Leopold Report: FBI FOIA Team Erased High-Profile Names from Epstein Records, Including Trump

President Donald Trump’s name was among those redacted from documents tied to the late Jeffrey Epstein, according to a Friday report by Bloomberg, which cited multiple sources familiar with the FBI’s final review process. The revelation has deepened the divide between federal transparency efforts and growing demands from Trump’s own base for full disclosure of the Epstein files.

The report, authored by veteran investigative journalist Jason Leopold, states that a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) review team inside the FBI combed through thousands of pages tied to the Epstein investigation. The team, according to Leopold, was tasked specifically with removing the names of private individuals, including “prominent public figures” such as Trump, before the documents were released to the public.

Durham Appendix: Clinton Supporters in FBI Lacked “Conclusive Irrefutable Evidence” of Russia’s Involvement of DNC Email Scandal — And Lisa Page Knew This!

Senator Charles Grassley (R-IA) released the Durham investigation appendix on Thursday morning.

The appendix provides further truth on the Clinton Campaign’s plan to tie Trump to Russia and the FBI’s failure to investigate.

The information released on Thursday contains previously classified information exposing a reported Clinton campaign plan to falsely tie President Donald Trump to Russia.

The appendix also includes information that Clinton supporters in the FBI (a majority of the top brass officials) lacked “conclusive irrefutable evidence” of Russia’s involvement of the DNC email scandal.

According to the Durham annex:

Clinton’s supporters in the FBI lack conclusive irrefutable evidence of the Russian Federation’s involvement in the scandal, tied to the theft of the DNC’s correspondence. In the meantime, during the launched investigation, there has been a multitude of circumstantial evidence that the alias of Guccifer 2.0 (the name of the hacker who accepted responsibility for the incident) was in fact used to cover up a special unit of the GRU of the Russian Federation Defense Ministry’s general staff.

This comes from page 7 of the report that was released today.

Book Claims Oklahoma City Bombing Was ‘Manufactured Terror’ with Deep FBI Involvement

Was the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing really an FBI deep-cover operation that went wrong? That is the conclusion of a new book by an author who has studied the worst incident of domestic terrorism in America’s history for more than 20 years.

Margaret Roberts, author of the new book Blowback: The Untold Story of the FBI and the Oklahoma City Bombingwas previously news director for the hit TV show, America’s Most Wanted. An award-winning investigative journalist, she is the only reporter who got a face-to-face interview with co-conspirator Terry Nichols, who is serving a life sentence in a Colorado federal prison. His co-conspirator, Timothy McVeigh, was executed in 2001 for his crimes, yet questions have lingered since the 1995 bombing that the FBI knew more than it was telling about the plot.

Roberts’s book is well-timed, with the FBI under the microscope for its role in the Trump-Russia collusion hoax, as well as the Jeffrey Epstein investigation, and Roberts joins The Drill Down to discuss with hosts Peter Schweizer and Eric Eggers what she learned.

With efforts by new Attorney General Pamela Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel to release previously classified documents on a variety of FBI-related mysteries, Roberts hopes they will expose the government’s real role in the most devastating domestic terrorism incident on American soil.

“The Oklahoma City attack was not a lone wolf operation,” she tells the hosts. “It was manufactured terror — a sting operation that went sideways.”

On April 19, 1995, a massive bomb exploded in front of the Alfred P. Murrah federal building in downtown Oklahoma City, slaughtering 168 people including 15 children in the building’s daycare center. Almost immediately, a massive federal manhunt focused on Timothy McVeigh.

Roberts’s research has produced evidence of a neo-Nazi plot by a white supremacist group called the Aryan Republican Army, in which the FBI played a hidden role. To conceal its counter-terrorism operations, the FBI  allowed suspects, whom she names, to walk free, thus denying justice to the victims and hiding the truth.

Patel found thousands of sensitive Trump–Russia probe docs inside ‘burn bags’ in secret room at FBI

FBI Director Kash Patel found a trove of sensitive documents related to the origins of the Trump–Russia probe buried in multiple “burn bags” in a secret room inside the bureau, sources told Fox News Digital.

Sources told Fox News Digital that the “burn bag” system is used to destroy documents designated as classified or higher.

Sources told Fox News Digital that multiple burn bags were found and filled with thousands of documents.

Sources told Fox News Digital that one of the documents FBI officials found in a burn bag was the classified annex to former special counsel John Durham’s final report, which includes the underlying intelligence he reviewed.

The declassification of the classified annex is being done in close coordination between CIA Director John Ratcliffe, Patel, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, Attorney General Pam Bondi and acting National Security Agency Director William Hartman.

FBI Caught Burying Smoking-Gun Thumb Drives Containing “Unreviewed Info” on Clinton Email Scandal for Six Years — Grassley Demands Kash Patel Review Materials ASAP

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence Chairman Rick Crawford (R-AR) have dropped a political nuke on Washington: Smoking-gun thumb drives containing unreviewed evidence in the Hillary Clinton email scandal have been sitting in an FBI office collecting dust for over SIX YEARS.

The letter, addressed directly to FBI Director Kash Patel, demands that the unevaluated materials — which include sensitive intelligence, foreign communications, and damning evidence related to the Clinton Foundation and Barack Obama — be immediately reviewed and exposed to the American people.

“Thumb drives containing unreviewed info on the Clinton email scandal & mishandling of highly classified info [have] been sitting at an FBI offshoot office since 2018. I sent a letter [with] House Intel Chair Crawford asking [Director] Patel [to] review materials & report back ASAP,” Grassley wrote on X.

According to the press release, “This untapped and unreviewed information has lived within thumb drives in the FBI’s custody inside a Northern Virginia offshoot office of the FBI’s Washington Field Office since 2018. This letter was sent in response to Chairman Grassley’s efforts to get the appendix to the DOJ OIG’s June 2018 report reviewing the DOJ and FBI’s handling of the Clinton investigation, also known as the “Clinton annex,” declassified.”

The FBI Took Her $40,000 Without Explaining Why. She Fought Back Against That Practice—and Lost.

Linda Martin found out the hard way that the most powerful law enforcement agency in the U.S.—the FBI—can seize your assets without articulating why. Worse: Law enforcement took her savings in a raid that was itself unconstitutional. Worse still: A lawsuit she filed met its demise last week, allowing the federal government to continue the dubious practice of taking people’s valuables without having to explain the reason it is justified in doing so.

The agency never did furnish a specific reason in Martin’s case—because she wasn’t charged with a crime. Her saga began in 2021, when the FBI sought to take more than $100 million in assets from U.S. Private Vaults, a business that offered safe-deposit boxes. That company was suspected of, and ultimately charged with, criminal wrongdoing. But the warrant expressly forbade agents from engaging in a “criminal search or seizure” of customers’ boxes, like Martin’s.

They did so anyway, rummaging through approximately 800 of them and seizing assets that belonged to a slew of innocent people. That included Travis May, who stored gold and $63,000 in cash; Jeni Verdon-Pearsons and Michael Storc, who kept $2,000 in cash, as well as approximately $20,000 worth of silver; Paul and Jennifer Snitko, whose box contained personal items, like marriage, birth, and baptismal certificates; and Don Mellein, who had invested in gold coins, many of which the FBI said it lost (to the tune of over $100,000).

A judge later ruled violated the Fourth Amendment. But it was too late for Martin, who received notice that the FBI had taken $40,200, her life savings, from her box. To justify that, the notice listed hundreds of federal crimes that would lead to a seizure. As Institute for Justice (I.J.) Director of Media Relations Andrew Wimer points out, the list included such crimes as copyright infringement and barring business deals with North Korea. But the bureau notably did not specify how Martin was supposedly involved in any of those offenses, because it is not required to do so.

So she sued. “When the FBI attempts to forfeit someone’s property, due process requires that it say why, citing specific facts and laws,” reads her appellant brief. “By sending notices that initiate and, often, consummate property’s forfeiture—all without ever saying what exactly the FBI thinks justifies the forfeiture, the FBI deprives owners of crucial information they need to protect their rights.” After she filed the lawsuit, and about two years post-seizure, the agency returned Martin’s cash. But she continued in court in hopes that the judiciary would agree that the FBI was violating people’s due process rights by seizing assets with effectively no explanation.

That died last week, when the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia dismissed the suit for lack of jurisdiction.

CIA Director John Ratcliffe to Declassify Explosive Classified Annex of Durham Report in the Coming Weeks

The Deep State is on notice.

In an absolutely earth-shattering revelation, CIA Director John Ratcliffe announced that the classified annex of the Durham Report will be declassified in the coming weeks — and it reportedly contains undeniable evidence of a criminal conspiracy involving Hillary Clinton, John Brennan, James Comey, and the FBI to sabotage Donald Trump’s presidency and defraud the American people.

The Gateway Pundit reported earlier this month that the 2025 “Tradecraft Review” — commissioned by CIA Director John Ratcliffe — dismantles the legitimacy of the original 2016 report and exposes how Obama-era spooks manipulated intelligence to push a false narrative against Trump.

The new CIA report reveals former FBI Director James Comey, CIA Director John Brennan, and DNI James Clapper worked together to purposely corrupt the Trump-Russia investigation in 2016 before Trump entered office.

The three corrupt Obama officials even included the Steele Dossier in their quest to “screw Trump” knowing at the time that the Steele Dossier was complete rubbish.

Appearing on Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo, Ratcliffe didn’t hold back.

In fact, he torched the corrupt intelligence cabal that knowingly pushed the fake Steele Dossier to justify illegal spying, phony investigations, and years of lies to the American public — all in an effort to stop Trump.

The long-awaited Durham annex, expected to be declassified in the coming weeks, is said to include damning evidence of intelligence tampering, false testimony, and politically motivated lawfare against Trump and his incoming administration.

Ratcliffe confirmed he spent months reviewing the evidence and made direct declassification recommendations to the DOJ — recommendations that now appear to be going forward.

Ratcliffe clarified that testimony from Brennan, Clinton, and Comey within the last five years is completely inconsistent with the classified intelligence about to be released — a fact that could expose them to perjury and conspiracy charges.

He added, there’s no protection in sight for the likes of Brennan, Comey, or Clinton.

20 CIA and FBI agents CONFIRM Obama was behind Russia Hoax and reveal his hiding place…

Nothing we’re about to tell you is shocking, at least not for anyone who’s been paying attention. From the very beginning, it was obvious the Russia Hoax wasn’t some organic intelligence concern. It was a manufactured psyop, carefully orchestrated to destroy President Trump’s candidacy, sabotage his presidency, and gaslight half the country into becoming Russia-obsessed lunatics.

And at the center of it all was Barack Hussein Obama.

The signs were always there. Anyone with half a brain knew it. Hillary may have sparked the lie, but Obama and his media cronies made sure it caught fire, blazing like a bonfire with gasoline thrown on it, and turning the federal government and every major news outlet into a propaganda machine. They poisoned the public. They divided the nation. And they did it all on purpose, even though they knew it was all a lie.

And now, thanks to Tulsi Gabbard and her declassified disclosures, we finally have the receipts to prove it.

Not only was Putin not trying to help Trump win in 2016, our own intelligence showed he assumed Hillary was going to win, and was preparing to blackmail her with intel he’d collected, that included material suggesting she was a drugged-up, bipolar mess, doped up on tranquilizers and unfit to lead.

FBI agent convicted of rape, sex assault of young women at Maryland tattoo shops

A Maryland man and veteran FBI agent could spend the rest of his life behind bars after being found guilty of raping and sexually assaulting at least three young women.

What we know:

Eduardo Valdivia, 41, was found guilty of six counts of second-degree rape and two counts of fourth-degree sex offense for sexually assaulting three young women.

The jury returned its verdict after deliberating for just over three hours in court on Friday.

The backstory:

Valdivia had been working as a supervisory special agent with the FBI for over a decade when he was arrested in November 2024.

Two women in their early 20s reported to authorities that they were raped at Valdivia’s tattoo studio, DC Fine Line Tattoos. One of those women also reported being raped at a nearby hotel.

A third victim came forward after Valdivia’s arrest, reporting that she was also raped by Valdivia at a different tattoo studio when she was 18 years old.

Prosecutors say Valdivia lured women to his tattoo studio with free tattoos and modeling opportunities, posing as a female psychologist and CEO of a well-connected modeling agency in emails with his victims.

FBI failed to probe key thumb drives in Clinton email probe: DOJ watchdog files

The FBI barely glanced at potentially crucial evidence in its investigation of Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server while secretary of state, according to a portion of a watchdog report made public Monday.

A confidential source gave thumb drives to the FBI that contained State Department data acquired via cyber intrusions — including emails from President Barack Obama and others, according to a declassified appendix to a June 2018 Justice Department inspector general report.

But the feds declined to “comprehensively” analyze those drives due to concerns about individual data caught up in the hack — despite an internal draft memo concluding it was necessary to “assess the national security risks” pertaining to Clinton’s private server use.

“This document shows an extreme lack of effort and due diligence in the FBI’s investigation of former Secretary Clinton’s email usage and mishandling of highly classified information,” said Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) of the appendix.

The report was penned by then-DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz, who currently holds the same position at the Federal Reserve Board and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

It is unclear whether the FBI has since carried out a more thorough probe of the hard drives since the 2018 watchdog report was released.
