, scrawled on 13 pieces of paper, were condemned as hateful and inflammatory.

Lauren Roberts, a student, described the messages as “vulgar” in comments to a local CBS affiliate.

Another student, visibly shaken, told reporters, “I didn’t agree with it. I know a lot of my friends who were pretty upset about it.”

The administration issued an immediate “Timely Warning” to alert students of the alleged hate crime and expressed its commitment to investigating the matter. “We are a community that is firmly committed to diversity, inclusion, belonging, civility, and respect, and we do not tolerate racial bias or hate speech,” the college’s Critical Campus Safety Communications office declared at the time.

However, the case took a dramatic turn when it was revealed that the messages were not the work of a Trump supporter but rather an act of deliberate fabrication.

Left-Leaning Mayor Accused of Hate Crime Hoax, DOJ Declines to Act

Independent Colorado Springs Mayor Yemi Mobolade has been accused of staging a hate crime in order to sway the outcome of the election.

An FBI official told The Daily Wire that Mobolade was referred for prosecution over alleged false statements involving the hoax. Despite his alleged role in the hoax, the Department of Justice declined to pursue the case, citing that he is the city’s first black mayor.

Acting U.S. Attorney for the District of Colorado Matt Kirsch announced that three of the mayor’s supporters were charged in the hate crime hoax.

Newly released court documents obtained by KRDO show that Mobolade, a left-leaning African immigrant, had continuous contact with Derrick Patrick Bernard, one of the suspects, prior to the incident, the day of and after the incident.

Jussie Smollett’s conviction for racist, homophobic attack hoax tossed in stunning reversal

Disgraced actor Jussie Smollett had his conviction for lying about a fake racist and homophobic attack in downtown Chicago thrown out by the Illinois Supreme Court on a technicality.

In a shocking twist, the court found that the former “Empire” actor had his Fifth Amendment rights violated by a special prosecutor’s decision to try him after initial charges against him were previously dropped.

It’s the latest turn a case that has captivated the country for nearly six years. Smollett’s lead attorney, Nenye Uche claimed that the devision to prosecute Smollett in the first place was a “travesty of justice.”

Smollett, 42, who is black and gay, claimed two men in Make America Great Again hats assaulted him in the dead of night in January 2019, approaching him out of nowhere in the darkness and declaring “this is MAGA country” before the attack.

According to Smollet, the men yelled homophobic and racial slurs, put a noose around his neck and doused him with bleach, leading to a massive search for suspects by Chicago police that cost the city more than $130,000.

However, investigators quickly unraveled the elaborate self-victimization ruse, revealing the actor actually hired two brothers, Abimbola and Olabinjo Osundairo, to stage the attack in a ploy to boost his profile and burnish his tough guy credentials.

FBI Investigating After Black People Receive Racist and Offensive Text Messages About ‘Picking Cotton’

The FBI on Thursday announced it is investigating after black people received “racist and offensive” text messages.

“The FBI is aware of the offensive and racist text messages sent to individuals around the country and is in contact with the Justice Department and other federal authorities on the matter,” the FBI said in a statement on Thursday.

“As always, we encourage members of the public to report threats of physical violence to local law enforcement authorities,” the FBI said.

According to reports, black people in Texas, South Carolina, Alabama, Georgia and other states received text messages telling them they had “been selected for cotton picking.”

CBS News reported:

Officials and universities in several U.S. states condemned racist text messages that were sent to Black residents on Wednesday. The messages, which had almost identical language, told the recipient they had been “selected for cotton picking.”

The texts were received by people in states including Alabama, Texas, Georgia, Florida, Maryland, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Ohio, CBS News found. NAACP President Derrick Johnson condemned the messages and said they represent an “alarming increase in vile and abhorrent rhetoric.”

The texts were sent from numbers with area codes in at least 25 different states, CBS News found. By Thursday, several numbers were disconnected, while others went to voicemail that identified them as TextNow users, a provider that allows people to create phone numbers for free.
